When you put the phone down on me and try to 'bounce'(block) my emails, it doesn't make your safeguarding failure or the abuse of me by the Bishop of Winchester go away, it compounds it. You are knowingly in the wrong and knowingly allowing a very very serious safeguarding failure to continue as well continuing to fail to remove and bring to justice wrongdoers such as the Bishop, the CEO of the Diocese of Winchester, and others.
Firstly let me explain to the general public what you are doing that is wrong.
I am the victim of repeat abuses and cover-up in the Diocese of Winchester, you are aware of this, and aware that the Bishop has done very open and outstanding wrong against me, and you have never contacted me or attempted to contact me about this, nor have you acted upon the Bishop's wrongdoing, which is serious enough to merit police action and action to remove him from all positions where he can access the vulnerable. Instead, by blocking and ignoring me, you are condoning his behaviour, condemning me without having spoken to me or gained my side of the story, and allowing the safeguarding risk to continue and making it very clear that you are not neutral and not competent at safeguarding.
In your recent safeguarding meetings at Wolvsley, why have you failed to remind the Bishop of my suffering and his responsibility?
Why have you not placed him under severe restrictions until he faces proper investigation, why have you met with him as if he is part of safeguarding in the Diocese? His wrongdoing is open and very evidenced, as is my distress.
How exactly are you able to go on operating as an aide to an abuser, which is essentially what the Bishop of Winchester is, as he knowingly went on harming me after being asked very clearly in 2013 to desist? When I phone you you put the phone down, and I phone to ask for proper intervention, action, and justice, nothing unreasonable. So you putting the phone down is a misconduct, and must be recorded as such, it doesn't matter what the Bishop, the failed and disgraced National Safeguarding Team or the compromised Archbishop say, if you are safeguarding and these people have done wrong and a vulnerable adult is suffering, at risk and in danger because of these people, you are obliged to act in a safeguarding capacity and put the victim first.
You appear confused as to your role. Safeguarding is not about acting to protect these wrongdoers and their roles, nor is it about protecting the church's image, and if you act to do those things rather than protect me and other victims who these people have harmed and denied justice to, then you have failed to safeguard.
You have been failing to safeguard me since you took your role and failed to contact me to start the process of investigation and justice regarding these wrongdoers, and in failing to communicate with me, and in failing to respond to my concerns, and in blocking me, you have shown yourself to lack impartiality, lack competence and lack understanding of safeguarding.
Every day that I have been left suffering anguish because of the open and unchallenged wrongdoing of Bishop Tim Dakin and Andrew Robinson, Jo Waller, the Diocese, yourself, Jane Fisher, and all employees, clergy and Laity of the Dioceses and Church, is a day that you have failed in safeguarding, every day that I have been open to hatred and attacks by strangers because of the Bishop's three year smear and discrediting campaign against me, every day that I have suffered because I have been condemned publicly, and every day that you in your silence, inaction and blocking of me, and making communication with you inaccessible, you have failed in safeguarding, you have failed to safeguard me.
The Bishop in his actions against me, has shown his hatred and contempt for me and for Jesus, and yet the Diocese of Winchester incredibly keeps a lie on their website about living Jesus' Mission or some incredible empty click-line.
My experience is that the Diocese neither knows Jesus nor understands safeguarding, what you understand and know is that you make an awful lot of money from your lie and your deception, and no-one is challenging you, no-one dares to, so if a few vulnerable adults are killed by abuse and cover-ups, no one will act, everyone will believe the archaic lie that they were 'mentally ill' and it isn't the church's fault. No one yet will ask, well why would the diocese be able to harm and abuse and destroy 'mentally ill' people and drive them to death?
You even, incredibly, link yourselves to the local social services who allowed Jane Fisher and the Scott-Joynts to destroy me and who tried to uphold the lie that their criminal behaviour was acceptable. And indeed now,social services still want to turn a blind eye.
Social services, well aware of hundreds of thousands of church abuse cases and the fact that the cases don't stop coming, should be forcibly stepping in and ensuring that the Church, the Diocese, is properly regulated. Not allowing you to link to them as part of your pretence of safeguarding.
The problem is, and always has been, the most vulnerable are the silent ones, and the church have spent a million pounds and 17 years destroying me because I am not silent, and I have to speak until this matter kills me because of that, they have no voice, I speak for them, and as a victim of repeat abuse and cover-up in the Diocese of Winchester, I can tell you with assurance, Jackie Rowlands, that you are not fit for your job, you are not safeguarding, and you have knowingly harmed a vulnerable adult and reinforced the condemnation of her by the church by your silence, your refusal to act, and your blocking of her.
Please arrange to leave to a more suitable position, and make sure that your replacement contacts me about the serious complex and potentially fatal abuse of me by the Bishop of Winchester. If you do not suspend him and start investigating his known wrongdoing, eventually someone will have to override all excuses and ask why.

I know and am fully aware from many years of this serious misconduct by the Diocese of Winchester, that you will go on trying to ignore this matter and ignore me, condemn me and cast me aside as mad, but in doing so, you are making the biggest, loudest and most outstanding statement possible by the Diocese and by the Church of England about your contempt for safeguarding, your contempt for the vulnerable, and your unchristian and inhumane condemnation of me, that condemnation which remains in the unredacted lies and misleading press and media statements by the Bishop and Church, and which affects my welfare and wellbeing every single day, and will do until you act or I die.
Let me be very open with the general public about your blocking and ignoring me and refusing to act.
Influenced by the Bishop and Diocese, and your predecessor Jane Fisher, whose criminal actions will affect me for life, instead of contacting me when you took your position, despite you being aware that I was and am in distress, and despite you needing to contact me as my case remained unresolved, which you knew and know, you ignored me.

