A letter of Questions

Dear Dioceses of Winchester and Canterbury,

This is a letter of questions.
Some of Which I have already asked you but have decided to share with the general public.
The list of questions is exhaustive, because what the Church of England have done in their crazy showing off has brought up many many questions, and as you continue to subject me to harm and damage to my life, I am answering with questions.

1. Diocese of Winchester, Don't you think it was ultimate abuse of power that you liased with the police to destroy me for continuing to fight both your refusal to deal with my complaints and your illegal violations of my life, and then you used the same police to have me illegally traced so that you could go on destroying me?

2. Can you explain why, if your reports were about safeguarding, why you allowed Gavin Ashendent to be interviewed for the Steel report when he has never met me, was not in Jersey when I was there and was abusing his power as a former lawyer and chaplain to the Queen in order to protect the Dean, and has gone on to cause serious safeuarding issues in Jersey and the Diocese of Normandy?
What is being done about the safeguarding issues that Ashenden is causing in Jersey? Examples of which are commented on here:

3. This is one of your clergy, who you are permitting to use the press to spread terrible propaganda against vulnerable people and Islam. Can you explain why?

4. What is being done about Ashenden's behaviour, including his slander of me in the press and media, which is also a safeguarding issue? Can you explain why the Diocese of CAnterbury and the Diocese of Winchester are allowing Ashenden to run a column in the JEP that is furthering his damaging views and harm to vulnerable groups?

5. Unrelated. According to Bob Hill, the Diocese have agreed to pay for my accommodation for the rest of my life. That was in 2013. It is now 2015. Would the Diocese like to make the arrangement to backdate the money to 2013 and start paying me?

6. Could the Diocese of Winchester please explain why, if there was nothing wrong with the Steel report so that they were prepared to release it in 2013 and again in 2014, why it has been 'being looked at by legal and safeguarding experts' for a year now. With legal fees starting at £300 per hour, and safeguard expert fees probably not much lower, how much has a year of these experts cost? Who is paying, and why, if the report has twice been prepared for release, has it needed a year of 'being looked at'?

7. Can the Diocese then confirm that what they intend to release in the end is not the full whack of what Steel, Bailhache, Key, Ashenden, Birt, LeMarquand, LeFeuvre and other powerful and conflicted interrelated people engineered to cover up for the Dean and my abuser at my expense? Can the Diocese explain what worth a report hijacked by the defendants and amended is worth to the general public, transparency and safeguarding, especially considering how much it has cost?
How much, including the year of having the Steel report looked at by experts has this un-safeguarding report cost? And who are these experts? And why have these experts been given a report that excludes the person it is about and their views? Why after a year if these are genuine experts, haven't they spoken out about this being one sided?

8. A question was asked in the States of Jersey recently: Why is the Dean on Sabattical (again) and who is paying for it? I would like to ask the above question and also add, why was he apparently sent on Sabbattical by the Luitenant-Governor of Jersey? And why did he and the Deanery make a concerted effort to get the Steel report released before his sabbattical?

9. Can the Church please explain which authority they have referred the complaint about Sir Philip Bailhache's abuse of power and breaches of the data protection act while holding documents he was not entitled to, and when the results of that investigation will be available and where to get a copy?

10. On the same theme of investigation, who is investigating the smear campaign and lies about me in Jersey's local press and media by the Jersey Deanery, and the wider attacks on me as a result of the Bishop of Winchester and Archbishop of CAnterbury's launch of my case and the Korris report into the National Press. Who is carrying out this report and when will I be interviewed?

11. Remaining on the subject of reports and investigations. The Diocese of Winchester made a lot of noise about safeguarding and transparency and independent report, but as yet, no independent report that includes me has been arranged, unless it has been arranged without announcement, and as yet, I have not been contacted for interview. As all are aware, the Bishop has instigated investigations into Jane Fisher and the Deanery of Jersey's complaints against me, in the form of the Korris and Steel reports, but has not instigated any investigation into my complaints against the Jersey Deanery and Jane Fisher. Therefore this is an entirely unfair situation. When is the Bishop of Winchester or the Bishop of Dover going to arrange for a report into my complaints?

12. Can the Bishop explain exactly why he has effectively done a public, illegal and unjust investigation into me, and called it a safeguarding report? Can the Bishop explain how paradoxically destroying me while claiming it is in the interests of safeguarding makes sense? Can the Bishop explain why he has given a voice to my destroyers and unpheld them?

13 Can the Bishop explain why he had me illegally traced by the police on the claim that the diocese 'wanted to help me' after they had destroyed me, and he then went ahead in upholding the way the diocese had destroyed me, by threatening me, with the police and record that I would not have got if his clergy and safeguarding officer had not been doing wrong in the first place?

