Dear Bishop John Gladwin,

I am writing this letter and sending it CC your Bishop and also Lambeth Palace to express my concern for your harm to me and also to warn you that having knowingly been complicit in harm to me you are not to harm me further. This letter may be produced to a court if I take you to court.

And remember, the Bishop of Winchester would have killed me outright with the Steel report by your conflicted colleague who you knowingly worked with, and without remorse if I hadn't taken him to court. He didn't think I would make that desperate effort to save my own life, but I did. He and you are psychopathic cowards who hide behind the massive and wrong power of the Church of England and the fact that the Church of England isn't regulated and uses its integral middle class lawyers, judges, police and others to protect them from ever facing justice.

I am not afraid of you hiding behind judges Steel, Bursell, etc, it is a sign that the Church of England needs to be disbanded, their corrupt, power-abusive integral judges, lawyers, police that protect them and whitewash cases to the detriment of victims while upholding wrongdoers. The church's power and abuse of power is blatantly against God, and I think it is time for you and yours to either remove the massive corrupt power and turn back to God, or cease to pretend to be to do with God and just become another Freemasonry branch.

The fact that the Church of England is allowed to continue as it is, let alone spend a million pounds destroying a vulnerable adult and upholding the wrongdoers while vilifying her simply says that it is time for the Church of England to go.

 Presumably Bursell is a friend of Dakin's as he was also mentioned in the case of Dakin destroying Hawthorne, another conflict of interests, but that isn't deeply relevant yet, what I am saying is that I will go through every last corrupt or conflicted judge in the country to find the one who will bring an end to the church's abuse of power and conflicted whitewashes labelled as independent safeguarding reports. Someone somehow must change the terrible dangerous situation where the Church can do what they have done to me and other victims, before there are many more deaths.

What the Church relies on very heavily is vulnerable adults having no voice as they do their cover-ups, or in my case they presumably hoped to kill me in order to silence me so that the full whitewash could be published. I am alive but it has taken me a very long time to recover from the public discrediting of me by the Bishop of Winchester and Archbishop of Canterbury. Indeed I can never really recover, because such a branding never goes away.

In 2013 you and Christine Daly were involved in an attack on my life that consisted of illegal referrals and actions behind my back to my detriment, involving Julie Wallman, another vulnerable adult, you harmed her and me and consent was lied about and you used her against me. I did not give consent for any meetings or referrals or breaches of confidence involving Julie Wallman, Jane Fisher, Bob Hill, the NSPCC or anyone else.

You and Christine Daly broke the law by being involved in this, and consent being lied about. I was left severely damaged as your actions also gave Bishop Tim Dakin an opportunity to lie to the press about helping me while he publicly discredited and defamed me.  Something that was to become a repeating pattern and has severely psychologically injured me. Claiming to help someone who you are destroying by upholding her abusers publicly through conflicted reports that exclude your victim's side of things is like a rapist saying he loves his victim while he rapes them.

Your report is not valid as you (knowingly) have fed an illegal, conflicted and invalid hate attack on a vulnerable adult into it. Your report cannot remotely be considered to either be credible or to do with the situation in Jersey, and your attitude to me confirms that your report is not a balanced or valid report. You are accessory to crimes by knowingly taking part in and allowing harm to me and upholding defamation of me.

You have knowingly taken part in great evil and corruption and have done so for your own interests - the money - and the Church of England's interests, cover-up and PR, as you have done before and will do again unless a regulatory body is able to stop you.

I forbid you from publishing a report or any material influenced by the Steel and Jersey Deanery cover-ups as the Steel report is not permitted by me to be used in any report and I have not agreed to it's accuracy as the Bishop has failed to even arrange for me to have a copy of it. And also because I forbid you from misleading the general public with more lies, the Church have had more than their fair share of lying to the general public through the press and media in the past four years, and enough is enough.

I don't care how many judges you know, and how corrupt they are, I will take you to court if you don't stop being involved in this harmful and deceitful matter.

You utterly failed in your duty of care by observing my suffering and Bob Hill's fight for my life that cost him his, because the Bishop of Winchester refused to withdraw the openly conflicted Dame Heather Steel and allowed her and her associated judges and dignitaries in Jersey to tamper with already inaccurate and conflicted records, you stood by and would have let me be killed by the Steel report. And that makes your report completely irrelevant and makes you accessory to abuse and harrassment that put a vulnerable adult's life in serious danger. It makes you dishonest, corrupt and a danger to the vulnerable. 

You tried to deny to me on the phone that Steel was conflicted. Wow, have fun disproving the evidence you wicked and dishonest man.

You yourself as a Church of England Bishop, with connections to people involved, are conflicted, and as yet in the million pound whitewash and public attack on me, there has been no impartial investigation, and because the evidence has been tampered with by you conflicted people and wrongdoers in authority, there cannot easily be a proper investigation into what happened to me, but there can be an investigation into you, Korris, Steel, Jersey Safeguarding Partnership, Willmott, Dakin, Welby and the rest of you power abusing dignitaries and the way you have publicly destroyed and discredited me and abused power and connections and the press and media to do so.

As you know, my letters can go on forever, so I will conclude this letter with some points.

