The Dean, in response to so many questions

The stats are up because of the Dean's 'Resignation'. Just as the stats went up when in the summer the Archbishop and Bishop smeared me and upheld the Dean earlier this year. More death threats, hate attacks and lies against me always result from these one-sided press shows.

The Dean, as you know, has had the freehold of the Deanery and would have stayed until retirement, but was made to step down. The big show in the press and the resulting troll attacks on me are to do with the same thing as the Bishop and Archbishop upholding the Dean and his engineered Steel report earlier this year.
It is all catastrophic dishonesty and safeguarding failure, cover up and show, because the Church's image matters more than anything else.

The Dean and his wife jeered at me that they had freehold of the Deanery and would remain until retirement, in the same conversation with me where they called me evil and tried to use one-sided accounts of abuse and harm I had suffered in the past against me. This conversation was not recorded or dealt with by Jane Fisher and was blatantly lied about in court where I had no voice.

In 11 years has Jersey become more Christian, less unequal, more honest or kind or Christian? No, from what I have seen of Stuart and Trevor and Shona being destroyed and the terrible behaviour of the Bailhache Brothers and others. The Dean has achieved nothing for his free house and massive salary, and he is a danger to the vulnerable through his dishonesty and his acts of destroying a vulnerable adult to save his own skin. It is astounding that the Church are upholding him and giving him other positions where he will be a safeguarding risk, after they spent a million pounds covering up for him and destroying me.

No lessons have been learned. The Church of England with their loud noise and hot air about safeguarding and habit of employing people 'from a social care background' to create an image but not good safeguarding, is as dishonest and corrupt as it always was.

There still needs to be an independent review into my case and why I have been publicly destroyed, and the church are still hiding behind lawyers and insurers and even if they were to be forced to allow a review, they would choose a conflicted person and call them independent, no lessons have been learned. The complicit press print whatever the church say, and have told me so, and my side is only printed in distorted snippets.

The Church need to be audited by the government, and use of the press and media for the Church's own ends needs to be investigated and regulated.
No lessons have been learned. The million pound Jersey farce is a disgrace that the Church can't even find the grace or Christianity to take responsibility for.
The Dean is upheld and there is no safeguarding in the Church.

But once the Dean returns to the UK, taking legal action against him will be much simpler. I hate trying to deal with paperwork for two different countries.

A reminder today to the Bishop of Winchester

Dear recipients,

As a result of the press stunts by the church of england in response to Peter Ball's sentencing, I fear for my life as the church's habit of using me as a whipping boy in the press is unlikely to cease until I take them to court and publicize it. I would like to warn you collectively that if you do attack me in the press as a result of peter ball's sentencing, I will indeed take you to court.

I have spent two years of my life living in terror and horror as a result of the church's horrifying attacks on me. I just phoned Wolvsley and the Eton Queen who put the phone down on me failed to take in my warning that I do not intend to allow the diocese to defame me as part of a PR stunt as a result of Peter Ball's sentencing. 

The church haven't apologized for the Korris report, a public attack on me to cover up for Jane Fisher, nor have they arranged an independent investigation yet.

'Independent' does not mean conflicted, it doesn't mean whitewashers with a bias like Korris and Steel, it means someone who listens to both sides, and as yet, only the church's side has been heard. And the church have left me destroyed, with a ludicrous pretence of helping me while they destroyed me, their pretence of help was to illegally refer me to the NSPCC, and the referral was made by the woman who destroyed me and covered up for herself! 

I recall Paul Butler's part in the PR stunt when the Korris rubbish was released. He vaguely played his stunts, he was 'praying for everyone involved' so basically he prayed for Bob Key and my abuser instead of stating with fury and horror that what the diocese of Winchester had done in releasing the Korris rubbish, illegally tracing me with the police and having me publicly attacked by those with a vested interest (which the diocese haven't recorded or declared) and those who didn't even know me! So Paul Butler hasn't a clue about safeguarding and Peter Ball's victims haven't a hope in hell of independent investigation if the church just appoint one of the clique  - Hedley, Butler-Sloss of Steel or others, to investigate the corruption that their own little circle are guilty of!

I warn you, no more blatant attacks on me in the Local or National papers or the Church Propaganda Rag (church times)! I do not care that the church have powerful lawyers and really are artists in duplicity and plausible lies. You have destroyed me and destroyed me again. Do you think I will just sit here with tape over my mouth or lie on a cell floor with bruises from the police? NO, I WONT, even if you kill me you will not change the deep deep evil of what you have done to me nor will you change the fact that the core of the church of england is an elite club for rich callous and devious older men (and a few women). Eton-voice may put the phone down on me but he will not stop me warning you that even if I die in a convenient police beating that no one witnesses, as has been tried a few times, what you have done to me and are doing to me will NOT GO AWAY, EVER. 

Please ensure that the Bishop informs me of the details of the independent investigation into the diocese of winchester and especially Jane Fisher's illegal actions. Having me beaten and imprisoned does destroy me, it will kill me, but it will not take away what you have done. EVER. It is the fifth anniversary of my death at your hands. Left homeless and destitute on the streets of Hampshire, with Jane Fisher determined to utterly and finally destroy me and no-one stopping her. And the Korris report smarms just as Fisher smarmed to everyone she slandered me to 'That she was just trying to help me'. 