14. Can the Bishop of Winchester explain why, when he claims to consider Safeguarding is very important, why he has not dealt with Jane Fisher, his safeguarding director who has committed serious misconduct, and, as she is also a Reader in the Diocese of Winchester, why he has personally not dealt with complaints against her and left her to openly harass me, in the case of her illegally referring me to the NSPCC, illegally liasing about me, and her jeer of adding me on twitter last year, showing off that neither diocese nor police had dealt with he rmisconduct? And can the Bishop also explain how, as Jane Fisher is a reader, he has dealt with her conflict of interests in the 'Safeguarding complaint' as she is a reader alongside other readers in the Jersey Deanery, such as Ian LeMarquand and Neville Brookes and others who are close to my abuser? And can the Bishop explain why the formal complaints against Jane Fisher have not been dealt with and why after the complaints were made, she was allowed to continue to be involved in the Jersey Safeguarding matter? And why she refused to deal with the case of another vulnerable adult mistreated by the Church in Jersey, when she was in Jersey to illegally liase with the police over my case?

15. When is the Diocese of WInchester going to announce the conflicts of interest and coercions and abuses of power that rendered their 'visitation' and investigations in Jersey worthless? This includes connections between the Jersey Deanery and: Judiciary, Police, Masonic agreements, lawyers, advocates others involved in law, press and media workers, relatives and friends of the Dean, my abusers and the others listed here, other people not listed here. Unless the Diocese is quite open and blatant about these conflicts then they are neither being transparent nor honest, and if the Diocese do know these conflicts, then that again invalidates their 'investigations'.

16. What are the Diocese of Canterbury doing about the Jersey situation? Not a lot if Ashenden is anything to go by.

17. Did the Diocese of Winchester undertake this open public attack on me without foresight or was it deliberate? If the Bishop felt that he had the evidence on which to suspend the Dean, why did he then clear him before the Steel report was carried out, and thus defame me by anulling what had happened to me, and giving the press opportunity to attack me as discredited, why, if the Bishop re-instated the Dean, did he then proceed with the Steel report, having gone from suddenly suspending the Dean to suddenly clearing him? How did the evidence change from publicly suspending the Dean in the NAtional press, to clearing him? And why did the Steel report then occur when the Bishop had annulled his own actions, and why then has the Bishop not apologized to the Dean?

18. Why if the Dean was cleared, did he 'apologize' to no-one? Why did the feeble 'apology' never get sent to me by the Diocese? And why, when it was never sent to me, was it used as a 'trophy' on the Church website, after the Bishop cleared the Dean without even interviewing me?

19. Why, if the Korris report was inaccurate and thus you have cleared the Dean, have you not publicly annulled the Korris report and instead allowed me to continue being shamed and defamed by it? For example, in the Church (Times) Rag? Incidentally, why have you also allowed your clergy to libel and defame me in the same paper, where hundreds of clergy read their side of things and without my views added, one side of things gets heard and believed, and the same with the rest of the press slander. How, with these massive irregularities, can you claim that anything you have done is to do with safeguarding, and again, since you have cleared the Dean at my expense, why have you not apologized publicly to him for suspending him and publishing the Korris report? And why have you not apologized for me for the defamation and data protection breaches that have led to hate attacks and shunning of me? How is what you have done anything to do with safeguarding?!

20. Can the Bishop explain, in the context of the public display of abuse of power and ignorance of vulnerability and the effects of abuse shown by the typically wealthy and powerful Church members in response to the 'safeguarding reports' How the Bishop and Diocese have improved safeguarding through their actions, and how the Bishop and Dioceses have countered these ignorant, bigoted and narrow attitudes and educated these people on the subjects of poverty, vulnerability, disability and abuse? Especially notable church officers such as Philip Bailhache, Ian LeMarquand, Bruce Willings and other conflicted Church members? Can the Bishops publicly describe the work they and his dioceses have done in response to the open bigoted prejudiced and nasty attacks on me and on all abuse survivors and vulnerable people as a result of the Bishops unprecedented public attack on me and the Jersey Deanery through the Korris report?

21. Can the Bishops explain what action has been taken against the Clergy and Laity in the Jersey Deanery case for their ongoing misconduct as a result of the safeguarding report? And when there is to be a safeguarding investigation into my complaints, presumably leading to further appropriate action? And why a number of people involved in misconduct were actually promoted, as seems to be a generic action by the Church of England?


The next set of questions are the ones that I sent to Jan Korris in my open letter to her:

Here are some questions that you and other people need to ask the Bishop of Winchester:
1. Why did he have me traced and violated, illegally by the same police who his safeguarding officer had me destroyed with? Why  he do that AFTER publishing the Korris report and not in order to offer me a chance to participate?

2. Why were my amendments and views not added if it was a genuine safeguarding effort? And why was the report left up, not amended, until I took the Bishop to court?

3. Why did the Bishop not release the Steel report to a court of law if it was a genuine report? Why and how was he able to wriggle out of it, and will he do so again as I continue action against him?

