Thanks for the recent feedback.

This blog, as I was trying to say in an earlier post, is mainly at the end of it's useful life, in a way, in that I don't normally post on here any more, I keep it so that I can link letters of complaint to posts on here, and that sends the church nuts, which is a bonus.

Apologies to the man who wrote to me and thanked me for the blog, I am sorry to hear about your mother in law, that must be a nightmare. I am closing comments on this blog and preparing a final post in response to feedback.

Yes it will be the document that was written yesterday.

The blog will stay up as it is obviously getting a good viewing every day and the posts are still relevant and in use, and the church want me to take it down.

Thank you all for your support.
You will have noticed on the daily blog that I am increasingly struggling with mobility and injuries including a broken spine and having to look at ending the gardening and landbased career that has spanned my adult lifetime. It is being replaced with a freelance writing career that is as yet not earning me a living, but as a result I need more time for my blogs related to the freelance writing career.

Jersey safeguarding update

Jersey Safeguarding Partnership,

I am just going to add to my complaint regarding the safeguarding board.

You can't be blind to the fact that I am suffering severe traumatic stress, which has been compounded by the last three years of public hate attack by the church. 

Did you even bother to think of the psychological harm to me of sitting through a meeting with you over your whitewash version of events?

Your report is an attack on me and you have showed no concern whatsoever for me.

I wouldn't survive your whitewash. I certainly could not sit through a meeting regarding an engineered whitewash and agree to it and be traumatized with the memories of what I lived through being dragged up by wrongdoers who have tried to re-record what I lived through to protect themselves. And I would be wasting my time giving my side of things to a complicit group of people who have no interest in my side of things or my welfare and have already created the report on behalf of the wrongdoers.

You people have lost the plot and are without purpose or understanding of safeguarding. How can you put someone at risk and under pressure as you have with me and still call yourselves safeguarding?

I remain traumatized and profoundly upset and distressed by your attack on me last week.

Of course I will always fight back but that does not remove the impact on me. It is affecting my ability to cope with day-to-day situations still.

The Open Letter in this link was written in March this year, can you explain the difference between the slammed down phones and ignored emails then and the sudden sickly pretence of care now at the same time as the public attack on me?

I think you have a lot of explaining to do with the contents of this open letter and all the other open letters before there is any further annoyance or nuisance from Jane Dodds and the abuser Bishop who she is protecting:

Setting the record straight

Dear Church of England Safeguarding Board, especially Dodds and the Bishop of Winchester,

Although I haven't read the pack of lies sent to me by the Bishop in past weeks I do know that is all he is capable of and I understand that he has liaised with Jane Dodds of the safeguarding board to try to use her in whatever deceit and harm he has inflicted on me with the help of the press and Archbishop. I believe they intend to try and force on me as Fisher frequently did, which is illegal. 

Jane Fisher, Elizabeth Hall, Paul Butler, Jill Sandham, Daphne Green and others have all harmed me while calling themselves safeguarding representatives.

Indeed in Fisher's case, the Bishop upheld her in continuing to harm me, for example in the illegal referral to the NSPCC AFTER I had made a complaint against Fisher. The Bishop refused to deal with my complaint and left Fisher as a reader in his diocese as well as 'safeguarding' director, and he upheld her deceitful and destroying actions. He invalidated the Diocese's insurance and he lied by arranging the illegal refferal to the NSPCC in order to have something to lie to the press about helping me. What he has just done is the same sort of thing, so he hasn't learned anything, he thinks he can go on treating me this way over and over, year after year, he is mistaken, I am going to go on fighting until he leaves or he kills me, whichever comes first. But he will not use another crazy Jane to help him, unless she wants to face harassment charges for aiding the Bishop's harm to me. Lets see if we can turn the press spotlight on Dodds having to stand and stutter in court? Can I outbid the CofE's bribes?

I gather from the Bishop's drivel about being 'very concerned for me' while he publicly destroyed me through the press again.that it means what it generically means, he and Jane Dodds have been violating me or will violate me in the same way as he and Scott-Joynt and  Fisher repeatedly did. It isn't 'help' or 'care' it is cover-up, but the church has trouble distinguishing between the two. You can't destroy someone while pretending to care, that is exactly what Fisher did for years and it is still insane and to see the Bishop continuing such a horrifying fake makes me sick. The only things he can do to help is withdraw his three year attack on me and resign and make sure an investigation into what happened to me before and since he arrived is instigated, oh and he can annul his criminal whitewash report-harassment of me, all of them.

It amazes me that after all this time, the Bishop still thinks I am weak and stupid and will fall for his crap. It shows how stupid and arrogant he is, how nasty, how small, how psychopathic he is. He thinks, after all my objections, that destroying me and pretending to care still go hand in hand, in the press of course, and only with the light of the press on him. In real life he blocks my emails, puts the phone down on me, and allows whitewash reports while I am left silenced.