You don't have my consent to use the Steel report, which you know I took the Bishop of Winchester to court over, in your report. You do not have my agreement that the Steel report is accurate, you know she is conflicted, and if you use her report in yours, as claimed by the Bishop of Winchester when he discredited me publicly, you are knowingly an accessory to corruption and conflicts of interests.

You have harmed me and been an accessory for harm to me from 2013 to the present day.

You do not have my consent to release a report related to my case, and you will never have my consent.

Your run of gaining fat fees through corruption and church non-independent whitewash reports must end now.

Your report and your token meeting has been used as a claim that I have been included in the investigation, which is ludicrous and another trademark dishonesty of the Church of England, you made false promises of meeting with me again after Bob forced a meeting with you, you never met with me again and instead took part in an illegal and dishonest forcing on me using the vulnerable adult Julie Wallman, you then proceeded to allow and encourage me to be destroyed by your friends in the Jersey Deanery. You are a dishonest and unchristian and conflicted church of england Bishop.

You have been accessory to massive safeguarding failure and illegal actions and it is time for you to retire properly now, your part in church-led cover-ups and harm must end now. Your report has not prevented ongoing harm to me, nor will it remotely change the corruption in Jersey which you have upheld to me and taken part in.

You have upheld the abusers, the wrongdoers and allowed them to go on doing harm, and you have looked on while illegal and dishonest actions by the Archbishop, Bishops, and States of Jersey have destroyed me. You are not valid and have no credibility whatsoever. You are not a Christian, hardly even a human being, to have been involved willingly in such evil.

Please step down from harming the vulnerable under the guise of safeguarding and if you have a conscience or any humanity in you, which from experience I doubt, do something about the Church of England's lawless fake safeguarding investigations and continued contempt for victims.

You aren't independent or impartial, what you took part in in destroying me and faking a report is contemptible and other victims may die. I fear for the life of Bishop Bell's victim who is being investigated by a man who routinely protected sex offenders and fraternized with Greville Janner and Cyril Smith.

On a final note please make the Archbishop and Bishops aware that there need to be independent investigations into my case. One into the million pound whitewash and public crucifying of me that you were part of and which didn't include my side but included illegal actions by dignitaries and tampering with evidence and already inaccurate police records, and one into what happened to me from age 19 to being destroyed on the streets of my home town Winchester in 2010 onwards by Fisher and the Scott-Joynts and their complicit authorities. As yet there has been no investigation into my case, only a million pound whitewash of which you have been part.

There is no excuse for being involved in the destruction of a vulnerable adult while denying her a voice and giving all the voice to her abusers.

Open Letter to Jackie Rowlands

This will also be published on my blog.

When you put the phone down on me and try to 'bounce'(block) my emails, it doesn't make your safeguarding failure or the abuse of me by the Bishop of Winchester go away, it compounds it. You are knowingly in the wrong and knowingly allowing a very very serious safeguarding failure to continue as well continuing to fail to remove and bring to justice wrongdoers such as the Bishop, the CEO of the Diocese of Winchester, and others.

Firstly let me explain to the general public what you are doing that is wrong.

I am the victim of repeat abuses and cover-up in the Diocese of Winchester, you are aware of this, and aware that the Bishop has done very open and outstanding wrong against me, and you have never contacted me or attempted to contact me about this, nor have you acted upon the Bishop's wrongdoing, which is serious enough to merit police action and action to remove him from all positions where he can access the vulnerable. Instead, by blocking and ignoring me, you are condoning his behaviour, condemning me without having spoken to me or gained my side of the story, and allowing the safeguarding risk to continue and making it very clear that you are not neutral and not competent at safeguarding.

In your recent safeguarding meetings at Wolvsley, why have you failed to remind the Bishop of my suffering and his responsibility?
Why have you not placed him under severe restrictions until he faces proper investigation, why have you met with him as if he is part of safeguarding in the Diocese? His wrongdoing is open and very evidenced, as is my distress.

How exactly are you able to go on operating as an aide to an abuser, which is essentially what the Bishop of Winchester is, as he knowingly went on harming me after being asked very clearly in 2013 to desist? When I phone you you put the phone down, and I phone to ask for proper intervention, action, and justice, nothing unreasonable. So you putting the phone down is a misconduct, and must be recorded as such, it doesn't matter what the Bishop, the failed and disgraced National Safeguarding Team or the compromised Archbishop say, if you are safeguarding and these people have done wrong and a vulnerable adult is suffering, at risk and in danger because of these people, you are obliged to act in a safeguarding capacity and put the victim first.

You appear confused as to your role. Safeguarding is not about acting to protect these wrongdoers and their roles, nor is it about protecting the church's image, and if you act to do those things rather than protect me and other victims who these people have harmed and denied justice to, then you have failed to safeguard.

You have been failing to safeguard me since you took your role and failed to contact me to start the process of investigation and justice regarding these wrongdoers, and in failing to communicate with me, and in failing to respond to my concerns, and in blocking me, you have shown yourself to lack impartiality, lack competence and lack understanding of safeguarding.

Every day that I have been left suffering anguish because of the open and unchallenged wrongdoing of Bishop Tim Dakin and Andrew Robinson, Jo Waller, the Diocese, yourself, Jane Fisher, and all employees, clergy and Laity of the Dioceses and Church, is a day that you have failed in safeguarding, every day that I have been open to hatred and attacks by strangers because of the Bishop's three year smear and discrediting campaign against me, every day that I have suffered because I have been condemned publicly, and every day that you in your silence, inaction and blocking of me, and making communication with you inaccessible, you have failed in safeguarding, you have failed to safeguard me.

