Dear Ian Gorst,

Your 50,000 of tax payers ,money on PR training must have been well spent, for you to offer a 'personal' apology to victims when you have been involved in exactly the same wrongdoing and appear unable to admit that during your PR apology.

Remember your persistent and criminal efforts against a vulnerable adult in order to protect States and Church Dignitaries? That remains unresolved and not accounted for. It needs outside investigation.
So did your little speech really have to cost £50,000 of tax payers money?

Make sure something is done about the million pound Winchester and Jersey cover-up at the expense of one lone and destroyed victim whose story remains unheard. You have taken so much time on your PR training that you seem to have forgotten to resign over the matter, not least because you personally tried to force the release of the whitewash Steel report and you personally had the victim bullied and trolled over the States personal whitewash by the failed and disgraced safeguarding partnership. You had no right to abuse your position to have a voiceless vulnerable adult destroyed with her side of things unheard, not least because as Chief Minister and dubiously a 'Christian' you were obliged to be impartial, instead you acted as badly and as conflictedly as you could.

Now that you have done your £50,000 speech at taxpayers' expense, maybe you can arrange the inquiry into Church, States and Police severe misconduct from 2008 onwards and of course especially from 2013-2016, not forgetting the severe abuse of the vulnerable adult by press and media and the states from their positions, and the inaction of yourself or the safeguardijng partnership to stop this. Because just as the systemic abuse and corruption in Jersey didn't go away and still remains a problem, not least under your unstable and corrupted leadership, the matter of the million pound public destruction of a lone vulnerable adult also isn't going to go away.

Any National or International Press ready to interview the victim instead of continuing the complicit silence, she is willing to be interviewed, and I don't think Ian Gorst's £50,000 of tax payers money on PR will ever wash the stain from him and his inter-conflicted corrupt States-Judiciary-Police-Church members.

And because Gorst, Bailhache and others have broken the law in their efforts, and so have the hopelessly corrupt and brutal States of Jersey Police,  but all consider themselves to be above the law, this needs to be a criminal investigation, and must be investigated by an outside police force as well as a neutral judge.

 You are responsible for allowing an openly conflicted judge to illegally act in the matter, Dame Steel's connections to the wrongdoers in this are open and evidenced and you were shown that evidence, as if you didn't already know, and yet you allowed her to continue to terrorize her victim and act illegally for the States and Church, and you even used tax payers money on a PR stunt trip to the UK to try to force the release of the Steel report, leading to further hate attacks against the victim, who you have never met, and the end result of that was the collapse of former Deputy Bob Hill as he tried to counter the hate attacks against the lone, destroyed and voiceless vulnerable adult. The blood on your hands, nearly two lives lost for the sake of cover-up, doesn't seem to affect your attendance at church, because you won't take responsibility for yourself, and this all the £50,000 apologies and fake care for the abuse victims, is worthless, and is your ticket to hell, if you really believe in God rather than being one of the group who go to church for show and status and to be fawned upon, which is the usual thing.

And remember, as well as the persistent and unashamed failings of Jersey safeguarding partnership over the years, which despite being published, have not led to improvement, they also were involved in criminal activity against your victim, at your behest, nearly killing her. The formal complaint against this remains unanswered and un-investigated, so your 'apology' is of no worth to anyone, especially not if that is all £50,000 of tax payers money spent on PR brings.Make sure your own personal victim, the victim of your conflicts of interests and place in the church and among the corrupt clique, receives justice and a full investigation into the actions of church, states, judiciary, press and media, and last but not least the police. It isn't possible to imagine that you go to church on Sunday for any reason except to be seen, and the same goes for the horrifically corrupt and callous men in your clique in the States.

I attach some of the reports waiting to be used in the inquiry into the horrific callous, open and utter destruction of a lone vulnerable adult to cover up for wrongdoing and protect the image of the church and states. Make sure justice is brought to this matter, no matter what your 'prejudices', and you don't need to spend so much money on covering up and PR this time.

Remember, there are 23 other reports waiting, as well as the ones attached, and the wrongdoing hasn't gone away just because of your unchristian illegal and deviant behaviour. The matter isn't closed, and will not be closed, until the whole matter is investigated by unbiased individuals and bodies who will have to ask you and your clique why you knowingly allowed a conflicted and biased associate of yours to hijack and whitewash the token investigations by the diocese of Winchester which were, incidentally to glorify themselves and cover their backs rather than any genuine wish for justice. And why you allowed illegal actions by the inter-conflicted parties to continue for three years without any thought for your victim's welfare.

Your apology means nothing while the Jersey Way marches on and lives remain at risk and your victim is destroyed. Make sure your victim is heard on an equal footing with the people who have smeared and discredited her, including yourself, and if you don't, your work and life and 'christianity' are worth nothing at all, if you allow a vulnerable adult to be destroyed voiceless, you would allow your own children to be destroyed voiceless and that is all that your life, work and ministry are worth.

What has happened in the States-led atrocity of the million pound Jersey and Winchester whitewash is an indication that nothing has changed, and you can whitter 'apologies' in much the same empty and PR-led way that the church do, but if you do not change things, starting with this massive injustice, your PR apologies make no difference, Jersey is still a corrupt mess, headed by a useless two-faced man who recently faced a vote of no confidence and in a panic he tried to save himself by sacking his right-hand man who he had determinedly tried to save from justice before. Horrifying isn't it, Ian Gorst, what you have done and got away with. So make sure outside investigation occurs, and have the grace to step down.

Finally, Jersey is obviously unable to function without proper supervision and outside audits, so before you step down, you should discuss this with the States and make sure that an outside governor and suitable facilities for the persistent wrongdoings in Jersey and the persistent need for the UK to keep investigating Jersey are looked into.  But straight away, Jersey Safeguarding Partnership's actions should be dealt with and they should be replaced, and you should dismiss Philip Bailhache just as you dismissed your other comrade, and this time not to save your sorry skin but because you were presented evidence of his criminal wrongdoing a few years back and refused to act, except to promote him to External Affairs Minister despite the nature of his wrongdoing. Time to stop following your PR script and start acting. No apology for PR makes any difference whatsoever when you are involved in and upholding wrongdoing and harm, the same thing has been said to the Church of England's National Safeguarding Team, who openly said that what has happened is wrong but that  they daren't stand up to you and your corrupt circle, not that they are anything but corrupt and employed to protect the church from victims. Horrifying, More horrifying if any victim hearing your apology believes you are genuine and not completely two-faced.

The only reason you have pretended to care about victims or apologize is because you like your cushy job and all expenses paid trips all over the world with the pretence that a tiny island with no trade or status, which can't run it's own affairs, needs you to visit exotic locations and pay you to, while when you can be bothered to come home to Jersey you are there because you allow the corruption and wrongdoing that caused decades of harm to children and the vulnerable, and still is doing.