4. Why did the Bishop claim that the Steel report was ready for release in November 2013, and then claim that someone had made a legal bid against the report's release? How could someone have made a legal bid when no-one knew what was in the report? This claim by the Bishop led to further slurs on me, most notably Peter Ould claiming I couldn't have made the legal bid as I was not intelligent enough - Peter Ould being the Vicar who blogged about sex until recently and illegally involved himself in my case to the detriment of the church and slandered me and jeered at me openly with the church refusing to restrain him until I kept up a sustained complaint - good safeguarding?

5. So if someone made a bid against the Steel report, and the Bishop had to amend it, then the report was not going to be accurate anyway, so then the Bishop claimed to be preparing to release it, again, in May, and Bob Hill and I both took action. Why was the Bishop trying to release this report to the wrong official in Jersey though? Again, when there is an independent investigation, outside of the Church, these things need to be queried.

6. Why does the Bishop keep claiming to have 'safeguarding and legal experts looking at the report? Why does he need these people looking at the reports if it is a fair and balanced report? Why have they been looking at this report for a year and more without contacting me to include my views and amendments? Why has the Bishop not sent me a copy of the Steel report to comment on?
Who are these legal and safeguarding experts?
If they are within the Church of England then they are conflicted, if they are not within the church then they would not have waited over a year to contact me for my views or declare the report conflicted and unbalanced and inappropriate denigration of a lone vulnerable adult. The Bishop's solicitors seemed unaware of the situation when I contacted them about this, and there is no sign of an outside safeguarding panel viewing this report, because if this happened, then due to the nature of the conflicted Steel report and due to the material about the mess the Bishop has made of my case being widely available, the Bishop would already be in a lot of trouble over the Steel report.
Presumably when Luther-Pendragon tell the Bishop to say that the Steel report is being looked at by legal and safeguarding experts, they are referring to the conflicted Jane Fisher and Elizabeth Hall, and the Bishop's chaplain, who is a trained Barrister. Thus the general public are being mislead.

7. Why did the Bishop of Winchester allow conflicted Jane Fisher to illegally refer me to the NSPCC? Especially when he had said that there would be no further unsolicited intervention in my life? And when Jane Fisher had a formal complaint against her, which the Bishop, Elizabeth Hall, Paul Butler and the Church of England have still failed to deal with? How are they committed to safeguarding when they have failed to record, investigate or resolve my complaint?

8. Why am I being made to live in fear of and trying to survive, continued press attacks while the Bishop of Winchester continues to lie about the Steel report and leave me waiting to be destroyed by it? Will any amount of safeguarding experts and legal experts make it into a genuine report when the fact that they are involved, ficticiously or for real just says the Bishop only cares about his and the Diocese's legal safety, as I remain excluded?!

9. Now that you have read my questions, ask yourself, what happens to the voiceless vulnerable when the church can be this dishonest and this cruel to someone who has a certain amount of ability to write to the church in defence? what happens to the voiceless when the Church of England control what the press get to see and when the Church can subject someone to the damage they have subjected me to, and never be called to account?

The 'Jersey Church of England Laity' a sample

The Diocese of Winchester, in their foolhardy attack on me, got the response from these people of a smear campaign against me that the Diocese did nothing about, and had these people using their power to uphold the Dean and, with states and judiciary connections, have me damned in the press.

The Jersey Laity employed Dame Heather Steel for their complaint against Tim Dakin, making it clear thus that Dame Steel was conflicted and could not also act to investigate the Jersey Deanery, as she couldn't act both for them and for the Diocese in an investigation and dispute.

First a very important man. He was the subject of my 'on trial quiz' and few of quiz competitors could name him, it took a long time for him to be named. Have to give him the seat of honour.

Gerard LeFeuvre:

 My abuser's nephew, also, co-incidentally, Freemason, member of the Kings Chamber orchestra, music CD's published worldwide, also a member of the Church of England in Jersey.
I am guessing the Diocese of Winchester had no idea of the connection when they accused me of 'involving innocent people.
But who would Gerard use his influence to support in the Diocese and Deanery charade?

I remember Gerard from church, the churchwarden's wife absolutely adored him and his wife, she fawned on them, it was a little bit stomach churning really, it was the usual 'family pride' and 'knowing someone famous' and also her obsession with Victoria college boys and old boys, of which Gerard is one. Which in Jersey, counts for something.

Gerard LeFeuvre is not only known as a famous person, as my abuser's nephew, as a member of church and a 'Christian', or as a freemason, he is also know to be a friend of Philip Bailhache, See the Judiciary post. Philip Bailhache has led the smear campaign against me and campaign to clear the Dean.

A few years ago, when I was still in Jersey, Gerard won the competition for Jersey's National Anthem, this caused quite some upset and it was said that the competition was unfair and biased.
One of the judges was Philip Bailhache.

I had the misfortune of accidentally having to deal with Gerard some time after I had left the churchwarden's family, he responded to my advert where I was looking for piano lessons, and sadly, blunt and autistic, I told him he couldn't help me as he was my abuser's nephew.

