A Pastoral Letter to Justin Welby

To Justin Welby, Archbishop of Canterbury regarding his continued use of abuse in the press and media.

Dear Justin Welby,

First and foremost, you need to read all of this letter because it contains an initial warning of legal action against you, and your powerful and Godless lawyers won't be able to stop or prevent this as you are evidenced in the press and media to be knowingly breaking the law, causing harm and danger to the vulnerable, and aiding and upholding others in doing the same. Some say your PR stunts to do with abuse occur when you are contacted about my case and others and reminded of your criminal negligence and cover-ups.

Enough is enough. Enough was enough years ago when you publicly destroyed a vulnerable adult with the help of the unquestioning and complicit press and media in order to cover up the church's wrongdoings at the expense of the victim's life. To put out a pastoral letter that appears to jeer at victims giving evidence to the IICSA, after the IICSA have been asked to stop you from using abuse as a PR campaign during their inquiry, is the ultimate contempt, and again reinforces the image that you feel that the IICSA will protect you and your church as well as your callous disregard for victims' feelings. From the IICSA's part, they are allowing the image that you are going to go on being an unregulated and abusive organization, as they don't appear to have effectively restrained you.

Let me just scenario that. Imagine that you are a victim. You are struggling with life because you have been raped or buggered by clergy and laity in the church, and as a result you cannot have faith in God. You are going through a tough time as you finally hope to see justice through giving evidence to the IICSA. And you then see the organization who have not only abused you but treated you appallingly when you have asked them for justice, using the press and media for limelight over their 'prayers' for you. You will be disgusted.

As every victim knows, prayers from their abusers and the organization which abused them, doesn't un-abuse them, doesn't un-rape or un-bugger them, doesn't in fact make any difference, as I can assure you myself. Do you know what your prayers look like to an abuse victim? They look like you and your church live in another world, where you have no understanding whatsoever of the impact of your continued psychopathic lack of understanding of abuse and safeguarding.

You and yours 'prayed' for me publicly as you acted in great evil to destroy and nearly kill me. Believe me your prayers are an abomination, and if God exists, He will spit on you before sending you to hell, all you have achieved is cutting me off from God and leaving me suffering living death and unremitting anguish, day and night, so tell me, does God not hear your prayers? Or are your prayers just a worthless show from a bunch of dangerous over-powerful hypocrites? As I am sure you know, some church victims endured clergy saying prayers before or after they raped them.

What about my prayers for justice and for your silencing and removal, and for the same for those named below? Does God hear me? Does He hear me as I go on and on asking for you to be silent and be removed, and for the church to be held to account for their evil in my case? While I suffer and you and those involved aren't held to account, I see prayers as useless and your use of prayers that was as re-abuse.

As a victim, seeing this continued and relentless showing off at victims' expense while continuing to refuse to act upon abuse and wrongdoing you will feel that not only are the church confident of influencing the IICSA in making sure the church are seen in a good light over their abuse, but that they are jeering. Jeering that no matter how much the church are asked to stop using abuse as a PR stunt, no matter how much the church are told that while they don't safeguard and while they treat victims badly, they shouldn't be boasting, they intend to ignore the pleas of victims and requests to the IICSA for the boasting to stop, the Church of England intend to go on being callous and cruel and jeering and using abuse and victims to boast and glorify themselves.

Certainly the IICSA's behaviour in my case, in enabling the church to leave me homeless with the help of the police in the horrific Amberstone attack which left me homeless to this day, taking my new identity and community and ruining me, does cast doubts on the IICSA's investigation of church abuse. The IICSA didn't show neutrality or impartiality in subjecting me to that additional damage after your attempt on my life by destroying me publicly.

Your behaviour is so crass and callous, especially as I and other victims have asked you repeatedly to stop behaving like this, to stop using abuse to glorify yourself and show your contempt for victims.

I am the victim who you personally left for dead and left suffering unremitting and unbearable anguish. And each time you and Peter Hancock use abuse as a boast or a PR stunt as you do, you destroy me again, and you leave me unable to earn my hand-to-mouth living, so you leave me without food. You and Peter Hancock uphold the wrongdoers in my case, and thus you should both have resigned by now, neither of you are in a position to use safeguarding or abuse as a boast. Neither of you have the courage to contact me about my complaints, so safeguarding or even human decency are two things you don't understand.