Your £50,000 of taxpayers money for PR lessons when your right-hand crook grumbled about the costs both of the child abuse inquiry and the Jersey and Winchester whitewash, is a very poor financial judgement, and a waste of money, I can see through your duplicity, so can others. Image is more important to you and your corrupt clique than genuine apology, repentance or even justice, you couldn't stop the care inquiry so you did your best with sabotage, PR and pretend care. It is small wonder that Jersey has to be run and investigated by the UK, while the corruption and abuse and lack of safeguarding remains and you and your comrades are using your positions to enjoy free and needless travel round the world at taxpayers' expense. 

Time for Change. Goodbye Gorst, find a more suitable position and Jersey may have a chance of being a better, more productive place, with a better quality of life for those who belong there.

The Dean, in response to so many questions

Dear Peeps,

The stats are up because of the Dean's 'Resignation'. Just as the stats went up when in the summer the Archbishop and Bishop smeared me and upheld the Dean earlier this year. More death threats, hate attacks and lies against me always result from these one-sided press shows.

The Dean, as you know, has had the freehold of the Deanery and would have stayed until retirement, but was made to step down. The big show in the press and the resulting troll attacks on me are to do with the same thing as the Bishop and Archbishop upholding the Dean and his engineered Steel report earlier this year.
It is all catastrophic dishonesty and safeguarding failure, cover up and show, because the Church's image matters more than anything else.

The Dean and his wife jeered at me that they had freehold of the Deanery and would remain until retirement, in the same conversation with me where they called me evil and tried to use one-sided accounts of abuse and harm I had suffered in the past against me. This conversation was not recorded or dealt with by Jane Fisher and was blatantly lied about in court where I had no voice.

In 11 years has Jersey become more Christian, less unequal, more honest or kind or Christian? No, from what I have seen of Stuart and Trevor and Shona being destroyed and the terrible behaviour of the Bailhache Brothers and others. The Dean has achieved nothing for his free house and massive salary, and he is a danger to the vulnerable through his dishonesty and his acts of destroying a vulnerable adult to save his own skin. It is astounding that the Church are upholding him and giving him other positions where he will be a safeguarding risk, after they spent a million pounds covering up for him and destroying me.

No lessons have been learned. The Church of England with their loud noise and hot air about safeguarding and habit of employing people 'from a social care background' to create an image but not good safeguarding, is as dishonest and corrupt as it always was.

There still needs to be an independent review into my case and why I have been publicly destroyed, and the church are still hiding behind lawyers and insurers and even if they were to be forced to allow a review, they would choose a conflicted person and call them independent, no lessons have been learned. The complicit press print whatever the church say, and have told me so, and my side is only printed in distorted snippets.

The Church need to be audited by the government, and use of the press and media for the Church's own ends needs to be investigated and regulated.
No lessons have been learned. The million pound Jersey farce is a disgrace that the Church can't even find the grace or Christianity to take responsibility for.
The Dean is upheld and there is no safeguarding in the Church.

But once the Dean returns to the UK, taking legal action against him will be much simpler. I hate trying to deal with paperwork for two different countries.

A formal letter

Formal Complaint against the Archbishop of Canterbury and the failure to record the matter properly by phone this morning CC: IICSA and to be published online.

Dear William Nye and Archbishop's council,

This complaint is copied to the police, who for years have beaten and imprisoned me to try to silence me for the Church of England. I am alive but horrifically damaged and eventually I will collapse as Bob Hill did while trying to defend me against the Church.  

The Church haven't taken responsibility for Bob's collapse or the harm to me, but the police have a duty to deal with the Church, the police are afraid to deal with Bishops and Archbishops and their hefty and Godless legal teams that invalidate the Church of England, as is seen in the cases of Peter Ball and Bishop Bell and the former Bishop of Gloucester, the police prefer victim suicides and silencing victims because they are afraid of the Church and it's massive and abusive power. 

But nonetheless they do have my complaints and they will be asked why they didn't deal with them as well as why they refused for so many years to stop the Church of England from harming me. What the police can do to start with, is formally ask the Church to refer my case to a competent safeguarding body outside of the Church of England, which is what I have now be requesting for three months.

Police please note, the Bishop of Winchester has breached a court agreement over the Steel report. He was not allowed to publish or distribute the Steel report without having first got agreement on its accuracy and consent from me, and instead of telling the press and media and general public this, he has claimed that the Steel report is valid and that he is handing it over to the conflicted and biased Bishop Gladwin to include in his report. 

Handing it over to Gladwin breaches the court order instantly. The Bishop has still failed to send me my copy of the Steel report, which despite being written by a conflicted member of the Jersey circle and not including me, was supposed to be about my case.

This morning I phoned the office of the Archbishop's council as it is obvious that nothing is being done about the open corruption, deceit and abuse by the Archbishop of Canterbury and Bishop of Winchester in my case and the very serious harm that he and the Bishop of Winchester have done to me. 

Surely it is the biggest safeguarding failure in the Church of England apart from the Peter Ball and Kendal House cases, and yet my case is unique in that the harm was carried out while the Archbishop and Paul Butler have been keeping up this front about the Church 'caring about safeguarding'.  And less unique in that the Church of England intend to keep silence and not act while the wrongdoers involved are still in office.  

There is no good outcome of the Church spending a million pounds to publicly destroy a very broken and homeless vulnerable adult and uphold her abusers publicly, there is no good conclusion and no glory in it for the Church of England, all they have achieved is a statement that they will protect abusers, publicly at any cost, even at the cost of the life of a brave man and a vulnerable adult and they will discredit the victim after carrying out a number of biased whitewashes that they incredibly try to label independent. Someone needs to define both safeguarding and independent to the Church as they consistently mis-use these words.

The Church don't care about safeguarding, they care about covering up, looking good, and using anything they can as PR and limelight stunts. The Church have been persistently using the crime of sexual assault as a limelight stunt since the current Archbishop took his position, which reflects very badly on him indeed. But anyone who saw him use his 'Father/s' as a press stunt will know that he has never been fit for his office as he doesn't represent Jesus in his twisted use of his personal life to gain attention. Why are the police and authorities not challenging the Church on these serious abuses of the public and the vulnerable?

This morning's phone conversation reflected the fact that nothing has changed in the closed fortress of cover up and denial in the Church of England. I doubt with all my heart that anyone will 'phone me back' as suggested by the terrified woman who was breaking the 'no communication with HG' rule' this morning. And if only it was just me, Eli Ward, Graham Sawyer and every victim who has contacted me has been treated this way.

The Archbishop's persistent use of church sexual assaults as a PR stunt whilst not changing the Church's horrendous treatment of victims means that he isn't really in a position to continue, but his very blatant and open favouritism in the Jersey Deanery case means he certainly should step down, and this is a formal complaint to that effect. 

The damage to me of the public discrediting by the Archbishop and his refusal to deal with open wrongdoing in the Jersey Deanery and by the Bishop of Winchester means he cannot be upheld as a Godly man or an example of Christianity, and his habit of using current affairs as press stunts to get limelight for the Church annoys a lot of people.

