Jersey had an earthquake last night

and Winchester had one recently.

Anyone else think God is also tired of the dirty war between Jersey and Winchester?

Or was the Jersey one not an earthquake?

Was it foot stamping because the Dean has been sent on holiday?

Or was it his private helicopter trying to land?

Dean of Portsmouth questions CofE Channel Islands Split

Good,
Someone from another diocese is showing a very sensible interest in the unholy mess, well done Dean Brindley.

oh, and I am awake because the police just banged on the door asking questions and so, I am wide awake.

Steel

Dame Steel,

I know Bob has sent you his blog, but I thought I would add.
You obviously haven't withdrawn from your harrassment of me by carring out a one-sided and conflicted investigation which does not cover my complaint, even though you are well aware that you are causing me prolonged distress while I am suffering Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

This is another request to you to withdraw your wrong and conflicted enquiry, especially as you were advertised in the JEP as representing the clergy who you are supposedly supposed to investigate
This and the fact that you have refused to clarify anything, refused to withdraw, refused to communicate with Bob Hill, refused to arrange and independent person to investigate, makes your investigation not just unethical but downright wrong.

I gather from the nonsensical article in the JEP recently that you are about to publish your unbalanced report, which as far as I know involved illegal interaction with the police, and possible illegal access to my records even though I forbade your access to any records of mine because you are conflicted.
We are guessing your aim is to publish something on Friday or thereabouts, to try and further ban me from Jersey for your friends and colleagues, and you are being allowed to do your report with no regard to the damage you are doing to me.

On Friday and over the weekend, I have a very busy time with events in my life that are nothing to do with Jersey and the past.
I want to enjoy those events without you disrupting my life and traumatizing me, it is bad enough living in fear of your hijack of the investigation and wondering just how badly your biased and wrong report that omits my side of things will harm me.

You have proceeded in a conflicted role for a very long time now, and you have refused over and over again to respond to my mediator's emails to you, which makes it very clear indeed that you have a bias, you have not interviewed him or me, nor have you arranged an independent investigator to interview me.

You are basically blocking an enquiry at my expense, and the ironic thing is, I did not ask for any of this charade of the diocese of Winchester using me as a pawn five years later and years too late and after Jersey and Hampshire police have brutalized me and destroyed me at the instruction of the Diocese of Winchester who my complaint is about.

You would not have stepped forward with such eagerness to investigate Jane Fisher, who my complaint is about, would you?
You stepped forward while your close colleague Philip bailhache ran a hate campaign against me to show the world what Christianity is not, and you stepped forward to hijack an enquiry so that you can do as your close colleague, Philip Bailhache wants and damn me and clear anyone not already cleared like Bob key was cleared without enquiry because Bailhache commanded it.

You have been asked repeatedly to withdraw from this enquiry as you are conflicted, see Bob's blog, http://bobhilljersey.blogspot.co.uk/ as you will see, he has also run blogs about your close colleague, Philip Bailhache, Bob is one rare person who is not afraid of the retaliation that the 'Jersey way' entails, ie, raids at dawn, beatings, false imprisonment and police writing untrue things about him in reports, I am also running a blog, and no matter how important they think they are, Jersey's terrible police force cannot reach me to beat me and intimidate me.

I am running the blog in honour of your continued refusal to withdraw and allow a fair and impartial inquiry. An answer to whatever you are about to publish to destroy me again.
Well, seeing as the Korris report omitted my views and damaged me in ways that I have yet to recover from, how is your report, deliberately excluding my story, and seeing as you are conflicted, be any better, it is going to be used to destroy me from your colleagues, Bailhache and the others, there is no doubt in anyone's mind that this is not a fair and true investigation.

I will publish this email on my blog in readiness for the launch of your attack.

I ask again for you to withdraw, and for the States of Jersey police to make you withdraw, and I state without fear that your investigation and report are not linked to my complaint, I do not agree to your investigation or report, you are harming me, your works in this are a form of harrassment and that I ask you to withdraw or for the police to withdraw you and to ensure that you are arrested if you continue and publish anything that will harm me further, emotionally, physically or in any way.

sincerely,

The Diocese's fireworks display of misconduct - posted last year

Last year's Diocese misconduct post:

Good morning,

During the early hours my sleep became shallow and flashbacks invaded, this is usual, thankfully not too severe at the moment, I got up in the dark at 6am and washed myself in a bucket of cold water, as usual and had my walk, clusters of flashbacks, diocese and police, ran through my head and I overrode them, this is the usual, the problem starts when I cannot dissociate and cannot stop the flashbacks, which are always worse at night and in the early morning.