Most people would have committed suicide over your and Bishop Tim Dakin's shocking and disgraceful launch of my case into the press with my side unrecorded and unheard, and three years use of my case in the press to destroy and discredit me while glorifying the church and making the matter to be about safeguarding while ignoring me and my anguish and the damage I suffered as a result of the public hate you triggered, the beatings and rapes I suffered as a result of you making me into a figure of public hatred are unhealable.

Three years of clergy and laity openly behaving like animals and certainly not Christians, to destroy a vulnerable adult publicly without any relief or mercy. Three years in which many many members of the church behaved in ways that would leave them without jobs if they were working for any decent organization. The Church of England is neither decent nor Christian, and is running on falsehoods and abusing power that it shouldn't have. The Church of England has proven what a danger it is to the public and the vulnerable while it is unregulated and above the law. And your massive use of abuse as PR while nothing has improved in safeguarding and you have been part of a massive safeguarding failure that nearly killed and has left destroyed, a vulnerable adult who was abused by serial abusers in your church.

If it was about safeguarding, why did you launch the matter into the press so that I was attacked and threatened and still am being, and am living as a fugitive? If it was about safeguarding, why did I have to take Bishop Tim Dakin to court to stop him from killing me with attacks on my character, and if it was about safeguarding, why is Tim Dakin still in his position after I took him to court?

If it was about safeguarding, why did you allow four whitewash reports by conflicted individuals and bodies to continue and be used to destroy me? Why did you fail to answer any of my concerns at any time, and only meet with the power and criminally behaved dignitaries involved in the public destruction of me? Why are you still insulting abuse victims after behaving like this? You still do not have effective safeguarding, and you still treat victims appallingly, I can only assume from your continued psychopathic and callous behaviour in using victims for PR, that you are mentally ill and in need of retiring from your position to seek help before you do any more harm.

You and your safeguarding team, or so called, and Bishops and staff, have behaved appallingly, and some of them should not still be in their positions. You have received numerous complaints and will continue to do so, as you continue to ignore the complaints.

Take the time to act upon the complaints made rather than showing how you can abuse the press and media on silly, badly produced articles and 'pastoral letters' created to glorify you and your dangerous corporation. And get some advice on what a pastoral letter is, a pastoral letter isn't supposed to be a PR stunt or a way of misleading people, do you remember Tim Dakin using his pastoral letter to lie about my case and mislead clergy at my expense?

Why is Tim Dakin still in office? He was happy to kill me to cover up his wrongdoing, he is the evidence that you don't, won't and can't safeguard and have no regard for the lives or welfare of victims. You and he have never responded to my concerns and you allowed conflicted hate attacks on me and called them reports, and have not recorded or investigated my case, so how can you either safeguard or care about abuse victims? You took the side of, and publicly upheld the wrongdoers in my case, without meeting me or communicating with me.

Remember, nothing has been done about the million pound Jersey and Winchester whitewash that was used to cover up for the church and destroy me, and there has been no recording of what has happened to me, what I have experienced, and thus nothing has been done about the wrongdoing of those involved.

Do you recall you and Peter Hancock publicly upholding the Key wrongdoers in my case, and telling the world through the press and media that those people were to work for you in evangelical positions, that needs to be investigated, and until it has been, indeed until the whole adult lifetime of the church abusing me, especially your three year public discrediting of me and criminal actions and conflicted whitewash of my case has been investigated, you are in no position to go on and on callously and psychopathically boasting, not that victims will ever want to be shocked by your lies about caring and safeguarding. But save the boasting until your personally led million pound public attempt on the life of a vulnerable adult, leaving her living dead and without justice, a voice or any closure, has been investigated by an independent (look it up!) review.

Make sure the following people are investigated independently over my case, and this is an exhaustive list: Yourself, Peter Hancock, Paul Butler, John Sentamu, Daphne Green, the Diocese of York, Paul Butler and the Diocese of Durham, the Jersey and Guernsey, Winchester, Andover and Romsey Deaneries, Tim Dakin, Jackie Rowlands, John Gladwin, Christine Daly, Trevor Willmott, Sheila Rooke, Elaine Rose, Graham Tilby, Jane Dodds, Moira Murray, Caroline Venables.

In addition, you are responsible for making sure the criminal and dangerous behaviour of the press and media, States of Jersey, Jersey Safeguarding Partnership, Jersey's judiciary, and police, and all complicit authorities and all that failed to act, are investigated. The whole matter is your responsibility, and for two years since you and Tim Dakin attempted on my life, you have ignored my letters and emails, put the phone down on me, and instructed your clergy, laity, safeguarding team and anyone connected to the church, to do the same. Make sure the Church Times spreading of hatred and lies about me is made particularly prominent in the investigation.