What kind of human being does as the Archbishop has done, in upholding both the Jersey Deanery and the Bishop of Winchester in open and blatant deceit, abuse of power and very serious harm to a vulnerable adult and claiming that no wrong has been done? I am still suffering the way the Church has publicly destroyed me, and neither the Bishop or Archbishop have met me or recorded my story, what a terrible way to waste a million pounds, on destroying a vulnerable adults who has already suffered too much.

And although the lady I spoke to this morning was perfectly polite, it became clear that she wanted to get off the phone and close the matter down quite quickly once she realised who I was. So nothing has changed in the Church's fortress of denial and corruption. Branding a vulnerable adult is never acceptable, branding them when they are homeless and destroyed by the Church is as far from Christianity as you can get. 

Why, in this day and age is the Church still allowed to abuse its power this way? And incidentally why is this wealthy corporation allowed to have dual roles as charity and government department and why does the Synod hoard billions and make local churches waste sermons on begging money to keep the church running? Why if the Church is a 'Christian Church' are they not dealing with abuse and abusers properly and making provision for victims?

When the Archbishop publicly destroyed me earlier this year, with the help of the Bishop of Winchester, he had never met me, neither had the Bishop.

The National Safeguarding team added to the injury caused by the Bishop and Archbishop and their complicit press by claiming that 'The Church didn't mean to hurt me' what a stupid thing to say to someone who has been publicly destroyed for three and a half years by the Church through the press and media, what exactly did they mean to do then? The National Safeguarding Team are invalid until or unless they are independent of the Church of England and not under the people who are doing the wrong and are not acting complicit with wrongdoers to cover up and excuse wrongdoing.

This morning on the phone the woman started out as all Church of England people do, all polite, she asked if it was a safeguarding or general complaint, well it is both but the National Safeguarding Team were told to ignore me when they didn't get what they wanted from me. Graham Tilby actually told me he was told to ignore the distress that he and Jane Dodds provoked in their denial of my situation and efforts to force a meeting on me rather than deal with my complaint.

They wanted me to be complicit in the Bishop's discrediting attack on me, and tried to make me and the Bishop communicate despite the fact that I took him to court in 2014 to stop him from killing me by handing the whitewash steel report over to William Bailhache, one of the conflicted Church-States members who had elected Steel for the cover up. 

The Bishop and Archbishop, while misleading the press and public with impunity, seem unable to tell the press or the public about how Steel was conflicted and I was forced to file against the Bishop as  litigant in person when I was so ill.

The National Safeguarding team have refused to address this massive safeguarding failure of the past three and a half years and kept on and on trying to get me into a meeting 'To support me', and no doubt other vulnerable victims fall for this part in the Church's cover-up machine, but not me, I won't meet with people who are complicit in cover-up and harm to a vulnerable adult, who have stood by and knowingly allowed harm as Tilby, Dodds and Murray have, and who have been engaged in this harm as well, for example liaising with the Bishop of Winchester to cover his back. How terrible that anyone who claims to be in safeguarding would act this way.

If the National Safeguarding Team can't see the very serious misconducts and harm to me by the actions of the Archbishop, Bishop and Jersey Deanery and complicit press, they can certainly see the harm to Bob Hill for defending my life with his own, the only reasons they have not acted is because they don't understand safeguarding or they are unwilling to deal with the powerful wrongdoers, both of these things invalidate them and while the wrongdoers remain and I have not had an equal voice in the press and media who carried out the Church of England's massive abuse of power in this case, then I remain suffering. 

You can't get all abuse victims, vulnerable as they are, to obligingly trot into the cover-ups and cover-up meetings that Dodds and Tilby kept putting me under pressure to bow to and attend. I wonder how many other victims have been silenced this way? 

On the subject, Tilby claimed that Elaine Rose, the woman who has defended and condoned the bad behaviour of the Jersey Deanery, had any right to liaise with the conflicted Jersey Safeguarding Partnership over their whitewash serious case review, and he claimed he could get a copy of the serious case review whitewash.

 He didn't have my consent, and no-one has had my consent to view that set-up whitewash. It is another defamatory cover-up created by a woman who is facing charges for perversion of the course of justice, and it was created for and by the same dignitaries in Jersey who engineered the Steel whitewash. It is invalid and since the failure of the Steel report, those dignitaries in Jersey have clamoured for the release of this whitewash and even launched a troll attack on me using a fake gov.je email address.

This morning the lady on the phone was taking my details as normal until I mentioned the Korris report, and all of a sudden, whoever was in the office with her tipped her the wink and she rapidly tried to close the matter down and started talking about how 'someone would give me a response' rather than anything being done about my complaint. No-one will 'give me a response' because the Church take legal advice against their victims and their legal advice is to ignore me and not speak to me.

 Safeguarding? No, they destroyed me to close the Jersey matter down and now they are ignoring me, so the best thing the Archbishop can do is stop using sexual assault to try to glorify the Church in the press and media at the expense of victims, and step down. 

The Church recently had another feeble effort over their inadequate and conflicted 'independent inquiries in the press', they chose a man who protected Greville Janner and shared an office with another high profile paedophile, to lead an investigation into the Bishop Bell case, which will undoubtedly harm the victim, and yet they haven't arranged an independent investigation into the misconducts of the Archbishop and Bishop in my case, where a million pounds was spent, mainly on lawyers and PR firms because of the complete and utter mess they made in launching the non-independent and unqualified 'Korris' report into the press and allowing me to be publicly destroyed. The police need to respond to the illegal release of the Korris report as it was sent to them to compound the cover-up that they took part in through harming me and not protecting me from the Church of England when asked.

This matter isn't going to go away through the Church ignoring me, and the Safeguarding team who failed me have been asked to refer my case to a safeguarding body outside of the Church of England and to make sure an independent inquiry is called, and presumably the reason that they can't call an inquiry in my case as they did in the cases of Bell, Ball, etc is because the wrongdoers involved are still in their positions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nonetheless, this is a repeat request for an independent inquiry and this letter and everything I have said will not go away, nor will the open and glaring wrongs of the Church of England.

I wouldn't put it past the Church to do another whitewash without telling me and claim the same results as well as claiming an independent inquiry was carried out. No, as yet no inquiry has included me, no action was taken over conflicts of interests, no appropriate action was taken, and in Jersey they allowed open and free tampering with my records to cover up and aid the whitewash, how horrifying. The Church of England needs to be properly regulated, the authorities need to stop bowing to this massive power-abusive corporation which is akin to a Nazi regime, no-one should stand by now, because my case and the open abuse of power and illegal actions is a step too far.

The Church need to decide whether they are a charity or a government department and be regulated either as a charity or a government department, and with their bad record and bad name, that regulation needs to be from outside the Church.