But here I am, awake and free from flashbacks, although the memories are never far away.

I could tell you about the flashbacks and bad memories before I go into a summary of the Diocesan trauma from this year and continue to tell you in depth how and why it has damaged me.

In my sleep the flashbacks were mainly about Jane Fisher and how she would not get off me and out of my personal life and how she was able to force herself on me and have the Bishop backing her up and claiming she was only helping me, while she forced on me and had the police on me for going mad with distress.

The Bishop was asked to withdraw her continually from 2009 and he didn't.

Anyway, the cluster of flashbacks in the morning was firstly about the police and then about the couple in Overton who belittled me so very much. The Overton couple are not normally part of my memories or flashbacks.
Anyway, that lot of flashbacks was really an easy lot compared to sometimes.

The fireworks show of horror/the diocese relaunching their interventions into my life this year:

  • Being traced by the police by the diocese was wrong, shouldn't have happened and is inexcusable and has caused me deep trauma and disruption and fear, these are the same police that the diocese used to damage me beyond repair only two years ago, why on God's earth was it allowed for me to be traced so the diocese could re-start their cycle of violation and harming me for my reaction.
  • The police claimed that the Bishop wanted to apologize to me, which he never has, and also that 'local church groups wanted to support me', to me this remains a mystery 'local'??? church groups??? I will never know the foundation of that incredible lie, but the Bishop never even answered my emails, certainly never apologized and all I got was, after a few weeks, some chaplain guy waffling vaguely and irrelevantly and then the Bishop threatening me in response to me BEGGING the diocese not to do a repeat of that prolonged attack on my life in Winchester by Jane Fisher, which led to her having me battered and locked up when I responded.
  • The chaplain guy also tried to tell me that I was not being harmed by the hate campaign in Jersey against me, which was the response to the Dean being suspended. This smacked of Jane Fisher and her delusional denials of what was really happened, which the Korris report picked up and used on her behalf in the branding of me as mad.
I will continue this saga later today. There is a cup of tea with my name on somewhere.

re-post Diocese and Deanery war, posted last year.

The Diocese of Winchester burst back into my life in the most traumatic way, through the police, and at Easter of all times, when I was least able to seek help and support.

Then followed a stream of traumas, awful inaccurate press articles in Jersey and a hate campaign in Jersey, led by two people who had never even met me! Gavin Ashenden and Philip Bailhache.
Gavin Ashenden is a clergyman and Philip Bailhache is or was a church officer and on the Deanery Synod.

I find it incredible that a clergyman can cast stones at someone who he doesn't even know and still wear his dog collar, let alone call himself a Christian, what kind of example is this man setting to his flock? He was not even in Jersey when I was there, yet he has heard rumours and one side of things from Phil and Heather Warren's parent-in-law who used to be in Hampshire, and are now in Guernsey and he feels that that licences him to verbally attack me in the media and write to the church times making out that I am mentally ill and thus not believable.

Firstly where in Jesus' teaching or example did Jesus ever condemn someone he didn't know? Or condone it? He said 'let He who is without sin cast the first stone'. And Ashenden and Bailhache are far from without sin.
Secondly Gavin Ashenden, whether the enquiry believe it or not, and whether the churches and clergy in Jersey believe it or not, has demonstrated just how much a visitation in Jersey is needed, though sadly Dame Steel has been allowed to prevent a visitation and enquiry and thus nothing will ever be done.

Gavin Ashenden's example of why a visitation is needed includes his attitude to mental illness, he has no understanding of it at all and has decided, especially to the church times, that people with mental illness, a significant proportion of the population, are not valid. Which would be interesting if he or one of his clique in Jersey was ever diagnosed with depression, thus becoming 'mentally ill, he would no longer be a valid human being, in his own classification, but a drivelling condemned liar, which is how he has classified me.
He furthered his warped view of Christianity at the Grouville meeting by stating that no-one on the island would want to help me.
I wonder what he actually thinks he is doing in light of the fact that he is not only supposed to be a Christian but is also supposed to be serving Jesus. I wonder what exactly a dog collar means to these Jersey clergy, or rather, I already know, it is a comfortable, powerful and very lazy way of life, one church each, not much to do, privilages that do not exist for UK mainland clergy, lots of pomp and vip treatment at festivities and  ceremonies, a small island with much power for these very self-important clergy, but as is demonstrated over and over again, very little Christianity or compassion.