Do you think it was appropriate for the woman who had me imprisoned and left homeless after months on end of her destroying me, to be allowed to go round slandering me to everyone in the churches and outreach in Winchester while also trying to meet with me alone?! And what report covers any of that so far? Why would the woman  who destroyed me and made me out to be mad and violent be meeting with me alone?

Eton voice can slam the phone down but he won't change the fact that there still needs to be a full investigation into EVERYTHING I have to say, because as yet, Bishop Dakin has only investigated ME for JANE FISHER in the Korris RUBBISH and BOB KEY in the STEEL RUBBISH.

Now that the Archbishop has been forced to investigate the corruption and will undoubtedly arrange another whitewash, it is time that the Bishop investigated my side of what happened in Jersey and Winchester, isn't it horrifying that he has called a two year attack on me a safeguarding investigation?

Every time you spineless duplicious church officials make a song and dance in the press, you cause me severe traumatic stress and disrupt my studies. My studies, work, and whole life seem useless to me anyway while I suffer night and day waiting for you to attack me and try to silence me for good, as Jane Fisher did so many times, leaving me severely damaged for life.

Is there any end in sight? Shall we make it this weekend? commemorate the anniversary?

 I didn't survive Jane Fisher destroying me, and this afterlife waiting for you to finish me off is pure hell, and no matter how I build my life, I can neither remove the hell nor believe in my life while I wait for you to finish me off.

Nonetheless, even if you do, there will have to be a full public inquiry into my death at your hands, and public pressure and circulation of my letters to you will mean you will not win.

I write this expecting, as I never have stopped expecting, for you to kill me with police or press attacks. And then try to slander me. Isn't it great that you will never ever be able to remove the evidence that has been circulated?! And eventually, under a different government, the church will be held to account for blatant dishonesty regarding my case and others. Hey, every post on my blog is saved, every letter and every document is circulated and saved, and the Bishop still wants to kill me with the Steel-Bailhache-Ashenden report, and one day someone will ask why the Bishop was silent when he was asked about this, and why he gave an audience to all Jersey Deanery and supporters, and why the Archbishop did too, and allowed them to defame me in the church times and other press and media, when this matter was supposed to be about safeguarding. It will never be forgotten or covered up, no matter how dishonest the church are! 

This is a warning that even if you do, and even if you don't, the Bishop of Winchester has shown an aversion to being taken to court and making a solicitor lie for him in court. So if I live I will take you to court and if you kill me, I think that will be the end of the church of england publicly. And to be honest that is not such a bad thing to bring a shattered and suffering life to a close, because even if I graduate from university, even if my work is a success, the suffering is never going to go, the anguish is unresolved and resting in peace while the corrupt and vicious church of england falls is not such a bad prospect. Actually can we try for the first option, taking you to court again? In an ideal world, you would all stand before a judge voiceless and physically and mentally destroyed from police brutality, but you are the church of england, you are not a victim of the church of england, there is no justice or balancing of scales is there?

Dear Very Reverend Key,

I am writing in response to your press release yesterday, demanding the release of the Steel report.

I know I am autistic and think simply, but has it ever occurred to you that the Bishop of Winchester is outside of the BBC Jersey broadcasting area and doesn't listen to BBC Jersey or watch it, and so he won't actually pick up on your radio message and respond to you? I wonder if you have considered contacting him directly to discuss safeguarding and reports?

His secretary's phone number is 01962 854050. I think unless you actually contact the Bishop, you kind of look a bit foolish demanding a report on a local radio station that is not heard by your intended recipients of your message. Your own Bishop, Bishop Willmott is also outside of the BBC Jersey broadcasting area, so you may also want to contact him about the situation. I will forward this letter to him for you.

You mention in your BBC press release that Dame Steel is a 'respected Jersey judge', respected by whom, may I ask? She failed a fair appeal in the Curtis Warren Trial and isn’t actually either known or respected for much else. Do you think she should be respected for writing an unbalanced report that omitted me and my views but gave you 8 hours of interview and interviewed witnesses who had never met me? For example Gavin Ashenden, who has repeatedly slandered me on BBC Jersey, and who claimed to Bob Hill that 'your case was watertight'?

Why is 'your case watertight' when you have done wrong and I haven’t at any point had a hearing or a voice, either in court or in these messed up safeguarding reports and investigations? Gavin Ashenden is a former lawyer, who has never met me, please can you explain why he was interviewed and passed on some of the defamation of me that you also used against me in Jersey, a one-sided view of my past, that does not tell my story? Can you explain how that is relevant to the report or how you or Gavin Ashenden, or the rest of your circle can behave like this and at the same time claim to represent Christ? Please refer back to my open letter to the Jersey Deanery, posted in November 2013, and at the same time, consider what happens to the vulnerable who are completely voiceless and cannot write as I do:

On the subject of Gavin Ashenden, his bad behaviour in Normandy is adding to my stress as members of  the Normandy Diocese have contacted me a couple of times over his behaviour, they describe him as very arrogant and trying to take over things there, assuming a position that he has not yet been given, now, I think it is your job to discipline him, he is one of your clergy and not in any way connected to me except that he has behaved extremely badly and in a severely unchristian manner to me, but I am further told that he has always had a bad attitude and makes a bad parish priest, and I am also aware of his stunts regarding trying to ‘drive demons’ out of mentally ill people, very much a safeguarding issue as described.