Philip Bailhache, Ian LeMarquand, Micheal Birt, all members of the church laity and involved in smearing me and absolving the Dean through their powers and legal expertise. See:

Neville Brooks:

A vital key player in the defence of the churchwarden, Dean and Vicar. A church of England reader at the churchwarden and Vicar's church, also closest friend of the churchwarden and his wife, Neville Brooks and his wife were always close friends of the churchwarden and his wife, when their children were at school, and when he supported the churchwarden through his sacking from the other church where they both belonged and both left when the churchwarden was sacked.

Neville was very much into the cult, mind control and bad element of the church, praying that 'people would accept the new service pattern' ie no choice, and after I spoke about the abuse for the first time, he did a sermon about 'who's truth is the truth', ie how 'people' can 'misunderstand', appalling, he even made big hints about who it was aimed at.

There is no doubt of his continued involvement and maligning of me, which Jane Fisher strenuously denied as all in my mind, what, Jane Fisher doesn't think this man would support his best friends and thus I am insane?

This is despite the fact that Neville Brooks knew of the previous sacking and the chaperoning policy, which I didn't know about, and he did nothing, even when he saw the churchwarden touching me, even when he knew the churchwarden was taking me out alone and even when the churchwarden took me home to live.

A former British Army captain, CBE, former churchwarden who sat on the Deanery Synod with my abuser.
Now when the Bishop launched on me and the Dean publicly, how exactly did he expect me to survive media attacks by people with this man's influence, and when did the Bishop actually take time to learn and state such people's position in these matters?
The Bishop showed no interest in the relationship between these people and the churchwarden or Dean and certainly never made sure, for my sake that he responded to their media attacks by stating these things!
Instead, after launching his public suspension of the Dean he showed no interest whatsoever in the harm to me, nor even the situation in Jersey, preferring to let a PR company release irrelevant press statements.

There are many more people involved, all well-heeled, with some influence and able to act against me for the Dean and churchwarden. Why did the Bishop launch on the Dean publicly and then not deal with the consequences, especially the consequences to me? Why has he left me suffering and ignored my concerns of a biased report and is going to basically kill me with it? Why has he done this after claiming this whole shambles to be because 'The Diocese are commited to safeguarding'?
Who have they safeguarded? Not me, they have destroyed me, and they have also ensured that no-one in their right mind or otherwise, with a legitimate complaint of abuse, will ever speak up, because in my case I am held up as 'Thus shall be done to the person who is guilty of the crime of being abused and the worse crime of speaking up'!

Nor have they actually done anything to improve safeguarding in Jersey or even investigate my complaint properly, nor did they deal with the other half of things, the way Jane Fisher dealt with me and my abusers in Jersey and Winchester. Nothing has changed in Jersey and Winchester, because neither lot of wrongdoers is going to accept responsibility, instead they are going to publicly damn me in a report I have had no say in but Jane Fisher and the wrongdoers in Jersey have! And no-one, not even the police, will stop them.

And as my abuser goes on to be re-elected, he has the encouragement that he can abuse if he wishes, the church are behind him and will destroy any victim who dares to speak up.

It will be difficult for the Steel Report to record that Bob Key did "everything" right because on being reinstated at the end of April he apologised and he said "he regrets the mistakes he made in the safeguarding processes and upon reflection, it would have been more helpful if he had co-operated more fully with the Korris Review."

Oh 3 jeers for good old Tel Boy, the former fastest milk man in the East. He has not yet captured how his spell check works but at least he is still trying, yes very trying.

Yes it’s good to remind us how the Dean and his wife work behind public scrutiny, has he not read the Korris Report and how they dealt with HG’s complaint behind closed doors. Yes they have changed some people’s lives but I don’t suppose HG will thank them for changing hers.

How Christian was the levelling of charges against HG and how unfortunate it was for HG to have Terry’s niece representing her in Court and plead that she be Bound Over.

Great work Terry, Jersey still needs you to score a few own goals.

Terry's niece (mis) represented HG in court? it gets better by the day and not a wander the conflicted Dame Heather didn't want to look at the court case.

When did the Diocese actually work out the connections in this matter? Before, after or never?

There were quite a number of other biases that affected me while in Jersey, this included a number of doctors and charity representatives being in the church and thus I was not able to access help and was humiliated by doctors, as they knew my abuser and his wife, who were also involved in at least one charity I was driven away from.

On an island like Jersey, if you make enemies in high places, your life is ruined.

Does the Bishop know or care, from Winchester, who is related to who, who has been asked to write to him without stating their real connections with the matter? Does the Bishop care? Does he question the false witness being borne to him? Does he even bother to read any of it?
One thing he doesn't do is take responsibility for the fact that he launched this attack, and although the reaction was not Christian or right, he is responsible for the reaction and the harm being caused, and he is also responsible for allowing Steel to defame me and make my life unlivable and he is responsible for stopping that harm to me and letting me live, as there is no excuse for a 'safeguarding' investigation that destroys a survivor for no adequate or acceptable reason and does not actually investigate or achieve anything.