Be warned Dodds, I know what safeguarding means in the church of England, in the wider world we call it cover-up. Would you like to be taken to court? Leave my personal life alone, and any illegal referrals will be met with every atom of force I have. I will smash back until you leave me alone. For years Jane Fisher stalked me, violated me, broke the law and slandered me, she has left me completely isolated, humiliated, branded and unable to relate to people, so if you start doing the same, I will fight you in the same way I fought her. Rape Violations of my life do not equal help or care, they equal crime and you being a psychopathic risk to the vulnerable.

Now presumably this is to be the third week of Church Times unfettered attacks on me after they have been warned? That too will be presented to the court. Safeguarding? What a joke! Three years of completely pre-meditated and completely uncensored one-sided public attacks on a traumatised vulnerable adult with no investigation into the damage or into the abuse and misconduct, and what is coverup-Dodds doing about that? Whatever the Bishop tells her, presumably. Any friend of the Bishop's...Is a lying spineless coward, and I object to this Dodds woman being the next Jane Fisher, one was enough to leave me screaming in anguish and destroyed in endless night, why repeat it needlessly? Why? Coverup.

A final note on the new crazy Jane sidekick of the Bishop's. She is a the 'senior caseworker' for the CofE coverup crew, otherwise known as safeguarding. But her supervisor, Graham Tilby has ignored my case and my concerns solidly since I first contacted him during the press and media attack last year that felled Bob Hill. Has Tilby ever answered me? Nope, Dodds only recently got involved on behalf of the Bishop of Winchester. Safeguarding in the church remains a joke, even with liar Butler mysteriously jettisoned with a grenade up his behind. I wonder if this recent severe attack on me was his parting revenge for me wishing him good riddance because of the harm he has done to abuse victims in order to cover up for the Church? I am told that he was unable to coherently explain what his actual role in safeguarding was when asked and so it was assumed he was there to whitewash to the national inquiry.

A letter of Questions

Dear Dioceses of Winchester and Canterbury,

This is a letter of questions.
Some of Which I have already asked you but have decided to share with the general public.
The list of questions is exhaustive, because what the Church of England have done in their crazy showing off has brought up many many questions, and as you continue to subject me to harm and damage to my life, I am answering with questions.

1. Diocese of Winchester, Don't you think it was ultimate abuse of power that you liased with the police to destroy me for continuing to fight both your refusal to deal with my complaints and your illegal violations of my life, and then you used the same police to have me illegally traced so that you could go on destroying me?

2. Can you explain why, if your reports were about safeguarding, why you allowed Gavin Ashendent to be interviewed for the Steel report when he has never met me, was not in Jersey when I was there and was abusing his power as a former lawyer and chaplain to the Queen in order to protect the Dean, and has gone on to cause serious safeuarding issues in Jersey and the Diocese of Normandy?
What is being done about the safeguarding issues that Ashenden is causing in Jersey? Examples of which are commented on here:

3. This is one of your clergy, who you are permitting to use the press to spread terrible propaganda against vulnerable people and Islam. Can you explain why?

4. What is being done about Ashenden's behaviour, including his slander of me in the press and media, which is also a safeguarding issue? Can you explain why the Diocese of CAnterbury and the Diocese of Winchester are allowing Ashenden to run a column in the JEP that is furthering his damaging views and harm to vulnerable groups?

5. Unrelated. According to Bob Hill, the Diocese have agreed to pay for my accommodation for the rest of my life. That was in 2013. It is now 2015. Would the Diocese like to make the arrangement to backdate the money to 2013 and start paying me?

6. Could the Diocese of Winchester please explain why, if there was nothing wrong with the Steel report so that they were prepared to release it in 2013 and again in 2014, why it has been 'being looked at by legal and safeguarding experts' for a year now. With legal fees starting at £300 per hour, and safeguard expert fees probably not much lower, how much has a year of these experts cost? Who is paying, and why, if the report has twice been prepared for release, has it needed a year of 'being looked at'?

7. Can the Diocese then confirm that what they intend to release in the end is not the full whack of what Steel, Bailhache, Key, Ashenden, Birt, LeMarquand, LeFeuvre and other powerful and conflicted interrelated people engineered to cover up for the Dean and my abuser at my expense? Can the Diocese explain what worth a report hijacked by the defendants and amended is worth to the general public, transparency and safeguarding, especially considering how much it has cost?
How much, including the year of having the Steel report looked at by experts has this un-safeguarding report cost? And who are these experts? And why have these experts been given a report that excludes the person it is about and their views? Why after a year if these are genuine experts, haven't they spoken out about this being one sided?

8. A question was asked in the States of Jersey recently: Why is the Dean on Sabattical (again) and who is paying for it? I would like to ask the above question and also add, why was he apparently sent on Sabbattical by the Luitenant-Governor of Jersey? And why did he and the Deanery make a concerted effort to get the Steel report released before his sabbattical?

9. Can the Church please explain which authority they have referred the complaint about Sir Philip Bailhache's abuse of power and breaches of the data protection act while holding documents he was not entitled to, and when the results of that investigation will be available and where to get a copy?

