This is a load of lies

This blog is an example of me being re-abused as a result of the lies about my case in the press by the Church of England, the blogger in question has been corrected and asked to remove the post and he has ignored this.

This is a load of uninformed lies and the blogger in question has been asked repeatedly to stop re-abusing me and take it down.
The Bishop of Winchester did none of this suppression of the Steel report of his own free will, he was told to do it, and because he was told to do it, he discredited me by implying again that I was asking for the report to be stopped because it hurt me, rather than the reality of him not only being under a court agreement for allowing the conflicted Steel whitewash to continue, but also being told that he was not to publish it.

The Bishop had no compassion or care for my welfare throughout the three years and more that he has had me publicly destroyed, and the blogger in question continues his ill informed re-abuse of me because of his grudge against the States of Jersey. He is the last blogger to continue to use me as ammunition in this grudge that this group of bloggers have against the States of Jersey, as the other bloggers have kindly desisted, except one who is too seriously damaged by a brain haemmorage to continue.  The bloggers have never been interested in my side of things but have selselessly used me for ammunition with no regard for my wellbeing, and they have seriously harmed me.

The blogger's name is 'Polo' or Pól Ó Duibhir, and he's from Dublin.

Unfortunately 'Polo' hasn't been able to answer my complaint of his furthering the shaming and discrediting of me by the Bishop of Winchester, so he isn't really credible. He has also refused to remove the rubbish that he has written, and as it is about my case, is misleading and is harming me, his motive is nothing to do with my welfare or clarity about my case, it is just a meaningless and aimless grudge attack on Jersey, which he is famous for, to the point of being complained about in the Jersey Evening Post.

He is a bit of a nut by reputation anyway, especially with his persistent low level harassment of the Pope on twitter, which is no doubt a source of great amusement to many. I have no doubt that the Pope never notices the annoying little Polo-fly buzzing around.
But this illustrates a point regarding safeguarding in the church of england. The CofE attacked me publicly and allowed many cranks and grudge-bearers to further the harm to me with their own opinions.
The church have failed at any point to stem this secondary harassment of me, which is mentioned early on in my newly published book, their failure again re-enforcing the pretences of care for my welfare as lies.

Let me finish with a short statement.

• The Bishop did not withold the Steel report. He would have published it if he had not been stopped.
• The Bishop did not want to withold the Steel report, he had no interest in my welfare and even threatened me for complaining about his actions that harmed me. There is proof of this. 
• I took the Bishop to court in 2014 because the Bishop, without any warning to me or thought for my welfare, intended to release the Steel report to members of the conflicted Church-States-Judiciary circle who had written the report to damn me and cover up. Why would he suddenly change from such psychopathic disregard for my welfare to 'caring' and 'apologizing' and 'Witholding' this same report?
• There was  an agreement in place from the court case that I had to agree to what was in the Steel report. Which of course the Bishop knew would never happen. 
• The Bishop allowed the Steel report to go ahead at my expense despite knowing it was conflicted, thus any pretence of care for my welfare by the Bishop has been a lie.
• The Bishop's statement last month about the Steel report and pretence of care for me was a lie, as he was continuing the severe harm to me of press and media lies and discrediting of me.
• The Bishop has failed at any point to make sure that I have been adequately interviewed and included in reports and has allowed an outright whitewash at my expense after making it abundantly clear in his threats early on that the whole process was a PR procedure that went wrong and there had never been any intention of redeeming or helping me.
• The Church have no excuse whatsoever to go on allowing bloggers and other cranks and rogue safeguarding boards to continue to terrorize me nor can they excuse leaving me living in fear of the next attack while my health suffers. Any blog upholding the terrible abuse of me by the Bishop of Winchester and others, and trying to change the Bishop's psychopathic public harm to me into anything that puts him in a good life is an abuse of me.
• The Bishop had no right to state that he was feeding the Steel Whitewash into the Gladwin Whitewash because he didn't have my agreement that the Steel report was valid and he didn't have my permission to feed one whitewash into another, and to feed a known whitewash into another report is to invalidate the other report. And the National Safeguarding Team know this was said and have not responded. The Bishop isn't allowed to go on acting as if he can validly use the Steel report, because what he has done is publicly discredit me and he doesn't have my agreement to what is in the Steel report, so if he is allowed to continue, he is committing a crime.
•  Apparently the ill-informed Polo, who believes everything he reads in biased press and media, thinks that the Bishop has shown care and compassion for me over this, but he hasn't contacted me to get my views. So who has a better view of things, this crank or the victim who knows why the Bishop had to make such an empty and desparate show? Why are cranks still allowed to go on furthering the discrediting of me for the Church after three years of complaints that this harm is the Church's responsibility as they provoked it? Haven't the Church of England heard of safeguarding yet?!
• The Church of England do not and will not safeguard until such deceit and discrediting of the vulnerable stops, and until such people as Dakin are removed as unfit to officiate as soon as they behave like this, three years of attacking a vulnerable adult publicly and with no justification would lead to sacking before three years in any other orgnaization.
• . And especially  Paul Butler still needs to be removed so that every time church abuse is uncovered, we don't have to endure someone pressing the button on his back so that he trots out sickening empty apologies and lies about safeguarding. That is another re-abuse of victims.
• What Polo has written about my case is a pointed example of how I am still being re-abused by strangers as a result of the church of England's prolonged and henious public punishment of me for reporting abuse within the Church, abuse by two serial offenders who have remained protected while I have been destroyed. 
• I see Polo and his little circle of ill-informed grudge-bloggers as being on the same level as my abusers and the Bishop of Winchester. That is my last word on the matter for now, but the theme of this post will be re-produced in one of the books that I will publish.