Remember, this is an exhaustive list, and this is going to be a big investigation, but you had a million pounds in spare change to throw away on having me publicly destroyed and killed, you had a million pounds to allow a lot of conflicted people to break the law, illegally access records, publicly destroy a vulnerable adult, and act in criminal and harmful ways, you had a million pounds to leave me living as a terrified fugitive with no access to medical help or the protection, support or justice that the police, social services, justice and other agencies should offer, because you and your church destroyed and defamed me. So you must have the ten  million or so to investigate my case in its entirety, including your own massive criminal abuse of power and cowardice in failing to answer me and my requests for justice. Make sure the investigation is begun as soon as possible, make sure someone who knows what independent means contacts me about who the investigators are to be, and make sure that this time, my side of things is given priority as the million pound whitewash covers the lies and hatred of the wrongdoers and conflicted authorities already but doesn't include me.

Now, as I said at the beginning, as you appear to intend to go on re-abusing me and other victims with impunity and ignoring requests for you to stop, and as the police continue to be complicit and refuse to act upon the criminal behaviour of you and your clergy and laity, I will tell you as I told Tim Dakin and he ignored it at great cost to himself, if the police won't stop you or bring you to justice, I will take you to court. Remember how Tim Dakin was so embarrassed to be taken to court that when you and he publicly destroyed me in 2016, he failed to tell the general public about that through the press, and instead tried to claim that he was feeding the illegal criminal whitewash Steel report into the whitewash Gladwin report, without either meeting with me or giving me a copy of the Steel report.

It is absolutely unthinkable that in this day and age you have, or think you have, got away with the million pound whitewash and left me living as a destroyed fugitive, and your arrogance and psychopathy not only in thinking that this will be covered up, but to go on boasting about abuse and glorifying yourself, is appalling, unthinkable, only a Godless and unregulated organization like the church could do that, and you remember when you used George Carey as a PR stunt in asking him to step down when you exactly the same to me in my case as he did to the Peter Ball victims?

All I can say is, one more boast from you and I will file, and you may control the press and media to the extent that you were able to publicly destroy me unquestioned, but you will go down in history for your criminal behaviour in my case. And remember, Tim Dakin thought I was bluffing until he ended up in court with a lawyer who lied desperately and then dropped dead. What a terrible shameful position you and Tim Dakin and your colleagues are in, to be using the Lord's Name in vain while you don't know Him and are invalidating any person you give communion to, and marriage you preside over, any service you preside over, because you were willing to KILL a vulnerable adult and lie about it, for the sake of the church's image.

Every day that I suffer, you and your church and faith are invalid and God, if He exists, will be furious. Stop boasting and hiding, your victim and the injustice is not going away through your blocking her and her calls, letters and emails, your victim isn't going away while your safeguarding team invalidate themselves by doing the same.

A letter to Bishop Peter Hancock Regarding his unsuitability as Safeguarding Representative for the Church of England while he has upheld and employed a criminal abuser

Dear Peter Hancock,

When I saw you using the Peter Ball case to preen yourself and masturbate your ego in public, I had no idea that you had taken over from Paul Butler in the public preening and misleading over safeguarding position, and when I found out, I was horrified, because there has been no justice in my case, and you have been part of the injustice, in employing the man who had me destroyed for his abuser friend.

You employed Bob Key according to these articles below, and there was this disgusting show for a man who has committed very serious and criminal wrongs which destroyed a lone vulnerable adult while he was supported and upheld in this both by the Church of England and the States of Jersey. Up to a million pounds is estimated to have been spent on the whitewash reports that ignored his victim's story. And as yet the injustice remains, and as his victim, I am suffering beyond relief. A man who destroyed a vulnerable adult for his abuser friend cannot be involved in evangelism as he is a risk to the vulnerable as well as not being a servant of Christ, he can't bring anyone to a God who he hates and has contempt for, and no-one who upholds such a man is a servant of Christ.

The man who destroyed me, was moved to evangelism positions where he will pose a risk to the vulnerable. And Peter Hancock, the new 'safeguarding' stuntman for the church of England has arranged this.

I hope that Moira Gibb will accordingly redact her claim that there has been improvement since the Peter Ball matter, because nothing whatsoever has changed.

Mr Key will be working with cathedrals and larger churches in the UK as part of a national prayer initiative called Thy Kingdom Come 2017.