10. On the same theme of investigation, who is investigating the smear campaign and lies about me in Jersey's local press and media by the Jersey Deanery, and the wider attacks on me as a result of the Bishop of Winchester and Archbishop of CAnterbury's launch of my case and the Korris report into the National Press. Who is carrying out this report and when will I be interviewed?

11. Remaining on the subject of reports and investigations. The Diocese of Winchester made a lot of noise about safeguarding and transparency and independent report, but as yet, no independent report that includes me has been arranged, unless it has been arranged without announcement, and as yet, I have not been contacted for interview. As all are aware, the Bishop has instigated investigations into Jane Fisher and the Deanery of Jersey's complaints against me, in the form of the Korris and Steel reports, but has not instigated any investigation into my complaints against the Jersey Deanery and Jane Fisher. Therefore this is an entirely unfair situation. When is the Bishop of Winchester or the Bishop of Dover going to arrange for a report into my complaints?

12. Can the Bishop explain exactly why he has effectively done a public, illegal and unjust investigation into me, and called it a safeguarding report? Can the Bishop explain how paradoxically destroying me while claiming it is in the interests of safeguarding makes sense? Can the Bishop explain why he has given a voice to my destroyers and unpheld them?

13 Can the Bishop explain why he had me illegally traced by the police on the claim that the diocese 'wanted to help me' after they had destroyed me, and he then went ahead in upholding the way the diocese had destroyed me, by threatening me, with the police and record that I would not have got if his clergy and safeguarding officer had not been doing wrong in the first place?

14. Can the Bishop of Winchester explain why, when he claims to consider Safeguarding is very important, why he has not dealt with Jane Fisher, his safeguarding director who has committed serious misconduct, and, as she is also a Reader in the Diocese of Winchester, why he has personally not dealt with complaints against her and left her to openly harass me, in the case of her illegally referring me to the NSPCC, illegally liasing about me, and her jeer of adding me on twitter last year, showing off that neither diocese nor police had dealt with he rmisconduct? And can the Bishop also explain how, as Jane Fisher is a reader, he has dealt with her conflict of interests in the 'Safeguarding complaint' as she is a reader alongside other readers in the Jersey Deanery, such as Ian LeMarquand and Neville Brookes and others who are close to my abuser? And can the Bishop explain why the formal complaints against Jane Fisher have not been dealt with and why after the complaints were made, she was allowed to continue to be involved in the Jersey Safeguarding matter? And why she refused to deal with the case of another vulnerable adult mistreated by the Church in Jersey, when she was in Jersey to illegally liase with the police over my case?

15. When is the Diocese of WInchester going to announce the conflicts of interest and coercions and abuses of power that rendered their 'visitation' and investigations in Jersey worthless? This includes connections between the Jersey Deanery and: Judiciary, Police, Masonic agreements, lawyers, advocates others involved in law, press and media workers, relatives and friends of the Dean, my abusers and the others listed here, other people not listed here. Unless the Diocese is quite open and blatant about these conflicts then they are neither being transparent nor honest, and if the Diocese do know these conflicts, then that again invalidates their 'investigations'.

16. What are the Diocese of Canterbury doing about the Jersey situation? Not a lot if Ashenden is anything to go by.

17. Did the Diocese of Winchester undertake this open public attack on me without foresight or was it deliberate? If the Bishop felt that he had the evidence on which to suspend the Dean, why did he then clear him before the Steel report was carried out, and thus defame me by anulling what had happened to me, and giving the press opportunity to attack me as discredited, why, if the Bishop re-instated the Dean, did he then proceed with the Steel report, having gone from suddenly suspending the Dean to suddenly clearing him? How did the evidence change from publicly suspending the Dean in the NAtional press, to clearing him? And why did the Steel report then occur when the Bishop had annulled his own actions, and why then has the Bishop not apologized to the Dean?

18. Why if the Dean was cleared, did he 'apologize' to no-one? Why did the feeble 'apology' never get sent to me by the Diocese? And why, when it was never sent to me, was it used as a 'trophy' on the Church website, after the Bishop cleared the Dean without even interviewing me?

19. Why, if the Korris report was inaccurate and thus you have cleared the Dean, have you not publicly annulled the Korris report and instead allowed me to continue being shamed and defamed by it? For example, in the Church (Times) Rag? Incidentally, why have you also allowed your clergy to libel and defame me in the same paper, where hundreds of clergy read their side of things and without my views added, one side of things gets heard and believed, and the same with the rest of the press slander. How, with these massive irregularities, can you claim that anything you have done is to do with safeguarding, and again, since you have cleared the Dean at my expense, why have you not apologized publicly to him for suspending him and publishing the Korris report? And why have you not apologized for me for the defamation and data protection breaches that have led to hate attacks and shunning of me? How is what you have done anything to do with safeguarding?!