The Bishop in his actions against me, has shown his hatred and contempt for me and for Jesus, and yet the Diocese of Winchester incredibly keeps a lie on their website about living Jesus' Mission or some incredible empty click-line.

My experience is that the Diocese neither knows Jesus nor understands safeguarding, what you understand and know is that you make an awful lot of money from your lie and your deception, and no-one is challenging you, no-one dares to, so if a few vulnerable adults are killed by abuse and cover-ups, no one will act, everyone will believe the archaic lie that they were 'mentally ill' and it isn't the church's fault. No one yet will ask, well why would the diocese be able to harm and abuse and destroy 'mentally ill' people and drive them to death?

You even, incredibly, link yourselves to the local social services who allowed Jane Fisher and the Scott-Joynts to destroy me and who tried to uphold the lie that their criminal behaviour was acceptable. And indeed now,social services still want to turn a blind eye.
Social services, well aware of hundreds of thousands of church abuse cases and the fact that the cases don't stop coming, should be forcibly stepping in and ensuring that the Church, the Diocese, is properly regulated. Not allowing you to link to them as part of your pretence of safeguarding.

The problem is, and always has been, the most vulnerable are the silent ones, and the church have spent a million pounds and 17 years destroying me because I am not silent, and I have to speak until this matter kills me because of that, they have no voice, I speak for them, and as a victim of repeat abuse and cover-up in the Diocese of Winchester, I can tell you with assurance, Jackie Rowlands, that you are not fit for your job, you are not safeguarding, and you have knowingly harmed a vulnerable adult and reinforced the condemnation of her by the church by your silence, your refusal to act, and your blocking of her.
Please arrange to leave to a more suitable position, and make sure that your replacement contacts me about the serious complex and potentially fatal abuse of me by the Bishop of Winchester. If you do not suspend him and start investigating his known wrongdoing, eventually someone will have to override all excuses and ask why.

So, you ignored me, and efforts were made by the church to set the police after me after the Bishop and Archbishop publicly destroyed me last year and continued to uphold every wrongdoer in my case.
The police were sent away with more than a flea in their ear and have still failed to act upon the criminal harm to me by the Diocese of Winchester - you as safeguarding representative, are obliged to stop sending them after me, as you did again recently, you will not stop me from speaking out by terrorizing me with the police, you are obliged to make sure that they deal with the criminal actions of the Bishop and diocese, if you can't, you are not a neutral or competent safeguarding representative.

You also should not be linked to Hampshire Social services as my case is an illustration of their failure to be neutral or protect a vulnerable church abuse victim due to their conflicted links with the Diocese.
If church abuse victims have no safe place to turn, something is seriously wrong.

Returning to the point, as my distress has worsened as time has gone by and you, the church, the national safeguarding team and other agencies and authorities have tried to hide your heads in the sand, pretend none of this is real and my distress is an excuse for inaction. This year I have contacted you repeatedly by phone, asking for you to act, you have refused to, and have continued to meet with the Bishop without holding him to account. Holding him to account would involve suspension and investigation, and obviously no such thing has happened. Good safeguarding would involve suspension and investigation, and as his wrongdoing is open and evidenced, and you have not acted, you are either not neutral or not competent.

There is no excuse for you to make any claim against me in defence, as no safeguarding official of any competence or ability would be influenced only by the defendants in a matter and their excuses, and in this case very powerful, dishonest and influential defendants, defendants who have spent a lot of money on PR, lawyers and advisers to cover up for themselves, while their victim, vulnerable, autistic and defenceless, has been destroyed even for her reaction to the abuse and cover up of these people. So you don't have the excuse of the hundreds of thousands of pounds of whitewash and cover-ups, as a safeguarding, you are obliged to be neutral and to investigate, the fact that you haven't and have tried to block me, indicates that you are not neutral or not competent.

So, you have put the phone down on me, ignored my messages, failed to contact me, failed to respond to my concerns or the evidence of wrongdoing. Failed to take action, failed to safeguard, failed to suspend the Bishop and the heads of the Diocese.

What else have you done? The general public need to know this complicated and clever truth.

You block emails, but in a clever way, 'bouncing' the emails with an automated message that 'excuses' you, a message claiming that you may not respond to emails and offering links to social services, which would indicate to any victim who didn't know as I do that social services are not behaving neutrally, that social services cannot be a source of help, support or protection while the Diocese are linked to them.
You give phone numbers, but if you put the phone down on victims or don't respond to them, you are not offering anything, you used to put notes about meetings on your 'bounce/block' message, but since I contacted the churches that you were doing the old 'after the horse has bolted' meetings, you stopped doing that.

Let me just explain to the general public what I learned from your predecessor. The 'After the horse has bolted' meetings are limits of the church's safeguarding, you wait until abuse has occured and then go and meet the church where the abuse has occured, to smooth things over. It isn't safeguarding.
According to your predecessor, she got hundreds of calls a month about abuse and misconduct, and that would indicate, considering the number of churches in the Diocese, that abuse was rife and unchecked.
And considering the fact that she destroyed, harassed and hounded me and did nothing about my abusers but supported them in vilifying me, that is hardly surprising, but your complicit behaviour is not better than her abusive behaviour.