The Korris report showed some but not all of your own misconduct, and you supposedly 'apologized' but not to me, neither you, nor your deanery, nor the diocese of Winchester ever made me aware of this ‘apology’ nor passed it on. You refused to co-operate with the Korris report and instructed your clergy not to co-operate with it. So why are you so keen on the release of the Steel report, after the Korris report defamed you? (It defamed me too, and it's release was inexcusable).

Well the difference between the Korris report and the Steel report is that the Korris report was not independent but not conflicted in your favour as the Steel report is, the Korris report was carried out by a lay counsellor in the UK, who, although not qualified to carry out such a report, was not actually on anyone's side, she was simply commisioned to write a report, and the Jersey Deanery were unaware of this until Korris approached them, with a report which which she couldn't carry out efficiently because she only had the notes and opinions of people who needed to cover up for themselves to base her report upon, for example Jane Fisher, who heavily influenced the report as her notes were relied on.

 The Steel report was an expected follow on from the Korris report but with the Jersey Deanery and connected establishment figures such as Bailhache who slandered me in an ‘Open letter’ and Steel, his colleague in the judiciary, Steel ‘offering’ to do the report, was a hijack of what the Bishop of Winchester still appeared to think was a genuine safeguarding investigation.

Steel is a Jersey establishment judge, closely allied with your supporters in the conflicted circle of church members who are also in government and States positions, such as Philip Bailhache, Michael Birt, Bridget Shaw, Ian LeMarquand, and numerous others.

The circle named above were involved in the Steel report and in maligning me, for example Philip Bailhache was allowed to abuse his dual roles in the States and Church and his legal expertise, not to mention his connection with the churchwarden who abused me, to malign me openly in the press and through and open letter, and along with Ashenden and other church-judiciary-states-lawyer crossovers, allowed to make me out to be mentally ill and thus not credible, please refer again to my open letter to the Jersey Deanery.

I understand from your press release that you want this matter concluded, well so do I, I have suffered a solid two years of being defamed and maligned as a result of the actions of your Deanery and supporters, and the release of the Steel report would  not be an appropriate  conclusion at all for me, it would simply compound the injustice, leave me ruined again, and possibly homeless or dead. Please now read this independent blog on the subject that a Jersey blogger released today in response to your press release yesterday, this describes the situation very well:

There is evidence not only that Steel is and was conflicted, but also that she was derogatory about me, having never met me, in much the same way as Gavin Ashenden was. A subject that I will discuss further.  This is neither Christian behaviour nor appropriate behaviour for either a priest or a judge, and it lessens anyone’s respect for them.

Bob Hill has evidence both that Dame Steel is conflicted in her connection to your supporters, and he is also a first-hand witness of her being derogatory about me, having never met me. And while you have managed in the past, to make my trauma and distress into madness, you would not be able to do the same regarding Bob Hill, who is a former police officer and Jersey deputy. I hope that, having read Bob Hill's blogs, you will understand that the release of such a report is nothing whatsoever to do with safeguarding, and that in calling for such a report to be released, and indeed, having influenced and played a part in compiling such a report, you are causing serious harm and distress to a vulnerable adult who you have already harmed immeasurably by your previous wrong and inappropriate actions and behaviours in Jersey.

You will see from Bob’s blogs that there is a conflict of interests that that means any report by Dame Heather Steel is not actually viable. As you will see in Bob Hill’s Blog about the Laity Advert, the Jersey Deanery Laity Named Dame Heather Steel as representing THEIR COMPLAINT against the Bishop of Winchester, and they used a large advert in the JEP. How could Dame Steel actually fairly represent both sides in a conflict? Basically she couldn’t, and she was put forward to lead the ‘investigation’ as a colleague of your circle of supporters in judiciary and the States, despite her conflict, and the Bishop of Winchester allowed her to proceed with this investigation despite her conflict and despite the fact that he was told that she was conflicted.

So, I have a feeling she is only a ‘respected judge’ in the eyes of those who have behaved as badly as her, or who have acted in an equally biased and unchristian and judgemental way as her, thus shafting Jersey to the rest of the world.

I feel that you as a Dean, now aware of the facts from this letter, need to call for an inquiry that includes me and my side, rather than maligning me. I am sure that a man of your Status and Standing with God, would see this as a good, fair, and just thing to do. Although I understand that you have been asked to go away on Sabbatical for three months so it is a bit short notice.

