Thanks for the recent feedback.

This blog, as I was trying to say in an earlier post, is mainly at the end of it's useful life, in a way, in that I don't normally post on here any more, I keep it so that I can link letters of complaint to posts on here, and that sends the church nuts, which is a bonus.

Apologies to the man who wrote to me and thanked me for the blog, I am sorry to hear about your mother in law, that must be a nightmare. I am closing comments on this blog and preparing a final post in response to feedback.

Yes it will be the document that was written yesterday.

The blog will stay up as it is obviously getting a good viewing every day and the posts are still relevant and in use, and the church want me to take it down.

Thank you all for your support.
You will have noticed on the daily blog that I am increasingly struggling with mobility and injuries including a broken spine and having to look at ending the gardening and landbased career that has spanned my adult lifetime. It is being replaced with a freelance writing career that is as yet not earning me a living, but as a result I need more time for my blogs related to the freelance writing career.

Jersey Safeguarding Partnership

Dear Debbie Key,

More than a year ago I made a serious formal complaint about your failed and disgraced safeguarding partnership harassing, bullying and trolling me over your whitewash report, encouraged to troll and bully me by conflicted church member Ian Gorst.

I have not had a proper response.

I have watched as your failed and disgraced safeguarding partnership have been repeatedly slated for their failures, especially by Jersey Care Inquiry, and I have watched while Ian Gorst has spent 35 thousand pounds of tax payers money on learning how to do a fake apology in time for the release of the care inquiry report, how terrible, why wasn't that money used to set up a proper safeguarding regulator in Jersey? What he did was basically the same tactic as the church of england, rather than spending money on helping victims, he uses that money to try to make himself and the States look good, which is despicable.

Gorst is neither a Christian nor an honest man, nor is he a good politician, and he has acted with open bias in my case and at my expense, to prevent impartial investigation and he has made every effort to destroy me through trying to force the release of the openly conflicted Steel whitewash and your whitewash, unfortunately the care inquiry was a waste of money while people like Gorst, who is a sock puppet to the Godless psychopathic dictator Bailhache Brothers remains, those brothers  who themselves would be in prison if they weren't legally trained, and things aren't going to change until the light of integrity is shone on matters like these, and those men are stripped of their undeserved honours and removed, but while your sefeguarding partnership has a track record of being complicit and failing utterly, that looks unlikely.

Remember, none of the high profile abusers or abuser protectors connected with the states of Jersey have yet been held to account or charged, some of them remain in power. Now what is delaying you on acting upon this, or even acting upon Philip Bailhache's open criminal behaviour which neither Ian Gorst nor the church of england have dealt with, and because there is no safeguarding in the Jersey Deanery or indeed in Jersey, no restrictions have been placed on Bailhache, he was promoted to external affairs minister by Gorst immediately after his witnessed and evidenced lawbreaking, and instead of acting, you terrorized and threatened me over your whitwash report. The work of the care inquiry will be wasted unless you change, and unless the States of Jersey changes dramatically.

I remain harmed by your and their abuse of me, and there has been no inquiry into my case or what I experienced, now when will you address this matter?

Graham Tilby whimpered about how he didn't dare to stand up to the massive interconflicted abusive mess of church, states, judiciary and Deanery, and was going to leave me to suffer as well, he also whimpered about how he would 'have to go through Elaine Rose' to deal with you.

Elaine Rose has not at any point had my consent to be involved in my case, she has a formal complaint against her which the cowardly snivelling Tilby refuses to deal with, you need to deal with Rose's misconducts in my case and her and Trevor Willmott's lies and illegal behaviour, because Tilby is afraid for himself if he stands up to any of the lawless and sadistic people involved in my case, and he has excused all of them at my expense and condoned the illegal and abusive harm to me. Tilby's job and position are of no worth, he doesn't safeguard, he doesn't protect victims, he protects abusers and snivels and hides, but you are responsible for any intervention by Elaine Rose, Trevor Wilmott, Justin Welby or anyone else conflicted who has abused their power or broken the law in my case to protect the church, police, states or any wrongdoer. Remember, from start to finish, my consent was never given and never will be. I don't consent to being abused. 

Glenys Johnstone and Stuart Gull were quite open in discrediting me and carrying out a swift whitewash in liaison with John Cameron and Jane Fisher in order to protect all wrongdoers and before even considering token contact with me, and you should, by now, have ensured that those people have been removed from ever working with the vulnerable, especially after Stuart Gull's horrific lie to the press and media that my abuser had no case to answer. Why was the abuser's enhanced CRB marked for what he admitted then? The fact that I wouldn't engage with Jersey police in 2013 after their violence, consistent misconduct and dishonesty from 2008 to 2010 does not mean that the abuser has no case to answer, it means that the police contacting me in 2013 without apology or responsibility for their harm to me was a traumatic misconduct and inexcusable. The abuser did have a case to answer but the police should have taken it seriously in 2008 instead of destroying me for the church.

The trauma that you have caused by forcibly carrying out the whitewash on behalf of these wrongdoers and attempting to force it upon me has not gone away, and never will, but you have yet to issue an apology, a redaction, and proceedings against those who instigated, influenced and attempted to force my agreement to the whitewash report.

What you did last year was effectively an attempt on my life, and was nearly successful, where is the investigation into that?

What is delaying your action, considering the level of trauma to me?

No consent was given by me for the report, for the excusing of the police's very serious harm to me, or any actions to do with that report, especially not the church of england and conflicted States and police members' access to that report or influence of it, considering the way those people behaved towards me and the fact that there has been no investigation into their actions regarding my case.

By now, as a safeguarding partnership, you should have launched investigations and action against the conflicted dignitaries and police and church members, and their abuse of power and the press and media, but as yet, you have done nothing about the harm to me, and have left me suffering and traumatized.

Make sure you respond to the formal complaint made last year, and that you start action for data protection breaches and abuse of power by Elaine Rose, Trevor Willmott, Tim Dakin, Justin Welby, Matthew Price, Jane Fisher, Jackie Rowlands, Stuart Gull, Peter Hancock, John Cameron, Ian Gorst, Philip Bailhache, the police, your safeguarding board, Glenys Johnstone if she isn't already in prison for her multiple crimes in Jersey and Northern Ireland, and all others involved.