So, poor old Basingstoke Deanery had an abuser you had to cover up for? And when you left details on your bounce/block email of your meeting with them, did they pass my message on to you?

Make sure that when you get this, you stop making yourself inaccessible to me and to other victims. Stop putting up a block/bounce message and make sure victims can contact you. Stop ignoring my emails and messages, it means that you are incompetent and not neutral, that you are not safeguarding and are not capable of safeguarding.

And don't make an excuse that you put another email address on your block/bounce message, as that is evidenced to be a restricted email as well.

You must act with urgency on this matter and respond properly, it is testimony to your incompetence and lack of neutrality and the Diocese's severe and criminal dishonesty and lack of Christianity or humanity that the Bishop has not been suspended and that you have failed to act on this matter except to try to silence me by blocking me since you took your position.

If you need any more references to the matter to guide you, try the website with my books on it. I would strongly recommend the Hill report and Very Cuttings, although, as Diocesan Safeguarding Official, you should already have read all of these, and it is testimony to your incompetence or lack of neutrality that you either haven't, or have and still haven't acted.

I look forward to your immediate action or resignation, you have failed me and undoubtedly other victims, enough is enough, but at least your churches and the general public and authorities will be able to read this now even if your terrible safeguarding failure of silence continues, and the church's silence, refusal to act on my case and others, coupled with their falsehoods about safeguarding in the press and media are and only are, a massive safeguarding failure.

Make sure you fulfil your duties completely, and that will see suspensions and resignations at Winchester and Canterbury and a full independent (means outside the church and not conflicted) investigation, which this time includes my story, which the million pound whitewash didn't.

Remind the Bishop and his wife (who also needs to be investigated) that prayers will not silence me or take away their wrongdoing. God isn't going to do their bidding while they remain abusive and silent on their wrongdoing and unrepentant.

Finally, as repeatedly and frequently asked, you and the Bishop are to remove lies about my case from your website, publish a redaction and apology, and you are also obliged to remove all defamation of me and untruths about my case from online, and you have not done so, defamation means all the million pound whitewash, all the press and media lies, and why? Because I was and am recognizable, and the actions of the Bishop in leading the three year smear and discrediting attack on me has led to hate attacks, threats and violence against me, you have been asked to act and have failed, and that is your abuse of me and you forfeit your position as your incompetence has led to me being abused and harmed. Make sure you act as soon as you get this letter, and you will get this letter, via social services, the police, the general public or your churches.

Remember also, that Peter Hancock is openly conflicted in this matter and has openly upheld the harm to me and Key wrongdoers, and is obliged not to be involved in this formal complaint as he is conflicted and has evidenced himself to have no understanding whatsoever of safeguarding.
As you know, he protected the wrongdoers in this matter, even to the point of openly upholding them and claiming to the press to give Key wrongdoers a position where they would have access to the vulnerable, even though they were removed under church legislation from ordained positions for their serious safeguarding failures in my case, see this link, nothing will remove these letters even though the church obsessively try and try to give them the thumbs down, and eventually when a strong and stable government come to power, who will allow an abusive and dangerous organization such as the church to continue, there will be an investigation:

Dear Graham Tilby,

I am writing again regarding my extreme concern over the Church of England's very poor, indeed non-existent, safeguarding, and the harm to me which you seem unable to address. I do not feel that I have a future or will survive or want to survive what I have experienced and I am suffering, but I would like to see things change before I die. I would also like, and have asked, for the Church of England to pay for my attendance at Dignitas to make my suffering shorter as I have been publicly and utterly destroyed by the Church's terrible safeguarding stunt gone wrong, the Jersey and Winchester whitewash.

You allowed me to be publicly destroyed, and incredibly tried to tell me that this was none of your business and you had no control over it. Allowing a vulnerable adult to be driven to suicide by public discrediting and smears is your business, it is a safeguarding issue, and if you didn't understand that, then you should have realised this and resigned, not gone on badgering me for a meeting as you do with vulnerable people - this is a grave concern of mine, instead of safeguarding, your job and your colleague's job is to force meetings on unwitting vulnerable people, making them feel that they are being listened to and something will be done, to meet Church targets and legislation and insurance needs rather than any care or concern.

This is wrong, especially if you badger someone into a meeting as you tried to with me, with all those emails full of fake warmth and sympathy for show after allowing and aiding my public discrediting. You have psychologically injured me and when you didn't get your meeting and I continued to complain about the open and glaring safeguarding failure of me being publicly destroyed and discredited, you battened down the hatches and have refused to act upon the massive safeguarding failure of which you were part and condoned. 

I am speaking up for the voiceless vulnerable and not just me, I don't know how many vulnerable people have been bullied into meetings to close their complaints down and meet insurance needs but it must stop, and you must address my case as I have been left suffering and knowing that you and Moira Murray condone my suffering and uphold the wrongdoers in my case, who all still have access to the vulnerable and pose a risk to them and have not been dealt with,

I know from the things that you said on the phone that you did not know what had happened to me and you were not interested, you upheld Gladwin and his upholding of the Jersey Deanery with the help of a conflicted Jersey advocate, you upheld Elaine Rose's illegal interference in the whitewash Jersey Safeguarding Partnership report that was set up between Jane Fisher and the police as part of the mutual absolving of wrong partnership that they had been running since 2008, and you tried to excuse what had happened to me in being publicly destroyed instead of addressing it. Not good safeguarding.