20. Can the Bishop explain, in the context of the public display of abuse of power and ignorance of vulnerability and the effects of abuse shown by the typically wealthy and powerful Church members in response to the 'safeguarding reports' How the Bishop and Diocese have improved safeguarding through their actions, and how the Bishop and Dioceses have countered these ignorant, bigoted and narrow attitudes and educated these people on the subjects of poverty, vulnerability, disability and abuse? Especially notable church officers such as Philip Bailhache, Ian LeMarquand, Bruce Willings and other conflicted Church members? Can the Bishops publicly describe the work they and his dioceses have done in response to the open bigoted prejudiced and nasty attacks on me and on all abuse survivors and vulnerable people as a result of the Bishops unprecedented public attack on me and the Jersey Deanery through the Korris report?

21. Can the Bishops explain what action has been taken against the Clergy and Laity in the Jersey Deanery case for their ongoing misconduct as a result of the safeguarding report? And when there is to be a safeguarding investigation into my complaints, presumably leading to further appropriate action? And why a number of people involved in misconduct were actually promoted, as seems to be a generic action by the Church of England?


The next set of questions are the ones that I sent to Jan Korris in my open letter to her:

Here are some questions that you and other people need to ask the Bishop of Winchester:
1. Why did he have me traced and violated, illegally by the same police who his safeguarding officer had me destroyed with? Why  he do that AFTER publishing the Korris report and not in order to offer me a chance to participate?

2. Why were my amendments and views not added if it was a genuine safeguarding effort? And why was the report left up, not amended, until I took the Bishop to court?

3. Why did the Bishop not release the Steel report to a court of law if it was a genuine report? Why and how was he able to wriggle out of it, and will he do so again as I continue action against him?

4. Why did the Bishop claim that the Steel report was ready for release in November 2013, and then claim that someone had made a legal bid against the report's release? How could someone have made a legal bid when no-one knew what was in the report? This claim by the Bishop led to further slurs on me, most notably Peter Ould claiming I couldn't have made the legal bid as I was not intelligent enough - Peter Ould being the Vicar who blogged about sex until recently and illegally involved himself in my case to the detriment of the church and slandered me and jeered at me openly with the church refusing to restrain him until I kept up a sustained complaint - good safeguarding?

5. So if someone made a bid against the Steel report, and the Bishop had to amend it, then the report was not going to be accurate anyway, so then the Bishop claimed to be preparing to release it, again, in May, and Bob Hill and I both took action. Why was the Bishop trying to release this report to the wrong official in Jersey though? Again, when there is an independent investigation, outside of the Church, these things need to be queried.

6. Why does the Bishop keep claiming to have 'safeguarding and legal experts looking at the report? Why does he need these people looking at the reports if it is a fair and balanced report? Why have they been looking at this report for a year and more without contacting me to include my views and amendments? Why has the Bishop not sent me a copy of the Steel report to comment on?
Who are these legal and safeguarding experts?
If they are within the Church of England then they are conflicted, if they are not within the church then they would not have waited over a year to contact me for my views or declare the report conflicted and unbalanced and inappropriate denigration of a lone vulnerable adult. The Bishop's solicitors seemed unaware of the situation when I contacted them about this, and there is no sign of an outside safeguarding panel viewing this report, because if this happened, then due to the nature of the conflicted Steel report and due to the material about the mess the Bishop has made of my case being widely available, the Bishop would already be in a lot of trouble over the Steel report.
Presumably when Luther-Pendragon tell the Bishop to say that the Steel report is being looked at by legal and safeguarding experts, they are referring to the conflicted Jane Fisher and Elizabeth Hall, and the Bishop's chaplain, who is a trained Barrister. Thus the general public are being mislead.

7. Why did the Bishop of Winchester allow conflicted Jane Fisher to illegally refer me to the NSPCC? Especially when he had said that there would be no further unsolicited intervention in my life? And when Jane Fisher had a formal complaint against her, which the Bishop, Elizabeth Hall, Paul Butler and the Church of England have still failed to deal with? How are they committed to safeguarding when they have failed to record, investigate or resolve my complaint?

8. Why am I being made to live in fear of and trying to survive, continued press attacks while the Bishop of Winchester continues to lie about the Steel report and leave me waiting to be destroyed by it? Will any amount of safeguarding experts and legal experts make it into a genuine report when the fact that they are involved, ficticiously or for real just says the Bishop only cares about his and the Diocese's legal safety, as I remain excluded?!

9. Now that you have read my questions, ask yourself, what happens to the voiceless vulnerable when the church can be this dishonest and this cruel to someone who has a certain amount of ability to write to the church in defence? what happens to the voiceless when the Church of England control what the press get to see and when the Church can subject someone to the damage they have subjected me to, and never be called to account?

Formal letter to Jane Fisher, Safeguarding Director of the Diocese of Winchester

To all who get a copy of this, I am asking you to witness this henious continued harm to me and ensure that I am protected and this woman is suspended and investigated as she should have been a long time ago. I only ever copy people in as witnesses, although Jane Fisher thinks it is a joke that I have to keep asking people to step in to stop her harming me.

Dear Jane Fisher,

I started writing this letter earlier this week, along with the third letter of warning to the Bishop of Winchester, this was before the Jersey Deanery started making a fuss in the press and reminding everyone that the Dean was 'cleared' by dishonesty. And the reason I started these two letters was because it has been a while since the Diocese of Winchester openly attacked me, and I have learned from experience that a while doesn't last forever and while I live and the Diocese still stands, they will harm me either directly or behind my back dishonestly as you used to do in defaming me to church people, my friends and the churches and homeless services in Winchester and beyond.