He has also accepted an invitation from the Bishop of Bath and Wells to be part of the team taking forward that diocese’s new strategy for ‘mission and evangelism’.

States Members were informed this week that he will be taking up a new role with the ‘Archbishops’ Evangelism Task Group’, as part of a national initiative called “Thy Kingdom Come 2017.”

He’ll also be working with the Bishop of Bath and Wells on a “…new strategy for mission and evangelism.”

As safeguarding representative as well as employing this remorseless wrongdoer, you are extremely conflicted as well as unsuitable for your post, and while my case remains needing investigation, it would appear that you are going to actively stand in the way of that, as you employ and uphold the wrongoer, who poses a risk to the vulnerable, in an evangelism position where he will be a risk to the vulnerable. 

You aren't a suitable safeguarding representative as you are part of the circle who protect abusers and collude to protect the church and make sure that they aren't held accountable. Nothing has changed since Peter Ball was protected by George Carey, the same has happened over again in my case, but this time you and the Church do a shiny, empty show for the press regarding safeguarding, with no genuine intention or effort to either safeguard, or bring justice to victims.

Your and Justin Welby's protection of Bob Key and Tim Dakin and their wrongs may not be seen to be on the same serious scale of George Carey protecting Peter Ball, but it is exactly the same sort of thing, you have upheld a wrongdoer and destroyed a victim to the point of suicide. No lessons have been learned and nothing has changed, except the fake safeguarding campaign that wasn't around in Ball and Carey's day, which you and Welby and others now run.

 I understand from other victims and support groups that Paul Butler stepped down because he was as unsuitable as you for representing safeguarding and he knew it and too many others knew it, certainly his involvement in my case when he was conflicted, as you are, was inappropriate, and no Bishop can represent safeguarding, as they are, especially the corrupt core connected to the Winchester Diocese, as you and Butler are, can represent safeguarding, as they continue to have a systemic safeguarding problem.

A man who upholds a criminal abuser such as Bob Key, cannot claim to represent safeguarding. An estimated million pounds was the end total spent on lawyers and PR over the Bob Key matter, and what was that money used for? Protecting the Church's image, protecting Bob Key, Justin Welby and Tim Dakin, for their wrongdoing and dishonesty and harm to me. And what money was provided to me for equal representation over the three years that the church publicly destroyed and smeared me while claiming to care about safeguarding? Nothing, and they nearly killed me. Do you remember Paul Butler masturbating his ego over Ball's dead victim? Disgusting, but in my case, the church would have slandered me in death as they did in life.

I remain destroyed, while you employ the man who with the help of police, States and others, destroyed me, and if you don't see the problem, of employing the wrongdoer in an unresolved abuse case while you act as safeguarding representative, then there is something wrong with you, and this is not excused by the way the church have branded me as mad, bad or criminal, because that is how the church have systemically treated victims, no lessons learned, for many years. They branded Eli Ward as schitzophrenic, and former Faith Minister Eric Pickles tried to protect the church by telling Theresa Cooper that her problem was her medication.

I suffer night and day as a result of the horrific damage to me by the Church of England since I was 19, and it is at a point where there can never be justice or relief, the suffering has become my life and is not removable. Being abused repeatedly, being treated appallingly by police and NHS as a result, being publicly and utterly destroyed by the church of england, and enduring the complete refusal of the National Safeguarding Team to act on the open and lawless behaviour of the church, is too much to live with, and all of that on top of the background that I came from to end up vulnerable and abused in the church.

Most people would not survive this long with this suffering. And even if and when I do get the final signature for Dignitas, the Church remain responsible and aware of their serious and systemic failures in my case. And because no-one in my case will be convicted, because the police chose to punish me for reporting old boys with mason, magistrate and other connections, no-one ever will, and thus the Church will refuse to act upon their horrific cover-up of my case and damage to me, because apparently you need a conviction like in the Peter Ball case before you act, even if you have denied the victims so much that one of them ends up dead before they see justice and their abuser removed from church cases.