 You didn't get your meeting as you and Jane Dodds were unable to explain why you so urgently needed to meet me or why it was 'for my welfare' when you had watched and even taken part as I was publicly destroyed, after ignoring my anguished pleas for help for seven months and only contacting me during my public destruction by the Church, and for their sake and not mine, to tick boxes and close the matter down.

The Church of England do not safeguard, and while you have been part of this atrocity and have decided to stay in your positions while ignoring my distress because you were 'advised' to, thus further branding and shaming me, the Church of England can't safeguard. No matter what denials and condonement of wrongdoers you have made, the fact that you are still in your positions and refusing to respond properly to my distress and leaving me carrying the burden of the Church's wrongdoing, you are not safeguarding, you are covering up, you are condoning horrifying misconduct by senior clergy such as the Archbishop and Bishops, and while you do that, nothing has changed in Church of England safeguarding. And you should be ashamed of yourself for being part of this and leaving me falling under the intolerable weight of injustice and the blame for all of the wrongdoing that I have suffered and reacted to.

The whole of my adult life has been affected by abuse and prejudice in the Church of England and the most appalling lack of safeguarding possible, for which I have been made to blame. And for more than a year you have, by your actions and attitude to me, rammed that blame down my throat, you have taken advice from wrongdoers with the Church's interests at heart and not mine, and have made my suffering worse, as did your colleage Jane Dodds, who before she finished moonlighting as safeguarding caseworker for the Church of England and returned to her real job, inflicted the worst distress possible on me by upholding the church of england and their wrongdoing to me, excusing them and telling me that she and you 'wanted to make my life how it was before'. I cry when I remember such an awful crass thing being said to me after I had been unhealably destroyed.

And then after you and Dodds had finished chewing me up, upholding the harm to me and trying to badger me into a meeting, you didn't get what you wanted so instead of calling an independent inquiry - which you did discuss in order to try to get me into that meeting that you badger alleged victims into - you decided you would do nothing and leave me destroyed and suffering unhealably, you decided to ignore my calls and letters asking for my case to be referred outside the Church to an independent agency who would not be biased as you were against me on advice given to you and a one-sided Church of England version of my case. You and Jane Dodd's replacement have ignored my distress and in the case of Moira Murray, Jane's replacement, putting the phone down on me is the solution.

 There is no safeguarding in the Church of England and you and Dodds and Murray failed me and refused to refer my case outside of the church once you decided you wouldn't engage with me as you would not get your meeting. To make things worse, despite you knowing (or not knowing the true picture) of the police being used against me persistently and one-sidedly by the church to try to silence me, doing lasting damage, I have had the police on my doorstep ruining my life, another part of the new safeguarding failure routine, hound the church's victims with unsolicited and harmful efforts by the police to try to get victim statements, the same police who beat and imprisoned me for the church for years. 

I am not accepting the church trying to force me to be a sexual abuse victim and not a victim of very severe and enduring misconduct of which you have been part, condoned, upheld and excused, leading to lasting damage to me. My distress and pain will never be gone, and I have asked the Church who have destroyed me beyond healing to pay for my attendance at Dignitas, it would be the first humane treatment they have ever offered me if and when they agree. You haven't safeguarded me, you have failed me on the advice of misadvisers and a 'case file' that you boasted that doesn't include my story and you have upheld wrongdoers at my expense. You should step down, what happens to the voiceless vulnerable?

I believe that SCIE should make a freedom of information request, as should I, and look at that 'case file' and both they and I are entitled to copies of all the whitewash reports into my case. Unless the Church willingly provides those reports, something is very wrong with Church of England Safeguarding. Well something is very wrong with Church of England Safeguarding, but Paul Butler and Justin Welby, with no conscience or remorse for destroying me and leaving dangerous people such as Bob and Daphne Key in positions where they can access the vulnerable, intend to go on using safeguarding as a falsehood and a vainglorious boast for the Church of England in the public spotlight.

Bob and Daphne Key and other people involved in the harm to me remain a risk to the vulnerable and that is the clearest indication possible of your bias and unwillingness to safeguarding properly because you uphold and endorse harm to me and blame me, as you did in everything you and Jane Dodds did and said regarding the matter. You have behaved atrociously in pushing the blame onto me after failing to even contact me until asked to do so by the people who had harmed me, for their benefit.

It was clear that you didn't want to meet me to take my account of things or act upon it, as you would have already been acting swiftly against the wrongdoers had you been in any way willing to act, and one meeting would not resolve anything. I am horrified that you have tried to badger me into the meeting that you badger and bully vulnerable survivors into, without doing anything about the harm to me, and ignoring my cries for help before you contacted me on behalf of the wrongdoers, you wanted to meet me for the Church's benefit and not mine, and when I challenged you and your open repeating back to me of the mis-advice you had been given about how to respond to my distress when you provoked it with your crass mishandling of your part in the cover-up, you dropped me like hot coals. You horrify me, you have played a part in destroying me, you have upheld wrongdoers and you appear to think that this is acceptable and that the Church are protected while I will suffer until I die. Apparently, to you, that is safeguarding.