The Steel report does not represent what happened to me in Jersey, which is probably why it has not been released. But what I suggest is, if it is released. The best thing I can do is come to Jersey to live again, and hold a series of public meetings, telling my story and showing evidence, for example emails. And gradually, that way, two sides will be heard, especially as all journalists and bloggers will be invited to take notes.

While I was in Jersey, Jane Fisher used to try and silence me by accusing me of making threats when I said I would take the Deanery’s misconduct further, which made her a bully rather than making me someone who was making threats, as I was simply stating what I would do. As I am now.  Since the story of what happened to me in Jersey broke into the news, I have had numerous offers from Jersey people of a home and a living in Jersey, and if I continue to be troubled by your wish for the Steel report to be released, or the release of that defamatory whitewash itself, I will indeed come to live in Jersey and tell my story until everyone, whether they believe me or not, knows what I have had to suffer.

I travel light, people are on hand to take me in, I am not in work as I have been rendered unfit for work by this matter so I am ready to come over, shall we say February 26^th? And I will start booking for my first talk, you are welcome to join me at the talks to give a counterpoint. I do have an incredible incredible amount of evidence waiting for an inquiry that would actually include me, so basically, it would be an ideal time for me to come to Jersey to share my story.  I have seen and am aware that Leah Goodman was banned from Jersey by the same group of people who support you, because she wanted to look into the child abuse and resulting cover-ups in Jersey,  and so I know the same ‘Jersey Way’ may well try to ban me again, and it will make headline news. But in the meantime my case is packed and I am looking forward to sailing on St. Aubin’s bay again.

I hear that you are going to America for your sabbatical, well it is a diverse and interesting continent no matter which part you are going to, so you won’t be bored.  There you can relax and reflect on the difference you have made to Jersey and to the division between rich and poor, able and disabled. I wish you well with your sabbatical.

I think the best way you can put the Steel report and the ugly and unchristian war between the Jersey Deanery and Diocese of Winchester to bed is to say in your mind that it is over, and move on, as I have had to do with the life I was forced to leave behind in Jersey and the injustice that took it from me, the psychological wounds to me remain and will do forever, but as a mature adult who accepts good advice, I have simply moved on from the injustice of the Jersey matter and gone on with my life, yes, the damage and injustice remain, but I do not dwell on it, I just live day to day, and when the matter comes up in the press, it causes flashbacks and distress that disrupt my life. So, in the same vein, maybe you should stop ‘picking at the scabs and making them bleed again’ – (a metaphorical advice once given to me by a Dean who defended my abuser, but this is a different situation, he was trying to make me drop a legitimate complaint of abuse).

The Steel report is not relevant to what happened and does not, cannot give a fair view, judging by Steel’s attitude and behaviour and the fact that she was allowed to continue when conflicted and did not include me in her report but tried without my consent, to access my records, which also did not include my view, and which she had no right to, and in the case of the police records, this was a blatantly illegal action.  Steel also tried to say to Bob Hill that there is nothing wrong with me and I am just a troublemaker. An interesting statement from someone who has never met me, and it also goes against your deanery and Gavin Ashenden discrediting me as mentally ill in the press and in the Church Times, as well as the diagnosis and psychological assessments that have been done.  As well as the fact that Steel is not qualified to assess or diagnose my conditions, it shows how unsuitable she was to carry out a report, as she, just as you and your colleagues who compiled the Steel report do not understand vulnerability or abuse, she doesn’t understand these things either.

So I think that rather than making a plea for the release of this report, through media that doesn’t even reach the Bishop of Winchester, in light of your understanding that the Steel report is conflicted and an unchristian act of judgement and defamation and cover up, you the Dean, need to call for a fair and open report, or you need to have the grace to let go, forgive the Diocese (hard as I know that is!) and go on with your life, look forward to your great holiday, your great adventure, your time with God, and at the same time, have the grace to stop inflicting needless harm on me, set yourself right before God before it is too late, because what you will face in death is pretty horrible if you don’t repent these terrible behaviours. I think it is worse for clergy who deliberately behave badly, when they finally face God, because clergy have chosen to be ordained, and thus should be acting for Christ, and when they neither act for Christ nor act with integrity, I should think God’s anger will be quite hot.

You harmed me enough in Jersey by trying to use my past to defame me and make me out to be wicked without hearing my side of things, and understandably, if your understanding of the effects of abuse and neglect on a person’s behaviour are that low, then Jersey’s Deanery does indeed have a safeguarding problem. Both judging me without my side and without wanting my side, and favouring my abusers, was wrong. And as you may see from the National Press, this vilification of victims who have been repeatedly abused, by officials who favour their powerful or well-connected abusers, is widespread. It is just a shame that the Church of England do not behave better than the UK government on matters like this, but in theory, the Church of England is part of the UK government, just as you are part of the Jersey government, where things obviously aren’t quite right when the Care Home situation there has gone on for years and been covered up and minimized, most notably by your colleague, Sir Philip Bailhache, who stood up for you at my expense, he gave a speech in 2008, that I was there to hear, at Liberation Day, and both you and my abuser were in attendance.

 Philip Bailhache stated that the damage to Jersey’s reputation was more important than the abuse victims.