Police, please be aware, as I have told you before, that I am due to suffer another vicious onslaught from the press and media when the Dean announces his forthcoming retirement, which seems for some reason to be delayed. The damage to me by the press and media, since the Church have released my details and identity to the general public, is a criminal act and you are aware from my correspondence just how weak and destroyed I am.

This is a formal complaint and also a formal request for independent and police intervention into my case.

When Women Bishops were voted in, the Dean and other people who were against women Bishops, were included in the countrywide campaign of frothy notices and announcements about how pleased they were that women Bishops had been voted in.
So presumably the homophobic Dean has been beamed his message from Canterbury to trot out, while Ashenden doesn't listen to much apart from the voices in his head these days. So they are giving out opposing messages and neither because they care about homosexual people.

As for being welcome in Jersey churches, you have to be rich and/or narrowminded.
I would like someone to volunteer to go to the town church and announce their gay wedding please.

Afterthought on Islam from me.
I do not like the way the media are playing up these stories of young people being radicalised. It is scaremongering. The Churchwarden's wife used to include in her daily fears that we were going to taken over by Muslims and it would be awful for us women.
I used to live among Muslims. They were peaceful, respectful and had good senses of humour, their beliefs lead them to have a set of ethics, something that Catholics and Buddhists have but the Church of England lacks.

Gavin Ashenden saw an advert in the church rag (Times) and it said 'Come and work where clergy discipline cannot reach you! Golden sand, corruption, old boys and favours in kind'.
So he went to work in Jersey.
It is a puzzle then why he is trying to take over in Normandy!

Dear Sir Philip,

The mainstream obituaries will read out all the nice things, won't they? Especially BBC Jersey and the JEP, who will make you out to be a great visionary leader.

But I am one of a number of people you have harmed with your self-obsessed power-hungry crusades that have gone on for decades.

My obituary to you could be summed up in a few words, for example 'paedophile protector',
'above the law' 'feudal lord', 'control freak' and other simple terms.

You aren't a nice person and I am amazed that you really genuinely appear to consider yourself to be a Christian while behaving as you have.
'Delusional' and 'Hubris' are two more short ways of remembering you.

You may think you are a Christian but do you really doubt the fact that you are going to hell when you die? God isn't someone you can bribe, bully or otherwise manipulate to think your way or do things your way.

Philip Bailhache, gone, as soon as possible please, and good riddance. Leaves behind him a broken marriage or two despite holding church positions, and leaves behind him a trashed and ruined island of Jersey, we pray that he rests in hell and his brother follows him shortly.

Dear States Giraffe,

I made a formal complaint to you regarding Philip Bailhache and his efforts to get the whitewash report he engineered released so that he can publicly destroy me again and unjustly exonorate the Dean.

And despite my complaint, he is there showing off in the press and demanding that report again since I made the complaint.

Jersey looks from the outside like a lawless ungoverned and corrupt miniature version of North Korea, and actually I believe North Korea actually has a government and according to reports, it's people are happy, while Jersey grows more and more weary and miserable as Philip Bailhache. and Senators Ouzouf and Gorst continue frequent trips to the far east for mysterious reasons, at tax payers' expense - are they using those thousands spent on flights to try to pull Jersey back from it's bankrupt and empoverished state in which inadequate school, care, medical and safeguarding systems are failing people and breaking lives?
Wouldn't it be better if they did that by staying at home and coming down to the level of real islanders, who are on the bottom rung below finance industry workers and States members? Any important business with the far East and indeed most places could be done by online conferencing until Jersey is well off enough to provide for the children, vulnerable, sick and tired of Jersey.

I myself am sick and tired of Jersey but Jersey won't safeguard me from their corrupt government either so it remains my business until they do.

Well whether they are flying for good reasons or not from a little island that is theoretically overseen by the crown and has no trade with the middle east or any country, openly and persistently harassing a vulnerable adult and being proud and cocky over a very deliberate hijack of a safeguarding investigation to protect wrongdoers and destroy an already destroyed vulnerable adult makes them bad ambassadors for Jersey and they are fully aware of what they are doing and show no remorse or repetence, so I am concerned that there is a safeguarding issue around this jet set club who you have received a formal complaint about.

If Philip Bailhache considers any sexual assault on a child to be a minor and unimportant issue, and if he is unchecked in destroying a vulnerable adult for wrongdoers while trying to mislead people to get the care inquiry closed down and trying to get a his own whitewash report published, then he needs to be chaperoned in the far east as their safeguarding may not expect to cover visiting 'dignitaries and children in some far east countries are more vulnerable than they may be in Western Countries, although in Jersey you have a safeguarding and social services system that is quite keen to aid abusers and provide for their 'needs' and have not yet realised that safeguarding means preventing children and the vulnerable from being abused.

While you consider my complaint, would you like to curb the Bailhache-Gorst bad and childish behaviour as an interim measure? Jersey is making itself look very bad and when Jersey loses the finance industry, then there will be nothing left, the agriculture and tourism industries are gone, all that is left is an ugly mass of concrete and a few dictators who think they merit flights abroad while the people of their island suffer hardship.

Jersey is hopeless, run down, dirty, poor systems, hostile and with an occupation mindset because the occupation never ended, I don't want to have to spend half my time in Jersey fighting for my human rights after I have left and moved on.

So please make sure that the people who threw me away for being abused and daring to report it remember to let go of my throat so that I can actually go.

And then , when you have time, make sure Philip Bailhache is disciplined for the first time in his spoilt self-centred and arrogant life.

I would like to see it happen, the City of London will be booming down the phone that you can't cane a two-year old. The answer to which is, why is a two year old (mis-)representing Jersey internationally?

I am going to pop this email on the blog so that at a later date it can be reviewed to see if the Greffe or safeguarding board or anyone else acted in response. If they haven't then Jersey needs intervention, maybe from the UK or the UN or any amnesty organization which can deal with a teeny lawless island who think they are big enough for 'trade' with other countries. Speaking of 'Trade' I have been told that Jersey dignitaries have tried to intervene in the UK abuse inquiry, I am sure that would be about another kind of 'trade' that Jersey used to find lucrative. Philip Bailhache wants the report that he so carefully wrote, he is desparate for it!

If the JEP do not stop harassing me on behalf of Philip Bailhache then I will be making a formal complaint to the IPSO.

For years I have put up with one sided slander of me, and the day after Philip Bailhache's paedophile protecting habits are in the press, you are giving him full attention regarding the conflicted Steel report that he wrote with his colleague Dame Steel and others to defame me and clear the Dean.

You are misinforming the public and harming me without any shame at all, and also you have never published my side of things, so your actions are offensive and an act of harassment.

Why are you supporting the paedophile protector in openly harming a vulnerable adult without giving her a voice in reply?

That isn't reporting, it is harassment.

Bailhache struts his church positions despite not just one incident of him protecting paedophiles but a history of protecting paedophiles, and what is amazing is that the church 'care' so much about safeguarding that they destroyed me with these whitewash reports but they let him stay in positions of authority in the church.