You have failed to safeguard me and failed to act upon serious and criminal wrongdoing against me that includes your safeguarding partnership, and you have seriously harmed me, what exactly is the delay in your actions for?

Please don't waste any more of my life on your serious misconduct and harm to me through your whitewash and terrorization of me over your whitewash at the behest of the sadistic church, states and police. Your falsehood report, done for the abusers, the church and police, is as serious a safeguarding failure as possible, and has been part of the very serious misconducts that has destroyed me. It is inexcusable and the damage you have done by acting to protect the interests of the inter-conflicted church, police and states is very serious and far-reaching. It is not at all surprising that the news headlines were that children in Jersey were still at risk.

Until a neutral safeguarding body is created, and those named above and your safeguarding partnership are made accountable, children and the vulnerable will remain at risk.

In this day and age, using a 'serious case review' as a tool to destroy a vulnerable adult for her abusers is a horrific abuse of power, no such report should ever have been created by and influenced by a conflicted safeguarding partnership and conflicted wrongdoers, something like that, a falsehood report treated as fact to cover up for wrongdoers and destroy a victim, should not be allowed to happen, and every single person involved should be dismissed and have their enhanced CRB checks marked.

As yet in the million pound Winchester and Jersey Whitewash, there hasn't been any form of investigation or report into what happened to me in Jersey or before and after, and instead I have endured years of being publicly destroyed, which you failed to stop.

Make sure that there is an independent inquiry into all of this.

You have only ever failed victims, you are not fit for purpose, but what you have done to me is far more serious, and your delay in dealing with it is even more serious, in the meantime Trevor Wilmott's fake safeguarding campaign reached a new low, installing a 'safeguarding rector' another non-neutral cover up person, like sticking a band aid on a gunshot wound, when he has stated to the press and media that he thinks a three year hate and smear campaign against a victim without her experiences being recorded or investigated, constitutes good safeguarding.

Ian Gorst and Jersey Care Inquiry

Dear Ian Gorst,

Your 50,000 of tax payers ,money on PR training must have been well spent, for you to offer a 'personal' apology to victims when you have been involved in exactly the same wrongdoing and appear unable to admit that during your PR apology.

Remember your persistent and criminal efforts against a vulnerable adult in order to protect States and Church Dignitaries? That remains unresolved and not accounted for. It needs outside investigation.
So did your little speech really have to cost £50,000 of tax payers money?

Make sure something is done about the million pound Winchester and Jersey cover-up at the expense of one lone and destroyed victim whose story remains unheard. You have taken so much time on your PR training that you seem to have forgotten to resign over the matter, not least because you personally tried to force the release of the whitewash Steel report and you personally had the victim bullied and trolled over the States personal whitewash by the failed and disgraced safeguarding partnership. You had no right to abuse your position to have a voiceless vulnerable adult destroyed with her side of things unheard, not least because as Chief Minister and dubiously a 'Christian' you were obliged to be impartial, instead you acted as badly and as conflictedly as you could.

Now that you have done your £50,000 speech at taxpayers' expense, maybe you can arrange the inquiry into Church, States and Police severe misconduct from 2008 onwards and of course especially from 2013-2016, not forgetting the severe abuse of the vulnerable adult by press and media and the states from their positions, and the inaction of yourself or the safeguardijng partnership to stop this. Because just as the systemic abuse and corruption in Jersey didn't go away and still remains a problem, not least under your unstable and corrupted leadership, the matter of the million pound public destruction of a lone vulnerable adult also isn't going to go away.

Any National or International Press ready to interview the victim instead of continuing the complicit silence, she is willing to be interviewed, and I don't think Ian Gorst's £50,000 of tax payers money on PR will ever wash the stain from him and his inter-conflicted corrupt States-Judiciary-Police-Church members.

And because Gorst, Bailhache and others have broken the law in their efforts, and so have the hopelessly corrupt and brutal States of Jersey Police,  but all consider themselves to be above the law, this needs to be a criminal investigation, and must be investigated by an outside police force as well as a neutral judge.

 You are responsible for allowing an openly conflicted judge to illegally act in the matter, Dame Steel's connections to the wrongdoers in this are open and evidenced and you were shown that evidence, as if you didn't already know, and yet you allowed her to continue to terrorize her victim and act illegally for the States and Church, and you even used tax payers money on a PR stunt trip to the UK to try to force the release of the Steel report, leading to further hate attacks against the victim, who you have never met, and the end result of that was the collapse of former Deputy Bob Hill as he tried to counter the hate attacks against the lone, destroyed and voiceless vulnerable adult. The blood on your hands, nearly two lives lost for the sake of cover-up, doesn't seem to affect your attendance at church, because you won't take responsibility for yourself, and this all the £50,000 apologies and fake care for the abuse victims, is worthless, and is your ticket to hell, if you really believe in God rather than being one of the group who go to church for show and status and to be fawned upon, which is the usual thing.

And remember, as well as the persistent and unashamed failings of Jersey safeguarding partnership over the years, which despite being published, have not led to improvement, they also were involved in criminal activity against your victim, at your behest, nearly killing her. The formal complaint against this remains unanswered and un-investigated, so your 'apology' is of no worth to anyone, especially not if that is all £50,000 of tax payers money spent on PR brings.Make sure your own personal victim, the victim of your conflicts of interests and place in the church and among the corrupt clique, receives justice and a full investigation into the actions of church, states, judiciary, press and media, and last but not least the police. It isn't possible to imagine that you go to church on Sunday for any reason except to be seen, and the same goes for the horrifically corrupt and callous men in your clique in the States.

I attach some of the reports waiting to be used in the inquiry into the horrific callous, open and utter destruction of a lone vulnerable adult to cover up for wrongdoing and protect the image of the church and states. Make sure justice is brought to this matter, no matter what your 'prejudices', and you don't need to spend so much money on covering up and PR this time.

Remember, there are 23 other reports waiting, as well as the ones attached, and the wrongdoing hasn't gone away just because of your unchristian illegal and deviant behaviour. The matter isn't closed, and will not be closed, until the whole matter is investigated by unbiased individuals and bodies who will have to ask you and your clique why you knowingly allowed a conflicted and biased associate of yours to hijack and whitewash the token investigations by the diocese of Winchester which were, incidentally to glorify themselves and cover their backs rather than any genuine wish for justice. And why you allowed illegal actions by the inter-conflicted parties to continue for three years without any thought for your victim's welfare.