Now isn’t it funny that Philip Bailhache has pushed for the release of the Steel report as well? Usually he wants things buried, if you get what I mean.

Back to your wrongdoing.  I am sure if you repent that, God will forgive you and you will be able to stop worrying about two years of dirty unchristian fighting and defaming me and bad unchristian behaviour. Put it to bed, let sleeping dogs lie, and all the other metaphors I learned from Bob Hill’s blog. The best way to put the dirty war to bed is to ask God for forgiveness and peace. I am telling you that as someone who knows from experience that it is the best way.

I have been left homeless, branded, destroyed, ill, injured, abused, destitute, without the support of friends and family that I had previous to you having me imprisoned,  but I am not bearing a grudge, I am trying to live, and I hope that you have the grace and Christianity to do the same. You need to count your blessings, you have a home, you have family,  you have cars, you have servants, you have a good wage, and you are about to have a lovely three months holiday. I don’t really think you should be worrying about the Steel report, unless it is playing on your conscience, which I would gather is why you are getting upset about it and wanting closure.  Pray for release from your angered thoughts, and pray that you can forgive and forget, that is what Jesus wants from you. You won’t get closure from the Steel report, because it’s release will not end anything but will start another very long series of actions.

You state in your press release that the ‘report will only be in the media a short while and then we can all move on’. That is a very puzzling and incongruent thing to say. You don’t speak for me because the defamation I have already suffered will last me a lifetime, I won’t survive much more, a short time of being defamed does not suddenly lead to closure, no, the damage done by the last lot will last me a lifetime. I am sure now that you have read this letter, you will be able to see two sides and fulfil your Christian duty in instigating an independent investigation or letting sleeping dogs lie.

Third Formal Letter to the Bishop of Winchester

Dear Bishop Dakin,

I was already drafting a third letter of warning to you as I have had no assurance from the church that you will stop harming me.

Then the news from BBC Jersey is that the churches in Jersey are pushing for the publication of your whitewash Steel report.

Please bear in mind that the Steel report is nothing to do with what actually happened in Jersey and is a cover up by Steel, done in conjunction with her colleague Philip Bailhache, a strong supporter of the Dean, and a church officer as well as a lawyer and states member.

You are not to release any defamatiory report that breaches my human rights and leaves me ill, broken down or in danger of death, as the Korris report did, the Steel report is a very expensive act of wrongdoing on behalf of the church, at my expense, and the only reason the Jersey church would be so keen for it's publication is that it was done to cover up at my expense and 'exonorate' the Dean, and was done without my input because I was told it was conflicted, if I had not been told, then despite the blatant cover up of Jane Fisher's misconduct in the Korris report, I may have been naive enough to go along with Steel and let her do as Butler-Sloss did in the Chichester report. 

The Steel report, as it is nothing to do with my case and what happened to me, is a breach of my human rights and is taking my name in vain and deliberately ruining me when I am already broken and living in abject poverty.

Therefore, you are not to release it, or any other report or oversee the release of it or any other report, if you warn me that you are going to, threaten me that you are going to, or release any report, I will take you to court again, or I may apply to the court for protection as a result of the Jersey church pushing for this whitewash to be released.

And think about it, why would they push for a report that could potentially defame their Dean? Well, because they, and the Dean know, the report clears the wrongdoers at my expense, and contains no input from me, the report is done by the clergy-lawyer-church-freemason group in Jersey, who have limitless power, it is not independent as Dame Steel is proven not to be.

Throughout this matter you have not been independent, you have not included me or my side of things, not in the Korris report, which you refused to even amend when I did hear about it and make a complaint, and not before that, when, if you could have me traced by the police to try and intimidate me after the release of the Korris report, you could have had me traced by the same to include me in it, instead of lying to a court of law that efforts had been made to include me in the report.

The same goes for the Steel report and the Gladwin report, I was not included, Gladwin made a token effort because Bob Hill pushed for it. Steel tried to illegally access my advocate's records regarding things she was not even investigating, and caused me trauma, before snottily inviting me to meet her when I complained, despite the fact I was asking her to step down as she was conflicted.

You are to stop allowing me to be harmed by threats of this conflicted report and other whitewashes including the Gladwin whitewash mark 2, he did one for Chichester, and the sham safeguarding board in Jersey's whitewash, done in conjunction with Jane Fisher and your 'appointed officer' who you had no right to appoint to illegally access my inaccurate reocrds with Steel. Your actions have no only been illegal but have been a severe breach of my human rights, and I am going to fight you until the risk of me being defamed and destroyed yet again is over.

You have not bothered to respond to my concerns and you lied to a court of law at Winchester about the situation, and that and all the other factors show that whatever this charade has been about, it has not been about safeguarding. You have destroyed me over and over and over again, left me crippled, ruined, and living in fear, and actually it is time that this living in fear is stopped, it is time that the police or courts or a national agency stepped in, prevented you from harming me and launched a REAL independent investigation into this whole matter. 