Would you please do as asked for a year and refer my case to a safeguarding body outside of the Church of England, make sure that they contact me instead of whitewashing my case over again, and then it really will be best if you and Moira Murray take stock of your terrible attitude to me and the damage you have done in protecting the wrongdoers in my case and upholding them while I have been publicly destroyed, and you should both step down and go to jobs where you will not be insulting victims by blaming them and their distress and upholding wrongdoers.

And don't forget the request for me to attend Dignitas. If you really think that I am worse than abusers or Bishops and Deans who destroy the vulnerable, if you really think that I should go on carrying the vicious branding that the Church have inflicted on me through police, press and other authorities, I don't want to live. I don't want to live in a world where people like you uphold evil from an organization which still stupidly and emptily uses the Name of Jesus' for limitless abuse of power and destruction of the vulnerable. 

I don't want to live enduring Justin Welby's lies in the press and media when my destruction is the reason he shouldn't be there to lie any more, but no authority stands up to the corrupt and Godless Church of England, you are even having a fake safeguarding audit done, one in which my case is carefully airbrushed out, lied about, so that the Child abuse inquiry's strategic delay for Welby's sake can be used for the PR campaign over the fake audit presumably.

I don't want to live in the same world as the church of england and their use of the word 'safeguarding' to mean self-glorification and cover up, while I suffer and suffer with no relief and no way that there very can be relief because you uphold what has happened to me, you condone it, and you blame and shame me for my distress.

Let me know when you are willing to deal with the wrongdoers and abusers in my case and take away the burden of shame and branding that I carry. Let me know when you and Moira Murray are willing to fulfil your title and record my story and redact the public discrediting of me by the Archbishop and Bishops and apologize for your failure to contact me until they demanded it on their behalf. Let me know when you stop taking mis-advice that puts the blame on me and when you are willing to record my side of things. If you can't do any of this, step down because you are not safeguarding, you are taking part in harm and abuse of a vulnerable adult. Probably more than one.

Finally, remember to 'advise' your church that reaction to sustained harm by the Church is not a 'mental illness' whereby the victim can be discredited. Advise yourself this as well.

You definitely should never have been given Peter Hancock limelight after his part in the Jersey and Winchester coverup where he upheld an abuser.

Anyone involved in the defunct and belated PR inquiries or who give the church's fake safeguarding stuntmen limelight, harm the victims who are still suffering.

The Peter Ball case was one where the church were forced to act. And all you did was tell a story already known, and give the new Paul Butler, Peter Hancock, limelight to continue Paul Butler's duplicity, Peter Hancock has been actively involved in the million pound Jersey and Winchester cover-up, and shows no intention of acting regarding the horrific injustice.

I guess that after the huge ego-masturbation by Justin Welby and Peter Hancock over your report, the church intend to continue as normal, they force meetings with the national safeguarding team on victims for insurance purposes and continue to be as abusive and dishonest as they always have been. 

Your report should not praise the current situation of Welby, Hancock, Butler and the rest of the tight and collusive clique, because the only thing that has changed is that the church are credibly getting away with a massive massive falsehood, and my case is a repeat of the very same cover-up, collusion and lies that protected Ball, you appearing with Peter Hancock when he has been involved in protecting wrongdoers in my case is a very grave injury to me. Think of the victims when you produce unqualified claims such as that the church has changed or is doing better, it isn't doing better, they destroyed me, nearly drove me to suicide and both Paul Butler and Peter Hancock, the safeguarding stuntmen, have been involved and are complicit in this.

There is no improvement under Peter Hancock, who is as complicit in my case as Paul Butler was, in safeguarding in the church of england. The press and media facilitated lies and fake apologies and the protection of wrongdoers continue. Bob Key, who had me destroyed, imprisoned left homeless and publicly smeared for three years, has been upheld publicly by Justin Welby and Peter Hancock, and they consider him fit to hold positions where he will have acess to the vulnerable, while the million pound whitewash of my case remains and my side has not been recorded.

As someone who claimed that the church are doing better, would you please make a statement qualifying that, or redact it and hold the church to account for their massive scale harm to me, of which your report being used for PR falsehoods is part? I am left suffering and voiceless while these corrupt, duplicitous and collusive men do exactly the same as occured in the Peter Ball case, they have destroyed me and left me voiceless and suicidal for the sake of the church's image, and as in the Peter Ball case, they are protecting abusers, and you, having received this and previous concerns when you were seen posing with Hancock in the PR falsehood stunt, are doing the same.

The church have been doing a fake safeguarding audit with the help of SCIE, to keep rubbing it in the victims' faces while nothing changes. The depth and severity of the criminal actions of the church in my case remain unchallenged, even by the police. The church have openly and unrelentingly broken the law in publicly destroying me. And Peter Hancock has yet to contact me to explain what he is to do about this while he is harbouring and upholding a man who has done very serious wrong to me with the church's blessing.

Mr Key will be working with cathedrals and larger churches in the UK as part of a national prayer initiative called Thy Kingdom Come 2017.