So, you ignored me, and efforts were made by the church to set the police after me after the Bishop and Archbishop publicly destroyed me last year and continued to uphold every wrongdoer in my case.
The police were sent away with more than a flea in their ear and have still failed to act upon the criminal harm to me by the Diocese of Winchester - you as safeguarding representative, are obliged to stop sending them after me, as you did again recently, you will not stop me from speaking out by terrorizing me with the police, you are obliged to make sure that they deal with the criminal actions of the Bishop and diocese, if you can't, you are not a neutral or competent safeguarding representative.
You also should not be linked to Hampshire Social services as my case is an illustration of their failure to be neutral or protect a vulnerable church abuse victim due to their conflicted links with the Diocese.
If church abuse victims have no safe place to turn, something is seriously wrong.
Returning to the point, as my distress has worsened as time has gone by and you, the church, the national safeguarding team and other agencies and authorities have tried to hide your heads in the sand, pretend none of this is real and my distress is an excuse for inaction. This year I have contacted you repeatedly by phone, asking for you to act, you have refused to, and have continued to meet with the Bishop without holding him to account. Holding him to account would involve suspension and investigation, and obviously no such thing has happened. Good safeguarding would involve suspension and investigation, and as his wrongdoing is open and evidenced, and you have not acted, you are either not neutral or not competent.
There is no excuse for you to make any claim against me in defence, as no safeguarding official of any competence or ability would be influenced only by the defendants in a matter and their excuses, and in this case very powerful, dishonest and influential defendants, defendants who have spent a lot of money on PR, lawyers and advisers to cover up for themselves, while their victim, vulnerable, autistic and defenceless, has been destroyed even for her reaction to the abuse and cover up of these people. So you don't have the excuse of the hundreds of thousands of pounds of whitewash and cover-ups, as a safeguarding, you are obliged to be neutral and to investigate, the fact that you haven't and have tried to block me, indicates that you are not neutral or not competent.
So, you have put the phone down on me, ignored my messages, failed to contact me, failed to respond to my concerns or the evidence of wrongdoing. Failed to take action, failed to safeguard, failed to suspend the Bishop and the heads of the Diocese.
What else have you done? The general public need to know this complicated and clever truth.
You block emails, but in a clever way, 'bouncing' the emails with an automated message that 'excuses' you, a message claiming that you may not respond to emails and offering links to social services, which would indicate to any victim who didn't know as I do that social services are not behaving neutrally, that social services cannot be a source of help, support or protection while the Diocese are linked to them.
You give phone numbers, but if you put the phone down on victims or don't respond to them, you are not offering anything, you used to put notes about meetings on your 'bounce/block' message, but since I contacted the churches that you were doing the old 'after the horse has bolted' meetings, you stopped doing that.
Let me just explain to the general public what I learned from your predecessor. The 'After the horse has bolted' meetings are limits of the church's safeguarding, you wait until abuse has occured and then go and meet the church where the abuse has occured, to smooth things over. It isn't safeguarding.
According to your predecessor, she got hundreds of calls a month about abuse and misconduct, and that would indicate, considering the number of churches in the Diocese, that abuse was rife and unchecked.
And considering the fact that she destroyed, harassed and hounded me and did nothing about my abusers but supported them in vilifying me, that is hardly surprising, but your complicit behaviour is not better than her abusive behaviour.
So, poor old Basingstoke Deanery had an abuser you had to cover up for? And when you left details on your bounce/block email of your meeting with them, did they pass my message on to you?
Make sure that when you get this, you stop making yourself inaccessible to me and to other victims. Stop putting up a block/bounce message and make sure victims can contact you. Stop ignoring my emails and messages, it means that you are incompetent and not neutral, that you are not safeguarding and are not capable of safeguarding.
And don't make an excuse that you put another email address on your block/bounce message, as that is evidenced to be a restricted email as well.
You must act with urgency on this matter and respond properly, it is testimony to your incompetence and lack of neutrality and the Diocese's severe and criminal dishonesty and lack of Christianity or humanity that the Bishop has not been suspended and that you have failed to act on this matter except to try to silence me by blocking me since you took your position.
If you need any more references to the matter to guide you, try the website with my books on it. I would strongly recommend the Hill report and Very Cuttings, although, as Diocesan Safeguarding Official, you should already have read all of these, and it is testimony to your incompetence or lack of neutrality that you either haven't, or have and still haven't acted.

I look forward to your immediate action or resignation, you have failed me and undoubtedly other victims, enough is enough, but at least your churches and the general public and authorities will be able to read this now even if your terrible safeguarding failure of silence continues, and the church's silence, refusal to act on my case and others, coupled with their falsehoods about safeguarding in the press and media are and only are, a massive safeguarding failure.
Make sure you fulfil your duties completely, and that will see suspensions and resignations at Winchester and Canterbury and a full independent (means outside the church and not conflicted) investigation, which this time includes my story, which the million pound whitewash didn't.
Remind the Bishop and his wife (who also needs to be investigated) that prayers will not silence me or take away their wrongdoing. God isn't going to do their bidding while they remain abusive and silent on their wrongdoing and unrepentant.
Finally, as repeatedly and frequently asked, you and the Bishop are to remove lies about my case from your website, publish a redaction and apology, and you are also obliged to remove all defamation of me and untruths about my case from online, and you have not done so, defamation means all the million pound whitewash, all the press and media lies, and why? Because I was and am recognizable, and the actions of the Bishop in leading the three year smear and discrediting attack on me has led to hate attacks, threats and violence against me, you have been asked to act and have failed, and that is your abuse of me and you forfeit your position as your incompetence has led to me being abused and harmed. Make sure you act as soon as you get this letter, and you will get this letter, via social services, the police, the general public or your churches.
Remember also, that Peter Hancock is openly conflicted in this matter and has openly upheld the harm to me and Key wrongdoers, and is obliged not to be involved in this formal complaint as he is conflicted and has evidenced himself to have no understanding whatsoever of safeguarding.
As you know, he protected the wrongdoers in this matter, even to the point of openly upholding them and claiming to the press to give Key wrongdoers a position where they would have access to the vulnerable, even though they were removed under church legislation from ordained positions for their serious safeguarding failures in my case, see this link, nothing will remove these letters even though the church obsessively try and try to give them the thumbs down, and eventually when a strong and stable government come to power, who will allow an abusive and dangerous organization such as the church to continue, there will be an investigation:

New Open Letter to the Bishop of Winchester
Dear Bishop Dakin,
If you put down the phone when I ask for justice and a voice, I will write and I will write my letters for the general public to view, as I have been doing for three years now.
This is an imperfect letter, written during my assignment time and wasting precious and valuable time. I am autistic, not insane.
This morning I woke up from another night of nightmares and flashbacks and woke as usual seeing no point in life because of the level to which you have branded me.
I phoned your office and as usual they put the phone down on me. I gather that they don't put the phone down on paedophiles and paedophile protectors who you have supported and kept in church positions in Jersey? No, of course they don't, in the same way that you excluded me from your whitewash reports about my case and allowed those peadophile protectors in Church positions in Jersey to openly attack and defame me and rewrite my story to vilify me. Although that started when I lived in Jersey with Jane Fisher and the Scott-Joynts aiding this very same behaviour. And because it continues exactly the same, it is obvious that there has been no improvement in safeguarding in the Church of England. The church in Jersey employs a paedophile protector as lay chair, and the Bishop desparately sings to the press about how safe that exclusive and unsafe deanery is.
As yet you haven't take my statement about the Lihous, Warrens and Honours and Montagues, you haven't looked at how they liased with the Dean and his wife to clear the two abusers and brand me, you haven't even looked at the incident where the Dean openly attacked me over this, and Jane Fisher followed that up by refusing to record it and instead supporting the Dean in lying about it, it remains incredible that the Korris rubbish was founded on Fisher's claims against the Dean, when there is evidence that she aided him in destroying me. And While I remain silenced on these serious misconducts and Godless and evil and deceitful actions, I suffer. So why did you claim that your public attack on me was about safeguarding?!
And what report tells about the impact on me of being regressed to childhood by my abuser and the impact on me of having to deal with the police punishment of me whilst still regressed, and the psychological and emotional impact of the abuse there on top of the severe emotional harm to me by the Lihous and Montagues previously, on top of my childhood as well?
No report even tells of the regression of me to childhood, while Jan Korris brown-nosed the police for Jane Fisher, her friend and colleague.
And also what report tells of paradoxes like Jane Fisher having me attacked by Tim Sledge (one example) claiming I had 'caused the Montagues trouble' while the Korris report makes vague references to things being forgiven and concluded, if she was talking about the Montagues, and if she wasn't, where is the investigation into that? And where is my side of things? How is Juliet Montague's actions in taking me home to a husband who destroyed his own daughter and proceeded to do the same to me 'me causing trouble?' And have you asked Mr Montague if the orgasms he got from abusing me were really trouble? And his temper towards me and others was me causing trouble, when I was extremely vulnerable and have been damaged for life by it?
When is there to be an investigation not only into what has happened to me, but also into the number of serious misconducts by church officials? There is something very wrong with destroying someone, leaving them homeless and going on destroying them relentlessly.
So how can any report also tell of the yacht club child incident to do with my other abuser and thus raise concerns that he is possibly a paedophile? Well, no report does, because despite your massive and ludicrous attack on me in the international press, my story is not told at all, only the diocese and police's story is told, and the diocese and police liased to destroy me, while my abuser remains, to this day, upheld and esteemed in the church, bidding for another churchwarden position with the support of his esteemed friends who wrote the Steel report and also taking visiting lone church women home, such is the contempt of the church for what happened to me, and he is unrepentant because you and jane Fisher have given him the assurance that I was the bad person, not him, that I am worse than a paedophile.
And certainly that is the vein in which the church has run since I reported the abuse. You had me recorded in the JEP in 2010 as a criminal while my abuser and his friend the Dean triumphed, and when you launched the attack on me three years ago, everyone looked the article up and told me about it!
You illegally liased with Stuart Gull, Jersey Police's version of Paul Butler, press stuntman and cover up expert, you used Gull to further defame me and allow Steel and Johnstone illegal access to my inaccurate police records.
Gull told the public that the churchwarden had no case to answer, after I reacted in extreme distress to being contacted by the police and told them to go to hell, well if you consider that you were hitting me on all sides, violating me through Julie Wallman, lying about me in the press, illegally referring me to the NSPCC, how did you think I would react to your exercise in clearing the abuser?!
Also, when are you going to investigate that as well as the only police action against me being perpetrated by the unforgiving church who would rather destroy an abuse victim and protect her abusers than anything, the police action was unbalanced with the police refusing to stop Fisher and the Scott-Joynts from provoking me, and refusing to protect me and making my distress out to be madness, every time they locked me in and left me damaged for life, they didn't bail me so that I could produce evidence of my side of things.
For example, communication between me and the diocese was TWO WAY, and JANE FISHER was provoking me, she also claimed that she and the Bishop, having slandered me all round winchester and shattered my long term friendships and relationships there, leaving me alienated, intended to help to house me.
Horrifying, they didn't have my consent, they violated my access to any help with their defamation and illegal liasons with authorities and along with the police brutality and detentions left me long-term homeless and on the run. Have you even recorded the deception by Jane Fisher and Juli Wills that enabled Fisher to distort things to the court of law later on?
Do you recall that I was imprisoned and thus unable to provide evidence to defend myself against the lies by Fisher and Scott-Joynt? Do you understand that I suffer psychological hell day and night as a result, left voiceless and destroyed for these people who would not stop harassing me.
Can you imagine the psychological damage of that and then you coming after me and violating me all over again?
You know that next time you try to have me battered and locked up, ( which my life is on hold waiting for, and it is like being in a Nazi concentration camp), they can't really go on battering me and locking me up without my evidence being heard, and these letters are part of my evidence.
If there is a God, I won't die without being heard, and although you killed Bob Hill by leaving him to fight you for me to be heard when he was too old and should have been retired, I want to be heard before I die, and every minute that you leave me voiceless and horrifically psychologically injured and living in fear, you are showing that you don't believe in God, you are in it for the free house and the money, to be honest I don't know why you Bishops even pretend any more.
I wish Bob had had the sense to hear me and not base his argument on ther Korris rubbish, because the Korris rubbish is the opinion of one silly, shallow church woman who didn't seem to understand that what she was doing was a multiple criminal offence, and you haven't had her battered and locked up for it.
The re-use of the Korris report by press and the Jersey bloggers has scarred me for life, there isn't any way of recovering from people publishing lies like that as if it was fact.
As you will know from the articles sent to you, Philip Bailhache, the Chair of the Jersey synod, has aided paedophiles in escaping justice and continuing to abuse, and has no remorse or conscience regarding this matter and instead thinks he can publicly attack me, while you stand by and let him.
So tell me again how your public attack on me and aiding these people in vilifying me is to do with safeguarding?
For three years I have suffered being constantly vilified and living in fear and my health has suffered, my health is still suffering. You have treated me with utter contempt throughout these three years and your pretences of care for my welfare while implying to the general public that the Dean is innocent and that the Steel report would harm me, was utterly disgusting. You failed to tell the general public that Steel was conflicted and you also failed to include me in any report, or annul the Steel report when you were shown with evidence that Steel was conflicted.
You also failed to apologize for your illegal harassment of me and perversion of the course of justice by releasing the Korris report not only to the general public but also to the police.
You basically had a report by a member of your church labelled as independent and excluded me from it and released it to the police and mislead them, although they had worked closely with Fisher and the Scott-Joynts to destroy me while ignoring my request to be protected from the illegal interferences of these persons.
You claimed to a court of law that Korris had tried to contact me, and that was a lie, there would have been evidence of that, and why exactly would you illegally authorise a member of the church to violate my privacy by contacting me after you branded me for life for contacting the church and fighting to be heard and to be freed from the grip of Fisher and Scott-Joynt's illegal violations of me after (and before) they illegally liased with police and services who illegally worked with them in response, to brand me and interfere in my life?
What is the end result of all this rape-violation of me? Well for me it is that every day and every night I suffer flashbacks to the rape-violations and being de-humanized and left voiceless to these illegal actions by people with their own agendas, it has damaged my soul in a way that no therapy and no amount of time will ever heal.
But if Korris had tried to contact me and failed, why exactly did you release that unbalanced report to the public and why did you not wait until AFTER you had had me violated and sickened and left in collapse by your abuse of power in illegally having me traced by the police that you had previously used to destroy me and brand me in a way that makes every day of the rest of my life worthless and anguished. Why didn't you use your attacking police to tell me you wanted to do this report and get my views? You blatant and wicked liar!
And why did you then, having had me traced, ignore me and my concerns and proceed with the conflicted Steel report and allow the Jersey Deanery and their friend, colleague and supporter Dame Heather Steel to publicly destroy me while you were too busy lying to the press to ensure that I was protected from this harm and that my side of things was heard too?
Was it good safeguarding? You claimed that this was all about safeguarding!
So, you and Jane Fisher made the foundation of the Korris rubbish to be about me being insane, the excuse that Jane Fisher and the Scott-Joynts and their police has cooked up to cover my distress and excuse themselves, and then you allowed me to be publicly attacked, even by people who didn't know me, such as Gavin Ashenden, Philip Bailhache, Teri Bond, you allowed me to be attacked not only in the Jersey press and media but internationally, and you also dragged in my estranged family, estranged from me as a result of the Church's destroyal of me.
And you had me publicly crucified, having tried to brand me as mentally ill. Let me ask you, is the Church really so draconian that they think mental illness is a punishable crime?
Or was that just pure evil on your part, to allow someone you have labelled mentally ill to be attacked in that way, because if so, it looks very strongly as if you were trying to force me to commit suicide. Do you think someone who is mentally ill can withstand what I have withstood? Do you think they should have to? Have you ever heard of the term 'safeguarding'?
And do you have any notion at all of what autism or trauma are, and what being publicly violated and branded and left outcast and cut off from help as a result of your actions has done and is doing to me?
As yet you have failed to annul the Korris report, why? You intended to release the Steel report and have apparently faced more than just MY legal action each time you have prepared to release it, but the leaks of the Steel report collectively suggest that it contradicts the Korris report. And that, combined with my formal request for anullment of the Korris report as a whitewash and an untruth to protect church and police, should have led to a public annulment and an apology before each preparation of release of the Steel whitewash.
Also, seeing as you attacked the Dean publicly before clearing him, you owe him an apology. I know very well that he isn't innocent, indeed you allowed him to gather his circle of lawyers and judges to defame and vilify me and make him out to be innocent. You are responsible because you publicly attacked him and me.
You cleared the Dean without investigation, having allowed Philip Bailhache and others to illegally access and use to their advantage, my inaccurate police records caused by the police and church destroying me for reporting my well-connected church officer abuser, you have never made any public condemnation of the people involved in that blatantly illegal activity, they are treated as Royalty in the Church while you have not only had me excluded from Church, you have slandered me worldwide and through all denominations internationally.
It was horrifying to see that organizations such as Huffington Post, Thinking Anglicans and even Premier Christian Radio took up the attack on me and spread the lies that Luther Pendragon wrote for you.
Horrifying, the damage to me is for life, and what has happened to my abuser and his dignitary friends? Treated like Royalty in Church and laughing as they did when you had me dragged from my home, deported, left homeless and still violated unremittingly despite being homeless and in shock.
Why? Do the Church of England really think this is safeguarding?!
Presumably yes, CofE safeguarding involves protecting dignitaries who behave corruptly and alienating abuse survivors and the vulnerable.
Have you reprimanded anyone at all for harming me over this matter? Well how could you when you don't know or care about my story and have done such wrong yourself? If you have millions to waste on publicly destroying me, please also find a million to investigate what has happened to me.