Your apology means nothing while the Jersey Way marches on and lives remain at risk and your victim is destroyed. Make sure your victim is heard on an equal footing with the people who have smeared and discredited her, including yourself, and if you don't, your work and life and 'christianity' are worth nothing at all, if you allow a vulnerable adult to be destroyed voiceless, you would allow your own children to be destroyed voiceless and that is all that your life, work and ministry are worth.

What has happened in the States-led atrocity of the million pound Jersey and Winchester whitewash is an indication that nothing has changed, and you can whitter 'apologies' in much the same empty and PR-led way that the church do, but if you do not change things, starting with this massive injustice, your PR apologies make no difference, Jersey is still a corrupt mess, headed by a useless two-faced man who recently faced a vote of no confidence and in a panic he tried to save himself by sacking his right-hand man who he had determinedly tried to save from justice before. Horrifying isn't it, Ian Gorst, what you have done and got away with. So make sure outside investigation occurs, and have the grace to step down.

Finally, Jersey is obviously unable to function without proper supervision and outside audits, so before you step down, you should discuss this with the States and make sure that an outside governor and suitable facilities for the persistent wrongdoings in Jersey and the persistent need for the UK to keep investigating Jersey are looked into.  But straight away, Jersey Safeguarding Partnership's actions should be dealt with and they should be replaced, and you should dismiss Philip Bailhache just as you dismissed your other comrade, and this time not to save your sorry skin but because you were presented evidence of his criminal wrongdoing a few years back and refused to act, except to promote him to External Affairs Minister despite the nature of his wrongdoing. Time to stop following your PR script and start acting. No apology for PR makes any difference whatsoever when you are involved in and upholding wrongdoing and harm, the same thing has been said to the Church of England's National Safeguarding Team, who openly said that what has happened is wrong but that  they daren't stand up to you and your corrupt circle, not that they are anything but corrupt and employed to protect the church from victims. Horrifying, More horrifying if any victim hearing your apology believes you are genuine and not completely two-faced.

The only reason you have pretended to care about victims or apologize is because you like your cushy job and all expenses paid trips all over the world with the pretence that a tiny island with no trade or status, which can't run it's own affairs, needs you to visit exotic locations and pay you to, while when you can be bothered to come home to Jersey you are there because you allow the corruption and wrongdoing that caused decades of harm to children and the vulnerable, and still is doing.

Your £50,000 of taxpayers money for PR lessons when your right-hand crook grumbled about the costs both of the child abuse inquiry and the Jersey and Winchester whitewash, is a very poor financial judgement, and a waste of money, I can see through your duplicity, so can others. Image is more important to you and your corrupt clique than genuine apology, repentance or even justice, you couldn't stop the care inquiry so you did your best with sabotage, PR and pretend care. It is small wonder that Jersey has to be run and investigated by the UK, while the corruption and abuse and lack of safeguarding remains and you and your comrades are using your positions to enjoy free and needless travel round the world at taxpayers' expense. 

Time for Change. Goodbye Gorst, find a more suitable position and Jersey may have a chance of being a better, more productive place, with a better quality of life for those who belong there.

Jersey safeguarding update

Jersey Safeguarding Partnership,

I am just going to add to my complaint regarding the safeguarding board.

You can't be blind to the fact that I am suffering severe traumatic stress, which has been compounded by the last three years of public hate attack by the church. 

Did you even bother to think of the psychological harm to me of sitting through a meeting with you over your whitewash version of events?

Your report is an attack on me and you have showed no concern whatsoever for me.

I wouldn't survive your whitewash. I certainly could not sit through a meeting regarding an engineered whitewash and agree to it and be traumatized with the memories of what I lived through being dragged up by wrongdoers who have tried to re-record what I lived through to protect themselves. And I would be wasting my time giving my side of things to a complicit group of people who have no interest in my side of things or my welfare and have already created the report on behalf of the wrongdoers.

You people have lost the plot and are without purpose or understanding of safeguarding. How can you put someone at risk and under pressure as you have with me and still call yourselves safeguarding?

I remain traumatized and profoundly upset and distressed by your attack on me last week.

Of course I will always fight back but that does not remove the impact on me. It is affecting my ability to cope with day-to-day situations still.

Jersey Safeguarding Partnership Complaint

This email is sent from Central Contact as requested by Jersey's Safeguarding Partnership, and is a letter from HG who the safeguarding partnership are bullying over a report.

STATEMENT TO JERSEY SAFEGUARDING PARTERSHIP FROM THE COMPLAINANT KNOWN AS HG:

DEAR JERSEY SAFEGUARDING PARTNERSHIP,

1. First and foremost, Senator Ian Gorst should not have shown the interest in my case that he has, as he is an evangelical church member who, with his family, have long established links to the Churchwarden who sexually abused me, and other people close to the churchwarden, including conflicted States-Church Members. 

You have been made aware of the conflicts of interest repeatedly but have failed to respond. The only times you have contacted me have been when you have been trying to force me to agree to your report. You have not even tried to address my concerns. And if your report is about my treatment, it does look odd that you have re-abused me by ignoring my concerns and pushing for your report to be published despite my concerns and other people's concerns too.

I consider your report to simply be another punishment by the conflicted circle in Jersey, and certainly the indication is that it is their consolation prize for the banned Steel report. I don't need any further media and press attention and harm. You should be listening to me, not to the conflicted circle. My wellbeing should be your priority, not a report that has been created in dubious and conflicted circumstances, and if I say to you that I do not want this report published, and explain to you why, then you should listen, you should not troll or bully me or treat me like a naughty child.

2. The next question is, you and I know that you have been proven resoundingly unfit for purpose by recent reports into your conduct, actions and inactions. Senator Gorst's second in command trotted out the usual feeble lines in the news at the time, but seeing as you have been proven to fail consistently in your duties, and considering the fact that you have received my complaints for years, and failed to communicate with me except to try to push your whitewash on me, especially since the Steel report failed, and thus you are presumably acting on behalf of the Church. Senator Gorst's inappropriate and extreme involvement would re-enforce that belief. Would it not be better to accept that the report is another of your failures, and then you can start focussing on an overhaul of your organization which removes the culprits of the failures in my case and others.