He has also accepted an invitation from the Bishop of Bath and Wells to be part of the team taking forward that diocese’s new strategy for ‘mission and evangelism’.

Normally I wouldn't indulge the rag papers using something like this to sell papers or as scandal but I just wanted to point something out.

The Church of England have a secret apartheide policy against the vulnerable. for insurance purposes, to protect the clergy and to protect the vulnerable. They treat the vulnerable as a liability and a risk. 

But they do not have a matching policy to protect the vulnerable against their clergy.

Justin Welby and Tim Dakin spent a million pounds destroying me, they abused the press and media to publicly destroy me, they acted illegally in accessing police records, and they acted illegally in heading a smear campaign and whitewash of my case, covering up for, and upholding wrongdoers, never once making sure that what happened to me was included.

They also did not investigate Fred and Juliet Montague's abuse of me nor their intervention to protect my other abuser, they did not investigate Jane Fisher upholding my abuser and having me destroyed and driven from my communities and help services by Jane Fisher and the Scott-Joynt's slander of me, instead, Justin Welby and Tim Dakin had me publicly smeared and destroyed for three years before publicly discrediting me and leaving me to commit suicide, which would have solved their problems because I took them to court over their defamatory whitewash reports and so they had me publicly smeared and destroyed because I had stopped them from publishing their biggest whitewash, the conflicted and criminal Steel report.

For three years Justin Welby allowed me to be viciously smeared, defamed and degraded in the press and media without him ever contacting me or arranging for me to have the same PR, lawyers or press voice as the wrongdoers who he allowed and aided in smearing, defaming and degrading me. Then he publicly discredited me with the Bishop, neither of them having met me nor recorded what happened to me.

Justin Welby isn't in a position to attack George Carey, nor to go on with his fake safeguarding campaign over historic cases for show, he is, here and now, an abuser who destroyed a vulnerable adult. And had I been any other vulnerable adult, I would be long dead by now, instead of living death, while Welby and Dakin and their complicit police and press would have been smearing me in my death in order to cover up.

Justin Welby has left me suffering living death, destroyed and defamed, he and the Bishop of Winchester have committed criminal acts including breaching the data protection act, harassment and abuse of a vulnerable adult, illegal actions involving police and other authorities records, defamation as I was recognized, attacked and harassed as a result of their actions. Welby is in no position to go on blaring about safeguarding while I sit here suffering intolerable anguish and waiting to die, with each new vainglorious fake safeguarding press release by Welby making my anguish worse.

And incredibly his safeguarding team have upheld the harm to me, tried to force me to accept it, and blocked me because I won't and because I am asking for an independent investigation both into the way I have been destroyed by Welby, Dakin and Butler's destruction of me in their safeguarding PR stunt gone wrong. The Dioceses of Winchester and Canterbury and Lambeth Palace and the National Safeguarding team think that if they block me and go on carrying out loud and blaring investigations into historical abuse and claiming that the church isn't like this any more, then everything will be alright.

No, it won't, I am destroyed and waiting to die, and my case won't go away even if the police go on ignoring the criminal harm to me, even if the church go on trying to block me, their evil against me will never go away.

And in Welby's lifetime, maybe some jerk Archbishop trying to protect and glorify the corrupt and evil church of england, if it hasn't been rightfully disbanded, will blare and attack Welby for his evil against me, wouldn't that be poetic justice. But I will be dead by then and whether Welby and Dakin are held to account for my constructive murder, I don't know.

My suffering is intolerable now, and I want, as ever, for my abusers, Justin Welby and Tim Dakin, to be removed and to face police action. There is no safeguarding in the church of england, even the national safeguarding team and caroline venables uphold the way I have been publicly destroyed and left for dead, the national safeguarding team actually co-ordinated my public destruction after leaving me suffering and ignoring my calls after Bob Hill collapsed defending my life from hate attacks instigated by Welby, Dakin and their whitewash conflicted smear reports and press releases that destroyed defamed and humiliated me. Nothing has been done, I have continued to sink into death, I am living dead, and my abuser, Justin Welby, is still masturbating himself over abuse and safeguarding in public.

Please make sure something is done.

Last night I was told that Bob and Daphne Key, the former Dean of Jersey and his wife, who were friends with my abuser, Robb Averty, and protected him and had me destroyed, have not actually gone to work for Peter Hancock, who failed to protect me from abuse, they were upheld publicly by the church for destroying me for their friends, and the press and media glorified them and said that they were going to work for Peter Hancock in the Diocese of Bath and Wells. Last night I was told that wasn't the case. 

But wherever they went, they are a danger to the vulnerable, they called me evil for their abuser friends and upheld them, my story remains unrecorded by press, media, reports or the church. So there is no safeguarding in the church of england, just a very noisy and arrogant and narcissistic archbishop who openly upholds abusers and destroys victims. 

Make sure something is done. I don't want to live and can't wait to die, but I want something done about the utter evil inflicted on me by the church of England under Justin Welby, and the way my back has been broken and I have been left to die suffering and broken and ashamed.

And I don't want my abusers, Welby and Dakin masturbating on my grave or doing a disgusting Paul Butler necrophelia act like he did with Peter Ball's suicide victim.

Dear Lord Carey,

I am the victim of Justin Welby's abuse, well I am one of his victims.