So, inspired by the trauma of the Jersey Deanery relaunching their campaign, and the lack of sleep as a result, I continue the letters of warning that only the severe trauma that I associate you with stopped me from writing before.

It is difficult to write about the severity and depth of damage that you have inflicted on me, especially as I know that as always it falls on the deaf ears and cold heart of a woman without remorse or conscience and who will remain unrepentant, cold as a stone and happy to go on harming me indefinitely.

Therefore I have copied the police into this email and have to remind them that as yet, they have done nothing to protect me from your illegal actions which allowed you to get me a criminal record when I responded in anguish and trauma to you previously. I want your illegal actions to stop for good, and I want to be assured that they will stop for good, rather than me living in fear of you and your police for the remainder of my life, it is bad enough that you have ensured by the record you got me, that I can never work again and will always be in grinding poverty and open to abuse and homelessness and hunger, and more than likely to be further maltreated by the police who have me as mad and bad on record if I am abused again, well, unsurprisingly, I have been physically, verbally and sexually abused on the streets and in the underworld accommodation which is all I can ever get after what has happened, and as I said, the police are there to harm me, not protect me or bring justice when I am abused, because you have branded me.

I will never recover from the way the police treated me, the bruises they left and the gaping and unhealable psychological wounds they have left, I am branded for life and there is no therapy and no cure for what you did in illegally interfering in my private life in Jersey, illegally liasing with authorities in Jersey, violating me in prison, slandering me remorselessly to all churches and my friends in Winchester, leaving me alienated and branded in my home town, as if the trauma of being made homeless and losing my job in such a terrible way and being imprisoned was not enough. You had me repeatedly beaten and imprisoned by police for reacting in confusion and anger and trauma to your violations of me in Winchester. Horrific, and absolutely unforgivable. There are no words to describe what you put me through. None, it remains so traumatic that I usually cannot think about it, I suffer flashbacks and nightmares daily and nightly, and will do forever.

I had to change my name to try and escape both from you and from the bad name that you got me on record that meant I was treated like dirt by services and outreach wherever I went and was unable to get the very urgent psychological help that I needed, and that added to my trauma and desparation, it is only a miracle that I chose to live when you took from me everything I had lived for, my identity, friends, my family- who abandoned me because of the situation, my home, my work, my career, my health, my privacy and dignity - they made me strip and examined me, and after being sexually abused that was horrific. You have had me finger-printed so I will always be vulnerable to police no matter what my name is, you have had me destroyed, and again, it is a miracle and nothing else, that I go on living, a horrible miracle because part of me is dead, and in every way I am crippled b by what you have done against me, and what makes it worse is that throughout this horrific 7-year rape of me, you have pretended to care and have 'prayed for me', as I said, you have no conscience, you are like an obsessed stalker, obsessed with making me suffer and seeing me suffer.

What astounds me, but not so much since I have seen the depths of wickedness and deceit from Ashenden, Key, Bailhache, Birt and the rest of the freemason-clergy-lawyer-church clique, is that you call yourself a safeguarding director, that you boast that you are passionate about safeguarding, and yet you have done this damage to me, relentlessly, slandering me, protecting my abusers, taking everything from me, and yet, you still feel qualified to preach in a church, you still use God's Name after taking a human life to protect yourself from discipline and to protect the Church's reputation. 

If you believe in God, believe this, you are not going to heaven, you are not going to be fine and alright with God, you have stolen a life and left someone living in hell on earth, and until you completely rectify this, and admit your wrongdoing, that continued denials such as the Korris rubbish compound, you are hell-bound, you are going to hades, and that is not a spiteful thing to say, it is the truth, you remain without remorse and without conscience and I remain defenceless and at risk from your continued unchecked violations of me in my community and my churches, and I can trust no-one to help me and can only feel shame that I am trying to be me but reality is that, as has happened for 7 years, being me isn't enough to stop you overriding everything I am in slandering me to anyone and any church or place or community I bond with, and driving me out.

As well as not being Christian, what you have created is as far from safeguarding as it is possible to get.

I grew up in hell, I came into the real world maladjusted and had to finally stop my parents from calling me to terrify me with prophecies of death and armageddon, I have two blissful years in Winchester until, aged 19, the church of England started their as yet unfinished process of destroying me and preventing me from devloping into healthy adulthood. Juliet Montague aided this by denying I had anything wrong with me such as autism and saying I was just acting out, while she acted unprofessionally in taking me home when she was supposed to be my counsellor, using me to replace Sally and allowing Fred to do to me what he alledgedly did to Sally, and so it went on, and who was laughing at me in the street in Winchester in 2010 when you left me homeless after having me imprisoned? Fred Montague, who you continued to protect and provide for, while slandering me to the whole of my old benefice and all my old friends.