I am waiting for you to apologize and I am waiting for you to state that I am safe in my home and community and that I do not need to live in fear of the press and police who you bought and influence with your status and money and the misguided 'Church' label that a few people still think means good and right.
If this matter was about safeguarding, why did you publicly destroy someone voiceless, weak, homeless and already so horrifically damaged that withstanding the public attack was something that they just couldn't survive?
Why would you launch such a case into the press when a homeless and vulnerable adult's life and welfare was already at risk and would then be even more so? Do you really believe you are justified in what you have done to me because of what you have heard from the defendants and their police? No matter how much time goes by, this remains a raw and blatant injustice.

I have asked you for copies of the Steel report, from the original to the latest amendment, now please provide them. You told a court of law that you would, they concern me as they were written about my case with no input from me and you refused to stop the report when you were made aware with evidence that it was conflicted.

Is that the case? I doubt that you need to worry about the UK child abuse inquiry as I have been told that the same dignitaries in Jersey who destroyed me have been allowed to intervene in the UK inquiry to keep Jersey looking clean so it is a whitewash after your own heart.
In any case, you are liable for Fisher's prolonged harm to me in order to cover up for the Church.

I understand that you will fail to have the courtesy to respond to this, I am used to that, you respond only to Luther-Pendragon and the powerful Jersey clique of lawyer-clergy-laity-judiciary-freemasons, nothing new there, but you can't go on calling yourself a Bishop if you won't conclude or take responsibility for your mess. Mark Hedley worked very hard to protect you and threaten me, but again, that only shows what the Church of England is and how much the government or outside agencies need to intervene and independently audit the Church and expose the corruption and deceit and blatant abuses of power with church police, judges, lawyers and other agencies which is what the core of the Church of England is about.
My Clergy Discipline complaint remains, and it remains valid, it needs to be dealt with by an outside agency who can see, where Mark Hedley fails to, that your attack on me and your deceit and dishonesty and the damage you have done are not only not appropriate, but also illegal. And the reason that Hedley can't see that is because no wealthy middle class church dignitary does understand poverty and vulnerability, they just judge the poor.
Jesus lived among the poor and had nothing, the Church of England lord it over the poor and destroy them and justify themselves by their status.
On a final note, and this letter will add to the many now available, for which you show no shame and have no answer, but, I remind you every year that if you intend to crucify me this Good Friday, make sure I have the donkey to ride up to the Cathedral on and spoil your pomp and show. You missed the boat the other year when I was 33 and had spent three years travelling homeless due to your Church and jeered by your pharisees.

If you put down the phone when I ask for justice and a voice, I will write and I will write my letters for the general public to view, as I have been doing for three years now.
This is an imperfect letter, written during my assignment time and wasting precious and valuable time. I am autistic, not insane.
This morning I woke up from another night of nightmares and flashbacks and woke as usual seeing no point in life because of the level to which you have branded me.
I phoned your office and as usual they put the phone down on me. I gather that they don't put the phone down on paedophiles and paedophile protectors who you have supported and kept in church positions in Jersey? No, of course they don't, in the same way that you excluded me from your whitewash reports about my case and allowed those peadophile protectors in Church positions in Jersey to openly attack and defame me and rewrite my story to vilify me. Although that started when I lived in Jersey with Jane Fisher and the Scott-Joynts aiding this very same behaviour. And because it continues exactly the same, it is obvious that there has been no improvement in safeguarding in the Church of England. The church in Jersey employs a paedophile protector as lay chair, and the Bishop desparately sings to the press about how safe that exclusive and unsafe deanery is.
As yet you haven't take my statement about the Lihous, Warrens and Honours and Montagues, you haven't looked at how they liased with the Dean and his wife to clear the two abusers and brand me, you haven't even looked at the incident where the Dean openly attacked me over this, and Jane Fisher followed that up by refusing to record it and instead supporting the Dean in lying about it, it remains incredible that the Korris rubbish was founded on Fisher's claims against the Dean, when there is evidence that she aided him in destroying me. And While I remain silenced on these serious misconducts and Godless and evil and deceitful actions, I suffer. So why did you claim that your public attack on me was about safeguarding?!
And what report tells about the impact on me of being regressed to childhood by my abuser and the impact on me of having to deal with the police punishment of me whilst still regressed, and the psychological and emotional impact of the abuse there on top of the severe emotional harm to me by the Lihous and Montagues previously, on top of my childhood as well?
No report even tells of the regression of me to childhood, while Jan Korris brown-nosed the police for Jane Fisher, her friend and colleague.
And also what report tells of paradoxes like Jane Fisher having me attacked by Tim Sledge (one example) claiming I had 'caused the Montagues trouble' while the Korris report makes vague references to things being forgiven and concluded, if she was talking about the Montagues, and if she wasn't, where is the investigation into that? And where is my side of things? How is Juliet Montague's actions in taking me home to a husband who destroyed his own daughter and proceeded to do the same to me 'me causing trouble?' And have you asked Mr Montague if the orgasms he got from abusing me were really trouble? And his temper towards me and others was me causing trouble, when I was extremely vulnerable and have been damaged for life by it?
When is there to be an investigation not only into what has happened to me, but also into the number of serious misconducts by church officials? There is something very wrong with destroying someone, leaving them homeless and going on destroying them relentlessly.
So how can any report also tell of the yacht club child incident to do with my other abuser and thus raise concerns that he is possibly a paedophile? Well, no report does, because despite your massive and ludicrous attack on me in the international press, my story is not told at all, only the diocese and police's story is told, and the diocese and police liased to destroy me, while my abuser remains, to this day, upheld and esteemed in the church, bidding for another churchwarden position with the support of his esteemed friends who wrote the Steel report and also taking visiting lone church women home, such is the contempt of the church for what happened to me, and he is unrepentant because you and jane Fisher have given him the assurance that I was the bad person, not him, that I am worse than a paedophile.
And certainly that is the vein in which the church has run since I reported the abuse. You had me recorded in the JEP in 2010 as a criminal while my abuser and his friend the Dean triumphed, and when you launched the attack on me three years ago, everyone looked the article up and told me about it!
You illegally liased with Stuart Gull, Jersey Police's version of Paul Butler, press stuntman and cover up expert, you used Gull to further defame me and allow Steel and Johnstone illegal access to my inaccurate police records.
Gull told the public that the churchwarden had no case to answer, after I reacted in extreme distress to being contacted by the police and told them to go to hell, well if you consider that you were hitting me on all sides, violating me through Julie Wallman, lying about me in the press, illegally referring me to the NSPCC, how did you think I would react to your exercise in clearing the abuser?!
Also, when are you going to investigate that as well as the only police action against me being perpetrated by the unforgiving church who would rather destroy an abuse victim and protect her abusers than anything, the police action was unbalanced with the police refusing to stop Fisher and the Scott-Joynts from provoking me, and refusing to protect me and making my distress out to be madness, every time they locked me in and left me damaged for life, they didn't bail me so that I could produce evidence of my side of things.
For example, communication between me and the diocese was TWO WAY, and JANE FISHER was provoking me, she also claimed that she and the Bishop, having slandered me all round winchester and shattered my long term friendships and relationships there, leaving me alienated, intended to help to house me.
Horrifying, they didn't have my consent, they violated my access to any help with their defamation and illegal liasons with authorities and along with the police brutality and detentions left me long-term homeless and on the run. Have you even recorded the deception by Jane Fisher and Juli Wills that enabled Fisher to distort things to the court of law later on?
Do you recall that I was imprisoned and thus unable to provide evidence to defend myself against the lies by Fisher and Scott-Joynt? Do you understand that I suffer psychological hell day and night as a result, left voiceless and destroyed for these people who would not stop harassing me.
Can you imagine the psychological damage of that and then you coming after me and violating me all over again?
You know that next time you try to have me battered and locked up, ( which my life is on hold waiting for, and it is like being in a Nazi concentration camp), they can't really go on battering me and locking me up without my evidence being heard, and these letters are part of my evidence.
If there is a God, I won't die without being heard, and although you killed Bob Hill by leaving him to fight you for me to be heard when he was too old and should have been retired, I want to be heard before I die, and every minute that you leave me voiceless and horrifically psychologically injured and living in fear, you are showing that you don't believe in God, you are in it for the free house and the money, to be honest I don't know why you Bishops even pretend any more.
I wish Bob had had the sense to hear me and not base his argument on ther Korris rubbish, because the Korris rubbish is the opinion of one silly, shallow church woman who didn't seem to understand that what she was doing was a multiple criminal offence, and you haven't had her battered and locked up for it.
The re-use of the Korris report by press and the Jersey bloggers has scarred me for life, there isn't any way of recovering from people publishing lies like that as if it was fact.
As you will know from the articles sent to you, Philip Bailhache, the Chair of the Jersey synod, has aided paedophiles in escaping justice and continuing to abuse, and has no remorse or conscience regarding this matter and instead thinks he can publicly attack me, while you stand by and let him.
So tell me again how your public attack on me and aiding these people in vilifying me is to do with safeguarding?
For three years I have suffered being constantly vilified and living in fear and my health has suffered, my health is still suffering. You have treated me with utter contempt throughout these three years and your pretences of care for my welfare while implying to the general public that the Dean is innocent and that the Steel report would harm me, was utterly disgusting. You failed to tell the general public that Steel was conflicted and you also failed to include me in any report, or annul the Steel report when you were shown with evidence that Steel was conflicted.
You also failed to apologize for your illegal harassment of me and perversion of the course of justice by releasing the Korris report not only to the general public but also to the police.
You basically had a report by a member of your church labelled as independent and excluded me from it and released it to the police and mislead them, although they had worked closely with Fisher and the Scott-Joynts to destroy me while ignoring my request to be protected from the illegal interferences of these persons.
You claimed to a court of law that Korris had tried to contact me, and that was a lie, there would have been evidence of that, and why exactly would you illegally authorise a member of the church to violate my privacy by contacting me after you branded me for life for contacting the church and fighting to be heard and to be freed from the grip of Fisher and Scott-Joynt's illegal violations of me after (and before) they illegally liased with police and services who illegally worked with them in response, to brand me and interfere in my life?
What is the end result of all this rape-violation of me? Well for me it is that every day and every night I suffer flashbacks to the rape-violations and being de-humanized and left voiceless to these illegal actions by people with their own agendas, it has damaged my soul in a way that no therapy and no amount of time will ever heal.
But if Korris had tried to contact me and failed, why exactly did you release that unbalanced report to the public and why did you not wait until AFTER you had had me violated and sickened and left in collapse by your abuse of power in illegally having me traced by the police that you had previously used to destroy me and brand me in a way that makes every day of the rest of my life worthless and anguished. Why didn't you use your attacking police to tell me you wanted to do this report and get my views? You blatant and wicked liar!
And why did you then, having had me traced, ignore me and my concerns and proceed with the conflicted Steel report and allow the Jersey Deanery and their friend, colleague and supporter Dame Heather Steel to publicly destroy me while you were too busy lying to the press to ensure that I was protected from this harm and that my side of things was heard too?
Was it good safeguarding? You claimed that this was all about safeguarding!
So, you and Jane Fisher made the foundation of the Korris rubbish to be about me being insane, the excuse that Jane Fisher and the Scott-Joynts and their police has cooked up to cover my distress and excuse themselves, and then you allowed me to be publicly attacked, even by people who didn't know me, such as Gavin Ashenden, Philip Bailhache, Teri Bond, you allowed me to be attacked not only in the Jersey press and media but internationally, and you also dragged in my estranged family, estranged from me as a result of the Church's destroyal of me.
And you had me publicly crucified, having tried to brand me as mentally ill. Let me ask you, is the Church really so draconian that they think mental illness is a punishable crime?
Or was that just pure evil on your part, to allow someone you have labelled mentally ill to be attacked in that way, because if so, it looks very strongly as if you were trying to force me to commit suicide. Do you think someone who is mentally ill can withstand what I have withstood? Do you think they should have to? Have you ever heard of the term 'safeguarding'?
And do you have any notion at all of what autism or trauma are, and what being publicly violated and branded and left outcast and cut off from help as a result of your actions has done and is doing to me?
As yet you have failed to annul the Korris report, why? You intended to release the Steel report and have apparently faced more than just MY legal action each time you have prepared to release it, but the leaks of the Steel report collectively suggest that it contradicts the Korris report. And that, combined with my formal request for anullment of the Korris report as a whitewash and an untruth to protect church and police, should have led to a public annulment and an apology before each preparation of release of the Steel whitewash.
Also, seeing as you attacked the Dean publicly before clearing him, you owe him an apology. I know very well that he isn't innocent, indeed you allowed him to gather his circle of lawyers and judges to defame and vilify me and make him out to be innocent. You are responsible because you publicly attacked him and me.