Gavin Ashenden famously did a talk at the Tuesday meeting in Church house in St. Helier, the same meeting that Robb Averty and all rabid evangelicals attend, he spoke of demon posession and how he publicly drove a demon out of a 'mentally ill woman', it is not at all surprising that Gavin Ashenden was selected by the Jersey Deanery, he joins the 'cult' or 'magic' evangelical circle which is growing in Jersey, which Jane Fisher tried to tell me did not exist, which Mark Bond told me was now the only kind of clergy that the Dean would allow into Jersey, although I do not know the truth of what Mark Bond said.

So, Gavin Ashenden condemns the mentally ill and thinks that they are the lowest of the low, unwelcome and profane, there to show off about casting demons out.
But the thing is, all through this matter, I have been labelled mentally ill by Jane Fisher, and this has been facilitated through the Korris report, and it isn't true.

Jane Fisher repeatedly and forcefully tried to have me put away as mentally ill, and repeatedly failed, because I am not.
I am not mentally well either, but I am repeatedly assessed as free from serious mental illness and deeply deeply damaged by the attempts by Jane Fisher to solve me as a problem by having me put away.

I am on the autistic spectrum, with possible reactive attachment disorder, I am severely psychologically damaged and I am diagnosed as suffering severe Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. None of these are serious mental illness, all of them are from birth, upbringing and background; and if you were to look at Gavin Ashenden or Bob key's backgrounds, you would undoubtedly find them very comfortable and with no trauma. And definitely in the case of Philip Bailhache who went to £32,000 a year private school.
So isn't it ridiculous that these people, who wear dog collars and are ordained to God, who have never wanted for anything - and wealthy background does seem to be a requirement of Church of England priests and lay workers, are condemning me, when they have never met me, in order to protect the Dean, who has done wrong, and completely forgetting why they are supposed to be there and how they got there in the first place!

Interestingly enough, Gavin Ashenden uses mental illness against me as a crime and cites the stories of Reverend Phil Warren's parent's in law, but omits the fact that Phil Warren's mother in law, Heather Warren's mother, who damaged me so much, is seriously mentally ill herself, and as well as causing me to be admitted to hospital through her actions, she used to wish Heather dead as a child. Phil and Heather Warren and Heather Warren's parents and Gavin Ashenden are all very much part of the cult evangelical clique that covers Jersey, Guernsey where the parents in law and other members of that family worship and lead churches and also the Witchurch Deanery, where both Gavin Ashenden and Heather Warren's parents previously were.
This cult element involves things like: getting children to lay hands on adults as if to heal them, controlling people through prayers, I saw a lot of this psychologically damaging practice in the Witchurch deanery and in Jersey, and a number of other psychological 'tricks' which were taught by visiting 'big figures' in evangelical circles and also apparently by things that the Warrens brought back from the states, including the psychologically controlling words 'there are Satanists in ....... (Jersey) praying for the breakup of clergy marriage. And the constant attempt to trivilise abuse and validate people by using forgiveness and accusations of lying to excuse abuse.
Jane Fisher tried to excuse all this and condemn me, much as the clergy did, she refused to take my complaint seriously or tell me that anything would be done. And she wonders why I got angry! And then the Korris report backs her up and makes me out to be insane.

Although they are trained and ordained clergy and elected officers, the clergy and church officers in Jersey seem to know nothing of the following:

  • Jesus taught 'forgive others their wrongs/percieved wrongs, or God will not forgive you - the hate campaign isn't just a lack of forgiveness, it was a full blown hate campaign with slander and libel and done in a way that I had no voice to answer them, do you think clergy should be publicly attacking someone who they consider to be mentally ill? How do you think attacking someone who is ill affects them? I can tell you that attacking someone who is traumatized the way I am has done severe severe damage, and is that appropriate for clergy?
  • Jesus did not discriminate or exclude, he included tax collectors, protitutes and lepers, he included Legion, who was 'insane', and he healed legion and taught him, he did not run a hate campaign and write an inventory of legion's presumed sins and display them in public as the Jersey Deanery have done to me. The clergy in Jersey would only keep company with lepers, pharisees and other minorities in order to show off, and they would only do it at arm's length.
  • Jesus said 'let he who is without sin cast the first stone - obviously Gavin Ashenden, Bruce Willings and Philip Bailhache shouldn't be on this earth, they assume that they are without sin.
  • Jesus said it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to get into heaven, Bob key gets is it a quarter of a million a year as well as a free house and many many free meals, Bob Key deliberately sabotaged an abuse case by being biased, and went on to call me wicked and say I wasn't abused, he had me ruined and put in prison, he was reinstated without enquiry and his clergy treat him like a hero, so the Jersey Deanery isn't much to do with Christianity is it? Bruce Willis, also a wealthy old man, who like a lot of people, especially those at the Grouville meeting, is there because of wealth and status, published blatant and libellous untruths about me in the local press, the local newspaper in Jersey is owned and run by my abuser's brother, who was also recently accused of sexual misconduct and that was quickly swept under the carpet due to his connections. And then there is Philip Bailhache, who runs the island with his brother William, together they decide who to promote or destroy, and destroy is the correct word, if anyone does anything to upset them or challenge them, people who speak out, people who rock the boat, like myself, challenging the Dean, or Stuart Syvret challenging all kinds of wrongdoing, especially to do with Haute de La Garrenne, which appears to be a sore spot with Philip Bailhache, who did not want haute de la Garenne investigated, he does not like abuse being investigated, he was opposed to Haute de la Garrenne being investigated, he was opposed to the abuse at Victoria college being dealt with, this is Senator Philip Bailhache, who was a church officer and on the Deanery Synod with my abuser. Does anyone see anything resembling Christianity in this wealth and abuse of power?
I am going to stop at this point and share with you.

Last year's onslaught

I am diagnosed as suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, with some of the elements of this condition being very high above the clinical cut-off point on the scale, this makes it quite serious.
I have said about this that despite these serious measurements, I am in much better shape than I was 18 months to a year ago.
The depth and severity of damage to me by Jane Fisher and the former Bishop was so severe that basically it is only a miracle that I didn't commit suicide.
But the events of the past six months have sent my stress levels sky high, especially recently, and despite the best efforts of my church, support team and therapy, I am in a state of severe tension, distress and depression.

I will list some of the traumas but the list is exhaustive:

  • Being traced by the police, basically this should not have happened and is inexcusable and was done to no beneficial purpose as the Diocese showed no interest in talking to me, explaining why they had set up on me through the police, or what they wanted, they subsequently never explained the enquiry.
  • The fake apologies in the paper by the Bishop and Archbishop, which were never backed up by genuine personal apologies. It appears that for all their power and status, the church of england do not know what a proper apology actually is.
  • The way the Archbishop blanked and blocked communication and ignored me, while he had all the time in the world for wrongdoers in Jersey who approached him.
  • The way the Bishop threatened me with court orders, what court order? one that one of his employees got me for responding to her harm of me? I had no knowledge of this order, if it exists, what I do know is that I was threatened by a man who had me illegally traced by police only to blank me and threaten me, which instantly made it quite clear that the whole matter was a farce. I have not come to terms with this man, Tim Dakin, tracing and threatening me. It is a deep deep trauma.
  • In the meantime I was being told by everyone else what the Dean of Jersey and his clergy had already told me previously, that the Bishop had no authority in Jersey, no authority to discipline the Dean and thus the Dean would be reinstated. The Bishop's office denied this and said that the Dean would not be reinstated without an enquiry. And what an utter nonsense that turned out to be, further harming me!
  • So far I was very shocked and damage and didn't hear a word of kindness or helpfulness from the Bishop's office, it was all vague waffle, a nonsense.
  • Anyway, the hate campaign against me by clergy and church leaders in Jersey kicked off in style when the Dean was suspended, supposedly just in defence of the Dean, ignoring the fact that he had done wrong, albeit years ago. I suffered and have never recovered from that hate campaign, it haunts my nightmares and has left me further traumatized and affected what little self-esteem I had, it has left me with an empty hopeless hole inside me that makes any attempt by me to put my side of things across hopeless.
  • Meantime I was made aware of the 'Korris Report' by the bloggers, a report written by some lay counsellor called Jan Korris, and titled as if it was written by someone, rather than some obscure lay counsellor with few qualifications. The Korris report was an awful inaccurate, defamatory and damaging report, apparently commissioned by Jane Fisher, who grandly titled herself as 'Winchester Diocesan Safeguarding Panel', a panel that does not apparently exist, if there was a panel rather than Jane Fisher on her own, damaging vulnerable people and covering the church's back, then how come Jane Fisher alone damaged me and didn't refer to her 'panel' and was able to have the Korris report done in a way that covered up her wrongdoing and further damaged me and misled everyone.
This list will be continued tomorrow. I am stopping here because of the trauma and distress that even writing this causes me, I am in serious difficulties.