The Steel report is nothing to do with safeguarding and I would like to know why Philip Bailhache is trying to stir up trouble about it so frantically now, even while he isn't made to answer to anyone over yesterday's second witness making him responsible for a serial abuser being allowed to stay in the honorary police, while Bailhache himself not only presided over the same man's trial, but also tried to say that sexual assault that he committed was minor.

Sexual assault is never minor, and the JEP are aiding Bailhache in harming a vulnerable adult abused by one of his fellow church officers, while Bailhache demands a report that he and his colleague co-wrote.

Time this terrible blatant corruption in Jersey was investigated.

I have sent this cc the police as they have a duty of care, which they have failed in for 8 years, to stop the harm and abuse I am being made to suffer.

I am very tired of being distressed by mis-information being circulated by Philip Bailhache, he is blatantly unfit for his post, and with each new propaganda and each new attack on my life, upheld by the JEP and BBC Jersey, he becomes more obviously not fit for his post. Can anyone tell me why a man who claims to be a Christian is behaving like this?

The longer this goes on, the more the rebuild of my life becomes impossible and so I plan to return to Jersey, and I am aware that efforts may be made to prevent that, but it won't stop me. Finally, it is time for Jersey safeguarding partnership to do their job and stop Bailhache and his friends abusing me and destroying my life, 8 years too late but better late than never.

A letter to the States of Jersey Police

I will be returning to Jersey due to the failure of any agency to stop the States and Deanery harassing me by demanding their whitewash engineered Steel report to be released.

Whilst in jersey I do not expect the police to behave in the same cowardly, vicious, dishonest and and inexcusable way that they did while aiding Jane Fisher and the Dean in destroying me from 2008-2010.

Whilst in Jersey I will counter the defamation of me by the Jersey Deanery with peaceful meetings to express my side of things, I will also issue letters expressing my discontent and disgust regarding the failings of authorities and the bias of the press, and I will very possibly file a few court cases. Although I am being told that I can do that from here and demand an impartial UK judge.

There will be no cause for any further bad treatment and dishonesty by Jersey police, social services or the unsafeguarding board, instead it will be time for me to tell my story, not Bob Hill's version of events or anyone else's, my story, what happened to me, what is conveniently left out of all reports and investigations so far, and what Jersey police and related agencies haven't been investigated or called to account for yet.

I would rather have got on with my life here in peace, but as Jersey continues to relentlessly trash my life, I have no choice but to actually come to Jersey, so that the cowardly deanery and authorities will have to see the person they are destroying instead of sniping from a distance.

This time illegal police actions and brutality will be in the spotlight should they occur, and this time I am not out of control with severe trauma for being regressed to childhood, abused and thrown away for reporting it and left vilified by the closed church community, this time I have survived the worst traumas possible and am still standing, and thus I trust myself to stand and stand up to the legendary Jersey corruption and above the law nazis who are causing me distress. The occupation never ended, and that is known internationally. Even germany itself became a free country, Jersey remains under the occupation.

There doesn't appear to be any other way to end this matter and allow me to continue with my life than for me to come to Jersey. 

I will not be moving back to Jersey this week as I am ill and can't even go to work, and the weather is going to disrupt travel, so I am aiming for next week, to arrive at Jersey police station with a formal complaint of harassment against the Jersey Deanery, and also a full complaint for the police authority about the inexcusable way Jersey police treated me and also Stuart Gull's illegal actions. I think that will start the crusade with a bang?

An Open Letter to the Chief Minister of Jersey regarding his expensive bid to get a whitewash report released

A first formal open letter of reprimand, correction and warning to Mr Ian Gorst, Chief Minister of Jersey, cc Jersey’s Lieutenant-Governor, who this formal letter is also aimed at. This is also a first formal warning that action is to be taken and must be taken, in Jersey and the UK to bring the matters below to a close.

This letter also contains a formal complaint against Sir Philip Bailhache, which is to be dealt with by relevant and non-conflicted authorities.

This letter in no way covers my full complaint nor can it, but it is an initial step, expected to be followed by further investigation  by the authorities approached or further formal letters/proceedings.

Dear Chief Minister Gorst,

I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting you nor sharing my story with you but I see from yesterday’s press release that you are deeply involved in my case.  I am sure that as a Christian and a Minister setting an example to your people, you are keen to meet me and hear my story, which makes it surprising that you haven’t contacted me at all about a report about my case that you are fighting to have released. I look forward to your arrangement of a meeting before you proceed any further, as you are currently causing me distress and disruption to my life with your actions, and I am sure that if you are a Christian and a minister of integrity, then you won’t want that. I am sure you are very keen for my side to be heard on equal footing with those who have the advantage of lawyers, money for legal advice and also a voice in the press.

Let me tell you about me. Despite being utterly destroyed and left homeless after suffering very badly in Jersey for a long time for reporting a man who  abused me and who was a serial abuser and my second abuser in the Church of England, and despite continuing to be destroyed when I left Jersey because the Bishop of Winchester and Jane Fisher needed to cover up what they did to me, I have rebuilt my life as best I can, although the results of horrendous church and police behaviour will affect me for the rest of my life. 

I am disabled, I have physical disabilities and also autism and post traumatic stress from the terrible way I was treated by the church and police. But I am also a person who lives a fairly normal life, I have a flat, I go to work and I go to University.  I would like to move on now and stop being distressed and disrupted by the actions of the Jersey Deanery, who’s bad behaviour is now openly upheld by you and the Governor.

 I would gather that people in the esteemed standing that yourself and the Lieutenant-Governor have would not be able to imagine what being able to attend university means to someone who’s lifetime of poverty and abuse has prevented it thus far, no doubt you both, and your parents and children took your places at Oxford for granted because you could, I don’t have that kind of privilege . But what I can tell you is that your ongoing attempts to have the conflicted and invalid Steel report published is badly affecting my work and study, taking away things I have worked hard for and value in a life so severely damaged by the Church of England and police, and if you consider yourself to be just and fair, impartial or Christian, you will desist.  You can’t read this and dismiss it unless you are without conscience at all.

Responsibility:

I hold Jane Fisher of the Winchester Diocese completely responsible for all harm I have suffered, from being first abused by another church serial abuser when I was 19, to the constant harm to me since and especially for the harm in Jersey where she allowed another serial abuser access to me by allowing him to be in a church position. I hold her responsible for upholding the Jersey Deanery in harming me for reporting my abuser, and I hold her responsible for her part of the cover up, I hold her responsible for deceit and illegal and violating harm to me through agencies and services in Jersey and Winchester including LaMoye Prison and I hold her responsible for making me homeless, slandering me to all churches and outreach in my home town of Winchester and leaving me alienated from my friends and causing me further lasting harm through the police for my response to her cover ups at my expense, I hold her responsible for continuing to pursue and defame me, especially through the police and Korris report in 2013. I hold myself responsible for my shameful reactions to this intolerable treatment when I was unable to recover from what happened to me.