After the severe trauma of hearing your lies to court and police in Sussex, I went on the run and changed my name, but I was aware how vindictive and obsessed you were and are, and I knew without any doubt you would keep coming after me, possibly continue to provoke me and slander me and have me imprisoned for my reaction, and I cannot tell you the depth of despair that can cause, you with the police on your side, with social services on your side, refusing to protect me and illegally referring me to a  mental health worker who was at a daycentre I fled because of you, I knew I was powerless to stop you harming me and that has remained the case, I suffered illegal interventions, refusal of help and treatment, and just plain nastiness as I fled you and sussex and tried to get the help I needed to recover from a level of trauma that nearly killed me.

To me, it is a pity your counterpart, Scott-Joynt has gone to hell without facing justice on earth, but at least he has gone to hell, there is no room in heaven for the kind of actions and behaviours that you and he have committed and God is and will be very displeased indeed. All the pomp and ceremony in the world for a man in a dress and a silly hat,  who has lots of money and oppresses the poor and vulnerable will not change the fact that he goes to hell, and neither will your expert cover-ups and pretences of care change the fact that that is where you are going unless you repent and put right your horrific misconduct. What astounds me is that the Diocese of Winchester have allowed you to remain both in a readership position and a safeguarding position, they are invalidating their insurance by employing an abuser in those positions, and you are an abuser, and no cover-ups, no pretences of care and no attacks on me will EVER change that, the Diocese are aware I have complained, I have complained multiple times, I have complained to the police after you jeered by adding me on twitter last year and left me in collapse, and as ever, your Jimmy Savile Style getting away with anything and everything continues.

In 2013, I was just beginning to think maybe I had made it, and escaped you. I had suffered an episode of major depression and was overcoming that, and seeing a good psychologist, I had just had whooping cough and pneumonia, I had tried to live indoors briefly, and couldn't because I was still so afraid that you and your police would come and get me and trash me again, as I still am. 

Then the most horrific two years of being destroyed was launched on me, and here I am, still suffering it, and for how long? 

The police who you and Scott-Joynt used to destroy me for speaking up and for reacting to you destroying me, came after me with the most pathetic and insipid rubbish I had ever heard, they claimed that 'The Bishop of Winchester wanted to put me in church groups' it was ridiculous, you drove me from every church in Winchester, nastily, slandering me, so that I came into a church and heard your side, that I was mad and bad and had done all these things, the unrepentant woman slandering me then turned on me, she didn't know I was autistic or had been abused, she only knew your side of things.

So anyway, I was now being hounded by your police who you had destroyed me with before, the ones who ignored my side of things, blotted it out, refused to protect me from you, and called me mad for counter-complaining that you were provoking me, the ones who dragged me by the scruff of my neck so my chest was exposed, the ones who knocked me around, broke my laptop, messed with my things, presumably stole my driving licence so that I am even less likely to ever get a job. Those police who destroyed me came after me for you, with the insane message that the Bishop wanted to put me in church groups. Insane beyond belief, you drove me from my home town of Winchester, shattered my friendships which had mainly lasted 10 years or more and I needed those friends after my background and what I had been through and I watched them turn away in disgust, another wound that has never, will never heal, nor will the broken trust, which combined with the very real possibility of you violating me and my relationships or the slander reaching any person or any church I get to know, leaves me isolated and fearful, unable to heal.

So, these police traced me so that you could thrust your work of art in destroying me on me, did you hope this cover up, the Korris report, which should be called the Fisher report, would kill me? It certainly nearly did, it is and always will be, your cherry on the cake of covering up for yourself and destroying me, you can't better it, so don't bother to have the other whitewashes released.

The Korris report, a non-independent report by a church counsellor, is about as independent as the Bishop's deceased solicitor was from the Church, and again, how horrifying it is that a church that claims to be Christian has to have integral lawyers and barristers. Jesus wouldn't, the pharisees would. Basically the church can abuse the vulnerable with impunity and be protected, as you have done to me.

The Korris report claims to be independent, well it was written by a church counsellor, backed up by Coverup-Sloss, the famous church protector/member, and Korris didn't have enough knowledge to even understand autism and thought she would try to change the diagnosis given by the Maudsley, which is impressive, considering that they are world leaders, she furthered that by trying to make me out to be self-daignosed. Do I need to go on? Actually yes I do, because this whole seven years of you destroying me with impunity and being unchallenged is beyond the pale, it is indeed a Jimmy Savile type henious injustice, seven years of you blatantly covering up for the church at my expense, seven years of being voiceless and treated as mad as I cried out in anguish for you to stop hurting me, seven years of illegal liasons with authorities by you, to defame me and protect the church, seven years of you abusing me.