As you are conflicted and openly supporting wrongdoers, not least Bob and Daphne Key, and have shown neither interest in my side of things nor interest in good safeguarding in removing them from positions where they can harm the vulnerable, you are not suitable as safeguarding representative for the church, and you also need to make sure my case is investigated by a non-conflicted person and agency, which is what I have been asking for quite some time, but the National Safeguarding Team and the Winchester Diocesan Safeguarding representative have been advised to ignore me and put the phone down on me, thankfully I understand that this isn't just me that they do this to, you will have seen several articles published by survivors about this ongoing bad attitude to safegaurding by the Church. It would be best if the Church want to continue creating their false illusion of safeguarding, that you step down as official peacock and jester when church abuse is discovered by the press and media, as you are no more suitable than Butler, and before you go, make sure that something is done about the atrocious way that victims are being treated and the your horrifying conflict of interests in the unresolved Jersey and Winchester matter, as although I do not want to live, I want to make sure the duplicity and injustice that you are now the prime figure in, is exposed forever no matter if I die branded, shamed and destroyed while the church condemn me and uphold my abusers.

Justin Welby and Tim Dakin spent a million pounds destroying me, they abused the press and media to publicly destroy me, they acted illegally in accessing police records, and they acted illegally in heading a smear campaign and whitewash of my case, covering up for, and upholding wrongdoers, never once making sure that what happened to me was included.

They also did not investigate Fred and Juliet Montague's abuse of me nor their intervention to protect my other abuser, they did not investigate Jane Fisher upholding my abuser and having me destroyed and driven from my communities and help services by Jane Fisher and the Scott-Joynt's slander of me, instead, Justin Welby and Tim Dakin had me publicly smeared and destroyed for three years before publicly discrediting me and leaving me to commit suicide, which would have solved their problems because I took them to court over their defamatory whitewash reports and so they had me publicly smeared and destroyed because I had stopped them from publishing their biggest whitewash, the conflicted and criminal Steel report.

For three years Justin Welby allowed me to be viciously smeared, defamed and degraded in the press and media without him ever contacting me or arranging for me to have the same PR, lawyers or press voice as the wrongdoers who he allowed and aided in smearing, defaming and degrading me. Then he publicly discredited me with the Bishop, neither of them having met me nor recorded what happened to me.

Justin Welby isn't in a position to attack George Carey, nor to go on with his fake safeguarding campaign over historic cases for show, he is, here and now, an abuser who destroyed a vulnerable adult. And had I been any other vulnerable adult, I would be long dead by now, instead of living death, while Welby and Dakin and their complicit police and press would have been smearing me in my death in order to cover up.

Justin Welby has left me suffering living death, destroyed and defamed, he and the Bishop of Winchester have committed criminal acts including breaching the data protection act, harassment and abuse of a vulnerable adult, illegal actions involving police and other authorities records, defamation as I was recognized, attacked and harassed as a result of their actions. Welby is in no position to go on blaring about safeguarding while I sit here suffering intolerable anguish and waiting to die, with each new vainglorious fake safeguarding press release by Welby making my anguish worse.

And incredibly his safeguarding team have upheld the harm to me, tried to force me to accept it, and blocked me because I won't and because I am asking for an independent investigation both into the way I have been destroyed by Welby, Dakin and Butler's destruction of me in their safeguarding PR stunt gone wrong. The Dioceses of Winchester and Canterbury and Lambeth Palace and the National Safeguarding team think that if they block me and go on carrying out loud and blaring investigations into historical abuse and claiming that the church isn't like this any more, then everything will be alright.

No, it won't, I am destroyed and waiting to die, and my case won't go away even if the police go on ignoring the criminal harm to me, even if the church go on trying to block me, their evil against me will never go away.

And in Welby's lifetime, maybe some jerk Archbishop trying to protect and glorify the corrupt and evil church of england, if it hasn't been rightfully disbanded, will blare and attack Welby for his evil against me, wouldn't that be poetic justice. But I will be dead by then and whether Welby and Dakin are held to account for my constructive murder, I don't know.

My suffering is intolerable now, and I want, as ever, for my abusers, Justin Welby and Tim Dakin, to be removed and to face police action. There is no safeguarding in the church of england, even the national safeguarding team and caroline venables uphold the way I have been publicly destroyed and left for dead, the national safeguarding team actually co-ordinated my public destruction after leaving me suffering and ignoring my calls after Bob Hill collapsed defending my life from hate attacks instigated by Welby, Dakin and their whitewash conflicted smear reports and press releases that destroyed defamed and humiliated me. Nothing has been done, I have continued to sink into death, I am living dead, and my abuser, Justin Welby, is still masturbating himself over abuse and safeguarding in public.

Please make sure something is done.

Last night I was told that Bob and Daphne Key, the former Dean of Jersey and his wife, who were friends with my abuser, Robb Averty, and protected him and had me destroyed, have not actually gone to work for Peter Hancock, who failed to protect me from abuse, they were upheld publicly by the church for destroying me for their friends, and the press and media glorified them and said that they were going to work for Peter Hancock in the Diocese of Bath and Wells. Last night I was told that wasn't the case. 