Diocese of Winchester expenditure - A Very Expensive Cover-Up

I am making contact as I recall that you were rightly concerned for the Diocese of Winchester's failed and conflicted safeguarding failure investigation which has destroyed me at the cost of a million pounds and more.
I wonder if you are aware that while I suffer and the conflicted and conflicting non-independent safeguarding reports failed because the Bishop of Winchester, and indeed any Bishop, has no power in Jersey, the Diocese of Winchester continue to spend thousands on PR firm Luther-Pendragon, to avoid any liability, while I suffer and the Jersey Way learned nothing.
Jesus said 'Sell everything you own and give it to the poor'.
The Diocese of Winchester said 'Lets spend huge amounts of money leaving a voiceless and vulnerable adult further voiceless and destroyed'
I was excluded from all reports, with no intention of ever being included, while lawyer-clergyman Gavin Ashenden, who never even met me, was given 8 hours of interview to use his expertise to cover up at my expense, and that is just one of many of the powerful wealthy judiciary-lawyer-church clique who had a voice, while I didn't. And the Bishop allowed them to defame me in the press and church times, and no apology or redaction has been made.

Did you see Bishop Willmott muttering about how some safeguarding lunches had made God's people in Jersey safe? If those lunches made safeguarding in Jersey perfect, why weren't those lunches held before, rather than the dumbfounding mess that Bishop Dakin has created?
I have no idea what your opinion is except about costs, but you are right about costs, would you like to take this matter further with the synod? Why It took a million pounds for some social lunches to make Jersey churches safe when the lunches were for people who publicly defamed a voiceless abuse survivor and lied, and used their legal expertise to protect an abuser and his supporters?!