'Statement' sent to the Diocese on 28/07/2013 and posted on the previous church blog

 The statement below was written for the Diocese last summer, and here I am in March, alive, in one piece, and even housed, after a fashion, but still suffering. Amazing how things have changed, my life feels completely different and my circumstances are very different but I still believe that either the stress of this horrible matter or further efforts by the Diocese, will drive me to an early grave.

Statement:

For two years I escaped, or almost escaped the Diocese of Winchester's violation of my life

Suddenly and shockingly I was traced by some police officer directly before Easter, traced under my new name and left violated and sickened, on behalf of the Diocese of Winchester

Because the Diocese had had a long habit of hurting me and having me attacked by the police, I made a complaint to the police authority for this violation by the diocese through the police, my complaint has yet to be dealt with properly.

I at the same time made queries to the Diocese, who blankly ignored me for weeks.

It was a week after this police attack by Jonathan Swift from Hampshire police that I became aware of the Dean of Jersey's suspension and the Bishop and Archbishop's fake apologies in the paper. This was because I was being bombarded with messages from people who had heard. Including an all-time useless and fake charity called MACSAS who's prying and illegal intervention in my life was much like Jane Fisher's and caused great pain in the past while I was suffering at the hands of the Diocese of Winchester.

and then I heard about the hate campaign against me by supporters of the Dean, this was lead by two people who had never met me, Philip Bailhache and Gavin Ashenden. Philip Bailhache held both church and political positions and used his political position to write a slanderous letter against me to the media, the Bishop and the Archbishop, which the Archbishop swiftly acknowledged and abided by, blocking my emails and having me treated as mad when I phoned his office. Philip Bailhache claimed he 'spoke for all Jersey people' but his media prevented the cries of protest at that from being heard. Gavin Ashenden had never met me but decided from what he knew from the Warrens and Lihous, which was their side of things and not mine, that publicly slandering me and condemning me for the Dean was acceptable and Christian. He is the one who claims that mentally ill people are demon-posessed and that it is acceptable to publicly force the demons out of them in humiliating rituals, and he is the one who loudly went on about me being mentally ill. I find it funny that the Lihous tried to force on me that forgiveness was more important than righting what was wrong when George Lihou chased and shouted at me, because it appears that I remain publicly and permenantly unforgiven over that for the sake of covering for wrongdoers.

I had to tell my church and friends what was wrong because I was in a state of collapse on receipt of the Police email on behalf of the Diocese, which I only read the first part of, which went on about the Bishop of Winchester and historic abuse and how the Bishop wanted to put me in 'local church groups' - which made me furious as I was now a Catholic, was driven out of every church in Winchester and had no intention at all of being ANYWHERE under the Diocese of Winchester's control, EVER AGAIN.

regarding previous point, how can the diocese be so blind as to think that any contact with them, any intervention and any involvement from them would ever be anything but traumatic after the way they have had me repeatedly brutalized and locked up???? It is like your rapist trying to be your friend, it is that ridiculous and humiliating and cringeworthy!

Eventually some chaplain replied with some vague and irrelevant stuff, which included denying that I was now suffering because of hatred coming from Jersey about me, disbelieving me!

So the Diocese had me traced just to fob me off and ignore me? well, no, they had me traced because once their awful badly written and unqualified Korris report was published, people in Jersey put them under pressure to trace me. The Diocese of Winchester were the same cold uncaring Diocese that they were under Scott-Joynt, new Bishop, old ways. They didn't want to know me, they didn't intend to help me, they had done this because they had no choice! and they made it very clear indeed that they didn't give a damn.

The Bishop himself never emailed me in the first month, this vague chaplain waffled on the Bishop's behalf, and he said something about being 'very very sorry in the delay' or something, and that is the only time apart from the self-glorifying 'apologies' in the paper, that the Bishop has done anything resembling an apology, and that is not a proper personal apology, it is words, he never met with me as implied and it caused me great pain when Bob Hill was told untruthfully that Bishop Dakin had met with me and Bob kept on and on asking me if it was true and when I had met with Dakin when I had not. I am furious at being used as a vessel for Bishop Dakin's lies!

Anyway, as this farcical situation continued and the news kept coming from Jersey and Wolvsley continued not to give a damn, I got to know the Jersey bloggers. Who have been the only comfort I have known apart from my friends, and even my friendships have been put under strain by this because since being traced and especially since being threatened by Bishop Tim, I have felt frightened and as if my life is paused and waiting for another beating and detention. And that is the fear that leads me to hope my life will end soon, chest pains over the last few days make me hopeful it will end before the Steele Farce is published because I have no wish to live through that.

Anyway, Bob Hill, a Jersey blogger, BEM, former MET police officer and Jersey politician, started asking me for my side of things, and talking about it has traumatized me, but I told him as best I could, and broke down when he questioned me again and again over things like the 'harrassment order' that I never got, which is to do with Jane Fisher attacking me with the police after trying to have me sectioned and leaving me on the run with my life in ruins and I never got the 'harrassment order'. But I remain traumatized for life by that, especially as that police attack by Fisher was followed by her claiming to 'offer counselling' to me through the police she attacked me with, even though no counselling would have worked at that point and the fact that she had not dealt with my complaint and had attacked me for wrongdoers and let them off the hook meant that nothing was going to help while my life was wrecked and I was broken and the wrongdoers were unpunished. So having to go over that with Bob again and again nearly killed me.