What the Bishop didn't take into account when he launched on the Jersey Deanery part 1 of 1000

If an outsider from the UK launches a public attack on islanders, what is going to happen? If a Bishop from the UK church attacks islanders what happens?
Bishop Peter Broadbent just recently recreated this situation by attacking Jersey, what happened? You got an islander from one of the cult churches saying he had no right to say anything,
and the reality was, he was being a bit general and a bit irrational in his attack, just as Bishop Dakin was being very irrational and very general by publicly and in the national press, attacking the whole of the Jersey Deanery.

Here is Bishop Peter's outrageous launch on Jersey, although I doubt he mean it to be publicized

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-jersey-27616938

While Bishop Dakin's attack on the Dean and Deanery led to me being slandered and smeared and voiceless to defend myself as the story went international and the smear and cover up campaign was successful in villifying me.
I was devastated, why did the Bishop have no concern for my welfare and safety when he publicly launched on me. And why did he not stop the villification of me, but instead allowed the investigation to be taken over by someone conflicted because they were linked to the people smearing me and protecting the Dean?

I wonder what part of the whole charade of 16 months or so, Bishop Dakin considers to be about safeguarding?
Firstly, he produced the Korris report without my views and published it, how can you produce a safeguarding report about an abuse claimant and not include their side of things?
Secondly, he was sent my amendments directly by me, and also from Jan Korris when I emailed her,
and he did not amend the Korris report or arrange to meet me to add my views.

He more recently, after more than a year of being asked, withdrew the Korris report from the Diocesan website, and not because of my requests, but to protect himself.
Unfortunately by the time he withdrew it, less than a month ago - proven - it was and is so widely circulated that him withdrawing it from the Diocesan site makes little difference, I can access the Korris report via various routes in an instant.

Bishop Dakin has never attempted to meet me to discuss what happened to me, it appears that because he has never got my side of things or met me, the silly man thinks I am dangerous, and well, I am dangerous in that I am not going to let him get away with harming me, but as for agressive or violent, if you suggested to anyone here at the drop in today that I am aggressive and violent, they would look at you in astonishment! I am very quiet and I only act with anger if I am being abused and treated horrendously as I have been by the Diocese.
So he hasn't got my side because from the start, influenced by the inaccurate Korris report which was influenced by Jane Fisher, he made it clear he condemns me as bad, and so, he launched and ran an investigation without my side and assuming I am bad and thus will not be included. What a silly silly man, what a dreadful damaging and Unchristian way to behave.

So, after excluding me completely from the Korris report, and refusing to amend it, he proceeds to ignore island politics and cliques, who is related to who and who is friends with who, and accepts an offer from Dame Steel to investigate the matter further.

Dame Steel, a friend and colleague of Philip Bailhache and who was known to give a speech for him at a gathering of his, is allowed to proceed to investigate, despite the fact that Philip Bailhache abused his power to run a smear campaign against me, publicly harming me, which the Bishop did nothing about.
The Bishop ignored protests that Dame Steel was conflicted.

Dame Steel didn't introduce herself to me, explain anything or contact Bob Hill, who was acting on my behalf, instead she attempted to access my lawyer's records from when the lawyer had misrepresented me,
and unexplainably, as, despite Jan Korris's recommendations, neither Dame Steel, nor anyone else was looking into my arrest and deportation.
In fact the whole matter from Korris onwards seems to have been about covering up, for Jane Fisher and Bishop Scott-Joynt, for the Dean, the police, everyone.

Not at any point has my full story been taken and included in a report, which is why I am producing it here on the blog, which is unfair on me because the trauma is such that being forced to produce my story to combat the smears and untruths and inaccurate reports is a tremendous strain on me, because I have to relive what happened to me, knowing that the church of england still are not listening, nor have they ever taken into account the connections between people involved in the Jersey and Diocese matter.