Parable of the Knife

Do you remember Doris Luke (played by Kathy Staff) in Crossroads? A do-gooder whose interventions invariable caused more problems for those they were trying to help.

Bloggers can sometimes do harm, even when they intend to do good. This short piece tries to communicate what that can feel like if you are vulnerable, sensitive and have bad memories brought back by those who think they are doing you a good turn. It's not about me. It's about someone I know who has trouble persuading "do-gooders" that their interventions can do more harm than good.

I hope it conveys something of how this makes those "helped" feel, and how disruptive it is to getting their life back together again.

Parable of the Knife

He was an old man now, but he could still remember the events. The cell. The strangeness of the court. Many people speaking to him. His head hurt. And then, he’d agreed something, and it made them happy, and it was all over.

For them, not for him. Suddenly he was on a plane, landing, left, nowhere to go.

“Foxes have holes, and birds of the air have nests, but the Son of Man has nowhere to lay his head.”

He was homeless, sleeping rough for many years. The cold and hunger remained in his memory, pain etched deep. But it was also liberating: no people speaking, telling him what to do, not understanding, and with their own ideas of what was in his best interests.

It was in the past now, and he was rebuilding his life, far from the troubles of the past, but flashbacks still haunted his days from time to time, made worse by those who still thought they could speak for him.

The world had become global, and blogs from those who had decided to support him came, and came, each time, a turn of the knife, each time a dagger of the mind, bringing back that past.

Wasn’t that patronising? How dare they think they knew him better than he did? And why wouldn’t they leave him alone?

He told them to stop, but they would not listen. He begged them to stop, but they would not listen. He emailed, and ranted at them – stop, stop, stop – but they would not listen. That cut deep.

Sometimes those who take your side can do more harm than your enemies.

And so he wrote this down, wrote how he felt, how miserable this made him, the pain, the memory. Memory never goes away. Traumatic memories may be held back, but they are always there, waiting to be released. Sometimes it can be a scent, a sound, and sometimes – a blog.

"Think before you blog" would be a good maxim, especially when dealing with vulnerable people. Have some fellow feeling for the harm that well-intentioned support can do. That’s all he wanted to say, all he wanted them to hear. You are damaging me.

But they would not listen. And in the end, he put his head in his hands, in despair, and wept.

And still they blogged on his behalf. And twisted the knife deeper.

The Diocese of Winchester, in their foolhardy attack on me, got the response from these people of a smear campaign against me that the Diocese did nothing about, and had these people using their power to uphold the Dean and, with states and judiciary connections, have me damned in the press.

The Jersey Laity employed Dame Heather Steel for their complaint against Tim Dakin, making it clear thus that Dame Steel was conflicted and could not also act to investigate the Jersey Deanery, as she couldn't act both for them and for the Diocese in an investigation and dispute.

Gerard LeFeuvre:

 My abuser's nephew, also, co-incidentally, Freemason, member of the Kings Chamber orchestra, music CD's published worldwide, also a member of the Church of England in Jersey.
I am guessing the Diocese of Winchester had no idea of the connection when they accused me of 'involving innocent people.
But who would Gerard use his influence to support in the Diocese and Deanery charade?

I remember Gerard from church, the churchwarden's wife absolutely adored him and his wife, she fawned on them, it was a little bit stomach churning really, it was the usual 'family pride' and 'knowing someone famous' and also her obsession with Victoria college boys and old boys, of which Gerard is one. Which in Jersey, counts for something.

Gerard LeFeuvre is not only known as a famous person, as my abuser's nephew, as a member of church and a 'Christian', or as a freemason, he is also know to be a friend of Philip Bailhache, See the Judiciary post. Philip Bailhache has led the smear campaign against me and campaign to clear the Dean.

A few years ago, when I was still in Jersey, Gerard won the competition for Jersey's National Anthem, this caused quite some upset and it was said that the competition was unfair and biased.
One of the judges was Philip Bailhache.

I had the misfortune of accidentally having to deal with Gerard some time after I had left the churchwarden's family, he responded to my advert where I was looking for piano lessons, and sadly, blunt and autistic, I told him he couldn't help me as he was my abuser's nephew.