As yet there has never been an outside investigation into the church of england, at all, and the church misuse the word 'independent' with people like Gladwin, Steel, Korris, Butler-Sloss and others, to mislead the public and to prevent outside investigation. A notable case of this was the recent effort to tamper with historic records to do with confession and clergy, with the claim that these would be 'independently audited', well if the church don't know what independent is, and they keep angling to avoid investigations such as the National CSA inquiry, which incidentally elected two Church of England position holders in a row, both of whom had to step down because of other conflicts of interests, then it is time an outside agency stepped in, investigated personally what the Diocese of Winchester have done to me and covered up for years.

I will return you to court within the week if I feel in any way threatened by this continued threat of being destroyed beyond repair, your non-independent Korris report nearly finished me off and this continued threat to me after everything you have made me suffer, is too much, it is time these attacks on me stopped, it is unChristian, it is dishonest, it is illegally to destroy a vulnerable adult this way and leave her living in fear and suffering severe psychological harm, and it is to stop. It doesn't matter if the condition of 'The Dean being delighted' about the Canterbury agreement in the press was that you release your whitewashes in reply, what matters is that the church are continuing to behave in a devious, unChristian illegal and abusive way, and I remain omitted from all reports and silenced as acts of contempt and destroyal such as the attack on me in the Church times and the jeer by the unpunished Jane Fisher adding me on twitter and this recent 'request' by the unpunished and unrepentant Jersey churches continue.

Eventually my side will break into the media, even if you do as I strongly suspect you would try to do to during this matter, silence me as before, have me arrested and imprisoned, eventually, no ,matter what you do, I will speak and be heard, and I will keep speaking, because you have throughout this matter, done me grave and serious harm. Anyone else among the vulnerable, who can't speak or write, would be silenced and destroyed, and many have, in the church's history of abuse, many have committed suicide, branded mentally ill by the church as a result, and many have ended up homeless and in psychiatric wards, and Jane Fisher did her very best to discredit me as mad and have me put away, but here I still am, speaking, and I will speak, even if only through the Jersey bloggers even if I die or am imprisoned. I won't be silenced and I won't let you destroy me.

Now please announce that the Steel report is not valid, announce in the news that these whitewashes are not valid, stop making me live in fear, announce that these reports that exclude me are not viable and make that an end to your horrific harm to me, I am copying the police who you have used to destroy me in on this email and despite Hampshire constabulary being openly corrupt, they are a police force, they do have a duty of care to the vulnerable and they are to stop you harming me, or the court are to stop you harming me, either way, I am asking for protection, from the corrupt police, from the court, from all recipients of this email, from all national agencies and I am asking you to stop leaving me at threat of harm. No-one onthis earth is made to endure this kind of serious harm, not a murderer, not a rapist, so why should I keep being under fear of press and public slander and destroyal? It is wrong. The Steel report is nothing to do with what happened to me in Jersey nor was it ever intended to be, if it had been you would have met with me instead of lying about that, and you would have made sure I was heard, and you deliberately didn't, instead you threatened me when I begged you not to violate my life as Jane Fisher did in 2010 and 2011, acting illegally and getting me a record for my reaction, a record and the police brutality that I will NEVER be able to live with, and yet you then went on to illegally violate my life some more AFTER threatening me.

If you like I can send a copy of this to every diocese in the country so that they can act as witnesses, it cost me about £50 to do that last time but the more people who know I am living in fear as a result of your misconduct, the better.

Bishop Dakin, you, your and Bishop Willmott's  Jersey Deanery under your joint juristiction, your staff, employees, safeguarding officer, and anyone in connection with you are to cease to harass and annoy me with defamatory and inaccurate reports and the threat of their release, you made those reports using my name in vain and without my side being included, you are not permitted to take information from my blog to claim you included me, you are to announce that these pathetic attacks on me, these defamatory whitewashes that include illegal liasons with Jersey police, are at an end and no further defamations and attacks on me are to occur.

The action of making me suffer the threat of these defamatory reports counts as abuse and counts as harassment, it is a matter for police and safeguarding authorities it is a matter for the courts, to make someone suffer this way for this long is henious, it is serious abuse and the damage to me physically, mentally and materially is serious and severe.

Please note that this is a written warning and will be followed by  court action if the police and national authorities do not act. Please also note, that my psychological report is freely available, both the one done in Jersey before I was made homeless and the more recent one, so continuing to use the 'madness' slur that church and government traditionally use against victims is not going to excuse this. I am not mad, I am autistic, suffering severe trauma, I have behavioural and psychological issues, I was dangerously regressed to childhood in Jersey by my second abuser in the church, and then Jane Fisher destroyed me to cover up. Nothing has been done by church or police about Fisher, it seems both are protecting her.

Steamrolling the poor and vulnerable is a horrific thing to do, you have done it to me, and to others, and yet you collectively claim to be followers of Christ. 

The reason I send this email to so many people is the reason I always have, because I want witnesses to how I have been treated and am being treated. I have suffered the Church of England since I was 19, and that is so many years of abuse and cover-ups, and it should have stopped when Jane Fisher drove me from the Church of England and from my home town by slandering me after having me imprisoned and left homeless in 2011.