3. The safeguarding board were presumably covering the police misconduct, although they have never actually contacted me to explain what they were covering. And of course Glenys Johnstone told a member of the public that she had cleared the police of misconduct a year before she tried to contact me, and was rebuffed by me because it had been apparent that the report was a whitewash without any concern for my feelings regarding Johnstone and Gull publicly discrediting me at the time. 

Why, if the report included the police misconduct, was a member of the States of Jersey Police who had never met me, allowed to be involved and influence the report? What would the police say? Especially a force so corrupt that the IPCC were flown in to investigate them specifically? 'It's a fair cop, guv?' No, they were quite simply given an opportunity to cover up further, tamper with evidence, defame me and ensure that a fair investigation can never be carried out.

4. Why have conflicted interconnected States-Church-Judiciary members been allowed to influence this report? What kind of report hears the defendants and records their views and only considers the alleged victim as an afterthought and then you try to force her to agree to such a report?

This is not a genuine report, you have not responded to concerns about it, and you resorted to bullying and trolling when instructed by a member of the church who took legal advice because he wants his church and authorities cleared and me further defamed after three years of me being maligned and discredited by the conflicted church-states judiciary members in the press. A scenario which amounts to abuse, and which the safeguarding panel have done nothing whatsoever about, despite being asked. So why is this report of your so important? The same people who were involved in the things that you have done a serious case review, have done exactly the same again, with you looking on. No lessons have been learned, and you still appear to be protecting abusers despite the damning report against you.

Further to the Church conflict of interests, It has been suggested to me that the Diocese of Canterbury, who openly uphold the Deanery of Jersey's bad behaviour and lie about safeguarding being good while the Jersey Deanery have continued to harm me, are involved with you in this. This is very seriously inappropriate and conflicted, The people who have done wrong should not be running the show and steering investigations into their wrongdoing. That goes against the best interests of any victim of failings by authorities or the Church.

5. Don't you think that Senator Gorst's time would be better occupied controlling the behaviour of his church-states-judiciary members, who's public attacks on my character are a safeguarding failure that show both you and the church up as unable to safeguard?

 Your report is apparently designated to be a further act of defamation, discrediting and attack on my character on top of what I have suffered from the Jersey press and public with no voice in reply for over three years. For three years the slurs on me in the press and media have been brought to your and Gorst's attentions, and rather than acting on them and saying that this is a grave safeguarding concern, you have ignored complaints and continued to badger me about your report.

 No more material that can harm or distress me should be released, and confidential records violated, tampered with and turned into a report that you feel that you need to release despite my feelings, is not safeguarding, it is an attack and a violation, one that should not have been instigated and which should have been terminated upon my request in 2013.

What happens to other vulnerable people who are made to suffer this? Why do authorities who have done wrong still have this ability to breach human rights and put people under threat of harm like this?

6. No report into anything at all excuses you badgering someone with autism who is at breaking point because of your safeguarding failures over the past three years of allowing her to be publicly defamed and discredited by you, the police and the conflicted States-Church-Judiciary circle.

Especially not when you have been told to leave her alone and stop badgering her and annul your conflicted report and also stop the attack on her. Your 'central contact' email whimpers about you receiving hurtful emails, which is very self-interested indeed, especially considering the hurt you have allowed and inflicted, but you fail to mention that the hurtful correspondence you have received is in reply to the much more serious hurt that you have allowed and inflicted. You are not vulnerable, not abused and destroyed, have not spent three years sleeping rough due to failures and have not spent a further three years being publicly smeared in press and media while the safeguarding partnership and authorities look on, join in and deny any hope of justice or resolution.

7. The fact that HG contacted the serious case review panel and numerous other organizations to ask you to be stopped from continuing to push the whitewash on her should have been a good indicator to you, if you are genuine safeguarding professionals, that it was time for you to stop forcing your report and apologize. Evidence will be made available to court and enquiry of the pleas to the Serious Case Review Panel and the subsequent efforts of the conflicted John Cameron to try to close that down. Cameron's repeat interferences in the case need to be investigated.

8. The fact that your repeat demands came as the care inquiry withdrew from Jersey and the Steel report was banned, should be investigated, and because it is extremely likely that Senator Gorst was egged on in his interference, his involvement and other conflicted people's involvement should go before an investigation and disciplinary panel, as it is pure abuse of power, and the conduct of his colleagues in the three year petty war between the Diocese and Deanery, has already been presented to the States Complaints Department, but not properly responded to. As you need something to occupy you and have nothing better to do than bully the vulnerable, maybe you could make it your project to ensure this is arranged. No-one can carry out an investigation impartially unless they are independent, and you are not.

9. Why is it so hard for you to comprehend that more public attention and media attention would harm me? it is very simple. The media and press have been very biased and very hurtful and discredited me without being challenged, even when they published blatant lies, and as your report was not instigated or carried out correctly, impartially or for the right reasons, I see it as a threat to my wellbeing, and you have not at any point tried to reassure me, which increases my concern.

This point is a very simple comprehensive explanation of my objection to your report. My wellbeing is more important than your need to make distorted confidential information and tampered-with evidence public to meet anyone else's demands or any target or legislation, and you have a duty of care to me, and you have resoundingly failed in your duty of care thus far and are still failing as you continue to push for your report.

 Sentors Gorst, Bailhache and LeMarquand are known to have abused their positions to handle and mis-use evidence and inaccurate police records in order to discredit me and protect the Church, of which they are members and dignitaries, and your time would be better spent investigating this rather than pushing for your report that they have been involved with.

Point 9 concludes my points due to being a perfectly good reason on it's own for you to stop bullying me and threatening my welfare with your report. I will say conclusively that you are not to release your report or any part of it, and you are not to bully, intimidate, threaten, harass or annoy me regarding this matter any more. I know that you won't like that and you may feel upset, but that is that. No more. You  need to take a step back and a long hard look at yourselves, because you have failed children in Jersey and you have failed me. Worse still, the damage to me and to those children can never be undone.

Any child abused will be changed for life by the abuse, and I have been abused and mistreated all my life, I don't need you to continue the abuse me. I will suffer for the rest of my life what I suffered in Jersey, in flashbacks and nightmares and trauma and sadness, why do you need to drag this up and keep pushing it onto me? I have moved on as best I can, why can't the dignitaries who are sponsoring your misconduct do the same?