Safeguarding investigation

It seems that Bishop Dakin wanted to be selective, he only wanted to publicly attack Jersey for a 'safeguarding investigation' while his public attack immediately invalidated him and his investigation, because how is it safeguarding when you publicly flog people?

He showed it was not a genuine investigation by not investigating the post-Jersey situation and by threatening me.
Basically stating that my side didn't matter to him, nor did his violation of my life and harm to me as a result.

Anyway, whatever his motives in publicly attacking the Deanery of Jersey and not handling the matter properly, it certainly wasn't a safeguarding exercise.
He has  certainly ensured that no-one will EVER report abuse in a church in Jersey again.
But he has not carried out a safeguarding investigation, he has excluded me from the hijacked investigation and ensured that I am unheard and villified, because his public attack on the whole deanery of Jersey led to legal repercussions from the lawyer-judiciary-church-clergy clique, that Dakin was not prepared for even though he attacked them, unjustly and needlessly.

And So a hijacked investigation that was done with a lot of expertise and excluded me, was done, it is not a safeguarding investigation, it is just part of a nasty war that Dakin sparked and has had no control over.

It is interesting that no other neglected investigations were suddenly launched by Dakin, and I know of several abuse victims who have not had their cases investigated properly, several people let down or villified by the Diocese, but they haven't had a public attack by Dakin in the media.

In true Church of Englandstyle, the whole matter is glossed over and tucked away, while I am left scapegoated and seriously harmed, I have been excluded from giving evidence, while the powerful clique in Jersey have engineered the evidence to ensure I am permenantly damned and the wrongdoers are cleared.

The fact remains that the Bishop had no power whatsoever to suspend the Dean or discipline clergy in Jersey, and I knew that because clergy told me that about my complaint while I was being harmed in Jersey, and the Diocese knew it because they must have known, and they did nothing about my complaint when they should have done. And too late, long after they had destroyed me instead, they decided to publicly launch on the Jersey Deanery, funny how in the Korris report they accused ME of involving innocent people, THEY injured hundreds of innocent people through their public attack on the Jersey church in the national press and media, they injured hundreds of innocent and vulnerable people, for no good reason as the Bishop had no right to suspend the Dean.

The Bishop's suspension of the Dean, and any disciplinary action was illegal. So 15 months later I am set up to be destroyed as a result, for no good reason, because I am the easiest scapegoat through hijacked reports and I have no voice as I continue to be villified and scapegoated.

Safeguarding? No, there has been no sign of that in all these years of being destroyed, driven to breaking point and breakdowns, voiceless and slandered and scapegoated, still with my side omitted.

Anything and everything

Good evening,
This blog is on a bit of a break as things are busy here.

I would just like to say that it remains the case that what was inflicted on me last year for no reason at all, and the smear campaign by the Jersey Deanery was an utter disgrace.

The plumbline, yardstick, spirit level of measurement of the Church's behaviour is Jesus and His teachings, and their behaviour, diocese and Deanery last year, was inexcusably completely and utterly out of line.

If the Church, with all their wealth and power, claim to be there because of Jesus and His teachings, they should act as if they are there because of Jesus and His teachings.

Jesus Never publicly flogged anyone, He prevented a woman from being stoned to death, while Deanery and Diocese have acted as if they don't even know the Bible.
Which is why I keep offering them Matthew Chapter 23.

Bob's latest blog

This is Bob's latest blog

http://bobhilljersey.blogspot.co.uk/2014/03/jerseys-dean-canterbury-agreement.html

I am offline  for a while this weekend. Nothing to freak about.
I remember Jane Fisher illegally reporting me missing when I wasn't and she hadn't tried to contact me to find out. So I get almost anxious about not being online every day in case of a repeat of that.

The Churchwarden

Bob states on his blog that the churchwarden who abused me is possibly to be alected churchwarden in the Town Church in Jersey.

According to Church of England guidelines he doesn't need a CRB check in order to be elected, but what he does need is church backing and a Bishop to confirm him as churchwarden.

Well the church have backed him, and during my complaint against him, he continued to attend the Town Church with the Dean and spend time with the Dean, and when I spoke to the Diocese about this and continued my complaint about it thus being an unfair and unbalanced complaint, I was rubbished of course, by Jane Fisher, as you have seen in that extract of an email where she claims that the Dean is neutral.