Did you check the Korris report for accuracy? It was written from your notes and contains so many grossly misleading inaccuracies, mainly to protect you and Scott-Joynt and make you look good. You, as safeguarding director of the diocese of Winchester, are responsible for the publication of a defamatory and inaccurate report that was not amended even when I sent the amendments to you and Korris and the Diocese, and to be honest, I never finished the amendments, the report was such utter unprofessional rubbish that it astonishes me that the Diocese of Winchester proudly published it all over the web and sent copies to the police as if it was fact, that in itself constitutes a whole list of crimes including defamation, misleading the police, misleading the general public, and refusing to remove or amend this report until I took the Bishop of Winchester to court, the report was up until I did that, and it was then removed, but not from the many websites archiving it, nor did removing it remove the way I had been severely defamed internationally, to the point of nearly leading me to take my own life. It was not removed out of care for me, it was removed to save the Bishop's skin. And again, how cold, callous and completely lacking in safeguarding the diocese of Winchester truly is.

What I do not understand is, why you did not get enough out of defaming me internationally with that report, which is effectively just a massive act of defamation against  a hurt and homeless vulnerable adult, a report you had no choice about as you were forced to allow an internal investigation, but you hijacked it as best you could, and used it and me as a PR stunt for the Diocese, one that went badly wrong but you kept pushing it, after defaming me in the national press so that my friends and supporters turned away and I had to leave college, you kept the Korris report up, the Dean's fake apology that never reached me, after the Bishop threatened me for contacting you and begging and begging you to stop harming me, I was threatened, and you refused to stop the smear campaign or safeguard me as you had me publicly driven because it was easy for people to realise the report was about me. Then you went to Jersey to continue your illegal liasons with the police there about me, there is a witness account of that from Jersey.

So, all of a sudden the police were trying to force me to bring charges against my abusers who you destroyed me for while protecting me, and at the same time, despite me re-iterating a formal complaint against you, which was never dealt with, again, you were allowed to illegally refer me to the NSPCC, which was utterly sick. You and the Bishop left me in collapse with the threat of the Steel whitewash being released, a report much worse than Korris as it was created by the supporters of the man who was supposed to be under investigation, the Dean of Jersey, and at the same time the intrusion of the corrupt and brutal Jersey police, while you illegally referred me to the NSPCC and the Bishop sickeningly, dupliciously used that in his press release, claiming that you had 'worked hard across the diocese to get me help and he was praying that I accepted it', while at the same time he called me 'lost last and least' which is sickening arrogance from a man who has failed as a Bishop in the way that he has. He then cleared the Dean, while I remained voiceless, with no investigation having included me.

But it hasn't stopped there, the press attacks on me never stopped, the sickening Church Times one last year caused me a minor breakdown, and why? Because The Church Times won't report my side, they simply libel me from the Korris report and the Jersey Deanery's smears of me in the Church times and other press and media, because you have never set the record straight, never ensured my side is heard because it incriminates YOU, and you have never at any point stopped or countered the slander of me in the press and media, you have left me to suffer it all alone and counter it as best I can, and I have never stopped the wave after wave of harm to me, it is wearing me down, it is making a grim, hopeless and poverty-stricken life even worse.

You and the Bishop arranged illegal liason with officer Gull of Jersey Police, to clear the police of wrongdoing, produce another whitewash with the sham Jersey safeguarding board, you enabled Gull and Steel to illegally access my inaccurate records that your previous interference while I was in Jersey affected, made inaccurate, in order to cover up for you and Scott-Joynt. 

And still you haven't at any point done anything about safeguarding issues in the Jersey Deanery, I am still being destroyed. The Korris report, Steel report and other sham reports do not represent a balanced and fair investigation into my concerns nor a balanced investigation into what happened to me or what happened in Jersey, this is because they are conflicted, whitewashes, influenced by wrongdoers and excluding my side of things.

So as well as withdrawing your reign of terror which prevents me from living, you, as the person responsible for all this harm to me, are to call anindependent investigation 

into what has happened to me, starting when I was 19, and continuing to now. No more accusing me of abusing my abusers, no more allowing me to be smeared by conflicted bullies like Sentaor Bailhache and Sir Michael Birt, the Church of England is entirely responsible for every distress and illeness I suffer as a result of those powerful thugs who represent the church and show why the Church of England no longer has a place in society.

You are the coldest and most unpleasant person I have ever met, and you seem to have made it your aim to destroy me, and undoubtedly another police beating or another public national shaming of me would finish me off, but nonetheless, I will fight back, and even if I die, my fighting will remain and I will be free from a ruined and irreparably shattered life and soul.

One of many notable points about the Korris fiasco is that your and the Diocese claim it was about the Dean's behaviour when yours has been so much worse, the report claims he was perceived as not neutral and yet I have an email from you from when I was in Jersey, when you tell me he is neutral, at a time you were bulldozing me and demanding that I saw the Dean when I had made it very clear I wouldn't because of his behaviour, and despite your excuse for the Korris report being about the Dean having me put away without 'proper records' YOU and Scott-Joynt were named in court and on statements as his witnesses, so the whole massive fiasco doesn't actually add up, the discrepancies are prolific like that and it all needs to be examined.