Something needs to change about these 'Safeguarding Partnerships' and 'serious case reviews' because all they appear to be is an open invitation to wrongdoers in power to abuse power and cover wrongdoing by themselves and others in authorities. Being cynical I would ask if that was what they were set up for, especially considering the damning reports of the last few years.

I hope that the safeguarding partnership have actually read this document, as they appear to have ignored the previous ones and continued to try to bully me into agreeing to their whitewash.

The university are trying to encourage me to write more concisely...That'll be the day!

Jersey Safeguarding Partnership and the NSPCC

I did a taped Statement about Jersey's safeguarding Partnership and letters to go with it, and it is all set up ready to send.  Anyone who would like a copy of the taped statement, please ask. Although I am not well off, money isn't that important when my life is close to ending.

But in the meantime a much darker matter has come up.

Anyway, I made a complaint to the NSPCC regarding this inappropriate abuse of power by John Cameron and the Diocese of Winchester, the 'referral' by the Diocese of a vulnerable adult to a children's service without consent was illegal and inappropriate. Cameron's acceptance of the referral and the Diocese's cover up to him and his unsolicited contact was equally inappropriate and illegal, he aided the Diocese in harassing me while they were harming me as described in the links below.

For three years the NSPCC have received my complaint and I have a file of automated replies to my emailed complaints, they have never responded to my complaint though.

A children's services director has no place in the case of a vulnerable adult unless something inappropriate is going on.

Now as you know, part of the onslaught against me in 2013 was Jersey Safeguarding Partnership doing a very swift whitewash of my case after Jane Fisher and Bishop Dakin liaised with Stewart Gull of Jersey Police, it was very strange and very frightening as the safeguarding board boasted to a member of the public that they had cleared the wrongdoers, while the police officer, Gull 'appointed' by the Bishop to illegally liaise with Dame Steel was also on the safeguarding board who did this swift whitewash and boast.

Did anyone factor John Cameron into this? Did anyone put two and two together about his position in the NSPCC and thus being a colleague of both Jane Fisher and the Jersey Safeguarding partnership and realise that this terrible corruption and conflict of interests could be even worse?
I had no idea, until yesterday.

Jersey Safeguarding Partnership have been threatening me with their whitewash report for three years now, while I have been under threat of the Church's whitewash reports, having already been destroyed by one of them.

I guess I never imagined that Cameron's violation of me was more than a one-off 'colleagues' back-scratching exercise between him and the disgraced former safeguarding director, Jane Fisher of the Winchester Diocese.
But gathering by what has happened, John Cameron did more than just violate me during the onslaught against me in October and November 2013, an account of which is available here:

Anyway, the NSPCC failed to respond to my complaint for three years, but after persisting in questioning them about what was claimed by the Diocese of Winchester about the NSPCC being able to house me, they finally replied to that query, and said they didn't house adults. Which I knew, but Bob Hill was duped into believeing that the NSPCC were going to house me, as you will have seen here:

So anyway, on the tail end of the recent catastrophic press and media harm to me by the Church in the last few months, Jersey's safeguarding partnership start once again harassing me over their desire to publish their whitewash and further harm me. They have learned nothing and have ignored my persistent complaint and are determined to add to the public attack on my character in order to tick their boxes, despite damning reports recently on their own failures with children.
Their whitewash report on me has become a form of bullying, abuse and harassment that has contributed to the harm to me. What happens to the voiceless vulnerable? Especially when this is the way a 'serious case review' is carried out?! Shocking and unacceptable.

So what do you do when faced with something like this? Well you look for authorities who oversee such misconduct and harm, don't you?
Who oversees Jersey's safeguarding partnership? The conflicted council of ministers, most of whom are in the church!
Who else? Well I can keep putting my case to the home office, can't I? Theresa May is a Vicar's daughter.
Well I contacted as many social services and safeguarding boards in the country as I could, but I have been treated appallingly by social services who also were influenced by and acted for, the Church of England in my case, and have refused to protect me from harm by the church, and of course, being inextricably linked to the police, social services and safeguarding do not protect a victim of abuse of power by the church and police.
But I found that there is a government serious case review panel, so I sent them my complaint.
Unfortunately they meet only once a month.
So, I noticed that Peter Wanless was part of this panel, and I contacted him directly, despite the bad things I have heard about the NSPCC that he also is CEO of. This is because the serious case review panel meet only once a month and the safeguarding partnership are terrorizing me for their whitewash report here and now.

It's funny, the NSPCC have a very bad helpline and haven't responded to my complaint against John Cameron for three year. They are inaccessible and unhelpful, but Peter Wanless responded by telling me to phone the NSPCC helpline. No, not for a serious case review matter, as I told him, so I emailed him the details.

The next thing I knew, John Cameron was emailing me, and I was sick.
Peter Wanless handed this matter over to THE DIRECTOR OF CHILDREN'S SERVICES IN THE NSPCC, THE SAME MAN WHO HAD ACTED UNDER JANE FISHER'S INSTRUCTIONS THREE YEARS AGO AND HAD THREE YEARS OF UNANSWERED FORMAL COMPLAINTS AGAINST HIM!

My case is not a children's services matter, it is a case of a vulnerable adult being hounded towards death by whitewash reports and misleading press releases and being discredited and destroyed. Now this has been going on since six months before John Cameron was wheeled in as part of the cover-up. Why is a member of children's services in the NSPCC being repeatedly brought into this case?!
This is not an NSPCC matter, this is a serious case review matter, and something is seriously wrong when this man Cameron keeps popping up.

I got the impression yesterday that Cameron is a bit like a cover-up hitman, he is actually hired in to protect wrongdoers in safeguarding, but is really being a bit blatant in involvement in an adult case when he is a children's service manager, and I do object as it is too inappropriate and too blatant. As the complainant, I have a right to see him withdrawn from interfering, and an apology made. Because his re-involvement means it is being made quite clear that Jersey Safeguarding Partnership's behaviour will be upheld while I will be discredited and continue to be treated as mad and bad. After all, Cameron blatantly acted on behalf of the Diocese of Winchester in their nwrongdoing and had their side of things, he is conflicted. And if Peter Wanless didn't know that, he should know that, because his NSPCC have received three years of formal complaint and failed to respond, leaving Cameron to re-abuse me and presumably act in the interests of wrongdoers yet again.