Neville Brooks:

A vital key player in the defence of the churchwarden, Dean and Vicar. A church of England reader at the churchwarden and Vicar's church, also closest friend of the churchwarden and his wife, Neville Brooks and his wife were always close friends of the churchwarden and his wife, when their children were at school, and when he supported the churchwarden through his sacking from the other church where they both belonged and both left when the churchwarden was sacked.

Neville was very much into the cult, mind control and bad element of the church, praying that 'people would accept the new service pattern' ie no choice, and after I spoke about the abuse for the first time, he did a sermon about 'who's truth is the truth', ie how 'people' can 'misunderstand', appalling, he even made big hints about who it was aimed at.

There is no doubt of his continued involvement and maligning of me, which Jane Fisher strenuously denied as all in my mind, what, Jane Fisher doesn't think this man would support his best friends and thus I am insane?

This is despite the fact that Neville Brooks knew of the previous sacking and the chaperoning policy, which I didn't know about, and he did nothing, even when he saw the churchwarden touching me, even when he knew the churchwarden was taking me out alone and even when the churchwarden took me home to live.

A former British Army captain, CBE, former churchwarden who sat on the Deanery Synod with my abuser.
Now when the Bishop launched on me and the Dean publicly, how exactly did he expect me to survive media attacks by people with this man's influence, and when did the Bishop actually take time to learn and state such people's position in these matters?
The Bishop showed no interest in the relationship between these people and the churchwarden or Dean and certainly never made sure, for my sake that he responded to their media attacks by stating these things!
Instead, after launching his public suspension of the Dean he showed no interest whatsoever in the harm to me, nor even the situation in Jersey, preferring to let a PR company release irrelevant press statements.

There are many more people involved, all well-heeled, with some influence and able to act against me for the Dean and churchwarden. Why did the Bishop launch on the Dean publicly and then not deal with the consequences, especially the consequences to me? Why has he left me suffering and ignored my concerns of a biased report and is going to basically kill me with it? Why has he done this after claiming this whole shambles to be because 'The Diocese are commited to safeguarding'?
Who have they safeguarded? Not me, they have destroyed me, and they have also ensured that no-one in their right mind or otherwise, with a legitimate complaint of abuse, will ever speak up, because in my case I am held up as 'Thus shall be done to the person who is guilty of the crime of being abused and the worse crime of speaking up'!

Nor have they actually done anything to improve safeguarding in Jersey or even investigate my complaint properly, nor did they deal with the other half of things, the way Jane Fisher dealt with me and my abusers in Jersey and Winchester. Nothing has changed in Jersey and Winchester, because neither lot of wrongdoers is going to accept responsibility, instead they are going to publicly damn me in a report I have had no say in but Jane Fisher and the wrongdoers in Jersey have! And no-one, not even the police, will stop them.

And as my abuser goes on to be re-elected, he has the encouragement that he can abuse if he wishes, the church are behind him and will destroy any victim who dares to speak up.

It will be difficult for the Steel Report to record that Bob Key did "everything" right because on being reinstated at the end of April he apologised and he said "he regrets the mistakes he made in the safeguarding processes and upon reflection, it would have been more helpful if he had co-operated more fully with the Korris Review."

Oh 3 jeers for good old Tel Boy, the former fastest milk man in the East. He has not yet captured how his spell check works but at least he is still trying, yes very trying.

Yes it’s good to remind us how the Dean and his wife work behind public scrutiny, has he not read the Korris Report and how they dealt with HG’s complaint behind closed doors. Yes they have changed some people’s lives but I don’t suppose HG will thank them for changing hers.

How Christian was the levelling of charges against HG and how unfortunate it was for HG to have Terry’s niece representing her in Court and plead that she be Bound Over.

Great work Terry, Jersey still needs you to score a few own goals.

Terry's niece (mis) represented HG in court? it gets better by the day and not a wander the conflicted Dame Heather didn't want to look at the court case.

When did the Diocese actually work out the connections in this matter? Before, after or never?

There were quite a number of other biases that affected me while in Jersey, this included a number of doctors and charity representatives being in the church and thus I was not able to access help and was humiliated by doctors, as they knew my abuser and his wife, who were also involved in at least one charity I was driven away from.

On an island like Jersey, if you make enemies in high places, your life is ruined.

Does the Bishop know or care, from Winchester, who is related to who, who has been asked to write to him without stating their real connections with the matter? Does the Bishop care? Does he question the false witness being borne to him? Does he even bother to read any of it?
One thing he doesn't do is take responsibility for the fact that he launched this attack, and although the reaction was not Christian or right, he is responsible for the reaction and the harm being caused, and he is also responsible for allowing Steel to defame me and make my life unlivable and he is responsible for stopping that harm to me and letting me live, as there is no excuse for a 'safeguarding' investigation that destroys a survivor for no adequate or acceptable reason and does not actually investigate or achieve anything.