And Bishop Trevor actually joined in the culty games while he was in Jersey while I was there, so him blessing the churchwarden as churchwarden at the town church would not be surprising at all.

But what a terrible message it sends out, it sends out a message that it is ok for the church to destroy a victim and employ an unrepentant abuser, although that has pretty much been the message sent out over and over again.
The Deanery didn't run a smear campaign against the churchwarden, and Bishop Dakin didn't have him forcibly traced and forced on and threatened, the church have looked after the unrepentant churchwarden and are re-electing him while leaving me on the run and living in fear of further harm from the church with release of defamatory and unbalanced and hijacked reports.

This is Christianity according to the Church of England.
Jane Fisher worked hard to cover up in Jersey at my expense, absolving people who harmed and upset me for the churchwarden, and then she slandered me round Winchester, she didn't do this to the churchwarden , in fact she has allowed the Deanery to slander and smear me and protect him.

Christians

If the people in the Diocese and Deanery war are Christias then why can't they settle this civilly?

I am caught in the middle and it is making me ill, especially the wait to  be damaged by unbalanced and inaccurate reports that condemn me instead of investigating my complaint. Reports that cover for wrongdoers.
Why am I being crucified for my sins when I do not work for the church and other wrongdoers do, hence their wrongs, which they will not take responsibility for, are worse, while I am on my knees pleading for forgiveness and absolution!

ps, the dioce appear to have made that NSPCC bid only to be able to put something in their press statement to cover for themselves.
'working hard accross the diocese to provide me with help'? Ha!

Anything and everything

Was the reason that the Steel report wasn't published because the Steel report was to stop me going back to Jersey, and I made it quite clear that apart from visits to Jersey -which are too traumatic for me really, I am not going back to live in Jersey.
I can't afford to live in Jersey, I am not fit for work, I need the therapy that I can get in the UK and not in Jersey, and life would be miserable in that small island for me, it would not go back to being a full and happy life. I would go back to being shunned and worse, and having to work out who was connected to who, and basically, with enemies in the Masonic-Judiciary-States-Church clique, I am safer staying here.
Although I am grateful for the offers I have had from Jersey of homes and the invites I have had.
Some people do not understand why I turned these down, but honestly, I am safer here even though it is a tough and painful life here.

Unrelated, but I remember that meeting with Bishop Scott-Joynt and how afterwards, I was exhausted and Jane Fisher kept on and on badgering me for details of the meeting.
I asked her why she couldn't ask the Bishop.
And she said because it was a private meeting.

Basically that meeting was used against me in the Korris report, as if I hasd done something wrong by answering Bishop Scott-joyn't questions, I did not lead that meeting and the witness was conflicted and could be used by the Scott-Joynts and Fisher in any way they liked, but the Bishop led the meeting by asking me questions, he excused the behaviour of the churches in Jersey towards me, claiming it was because they didn't know how to respond to me, which, considering they were shunning me because I reported the churchwarden, was rubbish,
and my anger was in response to the shunning.

However, the Bishop didn't excuse Phil Warren's verbal attack on me entirely, but he did try to change Phil Warren's motives,
but this was too late, after the damage had been done by Jane Fisher excusing Phil Warren,
none of this is mentioned in the Korris report.

I went for prayer and Phil Warren said he had 'heard about what had happened in St. A's'
He turned nasty and aggressive and trapped me in the prayer room and started shouting at me.

When I told him the abuse case was a serious matter and he should not get involved he leaned into my face and accuaed me of 'Threatening him in front of witnesses'.
Which I wasn't.
He implied banning me from his church.

Now this is an example of how the smear campaign are spreading a wrong perception, because I had never done anything to Phil Warren, at all, but he had 'heard' about ST. A's, and thus, along with my past quarrel with his parents' in law, he decided he had ammunition to attack me when I peacefully went for prayer for a friend who was ill.

As you will see in the email that I wrote to him in reply - not abusive, I was horrified by his behaviour. And not only emailed him, but also contacted Jane Fisher.

Jane Fisher rubbished me.

Which contributed to me going mad with distress.

Jane Fisher then claimed that Warren had apologized to me and thus my distress at him 'hearing things about me' and using that to attack me just as others used it to shun me, was irrelevant and not valid.