Cameron's re-involvement shows Peter Wanless's and the NSPCC's contempt for my case in one way or another and that I remain at risk of this whitewash that Gleny's Johnstone boasted to a member of the public to 'clear wrongdoers' after this remarkably swift report was carried out without consulting me or including me, and I was contacted as an afterthought when the report was finished and because a Jersey deputy kept badgering the corrupt officer Stewart Gull about it.

Now, the question is, did Cameron actually arrange this whitewash with the safeguarding partnership? After all, he was working with Jane Fisher to harm and violate me and treat me as an object, Jane Fisher is known to have co-ordinated the tandem Steel and Safeguarding Partnership whitewashes with Officer Gull as the link between the two, did Cameron also abuse his power to oversee that uncannily swift discrediting of me in the form of the safeguarding partnership half of the whitewash?

Or was the fact that he remained unreprimanded to jeer by contacting me yesterday about the complaint sent to Peter Wanless in a serious case review capacity just a coincidence?
If it was, then it shouldn't have happened, because I have made a formal complaint against Cameron for three years.
Cameron has no right to conflict and jeapordize my complaint when he has acted on behalf of the people who have harmed me and is biased by their side, that he took in so well that he contacted me on their behalf while they were seriously harming me.

What happens to the voiceless vulnerable?

So the situation is that I have been left sickened and incapacitated at a time when I need all my energy to ensure I do not end up as a long term rough sleeper after the recent destroying attack on me by the Church of England and the press.

Peter Wanless has some questions to answer, although judging by his response so far, he has no intention of either answering them or dealing with Jersey Safeguarding Partnership's wrong actions.

These are the questions:

• Why did the NSPCC leave John Cameron in a position to harm me again after his unethical actions on behalf of the defendants?
• Why has the NSPCC failed to respond to my complaint for three years?
• Why did you pass a complaint to YOU in YOUR CAPACITY on the serious case review to an NSPCC manager?
• Why was it passed to the head of children's services when this is a vulnerable adult serious case review?! 
• Is it co-incidence that it was passed to someone who acts for the defendants and is prejudiced by that and now in a position to prevent justice and protection and allow harm to me?!
• Do you think it is acceptable that you allowed this man to terrorize and distress me when I am in a very vulnerable position when your transfer of my complaint from a government board to a charity is illegal?!
• Peter Wanless are you going to take my case seriously with Cameron influencing your view? Are you going to withdraw this matter from the NSPCC as it was submitted to your serious case review panel and are you going to deal with it fairly or deliberately fail to protect me and uphold the corruption and deceit of Jersey Safeguarding Partnership?

I will circulate this because in the end, when I die, someone will co-ordinate all these letters and things will have to change, no child or vulnerable person should be met with this level of corruption, failure or denial, and if the NSPCC routinely allow Cameron to be hired out as a cover-up hitman to derail complaints and cover up for wrongdoers, something has got to change.

Jane Dodds and Graham Tilby who have been overseeing my destroyal on behalf of the Bishop and Archbishop will be sent a copy of this to see how they can cover it up. 

Dishonesty, corruption and lack of action have left a vulnerable adult irreparably and seriously harmed, but what happens to the voiceless vulnerable?

The production of this letter when I should be at work and am homeless and trying to get myself housed is a great inconvenience as is making the very long journey to post the transcripts safely. Right now I am supposed to be making sure a disabled person can have a shower safely, so this safeguarding failure has far-reaching affects and impacts on other people.

Also please note, just as the Bishop refuses to release a copy of the conflicted Steel report to me, the safeguarding partnership refuse to let me see their whitewash. It's all a bit too blatant, and John Cameron's re-entry onto the scene is too. This complaint is not to be rubbished by someone who thinks the same as the church, that they can claim to offer 'help' to me while destroying me publicly and through whitewash reports. No help can reach someone being destroyed in this way, it is a back-covering excuse to offer it, and it is twisted and sick.

Children do not have the voice that I do, what happens to them at the hands of the church, NSPCC and safeguarding partnership?

Jersey Paedophile Protectors

Dear Jersey Peadophile Protection Board,

Send your 'report' about me to other safeguarding boards, explain to them about how it is conflicted and how Fisher liaised with Gull and how Dakin 'appointed' Gull, make sure this is out in the open, but not in the sense of your intended discrediting attack on me on behalf of the church and police.

Also, as asked, send your whitewash report to me for my court case against you.

And while you are at it, you aren't blind, Philip Bailhache was unable to defend his protection of paedophiles when challenged, and you saw his public attacks on me and use of his dual roles in states and church, why haven't you acted? Furthermore why have you not informed the church of england of the safeguarding risk that Philip Bailhache is?

You have only been proving my point and it is more evidence for the court.

Reaction to Jersey's Safeguarding Partnership

Bishops Dakin and Gladwin, safeguarding board, Church of England,

You will be held responsible in court if Johnstone and the Bishop's 'appointed' police officer Gull do not leave me alone and stop threatening me with their whitewash.

This message is also for the IPCC and HMIC and Police Complaints who have failed to deal with this matter for years and have not dealt with either the police's harm of me or the refusal by the police to protect me from harm by the Church. I re-iterate that I want protection from the Church and the associated people named in the forwarded email and I want my complaints against Jersey, Hampshire and Sussex Police forces dealt with, belatedly is better than never. The way I have been brutalised and mistreated by the police and their continued act of treating me as mad and failing to protect me after acting as thugs for the Church is not acceptable and it is still harming me. 

The press  article where the Bishop abused his title in the house of Lords is still available waiting for the day when we discuss in court how the Bishop used a police officer to illegally access my records and 'by co-incidence' it was the same officer who worked with Glenys Johnstone to whitewash the 'safeguarding report'.

Do you think a Bishop who is part of an organisation who has used the police to destroy an abuse victim should be allowed to 'appoint' a police officer to illegally access that abuse victim's police records on behalf of the conflicted person whitewashing the case for police and church? And despite my very loud disagreement to this? What do you think of the co-incidence that the same officer was on the safeguarding board who whitewashed the case and are now harassing me as part of the unbearable onslaught of the last few months? Stewart Gull, Jersey Police's Head of Coverup and corruption.