But wherever they went, they are a danger to the vulnerable, they called me evil for their abuser friends and upheld them, my story remains unrecorded by press, media, reports or the church. So there is no safeguarding in the church of england, just a very noisy and arrogant and narcissistic archbishop who openly upholds abusers and destroys victims. 

Make sure something is done. I don't want to live and can't wait to die, but I want something done about the utter evil inflicted on me by the church of England under Justin Welby, and the way my back has been broken and I have been left to die suffering and broken and ashamed.

And I don't want my abusers, Welby and Dakin masturbating on my grave or doing a disgusting Paul Butler necrophelia act like he did with Peter Ball's suicide victim.

Dear Lord Carey,

I am the victim of Justin Welby's abuse, well I am one of his victims.

I wrote to you a few years ago to ask if you could do anything about Justin Welby and his corrupt little circle abusing and destroying me.

I have unfortunately gone on suffering him and enduring his horrific damage to me while he continues his vainglorious safeguarding boasts in the press and media, but I can assure you, there has been no improvement in safeguarding in the Church of England during his and Paul Butler's shared office as Archbishop and press and media lies machine.

I am aware that Welby is currently getting off on 'Telling you to step down' in order to glorify himself, he has been using abuse to glorify himself for the past four years, in between attacking and dishonouring his various parents and family. He isn't in a position to claim any superiority over you, as he is an abuser, an abuser who publicly destroyed a lone vulnerable adult in the press and media because he used her case, my case as an attempted press stunt that went wrong, and then covering up at the expense of the victim cost him and the Church en estimated million pounds, and left me, his victim, destroyed and waiting to die.

Days like today when he and Peter Hancock and Paul Butler set off their vainglorious crowing and strutting over their fake safeguarding campaign, which basically just includes repeat investigations into historic cases where the abusers are dead or convicted, leave me in such anguish that I can't wait to die.

These men using abuse as a way of masturbating themselves publicly while they are not being held accountable for publicly destroying me and upholding my abusers, are not in a position to judge you or tell you to do anything, if they call you a peadophile protector, they are peadophile protectors too, but not just peadophile protectors, they are men who love to glorify themselves in the press and media at the expense of raped and abused children and vulnerable adults.

Thus I would suggest that you stand up and ask for an investigation into Justin Welby, paul Butler and the rest of the corrupt and lawless circle, into their public destruction of a vulnerable adult between 2013 and 2016 for the sake of the church's image. Because that vulnerable adult is sitting here suffering horrific and relentless anguish that makes her long for death, while her abuser, Justin Welby, goes on masturbating himself at her expense, at all victims' expense, at your expense, when his narcissisim and cold psychopathic cruelty doesn't belong in a place that claims to be about Christianity.

Please stand up to him, for your sake, for mine, and for the sake of children and the voiceless vulnerable who he is using to glorify himself while this victim writing to you is beyond healing and extremely unlikely to live through much more of Welby's vainglorious blaring, and he will go on blaring and boasting and strutting when his victim dies because of him, just as he has gone on and on boasting and blaring after causing the collapse and near death of the one man who stood up for his victim against the press and media led hatred and smear attacks that she was too destroyed to survive.

I attach some reports, and would suggest that you meet with the police about this, because Welby and his cronies pose a risk to the life of abuse victims. What Justin Welby has done to me is severe and life-threatening abuse, and he is above the law, has no conscience and as yet in his continued arrogance and boasting, shows no understanding of his crimes. Welby is in no position to use you as a press stunt, he should have stepped down after nearly causing my suicide. The police are afraid to deal with this because he is archbishop, protected by friends in government, police, judiciary etc, but that isn't good enough, I won't stop asking, and as he scapegoats you when his crimes are so bad, I would suggest that you step in, for the sake of good safeguarding in the church of england, which won't occur until Welby and his stunt team and cover-ups are gone.

Also, could you remind Welby, the man who is arrogantly using you while he is worse in his hypocricy, that I have asked him and his vile group of Bishops who had me publicly destroyed with the help of the press and media, that I have asked, seeing as they had a million pounds of congregants money to spend on destroying me, that they can arrange for less than 20 thousands to be paid for me to attend dignitas to end the suffering that they and the church have inflicted. After all, in their relentless attacks on my life in the press and media, and the ensuing smears and hatred and threats, surely the outcome that they wanted was my death? Leaving me living dead and still screaming in anguish doesn't really conclude the matter, so maybe you could remind them to arrange dignitas for me. The sooner this hell on earth and having to endure my abuser, Welby crowing and masturbating himself over abuse, is over, the better.