A reminder today to the Bishop of Winchester
Dear recipients,
As a result of the press stunts by the church of england in response to Peter Ball's sentencing, I fear for my life as the church's habit of using me as a whipping boy in the press is unlikely to cease until I take them to court and publicize it. I would like to warn you collectively that if you do attack me in the press as a result of peter ball's sentencing, I will indeed take you to court.
I have spent two years of my life living in terror and horror as a result of the church's horrifying attacks on me. I just phoned Wolvsley and the Eton Queen who put the phone down on me failed to take in my warning that I do not intend to allow the diocese to defame me as part of a PR stunt as a result of Peter Ball's sentencing.
The church haven't apologized for the Korris report, a public attack on me to cover up for Jane Fisher, nor have they arranged an independent investigation yet.
'Independent' does not mean conflicted, it doesn't mean whitewashers with a bias like Korris and Steel, it means someone who listens to both sides, and as yet, only the church's side has been heard. And the church have left me destroyed, with a ludicrous pretence of helping me while they destroyed me, their pretence of help was to illegally refer me to the NSPCC, and the referral was made by the woman who destroyed me and covered up for herself!
I recall Paul Butler's part in the PR stunt when the Korris rubbish was released. He vaguely played his stunts, he was 'praying for everyone involved' so basically he prayed for Bob Key and my abuser instead of stating with fury and horror that what the diocese of Winchester had done in releasing the Korris rubbish, illegally tracing me with the police and having me publicly attacked by those with a vested interest (which the diocese haven't recorded or declared) and those who didn't even know me! So Paul Butler hasn't a clue about safeguarding and Peter Ball's victims haven't a hope in hell of independent investigation if the church just appoint one of the clique - Hedley, Butler-Sloss of Steel or others, to investigate the corruption that their own little circle are guilty of!
I warn you, no more blatant attacks on me in the Local or National papers or the Church Propaganda Rag (church times)! I do not care that the church have powerful lawyers and really are artists in duplicity and plausible lies. You have destroyed me and destroyed me again. Do you think I will just sit here with tape over my mouth or lie on a cell floor with bruises from the police? NO, I WONT, even if you kill me you will not change the deep deep evil of what you have done to me nor will you change the fact that the core of the church of england is an elite club for rich callous and devious older men (and a few women). Eton-voice may put the phone down on me but he will not stop me warning you that even if I die in a convenient police beating that no one witnesses, as has been tried a few times, what you have done to me and are doing to me will NOT GO AWAY, EVER.
Please ensure that the Bishop informs me of the details of the independent investigation into the diocese of winchester and especially Jane Fisher's illegal actions. Having me beaten and imprisoned does destroy me, it will kill me, but it will not take away what you have done. EVER. It is the fifth anniversary of my death at your hands. Left homeless and destitute on the streets of Hampshire, with Jane Fisher determined to utterly and finally destroy me and no-one stopping her. And the Korris report smarms just as Fisher smarmed to everyone she slandered me to 'That she was just trying to help me'.
Do you think it was appropriate for the woman who had me imprisoned and left homeless after months on end of her destroying me, to be allowed to go round slandering me to everyone in the churches and outreach in Winchester while also trying to meet with me alone?! And what report covers any of that so far? Why would the woman who destroyed me and made me out to be mad and violent be meeting with me alone?
Eton voice can slam the phone down but he won't change the fact that there still needs to be a full investigation into EVERYTHING I have to say, because as yet, Bishop Dakin has only investigated ME for JANE FISHER in the Korris RUBBISH and BOB KEY in the STEEL RUBBISH.
Now that the Archbishop has been forced to investigate the corruption and will undoubtedly arrange another whitewash, it is time that the Bishop investigated my side of what happened in Jersey and Winchester, isn't it horrifying that he has called a two year attack on me a safeguarding investigation?
Every time you spineless duplicious church officials make a song and dance in the press, you cause me severe traumatic stress and disrupt my studies. My studies, work, and whole life seem useless to me anyway while I suffer night and day waiting for you to attack me and try to silence me for good, as Jane Fisher did so many times, leaving me severely damaged for life.
Is there any end in sight? Shall we make it this weekend? commemorate the anniversary?

I didn't survive Jane Fisher destroying me, and this afterlife waiting for you to finish me off is pure hell, and no matter how I build my life, I can neither remove the hell nor believe in my life while I wait for you to finish me off.
Nonetheless, even if you do, there will have to be a full public inquiry into my death at your hands, and public pressure and circulation of my letters to you will mean you will not win.
I write this expecting, as I never have stopped expecting, for you to kill me with police or press attacks. And then try to slander me. Isn't it great that you will never ever be able to remove the evidence that has been circulated?! And eventually, under a different government, the church will be held to account for blatant dishonesty regarding my case and others. Hey, every post on my blog is saved, every letter and every document is circulated and saved, and the Bishop still wants to kill me with the Steel-Bailhache-Ashenden report, and one day someone will ask why the Bishop was silent when he was asked about this, and why he gave an audience to all Jersey Deanery and supporters, and why the Archbishop did too, and allowed them to defame me in the church times and other press and media, when this matter was supposed to be about safeguarding. It will never be forgotten or covered up, no matter how dishonest the church are!
This is a warning that even if you do, and even if you don't, the Bishop of Winchester has shown an aversion to being taken to court and making a solicitor lie for him in court. So if I live I will take you to court and if you kill me, I think that will be the end of the church of england publicly. And to be honest that is not such a bad thing to bring a shattered and suffering life to a close, because even if I graduate from university, even if my work is a success, the suffering is never going to go, the anguish is unresolved and resting in peace while the corrupt and vicious church of england falls is not such a bad prospect. Actually can we try for the first option, taking you to court again? In an ideal world, you would all stand before a judge voiceless and physically and mentally destroyed from police brutality, but you are the church of england, you are not a victim of the church of england, there is no justice or balancing of scales is there?