Despite my use of bad language, the email below has to be sent to the same courts and services who I am begging to protect me from the Bishop of Winchester and Archbishop of Canterbury, because I am losing my life at the hands of the church and their police, and the damage is too much. Wouldn't you swear if your life and welfare remained under persistent and constant threat? 

The email below contains a complaint that is interlinked with the serious formal complaints of the last few days, Johnstone and Gull are just belatedly kicking off as part of the recent onslaught against me by the church.

And to make things worse, having to give attention to this matter is affecting my ability to find myself a new home, as the recent onslaught left me homeless again and because of the abuse of me by the church and police and safeguarding board, I am too weak to sleep rough any more even though it is the only way I have of feeling safe from the church.

Presumably the step-up of attack on me by Gull and Johnstone is a response to my step-up of formal complaint against the Church of England. The whitewash reports and smears and discrediting of me in the press and media can no longer be referred to as misconduct and must now be referred to asabuse. Each and every person harming me is an abuser. 

These people have publicly destroyed a vulnerable abuse survivor for three years, not her abusers, who they protected.

In the meantime, While this complaint is under consideration, Gull and Johnstone cannot publish their attack on me, so they are better off shredding it and going to the Jobcentre to find work away from Children and the vulnerable.

Dear Home office and other independent and neutral recipients, please excuse me swearing but I have been seriously damaged and harmed by this safeguarding sham board for over three years. I will also publish this on my blog. I guess I will have to also alert IPSO and Ofcom that Gull and Johnstone intend to continue the press and media abuse of me, in a small island where all the victims who they publish reports on are easily recognisable, me especially as I have been named, traced, threatened, hated, condemned and trolled as a result of Gull and Johnstone's colleagues in the police and church for some time now.

 Publication of the whitewash means another open attack on me by the press and media while the church and police pat themselves on the back and absolve themselves at my expense. The report, the same as the Steel report, is nothing to do with the reality of what happened, and Johnstone has made a statement to that effect to a member of the public, thus breaching the data protection act.

A note for social services in Jersey, you are allowing me to be abused by Gull and Johnstone again. You are liable. You have allowed too much abuse already, and if you claim I am not in Jersey and thus it is not your problem, that would explain years of UK paedophiles using Jersey as a child shop and is not an excuse anyway. The abusers, Gull and Johnstone, are using the safety of Jersey, or so they think, to abuse me. The complaints already made still stand, it is just that there is further misconduct as the IPCC and complaints authorities and safeguarding chairs have failed to act thus far and will be asked again to act.

The whitewash report was done in conjunction and in tandem with the Church of England's whitewashes and thus it is hardly surprising that they are trying to force publication of it now, it is, despite this being illegal, to be used by conflicted Bishop John Gladwin, along with the Steel whitewash, to defame, destroy and discredit me to cover up for wrongdoers in the Church. And my response to the Church's recent attack on my life in the press and media will have lead to the harassment against me by Johnstone, demanding a meeting today. I am sure the church don't like me speaking truth to power, but as the onslaught drives me slowly and horrifically to my death, I have no choice.

Several months ago I re-iterated a formal complaint against Jersey's failed and disgraced safeguarding board and their police officer Stewart Gull and their 'independent chair' (what a joke) Glenys Johnstone, who have harassed and intimidated me over their whitewash report for years, they work closely with the Church of England and police who destroyed me and presumably members of the Church such as IAN GORST who will be disappointed in the other whitewash, the conflicted Steel report not being released, will be pushing for this completely biased whitewash by the conflicted Stewart Gull and his 'safeguarding board' to be released. 

Any report overseen by an officer of the States of Jersey Police is not valid as the corrupt and brutal force who destroyed me in conjunction with the Church for reporting abuse, have a lot to hide. And according to Johnstone's open boast to a bystander, a member of the public, Bob Hill, 'The police have done no wrong'. How can the police investigate themselves? Especially a force that is so corrupt that the IPCC actually had to fly a team of investigators to Jersey to have the force investigated, and an investigating officer told me she was 'horrified' at what was going on in Jersey's police force and it was 'unreal'.

The letters were much more clear and coherent because they were before what seems to be the real final combined effort by the Church and 'safeguarding partnership; to force me to my death, the email I am writing now is from someone truly at the end of their tether.

Jersey 'safeguarding' what a joke board have just emailed me also trying to force me into a meeting with the disgraced 'independent chair' as if I was not suffering enough from the Church of England's recent onslaught against me and abuse of me in the press and media. Their report on my case is merely an exercise in cover-up. It is to be destroyed and never to be published, it is completely irrelevant and was a deceitful waste of time and money and there is to be an investigation into why I have been harassed and terrorised by Johnstone and Gull. And why public money was spent on their attack on me. The government don't seem able to acknowledge that the police can be corrupt and abusive and should not be able to influence safeguarding because of the risk to victims and witnesses, especially in a case like mine, when the conflicted police have been able to use the safeguarding whitewash to cover their backs and terrorize me. I want an independent investigation over the whole matter, from church to police to safeguarding, it is time for disciplinary actions and for me to be heard.

The Church of England have for over three years terrorized me with conflicted whitewash reports and defamatory and discrediting press releases, culminating in the recent all-out discrediting and smearing of me when the Archbishop, who has never met me or heard my story or ensured it is included in a report that isn't just a whitewash like the others, met with the Dean and his powerful and conflicted church-lawyer-states-judiciary clique repeatedly and 'apologized to the Dean' publicly and with only one side of the story and no thought for my welfare whatsoever.

Presumably the Johnstone attack on me today, the sham safeguarding board attack is as a result of the Jersey dignitaries not getting their Steel report, so they decided for second best, the Gull and Johnstone safeguarding whitewash that discredits me, and presumably Johnstone wants to publish this to avenge them, breaking the law as I am recognisable from it just as I have been recognizable from the press and media attacks and traced by name, and threatened.

Remember, Ian Gorst a church member who upheld the Dean and has publicly campaigned for the release of the Steel whitewash, actually instigated the Johnstone and Gull whitewash himself, so it can in no way be seen as neutral.