But I hold you responsible for making me live under stress and in danger of continued harm when I need to move on with my life. I will be taking action against Jane Fisher and the diocese of Winchester as well as you if this Steel report farce is not concluded and if I am defamed by any sort of release.

It is worth noting that there have been at least 3 court cases regarding the Steel report, one of which led to the Bishop of Winchester agreeing that he would not release the Steel report without first discussing the content of it with me and complying with  certain things at very least. He has not complied with this so I think you also need to be contacting me as well as the Bishop of Dover and Archbishop of Canterbury, not least because this report is supposedly about what happened to me in Jersey, and I would suggest that your fight for this report to be released looks desperate and very strange.

Regarding the above, the report is about my case, (well no, it was the Deanery’s illegal hijack of my case) and due to the court order and your actions to try to get the Steel report released, you are actually breaking the law. You are not permitted to cause me distress and harm regarding the Steel report nor try to force it’s release, the Bishop of Winchester is also acting illegally by allowing you to harm me through his illegal reports. You are only allowed to get the report released with my consent and when I agree that what it contains is correct. Do you understand that? So please make contact with me regarding your wishes. This is legally binding and a formal warning.

For the Steel report to have had so many legal interactions and costs associated with it, there is obviously something very wrong with it, plus it will not be the same report that your colleagues originally  illegally engineered to clear the Dean and destroy me in the first place if, as is suggested by the Bishop of Winchester’s words, it has been modified, altered, partly redacted. So tell me, how many flight costs did your effort to get the Steel report published cost?

I am just recalling Philip Bailhache’s repeat attempts to derail the Jersey care inquiry because of ‘cost’ and with at least five of you men flying business class to and from Canterbury and all the expenses involved, I think you need to have a rethink about what you are doing, because it is a bit too blatant. And who is paying for your flights? And I can’t not add this – did Philip Bailhache breach the data protection act on the plane again?!

Philip Bailhache usually estimates either £50,000 or £500,000 for things he wants closed down, so I am going to do an estimate of plane fares and expenses for a group of incredibly arrogant and unchristian men from Jersey who are desperately trying to force the release of a whitewash report:

Assume business class and a plush hotel, costs and meals and cost accordingly: £1000 plus. At a time when the government in Jersey are making cuts that affect the general public due to missing money and very poor budgeting. And then this week a probably equally expensive delegation to meet the Chinese president?! Jersey is a tiny insignificant island with no trade with China. So why is your government short of money? Because they waste it trying to look good at other people’s expense.

Using £1000 of tax payer’s money to try to snuff out the life of a vulnerable adult with a report thinly disguised as an investigation but in reality just a pure and blatant cover up and attack on a vulnerable adult? Something is very wrong with that picture. Both you and the Lieutenant-Governor are aware of Bob Hill also taking the matter to court, although he proceeded without my consent. So to see you so desperately trying to get this report released without contacting me to ensure that my views are included makes you appear very very duplicitous or so misinformed and incompetent that you aren’t fit for you post.

Why was this such important government business and who in the States signed the travel money off for it?

I know that collectively your little group who went to Canterbury appear to think you are above any reproof, but I must comment, if Philip Bailhache is so eager to close the care inquiry down, and you still try to give the illusion that the Steel report is to do with safeguarding, how do you square that paradox up? It has laughingly been described by bloggers as ‘Bailhache’s uncoverup’ as opposed to his cover ups.

On the subjects of immigrants. Can you explain why you have spoken about taking in refugees? Jersey’s school, social, housing and health services are atrocious, Jersey’s population is far too much for these systems already and the government and judicial systems are very very conflicted and outdated, and this is exampled in you and the Lieutenant-Governor going with Philip Bailhache to Canterbury. Indeed I believe refugees who come to Jersey will have a worse quality of life not better.

Please can you explain why you so urgently and desperately need this report released?  Despite knowing, and you can’t not know when you oversee Jersey, of the links between Dame Steel, the Bailhache Brothers and others?

If you are really desperate for this engineered report to exonerate the Dean and destroy me, then you need to get in touch with me, because legally the Church of England are not allowed to release the whitewash that you are so desperate for, but I will be taking the Bishop of Winchester back to court and asking him to present this report in its entirety and without the amendments made after each legal bid against it.

You need to contact me to access the Steel report that way. Dame Steel will also receive a summons on this occasion and will be questioned about the illegal liaison with Officer Stuart Gull of Jersey police and you are still obliged to investigate this illegal activity as well as the tandem illegal whitewash between Stuart Gull of the conflicted and guilty Jersey police and Safeguarding board to create another whitewash where Johnstone cleared the police without carrying out an investigation, much the same as the way that the Bishop cleared the Dean, and as officer Gull was also ‘appointed by the Bishop of Winchester’ to liaise with Steel, and did so illegally and is a member of a police force who grievously harmed me, why was he involved, having never met or interviewed me, in clearing the police to Glenys Johnstone who announced that they had committed no wrong and that her report was almost complete the year before she made a token pretence of including me?! Time Jersey justice was overhauled by real justice.

I know you made the statement regarding refugees for PR reasons but I would be concerned for any refugees being brought to Jersey when I have seen you fighting for the release of a report that you have been told with evidence is conflicted and when you are well aware of my anguish at the whole corrupt and deceitful process that the Church and press have gone through in the last few years. No refugee would be safe in Jersey, they would be open to harm with no redress.  – It is tempting also to say that you would deport them in their pyjamas after brutalizing them if they ever dared to stand up to the wrong that goes on in Jersey.  So being invited to live in Jersey would simply be out of the frying pan and into the fire for anyone seeking a better life.  I can state that as I am living testament to that fact.

Continuing on this subject, I have several suggestions if you continue to harm me.

Resolution suggestions:

1.            As you know, since the Korris rubbish broke in the press, I have been offered homes and jobs in Jersey by numerous people who don’t believe the Jersey Deanery and Diocese of Winchester’s deceitful lies about my case. If you continue to harm me, I will take up those offers even though quality of life in Jersey is poor due to the factors I mentioned earlier. And I will use my time in Jersey to put the record straight very legally and very powerfully – are you ready?

2.            I can take you on legally. And I feel that that will make you laugh but Goliath laughed and David killed him. My mum took Greville Janner on for his crimes in the 90s and dealt with a police force as corrupt and dishonest as Jersey’s proudly is, and although I and my family suffered terribly and I am left permanently psychologically damaged, the world knows about Janner now. Believe me, even taking a legal stand against you will go down in history, and it may take years but as you refuse to let me live in peace, then it is time for me to at last start giving the evidence that has been waiting all this time while Jersey and the Diocese of Winchester have been showing the world what immature and deceitful and dishonest mean. Are you ready?