Interestingly, for the three years that Welby destroyed me for my abusers and for being vulnerable and reporting abuse, the press keep a complicit silence on my side of things. And while that remains the case, there is no safeguarding, just a very arrogant and Godless man, Justin Welby, forcing his fake safeguarding campaign on everyone while he is guilty of abuse.

And on the subject of press, the church times who destroyed me for Welby and Dakin and the criminals they uphold, are having a field day on his arrogance in pretending to tell you what to do. I would answer back if I were you, they are vile abusive bullies who helped to smear and destroy me without any regard for my welfare or safety, their abusive propaganda is not reporting, it is their own vile and unregulated vomit, it is time that something is done about them. It would be lovely if the press copied in on this could report on my case, but the lawless Welby and his lawyers and PR and advisors would threaten them into silence, that is how the whole thing works, they unquestioningly report his rubbish and glorify him, and ignore his victims.

The Church of England don't have a safeguarding team, they have a PR team, Graham Tilby, Moira Murray and Caroline Venables have upheld the harm to me, and my abusers, especially Welby and Dakin, who should have been removed and faced police action by now, so don't take any notice of Welby's attack on you with the help of the press and media, you and I know what he is, and I only hope that before or after my death as a result of his abuse of me, he will be made accountable. And remember, he hasn't been arrested over the Winchester College matter, not have Dakin and Fisher, only because they have made up stories with the help of their lawyers and PR firms, which is how the lawless church of england go on operating while committing any crime they like.

The Bishop of Bath and Wells should be quiet and stop trying to glorify himself, he employs a criminal abuser, Robert Key. He is part of a million pound cover-up which destroyed a vulnerable adult. Enough is enough.

The Bishop of Bath and Wells isn't in a position to 'apologize' he is protecting and upholding the abusive criminals Bob and Daphne Key, who destroyed a vulnerable adult with the church of england's full and open blessing.

Why isn't the Bishop of Bath and Wells under investigation for giving the Keys access to the vulnerable after their abuse of me?

Paul Butler has been told to give this matter to the police, which is maybe why Peter Hancock is doing the empty, sickly Paul Butler impression this week instead of Butler.

There is an investigation into the Bishop of Winchester, but there also needs to be an investigation into why the Bishop of Bath and Wells is making a fuss about the Peter Ball case while he is harbouring and upholding the criminally abusive former Dean of Jersey and his wife after the million pound whitewash of the case and destruction of the former Dean of Jersey's victim, and why the former Dean is being given access to the vulnerable after what he has done and been protected by the church for doing.

It would be a good idea if Peter Hancock, formerly of the Diocese of Winchester, and who the victim begged for help and was ignored, kept a very very low profile rather than fake apologies in the press and media, akin to Justin Welby, Tim Dakin and Paul Butler also doing fake apologies to the million pound whitewash victim and others while publicly destroying the million pound whitewash victim.

Peter Hancock has received a formal complaint about the abusive and dangerous former Dean of Jersey and his wife, and has ignored it, he is not in a position to take over from Paul Butler as press stuntman while he is harbouring a dangerous man and has ignored concerns and is leaving that man, and his equally dangerous wife as a risk to the vulnerable.

This email is to be taken as a formal complaint against Peter Hancock, who was contacted in 2011 by Bob Key's victim, who was being destroyed by Jane Fisher and the Scott-Joynts to try to silence her, and he ignored this, he has taken the dangerous and lawless Keys on in an evangelism position after a million pounds of church money was spent on covering up for their wrongdoing and destroying their victim in a public and lawless smear campain which included numerous conflicted whitewash reports, and the church's lawyers and PR companies and inter-conflicted police, judiciary and government ministers advising them.

The Church should already have learned that fake PR apologies are not appropriate when there has been no improvement in their behaviour or intentions, nothing has changed since the Peter Ball case, and you have to look at why this apologist is apologizing, presumably as he currently harbours criminals who have spent a million pounds of church money on cover-ups, he may have been involved in protecting Ball, or he is simply part of the Welby-Butler horrific fake safeguarding and fake apologies campaign that abuses power over the press and media to get the church glory on the back of the rape of children.