I must warn you, because this is a letter of warning about your actions against me, that liasing with police, authorities, my friends, family, the media, services, outreach, or any agency without my consent and behind my back has been, is, and will be an act of harassment, and you know that, and you have consistently and constantly caused me harm, you are to cease and desist and you are responsible for every bit of harm done to me by these actions, and no information gained illegally this way is valid and you have and are committing a crime by every act of intrusion and harassment against me this way, and I will keep reminding the police to warn you to leave me alone, and if all else fails, I will take you to court. I think even if the Diocese pay for you to see their replacement-for-the-deceased solicitor, the only way forward in the event of the police still refusing to protect me from you is to make sure you stand in the dock while I tell the court what you have inflicted on me, and how the Diocese have received complaints against you, and how you have simply gone on and on and on harming me, making sure my story is covered and smothered to remove my credibility, what a shocking and sick way to destroy someone.

From now on you are not to, as you shouldn't have in the past:

• contact my friends
• contact my family
• slander me to churches, organizations, agencies or bodies who may help me
• contact any church and 'warn them against me' as you have done so often, causing me horrific anguish, while protecting my abusers in their churches, as they remain protected and respected while I am destroyed, they are not having breakdowns, being slandered or living in fear, the church looks after them.
• produce, contribute to, publish or in any way play a  part in, any report that defames and demoralizes me or misleads the police, the general public or the press, as the Korris report did and the Steel report and shame safeguarding board report would.
• malign or belittle me in any way
• publish any further infortmation about me and my life
• contact anyone about me with the intention of harming me, covering up for yourself or manipulating a situation such as you did in liasing with the police.
• attend meetings about me, as you are not capable of safeguarding, you are do not have any capacity in which to attend meetings about me.
• make malicious police complaints about me with the aim of having me put away as not mad and not credible and silenced, as you repeately have, the police need to understand that I am not insane and they need to take my complaint in full against you, not beat me and fling me in a cell as if I was mad and it was punishable by imprisonment, I have never recovered, and those police committed misconduct in refusing to protect me from you.
• make illegal referrals.

You are to:

• Stop harming me and assure me that this sick charade of 7 years will stop and I will be interviewed properly about my side, after all, that is safeguarding isn't it, including all sides, not just those of the abusers who  you upheld for 7 years.
• Ensure that an independent investigation is launched, if you don't understand what independent means, look it up.
• Rectify the damage done by the international defamation of me by the Korris report and the smear campaign
• Ensure something is done about the still not recorded or acknowledged safeguarding issues in Jersey, you can refer to my blog for that, I have just put a new post up.
• Ensure that my character is cleared, ie that people know I am not mad and bad, you labelled me to cover for yourself and I was severely traumatized, suffering injustice and had been regressed to childhood before suffering police beatings etc.
• Resign, if you have a conscience, which I doubt, you have inflicted massive unhealable damage, you are dishonest and you have furthered the damage to me relentlessly by your continued dishonestly and refusal to be responsible for your wrongdoing. You can[t stand before God after what you have done, so you have no right to hold church positions, and as for safeguarding, it is beyond belief that you are still in that job and claim to be anything to do with safeguarding.

I hold you responsible for all the harm to me, what you have done is far  far worse than sexual abuse, worse than rape, as I have often said to you. 

I would like the police to protect me from you, I would like the court to protect me from you, I would like any authority or witness to this email to protect me from you, I would like to be free from you after years of being crushed and rubbished by you as you have protected wrongdoers and treated me like dirt. I would like to know I am free from you to crawl on to the end of a completely shattered life in relative peace.

follow up email to Jersey Safeguarding (what a joke!) board

Good morning,

Just a reminder that I have had no response to my complaints and concerns from either the chief minister who is too busy fighting for inequality for gay people, or the safeguarding (what a joke!) board.

Some months ago this woman  leading the destroyal of me under the guise of safeguarding, claimed that the police had done nothing wrong.

And then all this time later she contacts me.

I would say the police dishonesty, inaccurate records and brutality constitutes the police doing something wrong, unless you are in Jersey, where the police have been causing deaths and wrecking lives for a long time, and as they are overseen by a man who is a church of england reader and friend of my abuser, or course it would be claimed they have done no wrong, but I was on the receiving end of their wrong and no lies and liars will ever tell me that what happened to me did not.

the report is a whitewash, and I have not had a response to my safeguarding complaint of Bailhache and friends running a public smear campaign against me, publicly lying about me and acting in a way unseemly and inappropriate for politicians.

Nor an explaination of why my emails to Jersey safeguarding in February of this year were ignored, nor an explanation of why the board claimed in february to be trying to contact me, didn't try, didn't respond to my emails and contacted me now instead.

The board claimed to be finishing their report and trying to contact me to include my views, what a lie, and what a crass and unfair way of doing a report, if it had been genuine, then I would have been contacted in the first place and included properly in the report.

Jersey's safeguarding (what a joke!) board is not fit for purpose and is there only to make Jersey look good, it safeguards no-one, as media articles keep showing.

If safeguarding really care about my views and what I have suffered, then they need to look into onlaughts against me by Philip Bailhache, Ian LeMarquand and Mike Higgins.

These men have used their office to cause me harm.

Your 'reports' will be completely invalid unless you include this, and anyway, your report is invalid and is simply an act of harassment and defamation, so let me know as and when you shred it.