3.            You can call an independent inquiry that includes my side of things; now that there is no doubt whatsoever from this letter that the Steel report is known not to contain my side. If you continue to harm me with press releases regarding the Steel report or efforts to release the Steel report, this letter is evidence that you are distressing me and that I have asked you personally to arrange for my side to be shared. After all what is the point of one-sided press releases and reports? They make the perpetrators look incredibly incredibly corrupt and vindictive. So the third and final offer that you make sure my own story and evidence is heard clearly to balance the Steel report. Until you do this, you are stating that you uphold the harm to me. Make sure my story in full reaches the same media as would publish the Steel report.

If you are unable to respond to my options and decide what the best way to continue is, then you must understand that your bids for the Steel report are invalid and you must desist from causing me distress for dishonest reasons.  Or indeed, being involved, as it is not appropriate.

Considering that the Steel report is supposed to be a Safeguarding report and you have shown complete and utter disregard for safeguarding me, I would like to know why you want that report released so urgently! So urgently that three of the most powerful men in Jersey had to fly to the UK and couldn’t simply have a phone conference with the Mainland Bishops – Would it be anything to do with you taking more illegally obtained and defamatory documents with you? And did Sir Philip feel the need to read them where they could be seen by the general public again?

You are actually guilty of aiding and abetting crimes, including harassment and defamation. You know you can be deported in your pyjamas without underwear for less than that, right? Did you declare Ian Lemarquand’s conflict of interests to the States and BBC Jersey when he defamed me and also claimed I wasn’t deported in my pyjamas? It isn’t too late so do that, especially as you are wasting my study time and I have two assignments due in as well as an exam in two weeks time.

As you may have realised, I have a bad habit of actually acting on things I offer to do. The Bishop of Winchester didn’t believe it either until he had to pay thousands to a church lawyer to lie to a court of law for him.

I know there was an investigation into police corruption in Jersey, and I know someone who was investigating and she told me she was horrified by what was going in Jersey. Unfortunately I see that nothing has changed and Jersey police are still very corrupt and dishonest, and brutal when they can get away with it.

However, there has not been a full investigation from the outside into the corruption and deviousness of the conflicted Jersey states and judiciary members, which stands out in all its glory in your expensive trip to try to force the release of a report that is technically nothing to do with you, and without you communicating with me, when the report was a result of what happened to me, although I am assured that it is a cover up that doesn’t remotely resemble what happened to me but defames me to exonerate the Dean. Hardly surprising as it was written by the conflicted states and judiciary members, most of whom are involved in the church, including yourself.

This letter, as well as being a formal open letter is a wide circulation letter and even if you refuse to read it, you will be liable for having been sent the contents of it by me and other people to whom it is circulated, if you make any further attempt, knowing what this letter contains and the distress that you are causing, to try to force the release of the Steel report.

Here’s a lovely message from Jesus Himself to you:

‘Philip Bailhache, Ian Gorst, and other powerful and well-to-do dignitaries were publicly stoning a woman to death for having the audacity to stand up to abuse and corruption. Jesus came along, ‘what are you doing, Children of God? He asked. We are right with God and we are good, this woman is bad and we will make a public example of her! In who’s name? We are doing all we do in God’s Name! They replied. And from where do you learn how to behave as God wishes? From the Bible, from Church! They responded. ‘I see’ Said Jesus.

There are several alternative endings, including Jesus joining in because that is what Bailhache and Gorst would expect, but it makes the point whichever way it ends.

I know that due to the ‘Jersey Way’, the term applied to the unjust systems in Jersey that keep people silenced out of fear, has destroyed a number of people who have stood up to Philip Bailhache, but I am already destroyed, and if it takes my life to stop this injustice, am willing to proceed,  before I even came to Jersey I dreamed that I perished in Jersey at the hands of the church, and if that is what will be, then so be it, as long as my crucifixion allows the souls that have been lost in darkness to come out into the light. 

I hereby officially, formally, legally and conclusively declare the Steel report null and void, it is not representative of my case nor does it contain my views, it is what it was set up to be, a whitewash that is to be destroyed or formally investigated for illegal access to police and other records without my consent and harassment and defamation. The Steel report was an act of pure madness and the Bishop was told to halt it and call an independent investigation.  It is thus continued madness that the Chief Minister and Governor of Jersey are demanding it’s release so loudly and frantically, and should they continue having received this letter, their motives will be Chrystal clear!

On a lighter note, did Bishop Trevor’s sense of humour in the press amuse you? Apparently ‘God’s people are safe in Jersey churches’! Hilarious. It took a million pounds and nearly took a vulnerable adult’s life in order to arrange social lunches for old, wealthy and completely uncaring people in the church and that makes the churches safe! Tell me again why you need the Steel report released?!

1.            Complaint 1. Breach of the data protection act and abuse of those who complained about it.

This complaint initially occurred without my knowledge and was not made by me, it was made by two businessmen who witnessed Philip Bailhache reading illegally procured police documents and other sensitive information containing my name and the name of my abuser on a plane while he was presumably flying to (or from!) influencing the church or authorities in the UK against me. His flight was presumably paid for by the States and it remains uninvestigated as to why this was States Business. Philip Bailhache a church officer and dignitary was abusing his power and dual roles and acting illegally.

A complaint was brought to Deputy Trevor Pitman by the two witnesses, and they were then openly slandered and attacked verbally by Philip Bailhache, who’s money and power really appear to make him believe that he can behave like a two year old having a tantrum in public. And seeing as he hasn’t been abused and destroyed to lead him to behave like that, he probably should have been  deported and left homeless and destitute after a bit of police brutality and imprisonment, no, hang on, one rule for the poor and vulnerable and another for the wealthy and powerful, the Jersey way.

Anyway, back to Sir Philip’s bad behaviour. Trevor Pitman was understandably alarmed at what he heard the men had witnessed and also the reaction of Philip Bailhache to the concerns.

He brought the matter to you, and it is a safeguarding matter as well as a legal, criminal and disciplinary matter. You did not act on it, you did not discipline or reprimand Philip Bailhache, who then made a confused statement to the States, nothing further was done, and despite you saying you believed the witnesses, you then promoted Philip Bailhache to the post of External Affairs Minister. Now would you like to explain that to me when you meet me to get my side of things to counter the Steel report? Can you also explain why you want a safeguarding report released so urgently when you haven’t dealt with this matter?

This is a formal complaint because this is a serious matter and harmful to me. You are responsible for arranging for Philip Bailhache to be disciplined as you have stated that you believe the witnesses.

2. Illegal influence of an investigation and illegal handling of police documents

This relates to the matters above, Sir Philip Bailhache has no right to influence police, church or safeguarding investigations from his abused dual roles in church and States, he has no right to use his legal expertise or colleagues such as Dame Steel to defame a vulnerable adult, you need to arrange a safeguarding investigation in order to ensure that he never uses his position to do this again, especially as he frequently flies to other countries in his role. Also, neither he nor Dame Steel have any right to have police documents or records relating to me, and you are obliged to carry out a very serious formal investigation into this, you will need to enlist an agency outside of Jersey to do this.