Due to the very serious nature of this ongoing destroyal of me, a copy of this will be sent to 10 Downing Street and the Queen and the Home Secretary. Eventually, after years of pleading, someone, somewhere must stop this destroyal of me by the Church of England, and wipe out all the whitewashes and lies and inaccurate reports and let me live again. My whole adult life has been marred by abuse, cover ups and blame by the church, and being patronized, controlled and sexually, emotionally and spiritually abused by well off old church people has prevented me from getting the help I need to develop into a healthy adult, unfortunately the damage is done, and for life because of the record the church got me while protecting my abusers, I do not need to be destroyed by reports, I am crippled and my life is limited forever.

The Diocese and Jane Fisher have had years to cover up, tamper with evidence and prevent themselves facing any action for what I have suffered, but I still have a story to tell, and I am waiting for the very very belated outside investigation into this matter. The Korris report was a classic example of uncontrolled cover up, published internationally and sent to the police as fact, all illegal in many ways, and yet, nothing has been done, the Korris report and the Dean's apology were used by the diocese and church to show off at my expense, until I objected and took the diocese to court, there has been no apology.

Jesus please protect me from my destroyers, who stand up and preach in Your Name while guilty of destroying me and remorseless about it, no conscience, no love for You or justice.

Surely other people can see how ridiculous it is for the church to be allowed to go on destroying me and making me live in fear unchecked,with my side being ignored despite my request to be interviewed independently of Steel, who was known to be conflicted, and while the Bishop refused to add my amendments to the Korris report, while he lied to the court that Korris had tried to contact me to include me in her report?!

I have been abused and destroyed in the Church of England as a vulnerable adult since age 19, I am 33 and they have robbed me of my adulthood and character and left me ruined in grinding poverty and living in fear, it is time someone stepped in and stopped this criminal theft of my life. The Church do not know how to safeguard as they are generically a club for the elderly and well-off, they treat the poor and vulnerable as less and subject them to an apatheide where the poor and vulnerable are not allowed in church people's houses and not told why, it meets the insurance conditions but segregates the poor and yet abusers who are well off and keep the church running are allowed in church houses. The Diocese of Winchester have never safeguarded me, they destroyed me and safeguarded my abusers, Jane Fisher is responsible for me being branded for life and thus limited for life, by an inaccurate and terrible police record that does not tell the real story. Why should I be subject to further damage? It is laughable that AFTER I made my second formal complaint against her, she was allowed to illegally refer me to the NSPCC without my consent, as if they could help me or I would accept help from anyone influenced by her, and it was done only because the Bishop needed to claim in yet another inaccurate press release and to the authorities that I had been 'offered help'.

I don't agree with the diocese covering up for and protecting abusers at the expense of victims or people hurt by the abuse, but I do agree with the comments that this could have been kept private, for decency's sake, especially the naming of the lady involved.
The Vicar may well leave Jersey, but the lay reader is less likely to, so what becomes of her? Will she be shamed in the small and closed community of the Jersey churches, just as I was for reporting the churchwarden? Will she be hated for 'losing them their Vicar' as Jersey is old fashioned?
If you are named in the paper like that, on a small island like Jersey, it can make your life hell.

The Vicar came from the UK, but a lay reader is more likely to be a longer term resident, although that is just a guess. It seems all wrong to name the reader, or indeed, why did the matter make the news, couldn't a decent quiet stepping down of both parties have been arranged?
I mean, when it comes to abuse, that is what the Diocese of Winchester tend to arrange, isn't it? Is an affair really worse than child abuse?

Well, as far as the church are concerned, autism, psychological damage from childhood, poverty and being naive are all worse than abuse and abusers, hence them branding me and having me imprisoned while they protected my abusers and their supporters, hence them publishing a report slandering me and spewing my personal life internationally so I was slandered by strangers, but the same wasn't done to my abusers and their supporters.

One of my earliest experiences of the Diocese of Winchester was JM's Benefice administor running of with a woman from the Diocesan Headquarters and leaving his wife alone, dying of cancer.
The fact that these were people in Church positions was bad enough, but the fact it was all excused was worse, followed swiftly by our youth leader being found guilty of paedophilia, and also excused, and called a 'good man really' despite the fact that child abuse ruins lives.
The church shouldn't excuse the inexcusable, they should not cover up to the point they harm people, they shouldn't condone wrong, but they also shouldn't allow the business of vulnerable people or their employees to be spewed round the press, as they did in the Korris report. The Church of England are a bit topsy-turvy.

Regarding the Jersey Vicar and his affair, he is indeed supposed to be setting an example to his flock, and he has got it wrong, and that will affect him for the rest of his life, likewise the lay reader, but that is between them and God.
Pray for them and for the Vicar's wife, this must be catastrophic for her, to find out and to see it in the papers.

Lost Last and Least

Everyone will remember Bishop Dakin's arrogant utterances until the end of time.

And I have been puzzled by his apparently un-Biblical, silly and arrogant 'Lost, last and least' speech forever.