So, I continued to contact Wolvsley, puzzled as to why they seemed to have attacked my life with the police for absolutely nothing, and left me suffering. The Bishop replied through his chaplain's email address, which he always does, and this remains a very very silly and childish game of his, he replied by threatening me and I told him what I thought of him tracing me with the police only to threaten me with court orders, thus condoning the bad behaviour of Scott-Joynt, Fisher and Key, the only people who could have got me court orders, please note that I have no understanding of the police actions against me, only that I am branded mad and bad for life. I know of no court order that this Bishop who had shattered my life by having me traced could possibly have any right to either condone or threaten me with, but he did, and I saw my death clearly that day, because the only way, if this man condones the beatings and imprisonments, the only way I will escape him and his nasty little safeguarding officer who's title is a joke, and their police attacks is through death. So he took away the slight rebuild of my life that had come from two years escaped from Jane Fisher, he shattered it through the police attack and the threats and condoning of the way I had been treated and he shattered my life and heart and left me to deteriorate, as I am doing. Chest pains, chest pains, hope for death.

So, the hate campaign continued merrily, publicly and condoned by the Bishop and his threats, basically if he traced me to damn me like that after ignoring me, he was obviously happy to let me wiped out by the Jersey hate campaign, and yes, he did nothing.

Then he reinstated the Dean and said he had done nothing wrong, and he celebrated with the Dean in the press. On the Day that he reinstated the Dean, he sent me a message, not to warn me he was reinstating the Dean, and not to pass on the Dean's very very empty and vague 'apology' which didn't appear to have any content or be directed at anyone or for anything, but the Bishop contacted me that day regarding my emails to the Diocese for which he had threatened me, he contacted me regarding my emails which begged him to confirm that I would be safe from repeat violations, and the origin of my begging to be safe from violations after the police tracing of me was that Jane Fisher, both in Jersey and in Winchester on my return from Jersey in 2010, had slandered me to all churches in Winchester and then Romsey when I went there, had violated my privacy with police, social services, housing and other services, going behind my back and getting her and the Diocese side of things accross and ruining my name and leaving me raging, for which she had me attacked with the police. I was terrified and still am, that this harrassment for which I have no defence, will re-start, along with the police attacks. The Bishop did not respond to my begging for them not to intervene in my life until the day he reinstated the Dean. He replied in an email subject box saying 'no unsolicited intervention -confirmed' after I had been living in fear and begging to be assured I was safe for some time, and having been threatened.

So the Bishop forcibly violated my life and let me be shattered by his threats, the hate campaign and the clearing of the Dean of any misconduct, could things get any worse? yes.

I was spiralling downhill fast, the confidence and peace I had found in the life I was building and the gentle, steady therapy and the WRAP course that taught me to look after myself even when I was depressed or having flashbacks, was shattered and all the horror of not only everything that had happened, but also what people were saying had happened, ie the hate campaign, the awful Korris report that damages me and my character beyond repair because not only was it published as fact when it is not, but it also omitted my side and absolved jane Fisher of her behaviour to me. This ripped me apart in a way that you cannot possibly understand, I was already simply too psychologically damaged, can you begin to imagine, if you have not been traumatised too much, what something like this would do to someone?! And having to go through everything again with Bob and contact the advocate who let me be destroyed? It nearly drove me to suicide months ago. But the Bishop and Diocese coldly could not give a damn.

So, after a a very very close brush with suicide in April or May, in which I used everything I had been taught at WRAP and every atom of my strength and my loyalty to my friends in order to save my own life, the next shock was on it's way.

oh before I state the next shock, we were all made aware of the Bishop's laughable use of a PR company called Luther-Pendragon to handle this matter. The problem is, it was not just laughable but shocking, because it showed that the Bishop has no backbone but is a figurehead who cannot fight his own battles. Imagine a Bishop needing a worldly, Godless company who charge thousands of a Diocese who a few years ago had to lay off staff because of financial troubles, and this Bishop leaving a hungry and destitute abuse survivor on the streets and threatening her! Horrifying! 

So the next thing I knew was that Dame Heather Steele, a close colleague of Philip Bailhache, Richard Falle and other political and judicial figures who had been involved negatively either in my destroyal or the hate campaign, had 'approached Winchester' and 'offered to investigate', this screamed of corruption and whitewash and yet the Bishop ignored my concerns and other concerns and allowed this to proceed, but there has been a wait of months, and I hoped my objection to this conflicted investigation had been noted, but the Bishop has allowed it to go ahead. He has also licenced a member of jersey police to be involved, even though that is not ethical and my police records, which are inaccurate are presumably allowed to be accessed by Steele through this officer despite my objections, and Steele of course will not ask for my side of these inaccuracies as her aim will be to help Bailhache absolve the wrongdoers and villify me, easy done with the inaccurate records. 