Lies that Bishop Willmott tells us
Dear Church of England,
This is the Bishop who blatantly took part in cult games to manipulate vulnerable people in Jersey at a Church services at St. Pauls and St. Matthews.
During the last year a clergyman has had an affair with his lay reader in Jersey and left, leaving her to face the usual community shunning, several potentially serious safeguarding issues have occured within the Jersey churches, no resolution or conclusion regarding my complaints have been made, and I have been left vilified and destroyed. So why has Bishop Wilmott spat on Jesus by lying?
It would be nice if Trevor Willmott would do a Tim Dakin and shut his loud mouth on the kind of permenant basis that Dakin has.
Who is Willmott referring to as God's people? Not the vulnerable, who remain marginalised in all churches more so in Jersey, presumably he is referring to the fat rich men who pay his wages, but he, the same as Paul Butler, should just be quiet and not mock people who have been harmed by the Jersey churches and safeguarding failures by the Diocese of Winchester, including myself, and numerous others who have contacted me.
The church, when they open their mouths in the press, do the following: bray like donkeys, lie like logs, and play for the crowd. Unfortunately they always without exception manage to insult, lie and do everything Jesus told the Pharisees was wrong.
Could Bishop Willmott explain why Gavin Ashenden is still unashamedly attacking the vulnerable, and Muslims and gay people, and anyone who doesn't do it his way, and making out that mental illness is something where he can publicly cast out demons in order to get acclaim. So who are God's people who Bishop Willmott believes to be safe? Presumably he is stating that he is protecting the Dean, Ashenden, Birt, LeMarquand, LeFeuvre, and all others who have behaved horrifyingly in attacking me in the press and church during the past few years? Given his own behaviour, maybe he really believes that these are 'God's people' seeing as they pay his wages. No mention of how they have behaved and how the church have or haven't dealt with it.
Disgusting.
Stop misleading people.
'God's people' or rather the rich fat old men, will not ever care about safeguarding, did Paul Butler write Trevor Willmott's lines? Was Trevor too busy smooching with a married vicar somewhere?
Julie used to love coming home and telling us about Bishop Trevor's crush on her. She called him Bishop Treasure, and he was one of a number of men she shared affection with during her sham marriage to a serial abuser, which again, the church destroyed me for.
And until Bishop Willmott has arranged a proper independent safeguarding report and issued a proper apology for the Korris-Gladwin-Steel-Johnstone whitewash., the best thing he can do is redact his blatant lie in the press today and start actually doing something about safeguarding.
Unfortunately the Church still don't know what safeguarding is? Does it make them rich and powerful? No, does it make them feel good about themselves? No, so why should they care?
Obviously as I continue to see silly, crass and insulting lies in the press, the Church has not in three years been able to resolve their destroyal of me as a result of leaving me in the hands of known abusers, knowingly, and refusing to deal with my complaint.
They further have not been able to resolve a prolonged and very serious public attack on me by the Diocese of Winchester and Deanery of Jersey combined, a prolonged attack in the press and media, local and national that nearly drove me to death, while Bishops Dakin and Willmott stood by, Bishop Dakin joined in the attack as well.
Bishop Willmott shouldn't be expending energy on wickedness such as upholding the wrongdoers in Jersey, he and the whole church should be responding to their utterly devastating branding and defamation of me to protect men with power and money.
Would someone like to put the Dakin Gag on 'Bishop Treasure' or is it time for him to face action too? Oh don't worry, not Mark Hedley, who's aim in life is the same as Willmotts, to destroy the silenced and uphold the powerful wrongdoers.
It's called lying, Bishop Willmott, I know it is a way of life for the Church of England, lying at the expense of the vulnerable, and Paul Butler has done so spectacularly and regularly for quite a time.
The Diocese of Winchester are still employing an abuser who has broken the law, as a Safeguarding Director! A woman who not only let a known abuser to get his hands on me, but blamed me for that and the way I was treated by the church as a reaction, leaving me very very ill with depression, so how has anything changed???
Every day that the church continue to leave me waiting to be destroyed by defamatory whitewashes and add insult to injury by lies like those of Bishop Willmott today, is a day that the church continues to protect abusers and destroy victims, nothing has changed, and with spin-doctor butler protecting Jane Fisher, when will things change?
A big 'liar liar, pants on fire' to Bishop Willmott, the only people who are 'safe' in the church to publicly attack abuse victims are the wealthy and powerful men in Jersey, Philip Bailhache, David Capps, Gerard leFeuvre, Gavin Ashenden, Michael Birt, and the rest of them, with their colleague Dame Steel.
Now when is there to be an independent investigation into my case, one that includes me?
In the meantime, stop LYING about safeguarding and stop LYING in the PRESS, I remain deeply deeply traumatised and destroyed by your actions and what you have done in leaving me suffering and waiting for each new press attack is wickedness, and it is time for an outside investigation. It is time for a genuine serious case review into jane Fisher's manipulation and use of social services and the police to harm and silence me.
There has been no conclusion for me, no resolution, the church destroyed me, then they came back and destroyed me again, and have left me ill from living waiting for each new attack after the horrendous lies about me in the press. No Bishop trevor, you presumably do not consider me to be one of 'God's people' but that is presumably because the poor and vulnerable aren't considered to be that by the wealthy and powerful who run the church to meet their own needs, so you do not consider me, or other vulnerable people to be 'God's people' because we definitely are NOT safe in churches in Jersey. You let me be preyed on, for the second time, by a known abuser and blamed and destroyed me for it.
When are the lies going to stop and the threat of defamation going to stop? When is the Church going to actually record MY story after YEARS of WHITEWASH that EXCLUDE ME?
How can Bishop Willmott be so positive that safeguarding is so great and those people who publicly lied about me and committed illegal acts are suddenly so caring about the vulnerable? Have they withdrawn their lies in the press and apologized to me? No, so why doesn't he redact his lies until they do?
And on the subject, Paul Butler's frantic efforts to get the church out of external investigation recently led to him showing off about handing big names over to the police, the duplicity was horrifying, so now, to ensure that his words ring true, Bishop Willmott and Bishop Butler and the Archbishop now need to hand Philip Bailhache and Dame Heather Steel over to the police for illegal activity involving police records and data protection breaches, and unfortunately for these two Bishops who were also her colleagues, Jane Fisher also needs to face charges.
The church in Jersey currently contains dignitaries who have actively and deliberately protected abusers in Jersey's care system, so maybe Bishop Trevor thinks 'God's people' are safe, but what about the Victims of his 'God's people?' including victims who suffered not only abuse but trauma as they watched Philip Bailhache protect Rodger Holland and others. He has never apologized or shown remorse, so how come he was a churchwarden alongside my abuser for so long? And since protecting my abuser through illegal acts such as illegal gain of police records and data protection acts, Bishop Trevor is trivializing these crimes and more and mocking me and other abuse survivors and vulnerable people who have been failed by Jersey and Winchester, and I am not the only one in the past few years.
As well as that, the church 'safeguarding policy' extends only to excluding and marginalizing the vulnerable without their knowledge or consent to meet the church insurance requirements and protect their clergy.
The exclusions mean that no vulnerable person is allowed to a church or clergy house but they are not told this, while abusers are welcome, an example of this is my abuser being seen having tea with his protecting Vicar, Mike Taylor regularly during the time Jane Fisher was destroying me and protecting my abuser, while the clergy who had befriended me was told to turn me away after she had often had me round for tea, but she wasn't allowed to tell me, this left me shattered further and destroyed a good friendship, and then to add insult to injury, Jane Fisher, who was by now in full and constant attack against me, used that same clergy friend to continue to very seriously harm me.
I would like Bishop Willmott to apologize for his crass statement now.
The church have enabled and supported the Jersey Deanery fully in destroying me, and claimed it was to do with safeguarding. It really is time outside intervention on a large scale occured, because there is something seriously wrong with these glaring inaccuracies.
Also the recent suggestion that the Archbishop of Canterbury should investigate my complaint against Bishop Dakin makes that even more so, as the Archbishop upheld both Dakin and Key in their abhorrent behaviour.
Tell me, how was publishing lies about me as fact and in the press, good safeguarding, and how was letting me be attacked and receive death threats and being driven and on the run, safeguarding? Tell me how allowing the wrongdoers to run the investigation and then smugly claiming that 'God's people are safe' is safeguarding, when you haven't even resolved the damage to me or produced a balanced safeguarding investigation.
Time for outside investigation.

Two issues,
mindless abuser-supporting thugs that you are, there is no doubt that you have been protecting Ted Heath for many years and no-one doubts that,
but are you aware that one of his crew preserved at least part of the 'Morning Cloud' yacht where he is alledged to have abused, and even got rid of, children, at sea? You need to get there and get the DNA before the guy wipes it, if he hasn't already.
This member of crew protests Ted Heath's innocence but has gone against his express wishes by preserving the yacht that Heath wanted 'destroyed without trace' ie he wanted the DNA destroyed without trace.
Are you going to include this yacht that has been preserved against Heath's wishes in your inquiries or is a whitewash a whitewash as usual for you corrupt private mafia?
Don't ask me where this preserved yacht is, I do not know, and as far as I know it isn't the whole yacht, and if this man was on Heath's crew, he will have scrubbed it clean without trace anyway.
But he is still around, for you to question, which you probably wont, because you are Jersey police, corruption and protection of abuser and destroying victims is what you do.
Nonetheless, you have been made aware of this.
Serious case review:
By the way, if your whitewash 'serious case review' about my case is published, I will proceed sustained and public action against you.
I am aware that Johnson is either lying for public performance or still genuinely threatening to publish that whitewash that she created for the diocese and police's mutual programme of protecting each other from liability and it was done at the request of my abuser, Jane Fisher, who's serious misconduct destroyed me.
You can't claim it is a genuine review when I was never interviewed, you kept inaccurate records and part of Johnson's team was conflicted officer Gull who never met me but met with steel and allowed illegal access to my inaccurate records in order to aid Steel in destroying me.
Steel, judge she may be, will be sued for her report, and Johnson will be facing a harassment order as the Bishop of Winchester was and is. Evidence of the conflicted connections and the difference between what happened to me and the lies that have been written are available, as is the evidence of how this whole massive attack on me by the Diocese and their police evolved, none of it is to do with safeguarding, all of it is to do with back covering.
If it is released, as it was only another act of cover up and harassment against me by Jane Fisher and Jersey police, I will publicly take action.
Johnson already knows I intend to take her to court for claiming the police did nothing wrong when they did and writing this report with Gull and then contacting me after she wrote it to pretend to include me, so make sure she knows this.
I know who is liable for harming me and I will not allow myself to be defamed or destroyed for their failures and criminal misconduct any further. I hope that that is understood.
If I had been anyone else with learning difficulties who could not think for myself or write, I would have died under what has essentially just been years long attack on me.
And, with no mediator or anyone to support me throughout this, the fact I have held onto my life, despite suffering day and night is incredible, but I may well lose my life to your acts of harassment - whitewash reports and the resulting attacks on me in the press, which, interestingly enough, you have not seen as a safeguarding issue, total strangers attacking someone vulnerable and homeless and lying about them? Not a sound from you. No serious case review into Ian LeMarquand and Philip Bailhache's serious misconduct in dual roles in this matter? Why not?
It will make headline news if you publish anything about me, why should I live under threat of people who are supposed to protect the vulnerable?
Don't think for one minute even with the Jersey mafia ready to beat me and lock me up, that I wont come and file in Jersey against any further harm to me. It is time Johnson's threat of publishing her and Gull's engineered lies came to an end.
I know Bailhache and co have corrupted the care inquiry but I hope the inquiry realise that nothing has changed and the police have no choice now but to investigate the dead dignitaries they have protected for so long, problem is, Bailhache and LeMarquand aren't likely to die soon are they?