I wrote to you a few years ago to ask if you could do anything about Justin Welby and his corrupt little circle abusing and destroying me.

I have unfortunately gone on suffering him and enduring his horrific damage to me while he continues his vainglorious safeguarding boasts in the press and media, but I can assure you, there has been no improvement in safeguarding in the Church of England during his and Paul Butler's shared office as Archbishop and press and media lies machine.

I am aware that Welby is currently getting off on 'Telling you to step down' in order to glorify himself, he has been using abuse to glorify himself for the past four years, in between attacking and dishonouring his various parents and family. He isn't in a position to claim any superiority over you, as he is an abuser, an abuser who publicly destroyed a lone vulnerable adult in the press and media because he used her case, my case as an attempted press stunt that went wrong, and then covering up at the expense of the victim cost him and the Church en estimated million pounds, and left me, his victim, destroyed and waiting to die.

Days like today when he and Peter Hancock and Paul Butler set off their vainglorious crowing and strutting over their fake safeguarding campaign, which basically just includes repeat investigations into historic cases where the abusers are dead or convicted, leave me in such anguish that I can't wait to die.

These men using abuse as a way of masturbating themselves publicly while they are not being held accountable for publicly destroying me and upholding my abusers, are not in a position to judge you or tell you to do anything, if they call you a peadophile protector, they are peadophile protectors too, but not just peadophile protectors, they are men who love to glorify themselves in the press and media at the expense of raped and abused children and vulnerable adults.

Thus I would suggest that you stand up and ask for an investigation into Justin Welby, paul Butler and the rest of the corrupt and lawless circle, into their public destruction of a vulnerable adult between 2013 and 2016 for the sake of the church's image. Because that vulnerable adult is sitting here suffering horrific and relentless anguish that makes her long for death, while her abuser, Justin Welby, goes on masturbating himself at her expense, at all victims' expense, at your expense, when his narcissisim and cold psychopathic cruelty doesn't belong in a place that claims to be about Christianity.

Please stand up to him, for your sake, for mine, and for the sake of children and the voiceless vulnerable who he is using to glorify himself while this victim writing to you is beyond healing and extremely unlikely to live through much more of Welby's vainglorious blaring, and he will go on blaring and boasting and strutting when his victim dies because of him, just as he has gone on and on boasting and blaring after causing the collapse and near death of the one man who stood up for his victim against the press and media led hatred and smear attacks that she was too destroyed to survive.

I attach some reports, and would suggest that you meet with the police about this, because Welby and his cronies pose a risk to the life of abuse victims. What Justin Welby has done to me is severe and life-threatening abuse, and he is above the law, has no conscience and as yet in his continued arrogance and boasting, shows no understanding of his crimes. Welby is in no position to use you as a press stunt, he should have stepped down after nearly causing my suicide. The police are afraid to deal with this because he is archbishop, protected by friends in government, police, judiciary etc, but that isn't good enough, I won't stop asking, and as he scapegoats you when his crimes are so bad, I would suggest that you step in, for the sake of good safeguarding in the church of england, which won't occur until Welby and his stunt team and cover-ups are gone.

Also, could you remind Welby, the man who is arrogantly using you while he is worse in his hypocricy, that I have asked him and his vile group of Bishops who had me publicly destroyed with the help of the press and media, that I have asked, seeing as they had a million pounds of congregants money to spend on destroying me, that they can arrange for less than 20 thousands to be paid for me to attend dignitas to end the suffering that they and the church have inflicted. After all, in their relentless attacks on my life in the press and media, and the ensuing smears and hatred and threats, surely the outcome that they wanted was my death? Leaving me living dead and still screaming in anguish doesn't really conclude the matter, so maybe you could remind them to arrange dignitas for me. The sooner this hell on earth and having to endure my abuser, Welby crowing and masturbating himself over abuse, is over, the better.

Interestingly, for the three years that Welby destroyed me for my abusers and for being vulnerable and reporting abuse, the press keep a complicit silence on my side of things. And while that remains the case, there is no safeguarding, just a very arrogant and Godless man, Justin Welby, forcing his fake safeguarding campaign on everyone while he is guilty of abuse.

And on the subject of press, the church times who destroyed me for Welby and Dakin and the criminals they uphold, are having a field day on his arrogance in pretending to tell you what to do. I would answer back if I were you, they are vile abusive bullies who helped to smear and destroy me without any regard for my welfare or safety, their abusive propaganda is not reporting, it is their own vile and unregulated vomit, it is time that something is done about them. It would be lovely if the press copied in on this could report on my case, but the lawless Welby and his lawyers and PR and advisors would threaten them into silence, that is how the whole thing works, they unquestioningly report his rubbish and glorify him, and ignore his victims.

The Church of England don't have a safeguarding team, they have a PR team, Graham Tilby, Moira Murray and Caroline Venables have upheld the harm to me, and my abusers, especially Welby and Dakin, who should have been removed and faced police action by now, so don't take any notice of Welby's attack on you with the help of the press and media, you and I know what he is, and I only hope that before or after my death as a result of his abuse of me, he will be made accountable. And remember, he hasn't been arrested over the Winchester College matter, not have Dakin and Fisher, only because they have made up stories with the help of their lawyers and PR firms, which is how the lawless church of england go on operating while committing any crime they like.