So basically I am left waiting to be slaughtered and this has had a massive toll on my health.

The other side of the investigation, led by John Gladwin, would have also bypassed me if Bob Hill had not made contact with John Gladwin and made contact with John Gladwin again when John Gladwin was evasive and tried to bypass the questions about meeting with me.

A meeting did go ahead, although in 3 and a half hours I was barely able to explain to John Gladwin and Christine Daly my side of anything, it would take days for me to adequately verbalise what happened to me, and that three and a half hours appears to be all the interveiew time I will ever get with the investigation as it was done to make things appear fair after Bob pushed for an interview with John Gladwin, so with my side not adequately heard, the investigation proceeded.

John and Christine went to Jersey and were joined by a lawyer who Bob Hill described having concerns about, and who tried to tell him I was not branded by my destroyal and removal from Jersey. Bob commented to me that he did not trust this lawyer and also that John and Christine had 'let us down' and that I should not let them have my evidence as they would not necessarily be honest and might use the evidence to their own purposes and leave me let down. Well I am let down full stop, because nothing that happens now is going to help me.

I sent the Bishop 20 Questions like Bruce Willings did in the hate campaign against me, never expected an answer as the Bishop had made his stance on me very clear, he didn't give a damn, that was apparent in the threat he made and his reinstatement of the Dean with no warning to me and no attempt to pass the Dean's apology to me.

But funnily enough and probably for show, the Bishop started waffling in subject boxes, saying he would only email me on Fridays, which impressed me, if you can set clear boundaries like that then you have a chance of helping me, because you say a lot just by doing that.

But because of how damaged I now was by the Bishop, and because of my deteriorating health, I read the Bishop's subject boxes which were about how he wanted to email me and I said 'not yet' in many more words than that. But the Bishop knew he could email Bob Hill who was acting as my mediator, but Bob Hill told me that the Bishop ignored him.

The weekly requests by the Bishop to email me left me traumatized because I could anticipate his untruths about everything because of everything that had happened so far. and this wore me down and made me angry as I fell apart more and more from the strain of this nightmare that the Diocese of Winchester had launched on me from the day they attacked my new life through DC Jonathan Swift.

The Dame Steele enquiry went ahead despite protests. Dame Steele, in the very same style as everything else in this nightmare, didn't even bother to be civil or ask for my side of things or introduce herself. She tried to illegally gain access to my legal documents through my former advocate who had allowed the Diocese of Winchester to destroy me.

I was sickened to be contacted by the advocate and told this, sickened and traumatized to be contacted by the woman who had allowed the diocese to destroy me and had not defended me in any way. I was more sickened that Steele had been allowed to continue her biased investigation despite my formal complaints to the police about it being a conflict of interests and that rather than speaking to me and politely introducing herself and asking me to contact advocate Nicholl for the documents, she had attempted to illegally obtain them, which knowing her reputation and this biased investigation and the Jersey way, she will illegally obtain those same documents somehow from advocate Nicholl or another source, and I am helpless to stop her. Despite making it clear formally that I forbade this illegal action.

And at the same time, the Bishop decided that he had ahd enough of pretending to be polite and would try to force his views on me and jeer that I could 'get a friend' to read whatever smooth talk he had whipped up through Luther Pendragon, undoubtedly more smoothly veiled threats like the last time. Neither myself nor my friends will read anything or listen to anything from Bishop Dakin at any point, he had his say and gave his opinion in his threats and his reinstatement of the Dean.

Sadly it was a three-pronged attack, with a further effort from Christine Daly, after asking her and everyone else who to submit my evidence to, repeatedly, my query was ignored just as everything I have said has been ignored. She sent me an email making it clear that my query was ignored and that the investigation had proceeded without my evidence and that what little evidence they had of mine was to be picked to pieces and that I had no further say in the matter. It was already clear that this investigation was a sham. And Christine had previously caused me deep deep distress for which she hasn't apologized,  by taking a note of the EMDR therapy that my psychologist says I need and saying that she would see what could be done to enable that therapy, and then more recently sending a load of incomprehensible nonsense about the help I needed being Autism Wessex and Autism London, as if either of those were therapy or even accessible to me as neither are remotely near me and are NOT the therapy that we discussed. I apologized for my angry reaction but it was made quite clear to me through that that not a single person involved in this cares about my welfare, my distress, my needs, the impact of this on my whole life! This whole thing is like one hell of a horrible way to drive someone beyond reason and to suicide, and I am gritting my teeth and hanging on while my heart and blood pressure go mad! But I have nothing to live for, I am trapped in a limbo, waiting for this awful investigation which excludes me and my side, to conclude and kill me, the only possible outcome of something that excludes my views as the Korris report did and nearly killed me, is that I am to be ruined, I am to be destroyed, I am to be driven to death by suicide or stress or broken heart. I cannot take any more of this, the last four months have driven me to desparation and I know that the more distressed I get, the more likely I am, vulnerable and trapped by the Diocese, to be battered and locked up, which in turn is likely to stop my heart.