You will be welcome to contact me about anything as soon as Dame Steel is withdrawn from harming me and as soon as it is published just what records of mine she and Philip Bailhache and others have been able to access illegally and despite me forbidding such access in Steels case. Especially as my records with your force are proven inaccurate and I have been brutalized by your officers repeatedly.
Until then, don't contact me, and remember, you know and I know that there isn't a just or fair judge in Jersey and that a reopening of the ***** case, as I presume that is what you are making contact about, would simply be an exercise in clearing him through a judicial system that offers no justice nor impartiality. There is no reason to drag me into this, and your force destroyed me for ***** and his friends, so your contact with me is traumatic and absolutely unnecessary.
I am allowed, if you try to force me to give evidence in your exercise in clearing an old boy, to produce a letter which says I am not fit to give evidence, which is the truth, I am deeply traumatized and this whole charade by dame steel and aggressive destroyal of me by the diocese of Winchester on top of what they have done previously, means that I am in a very distressed state and not fit to be dragged into court again as witness or as a scapegoat as I was previously.
Basically, why bring me into this at all? you can clear ***** for Bailhache and the rest without me being contacted or involved.
I never opened your email, I fished it out of spam, put it in the police complaint file and used the hover to get your email address.
The way the diocese have launched aggressively back into my life and used the police to harm me again is terrible, for me, the damage is done and some of it will never heal, but I have moved on and you and the diocese are dragging me back into this, even though Jane Fisher, who destroyed me used whine on and on and on about things being in the past to try to shut me up.

An open letter to Bishop Paul Butler
What Butler fails to recognize in all his loud empty noise is that while the Cofe is the playground of old freemasons with a lot of money, and closing ranks occurs, he may as well just send out open invites to paedophiles rather than wasting his noisebox on safeguarding pretences.

While the situation remains that you are protecting and supporting my abuser, Jane Fisher to remain in safeguarding positions in the church, as well as remaining a church reader, after her misconduct, which even her whitewash cover-up, the Korris report, cannot completely cover up, and while complaints against her have been made to the police and safeguarding bodies as a result of her continuing to harass me, and while she has caused other safeguarding failures even while stitching me up, and while the Church have been notified very clearly that the Korris report was an invalid report and the Steel report is a conflicted whitewash that is leaving me in fear of my life but no redaction or apology has been made, you need to stop lying to the press and media about the Church of England's commitment to safeguarding, and actually take action regarding the Diocese of Winchester. You need to stop misusing the word 'independent' and you need to ensure an independent report by non-conflicted people who have no connection to the Church of England, a report that includes me this time, unlike your other whitewashes that are not credible as they have not been independent and have omitted me and vilified me to the general public and been illegal and a breach of the data protection act.
The church have had me branded, imprisoned, destroyed, left homeless, and their answer to all that was to publicly vilify me internationally in the press as a PR stunt, with no thought for my welfare and safety whatsoever. So I think your crowing and strutting in the press should stop now, until you have apologized, redacted the defamation of me, and recompensed me, although no recompense in the world will take away what you have done to me.
Can you explain how you consider that things have changed in the church when there has been no true investigation into what happened to me, but a huge amount of PR showing off, lies and slander and defamation and illegal activities with regards confidential information and breaches of the data protection act.
Can you explain what has changed in safeguarding when in 2013 I was destroyed by the lies and whitewashes launched into the press and there has as yet been no apology and no redaction, and instead I am living in fear of the report engineered by the Jersey Deanery?
Can you explain why, if you and the church are committed to safeguarding, why Bishop Dakin and Jane Fisher. the perpatrators of this massive attack on a vulnerable adult, nearly killing her, and putting her in danger of attacks with no defence due to the police record and slander of her, are still in their positions? don't you think you should take time out from lying in the press in order to deal with this?
Do you think leaving someone branded, shamed, ruined and broken and waiting to be killed by another round of defamation and lies in the press and internationally is good safeguarding? If that is your understanding of safeguarding then it is time for you to resign./
treat me as a human being, and you and your colleagues act as if I simply 'deserve this ongoing destroyal, then you shouldn't be in your job.
It is time that a major outside investigation got past your lies and flannel and misleading of the public and press and shone a light onto the rotten old Church of England system of duplicity and cover up.
I would like to know how, if Jane Fisher had been successful in killing me as she nearly did, the Church’s so-called safeguarding reports years later would have made any difference, with me dead and totally out of the picture, as opposed to how things are now,m me alive but destroyed and still challenging this evil of being left defamed and destroyed while my abusers remain in church positions, protected and upheld by the church, and in the case of one of them, still accessing vulnerable individuals from Jersey’s town church, where he is upheld and supported by the same group of States-judiciary-church-lawyers who ensured that the Dean of Jersey was cleared.
Can you explain why you and the other Church officers and Bishops have not responded to me in any way or form about the whole situation of the way the church have repeatedly and lastingly destroyed me, gone on harassing me and vilifying me and giving their blessing to those who also harass me, for example, you taking part in a church times article that vilified me and very deliberately upheld my abuser?
And worse.
Until you have answers and until you stop treating me as if ‘I deserve to wait to be destroyed by a conflicted whitewash’ because ‘from what you have heard’ from people who vilify me to cover up for themselves, then you have absolutely no understanding of what abuse victims go through and absolutely no right to talk about safeguarding, because in upholding Fisher, Dakin, Key and others, you completely invalidate your position and the words you speak.
Please stop spitting on Jesus by your nonsense in the press and refusal to safeguard me or deal with the Diocese of Winchester’s harassment of me.
The Church’s continued silence on this matter and allowing me to continue to suffer the shock and distress of press releases that defame me and clear wrongdoers while I wait to be destroyed by the Steel whitewash is a very very serious safeguarding issue and shows your complete and utter contempt for safeguarding, integrity and an abuse survivor who you have branded and crucified just as your predecessors, the Pharisees did to Jesus. As long as this matter goes on, the Church of England has no place in society and is breaching the trade descriptions act by claiming to be a Christian church. Or don’t you bother to claim that any more, is it just known as ‘extra socials outside of the lodge?’
On the subject of Steel, are you the conflicted so-called 'safeguarding expert' viewing the Steel report? And if so, are you aware that you are conflicted by your support of Fisher and your support of the Diocese and Deanery in destroying me? And if so, as you are not independent and have not asked for my side of things and have not ensured that I am included in any reports, and thus you have profoundly failed in safeguarding, isn't it time you shredded the whitewash reports and resigned? Also, you need to declare, if you are in any way involved, that you were Bishop of Southampton, and knew the Montagues and I met you with them, that day when Juliet got Fred to drive me to SOuthampton? If you are involved in Safeguarding then you will be aware that the hundreds upon hundreds of omissions and distortions invalidate the reports by the Diocese of WInchester and are very very bad safeguarding to say the least!