In Church on Sunday, we heard the story of the men hired from the market place and paid the same for a day's work despite being hired at different times of day.

'The First Shall be last and the last shall be first'.

Of course.

I am the Lost, Last and Least.

And according to my friends, I am doing my purgatory here on earth at the hands of the Church of England.
Makes sense.
I have never seen anyone else publicly flogged as I have been, and by a Church! Penance for all my sins, here on earth.
According to my friends and other bloggers and commenters on my blog, I am closer up the ladder to heaven than my tormentors in the Church of England.
I am not sure I have the right to agree on that.

So, as long as I am lost, last and least, I will get to heaven.

While the arrogant clerics and denomination who brand me, while they have mansions and salaries, will be like the rich man who ignored Lazarus as he sat at their gate. Because they were first, with their finery, their public voice and showing off, so they will be last, they will not see heaven nor get a reward for their public showing off and deception. The Pharisees of the modern age.

As Sam Mezac famously said 'It is easier for a camel to get through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of? God?
Should that have been heaven?

No, one point of that comment was to educate you ... and perhaps a few other readers who are conditioned into unquestioningly swallowing Jersey establishment misinformation.

The main point (& in support of the video) is that The New Testament/ Christian message is largely a socialist one if one is going to attempt to analyse a religion along Left-Right/Party-Political lines.

   I would dispute that the majority of the Jersey electorate are Christian as in being Church-goers and God fearing people. It is possible for people to live by Christian values and morals without having to adhere to any religion, and the vast majority of good, thinking, intelligent people I know and speak to have actually turned away from a faith for a large number of reasons.
   
   I agree wholly with Sam that this man should not be funded by the tax-payer to sit in the States. I am sure there are many deserving people or causes that could make good use of his salary, whilst he himself could be spending that time more usefully.
   
   Whilst you have been diplomatic enough VFC not to get drawn into the discussion of what the Dean does, or does not do in the Island, a lot of us have long memories and could actually pin-point an instance where he clearly did nothing, when clearly he should.
   
   As is proven time and time again religion and politics do not and should not mix.

   I agree completely with Sam's view here: there should be full separation of Church and State, and the Dean should not be allowed to participate in debates in the States. However, let's be honest (and I suspect you will get around to this in Part 2), the presence of the Dean is inconsequential when compared to the fact that a significant proportion of full States members (i.e. Constables and Deputies) are "elected" unopposed or by a tiny number of voters.
   
   I'm afraid I include Sam himself in this category. Sam received 277 votes in a turn-out of 13%. This gives him no moral right whatsoever to lecture anybody about other States members having no right to participate in debates, when he himself was returned on such a laughably small vote.
   
   I will give him and the other Reform Party candidates a lot more credit if they stand on an island-wide mandate rather than in the deputorial elections. The fact that they seek to bring about fundamental reform of the Island through the broken deputorial system does them as little credit as the establishment's perpetuation of the equally unacceptable system of Constables sitting in the States.

   Perhaps you could get Graham Power to write an open letter to Ian Le Marquand, asking him exactly how it could have been handled better? Maybe Ian Le Marquand could have chosen not to hide in the toilet when Graham Power's wife tried to serve legal papers on him? Is that how it could have been handled better, Ian, eh?

We have the same problem in Jersey.

As many of you may be aware history tells us that the horny king Henry the VIII had trouble being married to one woman, and the Vatican being Catholic would not allow divorce. Not a problem if you are the king of England so he basically formed his own church, the Church of England and placed himself as it’s head. Then he could and would and did as he pleased including chopping of his wife’s head or imprisoning them.

The Vatican was wealthy and the CoE was funded by the people with the King as the overall leader.

This church has been handed down from Monarch to Monarch through the centuries and now the Queen is boss the subjects fund the church as do the congregations.

It is high time that this historic feudal setup is scrapped for several reasons some of which are mentioned above. Whichever God you may worship, it is your choice, but all religion’s as in the Mormons, Catholics,’ Muslims etc should be paid for by followers. All have charity status meaning they are not obliged to pay taxes.

It is discriminatory against other religions that the tax and ratepayers fund the Queens inherited religion. Why should other religions or atheists have to dig into their pockets to support the CoE when there is no connection ?

The strongest personal objection is that religion is invited into Government in a lobbying capacity and to say prayers and be rewarded by the taxpayer is just ridiculous. I am unsure of the pay in Guernsey but the Dean Bob Key in Jersey receives £26,100 per year in addition to everything else, everything else means a very large newly painted rectory and all utility and accounts paid, plus a recent tax funded trip to Madeira representing Jersey.

This may have been the norm in Henry VIII time but it is nothing short of a scandal today. The big question is why the States members are allowing this abuse of public money.

A comment above says it is not particularly expensive to fund the CoE, I disagree. The Church of England accounts show a portfolio of property, ( the Wonga shareholding has been removed after criticism ) shares and other assets valued at £5 billion.

They can afford to fund themselves, and if they are supposed to be doing Christ’s work how is it that they are sitting on such a fortune, given the amount of starving, poor and destitute in this world ?

That’s a question States members might be asking their Dean.