And remember, if the Diocese could trace me to attack my life after the Korris report, they could have traced me to include me in it instead of writing that utter rubbish that omitted Jane Fisher's destroyal of me, she is the reason I remain on the streets and that my wounds will never heal, her repeated rapes of my privacy and dignity and her attempts to have me branded insane and put away. The Diocese had my email addresses and the Korris report claims I blocked the Diocese whereas the truth is that I blocked Jane Fisher and I told her both times, in Jersey and in Winchester that I was blocking her because she traumatized me, Korris and the Diocese could have emailed me instead of printing that rubbbish that makes me want to die with shame and with outrage that fisher's back was covered and she makes herself look good while if someone better than her had been in charge then I would not be ruined and none of this would have happened. I would be in Jersey and working and sailing, whereas I live on the streets with scars nothing and no-one can heal.

I have been advised by my psychologist that the current traumatic situation means I cannot have EMDR, and even him working with me is risky because of the high levels of trauma and distress.

I am in a nightmare and cannot take any more shocks and attacks by the Diocese of Winchester. Two years after they finished destroying me is two years too late for a pretence of investigation which omits the very culprit of all the wrong, Jane Fisher, who lied, bullied, was devious, covered wrongdoers backs, blamed me, tried to 'teach me lessons' and covered for people who attacked me on  behalf of the abusers and wrongdoers, excusing them by saying I was not attacked, that I had done wrong and that people had apologized and therefore it was all ok, even though that particiular attack was done on the grounds of slander and gossip, and then Jane Fisher is responsible for the police attacks that have left me with no future, because the brutalizations and detentions scream deep deep in my soul and I will never feel safe indoors again, will never be employable again with a record like that and never be able to live with myself because of it. At age 32, my life is over, and yet I am suffering it all again because the Diocese have used it all as an excuse to launch on me and smash me to smithereens again. I was finished and as good as dead before their attack, but I was peaceful, because I felt I ahd escaped them at last.

And yet they have been allowed to use the police to attack me and violate me despite evrything and they have gone from that to leave me shaking and with chest pains and suffering flashbacks, fury, sorrow and fear, for nothing beneficial to me, just open-ended destroyal and no sign at all that I will ever escape them. It is much more likely that this kills me, and maybe police beatings and detentions will be involved, than the very remote chance that I get to walk away with no further damage, that is very remote indeed, and I can assure you I do not know what I did to deserve this, I was already fully punished in a way that I would never recover from for being autistic, being abused, being dependent, fighting back to wrong treatment and standing up to Jane Fisher's rapes of my life and privacy.

There was no need to do this to me, I would die out here anyway, probably in the winter or when I couldn't get food and my blood sugar got too low, but it would have been peaceful, being driven to my death this way is horrific.

Good morning,
I guess I had better make a start on some blogwork today, mainly because of the trauma and exhaustion this whole matter has brought on, it is hard to work with it.
I gather that my letter has caused certainly people to turn purple and snort and huff, as is the way of a certain class of people when their 'dignity is affronted' (that is such a cool phrase).

Basically it remains the case that this whole matter is too much of a burden to me and shouldn't have been placed on me at all, it was in the past, unresolved as it was, but it isn't going to be better resolved the way it is being handled.

So, apart from starting to bring you full postings of my experience, I guess I should start telling you some of the myths I have been hearing and setting them, and the Korris report straight again.

I guess I had also better say that the JEP is not known as Jersey's Evening Propaganda for nothing, if it is in their interests or the interests of anyone connected to them, then they can distort a story beyond recognition, they are also famous for refusing to allow comments about some subjects or only publishing comments that bias to one side of things, for example, in my case, they only go against me and allow comments and letters against me. Although, they have published some of Bob Hill's letters, but have 'clipped' his letters and refused to allow his mention of my arrest and 'deportation'.

Is it surprising? The JEP is overseen by the brother of the churchwarden who abused me.
He also seems to have his share of problems.

I think it was Bruce Willing who claimed that I was going for compensation from the Diocese of Winchester.
This is completely unfounded, the last thing I would do, mainly because the Diocese are a business, a vicious, callous corporation, and I am very tired, I would not be able to go up against them.
When this whole wretched story broke and turned my life upside down, several people approached me to offer to assist me in getting compensation and arranging the help I needed to do so, but I said no thank you, because all the money in the world would not undo what has been done, and all the money in the world would not restore my health that would be further harmed by the attempt to sue the diocese, and I can muster no interest in sueing them, because it would not change them or restore me.
So let's bust the sueing myth now.

Bruce Willing claims I have made numerous previous complaints in Hampshire and Guernsey, but actually the diocese of Winchester can't lie and say that there were any complaints made previous to my complaint about the churchwarden in Jersey, any subsequent complaints that are considered to exist would be because people who have previously harmed me have involved themselves in the Jersey complaint.