In 2013 the sham safeguarding board tried to force me into a meeting to tick boxes AFTER writing their whitewash and AFTER GULL HAD SMEARED AND DISCREDITED ME IN THE PRESS ON BEHALF OF THE JERSEY DEANERY AND DIOCESE OF WINCHESTER. I REFUSED. THEY HAD ALREADY BOASTED TO BOB HILL THAT THEY HAD CLEARED THE POLICE,AND GULL HAD DISCREDITED ME IN THE PRESS BY CLAIMING THAT THE CHURCH WARDEN HAD NO CASE TO ANSWER.

The only reason for this repeat attack three years later  is because Johnstone and Gull want to publish her whitewash report done to cover up for the police, and done in conjunction with Stewart Gull of the conflicted police, Gull publicly smeared and attacked me in the press alongside the Jersey Deanery. Nothing has been done to discipline either Gull for his actions, or Johnstone for proceeding with a whitewash report, smearing and discrediting me to a member of the public, Bob Hill, and trying to contact me as an afterthought after claiming the police had done nothing wrong.

Jersey Safeguarding failure board, Fuck off, stop harassing me and I will be taking legal action if you do me any further harm. How many times do I need to re-iterate this? Why are Gull and Johnstone still not sacked after their illegal actions and not just failures to safeguard but harm to children and to me by their failures! 

I am sick to death of you and your pathetic threat to my life, welfare and wellbeing. You do not have my consent to break the law and harass me after what you have already done to me and know very well my feelings about this, you have just PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME, HAVEN'T YOU?!

I am copying Dodds and Tilby and others in on this because I consider this to be part of the recent attack on my life. The violations of me by Gull and Johnstone are never mutually exclusive, they always push for their whitewash or smear me during attacks on me by the press, media and Jersey Deanery.

and also, because the 'independent chair' whitewashed my case with the police, how can you investigate the police through one of their own?!

Make sure you whitewash report that you have been threatening me with is shredded as it is simply an attack on me and doesn't remotely relate to my case, it is just part of a prolonged and extremely nasty abuse of power smear campaign that Johnstone has been warned about for years.

Also, because I have made complaints about this for three years now, make sure the whole matter including the re-iterated forcing on me today is sent to an independent auditor, as I asked the woman at Jersey Safeguarding Board who just put the phone down on me. Make sure it is sent outside of Jersey and outside of Johnstone's juristiction in Leicestershire, where she won an OBE for protecting some of the most high profile abusers of all time. Hey, I was their victim, I know she didn't act.

I am going to file for an injunction as Johnstone has instigated the attack and she is resident in the UK, Stamford? I slept in her porch before she put the homeless spikes up.

Johnstone you will receive a last letter of warning, and unless you apologise and bring your harassment of me to an end, you will be taken to court. I am happy to file in Jersey with an English judge presiding as well. 

How dare the safeguarding failure board relaunch on me at a time of severe crisis! How dare they! They are nothing but a bunch of conflicted cowardly liars, led by one of Greville Janner's medal-winners and a corrupt police officer who has deliberately publicly smeared me. You do not 'propose a meeting' to someone who you have injured publicly and harassed and made to live in fear. you just simply do not.

The only reason you have come up with this fake proposal is because instead of dismissing the disgraced corrupt officer and non-independent Johnstone, you are determined to force me into a box-ticking exercise and then release your whitewash attack on me. Tough shit, you are not meeting with me, why should I meet with repulsive corrupt liars as part of a whitewash? Fuck off. Three years of suffering your smears of me and the threat of your whitewash and now your corrupt church-judiciary-lawyer circle want a consolation prize for the Steel report? No, If you destroy me, I will make sure you go too, I am not having you left as a danger to the vulnerable when your failures in child care cases has led to children being abused beyond repair. The recent damning report into your failures means you have no credibility and no excuse whatsoever to go on harassing me. Is this attack on me because the child abuse review has gone whimpering off with it's tail between it's legs and paedophile protectors such as Philip Bailhache remain?! Yeah, you are great at safeguarding, you saw in the press that Philip Bailhache wasn't able to deny that his actions as a judge had protected abusers and allowed abuse to persist. Philip Bailhache, the lay chair of the church in Jersey, who has attacked me in the press and media and stirred up hatred against me while you stood by! Your report doesn't include that does it???

I understand that the home office and other recipients won't like me swearing, but I have for years made it very clear that to put a vulnerable adult in a situation of knowing very well she is powerless against people who have very deliberately smeared and discredited her to cover up, and knowing for years that these people intend to attack her publicly and drive her to suicide is not acceptable, and no-one has stepped in or acted to protect me from these abusers who are above the law because they hold positions in safeguarding and in the police.

The onslaught of the past three years has been too much for me and I am already finished by the recent press and media attack on me. In my death these pleas to be protected from this incredible open and blatant corruption will not go away. I want this email and the linked letters read out at my inquest, I want the inquest to be about the contructive murder of me by the Church of England and Police and Safeguarding Failure Boards, I want my death to be an end to the Church of England being above the law and the police being able to protect themselves by controlling safeguarding boards.

The police, church of england and other agencies including this disgraced safeguarding board, have been allowed to openly and unchallenged, destroy me. It is time that that stopped.

This email is cc the Home Office, social services, the IPCC and HMIC, Jersey Police complaints authority (who are ineffectual), 10 Downing Street, all safeguarding chairs in the country, Jane Dodds and Graham Tilby who represent safeguarding in the Church of England and are thus also liable for this ongoing attack on my life by Gull and Johnstone. It will continue to be circulated until I am protected. I won't stop fighting this terrible miscarriage of justice until I die or I am protected, the first of which is increasingly likely if the combined onslaught is not stopped.

Johnstone is never to make contact with me again, she is to shred her report, and as well as taking her and her band of corrupt abusers to court, I will hold the Church of England liable for the harm, the 'offers' to carry out reports by the conflicted 'safeguarding' board and Gladwin and Steel, were well set up and co-ordinated to look genuine but they are three reports set up and implemented by conflicted people. Reports that only contain the defendants' views with no interest in including the plaintiff are of no worth at all, and afterthought meetings such as the one offered by Johnstone and Dodds this week as part of the 'to-the-death' closedown of a horrific three years onslaught, are a sick abusive joke.  Does Johnstone want to copy Dodds in a weedy little mutter about the 'Church not meaning me any harm'? What a co-incidence that all this happens at once if there is no connection and it is all independent?