3.            Defamation of a homeless and distressed vulnerable adult who he had never met.

In 2013 Philip Bailhache abused his power and dual roles in church and States by circulating letters about me to the church and public, a defamatory attack on me when he had never even met me or heard my side of things. He left me traumatized. He misled the general public, as he has before and since, and used his title of ‘Sir’ and his role in the States to influence people to sign a letter demanding the re-instatement of the Dean. He didn’t give anyone who he influenced my side of things, and you didn’t act on his bad behaviour and this blatant safeguarding failure, nor did Jersey safeguarding board, who I contacted.

Now let me put this in context. It is illegal to name a rapist or murderer, and it is illegal to keep up a sustained public attack on a rapist or murderer. You have aided and supported Philip Bailhache in publicly harming me, and you, and he, both claiming to be Christians, are stating in this ongoing attack on me, that I am worse than a murderer or rapist and that I have no right to privacy, dignity or freedom to go on with my life.

And on the subject of rapists, abusers and all other criminals you think I am worse than. We need to talk about the repeated incidences of Sir Philip’s name being brought up in conjunction with protection of paedophiles.

4. Abuse of power in dual roles in Church and state.

This is already mentioned in the complaint so far. But I must give an honourable mention to the recent fracas in the States where it was claimed that Deputy Tadier was claimed to be doing something wrong by using ‘what would Jesus do? As a sentence to make a point, his actions weren’t wrong. Any Bailhache with years and years of actions which Jesus would abhor has no right to speak or use their personal faith as an attempt to control or gag anyone, especially not when they have allowed the notorious bully, Terry LeMain to invoke Jesus’ and God’s Name in the States repeatedly.

As well as in my case, Philip Bailhache has used his role as an attempt to influence the general public into calling for the care abuse inquiry to be closed down, misleading them about costs and putting emphasis on how ‘tax payers money will be wasted’. It isn’t a waste of money but Philip Bailhache does not want an inquiry that calls him to account for failing victims and protecting abusers to continue. However, he appears to have used his position to meet with the inquiry in secret and thus affect the outcome presumably, this has dismayed and distressed witnesses. This should be looked at and considered. Be aware that I am writing this using a number of sources of evidence and this complaint is too big to be completed within one letter, so I will await your arrangements for interview and investigation, and until you are able to disprove the conflict of interests and answer this formal complaint and resolve the issues around it, you are not in a position to continue pushing for the conflicted Steel report to be published.

5.            Abuse of dual roles in church of government.

As previously described, Sir Philip makes no differentiation between his church and government roles nor professional boundaries. He sat on the synod with my abuser as a church officer and was and is in positions where he has regular contact with people involved in cover up and wrongdoing regarding this matter. He is therefore not behaving appropriately in being part of any government delegation demanding the release of the Steel report; he is also a former colleague of Dame Steel and wrote publications on law with her, evidenced. And he asked her to be a speaker at a conference that he hosted. Dame Steel tried to lie to Bob Hill about this at a meeting in which she defamed me. She has never met me or heard my side of things but was asked by me to resign from the investigation due to her conflicts of interest.  Now that you are aware of that, are you really going to continue to try to force the report to be published? (You were already aware of it but I am making you formally aware of it).

6.            Bullying and silencing of States members and the public, abuse of power.

Interestingly Deputy Bob Hill’s recent evidence to the care inquiry illustrated this point.  The abuse of power that silences complainants and victims, this situation is caused by police, states and press, and a lot by Philip Bailhache.

Deputy Tadier is the latest in what is becoming a line of people who are seemingly suspended, bankrupted, imprisoned, deported etc for saying or doing something that certain people in the States, most notably the Bailhache Brothers, don’t like. And I watch this happening and I see that you don’t act, don’t speak up about it. Shona Pitman was bringing a vote of no confidence against Philip Bailhache, and of course Trevor Pitman brought Sir Philip’s data protection act breach to you. And so they are bankrupt. Stuart raised the systemic abuse matter and Sir Bailhache literally tried to silence him. The States went as far as trying to remove Stuart's blog and the evidence available to the general public.

Philip Bailhache and His Colleague Michael Birt, who incidentally has also been involved in defaming me in his town church and States positions, have both given liberation day speeches that have undermined and rubbished abuse victims and made the Jersey Way attitude of the States clear. You would rather defame, silence and ruin abuse victims and their supporters than admit the abuse and abuse of power problems, Jersey looking good as a finance centre is far too important, but you and Bailhache seem to fail to see that you have given Jersey a bad name by doing just that.

You need to take action to reprimand Philip Bailhache as his behaviour, actions and words are not befitting for a man in roles such as the ones he holds. Especially as he is Jersey’s main ambassador to other countries and makes many trips, you must make sure money is not being spent where this man can cause offence and harm, it reflects badly on Jersey and is a waste of tax payer’s money. You need to ensure that Sir Bailhache receives training in how to conduct himself in public, and you need to reprimand his decades of unchecked bad behaviour.

You also need to contact Canterbury again, I know you are so keen on safeguarding that you have been over there begging for the release of a report, but you need to make sure that the Church of England suspend Philip Bailhache from all offices in the Church due to his decades of bad behaviour, insulting and slurring people,  even people that he has never met, attacking a vulnerable adult who he has never met and using his dual roles and influence over the press and public to do so.

Acting in a way that is detrimental to vulnerable abuse survivors who he has failed while he has been in law and judiciary positions. Attempting to close down abuse inquiries that he didn’t like and hijacking inquiries to protect wrongdoers, protecting paedophiles and discrediting their victims, acting in conflicted roles even when he has been told that they are conflicted, this is an exhaustive list, so please start referring to the evidence presented and make sure that Dame Steel’s friend and colleague Sir Philip Bailhache is suspended and investigated, and in the meantime he is not credible in using tax payers money for delegations to Canterbury, and to be honest, because of his actions, I have grave concerns regarding his frequent trips abroad at tax payers’ expense because his behaviour poses a risk to the vulnerable.

Philip Bailhache’s behaviour is not fitting of a man who calls himself a Christian, nor is it fitting of man who holds States, Church or Judiciary roles, he appears unable to see two sides to things nor do anything but abuse his power and behave badly with no fear of consequences. The recent farcical trip to Canterbury means that that exactly the same applies to the Lieutenant-Governor and yourself, the Chief Minister of Jersey.

Due to the fact that sexual abuse has been a part in this matter, it is illegal to release my name or any confidential details to the public or to anyone who might release my details to the public, and on the same subject, another reason that the Steel report cannot be released is because Philip Bailhache released all details and made me and my abuser traceable and identifiable, other breaches of the data protection act have also occurred and are evidenced, therefore you are not allowed to know or publish my legal name.