I would advise that Peter Hancock takes a seat and is silent now, because he and his diocese need to be investigated for taking on people like Bob and Daphne Key in evangelism positions when they have done wrong, see the attached Hill report sent with this email.

Police receiving this email, I would like the investigation into the Bishop of Winchester to be extended to the Diocese of Bath and Wells and the former acting Bishop of Winchester, now Bishop of Bath and Wells, Peter Hancock. Every recipient, please send this email to the police, and keep sending it, because no lessons have been learned from the Peter Ball case, the Bishop of Bath and Wells is the very proof of that.

This email is also copied to the Church of England's National Safeguarding Team, as a courtesy, as they have stated to me that they uphold the harm to me by the Dioceses of Winchester and Canterbury and Jersey. Thus the Church of England still do not safeguard or understand safeguarding, but they have to record my complaint, and hopefully when the Church of England are forcibly overseen because of the risk that they pose to the vulnerable - they nearly killed me and had me publicly destroyed -there will have to be a full investigation, including Peter Hancock employing and upholding dangerous abusers and giving them access to the vulnerable through evangelism.

As well as the church nearly killing me, and leaving me suffering and destroyed, they nearly killed Bob Hill, a former police officer who stood up for me as the church relentlessly destroyed me publicly for three years. I think Peter Hancock, who had already put the Ball report on his website in preparation of his boast today, needs to be quiet and look at his misconduct in the current million pound Jersey and Winchester whitewash. This is a formal, safeguarding, and police complaint against Peter Hancock and the Diocese of Bath and Wells in addition to the complaints already standing against the Dioceses of Winchester and Canterbury. I am concerned that since Hancock left the Diocese of Winchester for Bath and Wells, he is increasingly growing into the new Paul Butler, the duplicitous abuser-protector church press and media stuntman. What the Church need to do is stop abusing the press and media and general public and appoint a safeguarding team, as they don't have one, an independent safeguarding team, who will hold Justin Welby, Paul Butler, Tim Dakin, the Keys and others to account, because right now the Peter Ball case is not history, my case has been no different, and Peter Hancock is part of that, so he is the last person who should be shooting his mouth off to glorify the church. They should not keep saying sorry when they are not and when nothing has changed.

The Dean, in response to so many questions

The stats are up because of the Dean's 'Resignation'. Just as the stats went up when in the summer the Archbishop and Bishop smeared me and upheld the Dean earlier this year. More death threats, hate attacks and lies against me always result from these one-sided press shows.

The Dean, as you know, has had the freehold of the Deanery and would have stayed until retirement, but was made to step down. The big show in the press and the resulting troll attacks on me are to do with the same thing as the Bishop and Archbishop upholding the Dean and his engineered Steel report earlier this year.
It is all catastrophic dishonesty and safeguarding failure, cover up and show, because the Church's image matters more than anything else.

The Dean and his wife jeered at me that they had freehold of the Deanery and would remain until retirement, in the same conversation with me where they called me evil and tried to use one-sided accounts of abuse and harm I had suffered in the past against me. This conversation was not recorded or dealt with by Jane Fisher and was blatantly lied about in court where I had no voice.

In 11 years has Jersey become more Christian, less unequal, more honest or kind or Christian? No, from what I have seen of Stuart and Trevor and Shona being destroyed and the terrible behaviour of the Bailhache Brothers and others. The Dean has achieved nothing for his free house and massive salary, and he is a danger to the vulnerable through his dishonesty and his acts of destroying a vulnerable adult to save his own skin. It is astounding that the Church are upholding him and giving him other positions where he will be a safeguarding risk, after they spent a million pounds covering up for him and destroying me.

No lessons have been learned. The Church of England with their loud noise and hot air about safeguarding and habit of employing people 'from a social care background' to create an image but not good safeguarding, is as dishonest and corrupt as it always was.

There still needs to be an independent review into my case and why I have been publicly destroyed, and the church are still hiding behind lawyers and insurers and even if they were to be forced to allow a review, they would choose a conflicted person and call them independent, no lessons have been learned. The complicit press print whatever the church say, and have told me so, and my side is only printed in distorted snippets.

The Church need to be audited by the government, and use of the press and media for the Church's own ends needs to be investigated and regulated.
No lessons have been learned. The million pound Jersey farce is a disgrace that the Church can't even find the grace or Christianity to take responsibility for.
The Dean is upheld and there is no safeguarding in the Church.

But once the Dean returns to the UK, taking legal action against him will be much simpler. I hate trying to deal with paperwork for two different countries.