I had not had a problem with going to the Warrens churches even though I kept my distance from them, for 2 years up until that incident, and had said and done nothing wrong, as my email states.
But then there was not only the problem of Phil Warren 'hearing things' there was also the problem of Jane Fisher attacking me and denying things.

Jane Fisher went on claiming that Warren had not attacked me, he had, he trapped me and was aggressive, with his own 'witnesses'.
Anyway, Philip LeClaire came with me to the church a few times after that and Phil Warren was 'all nice'. He didn't openly attack me again, but undoubtedly continued to be involved negatively.
This was the time when Fisher was spouting on about things 'being in the past' and only hurting me by me dragging them up, and it remains that as with most of her messagages, she didn't make sense or tell me what was in the past but she did injure me by implying that anything was being dragged up by me.

But anyway, Bishop Scott-Joynt, the only good thing he said at that meeting, was that Phil Warren shouldn't have done that and would a personal apology help?
H ealso added that Phil Warren may not have known that what he was doing by trapping me and acting as he did he came accross as aggressive.
I never got a personal apology.

But the point is, ignorant people have accused me of being violent and abusive and making death threats to clergy for years, now this incident was in 2009, and I had never done anything to the Warrens except fall out with the Lihous, which was two-sided and as far as I was concerned was forgiven, forgotten and in the past.
Which the Bishop agreed with.

I did not provoke that clash with the Warrens, Phil Warren did, in 2009, a year before I left Jersey, and although it was not satisfactorily resolved, and me involving Jane Fisher, with all her denials and 'teaching of lessons' made Warren belt up, but also injured me because of Jane Fisher's words and attitude, that caused me to continue to break down.

So, 2009, no provokation, attacked on 'What he heard' and I am the one accused of years of abusive emails etc. 2010, I left Jersey.

The only emails and letters I sent were to people who didn't handle my complaint properly, allowed me to be abused and supported the abuser after the complaint was made and villified me and shunned me, as St. A's villified me to Warren, to get his and his parent's-in-law's support against me.
So who was being unchristian, just me in breaking down into anger and distress and sending bad letters? which did NOT contain death threats!
Or them in villifying me and upholding an abuser, both bad, but the abuse situation should not have been allowed to happen, and should not have been furthered by the villification, or Jane Fisher's denials of it.

Anything and Everything

Good evening,
I was just watching the blog stats, seeing this blog and 'Life after the Diocese's Stats together, and life after the Diocese's stats read:    9,067
While this blog's stats read:     19,067

Which fascinated me.

Life after the Diocese runs at 20-40 hits a day, while this blog runs at a few hundred a day.
Modest figures but it all adds up, especially considering that this is a heavy and traumatic blog, and it can be hard to get into, understand the wherefores and whys, and hard to keep up with, according to some, as this writing is now my life.

It remains that I am too traumatized and demoralized to share the full Jersey story yet, but as and when I can share bits, like the police email I did earlier, I will.
That Police email shows the incidents that started my steady fall into severe trauma and distress.

http://whatreallyhappenedinthechurch.blogspot.co.uk/2014/03/the-letter-sent-to-jersey-police.html

Anyway. As most days and nights, I remain on trial and with my side of things unheard, and this is making me ill, I cannot live like this for much longer, so I am pleading the Diocese to launch the final attack with Gladwin, Steel etc.

But a suggestion came in today, based on the Dean's answer in an interview that the move to Dover was not because of fall-out with the Bishop.
The suggestion is because the Diocese face legal letters and action over this debacle, Dover don't, so Dover can publish what they like.

Anyway. Another topic.
I hva efaced further abuses and potential abuses while on the streets and have been alarmed and frightened by attempts to help me, because basically I feel unable to trust due to repeat breaches of my trust by Jane Fisher and the Diocese, and being shunned because of the record Jane Fisher and her Diocese got me.
Basically, I struggle to trust due to a) the abuse in Jersey and further near misses while on the streets
b) the record I have been given and the shame and exclusion it causes
c)My very justified fears that Jane Fisher would come after me and continue to harm me.

To the end now that I can't trust and am isolated.

I think that is enough for tonight.
I wish the day would come when I would be forgiven and be able to get the help I need without struggling, but the reality is that I was finished right back when I was in Jersey, and I doubt anything can heal my life now, I am just waiting for God's mercy.
