Third Formal Letter to the Bishop of Winchester
Dear Bishop Dakin,
I was already drafting a third letter of warning to you as I have had no assurance from the church that you will stop harming me.
Then the news from BBC Jersey is that the churches in Jersey are pushing for the publication of your whitewash Steel report.
Please bear in mind that the Steel report is nothing to do with what actually happened in Jersey and is a cover up by Steel, done in conjunction with her colleague Philip Bailhache, a strong supporter of the Dean, and a church officer as well as a lawyer and states member.
You are not to release any defamatiory report that breaches my human rights and leaves me ill, broken down or in danger of death, as the Korris report did, the Steel report is a very expensive act of wrongdoing on behalf of the church, at my expense, and the only reason the Jersey church would be so keen for it's publication is that it was done to cover up at my expense and 'exonorate' the Dean, and was done without my input because I was told it was conflicted, if I had not been told, then despite the blatant cover up of Jane Fisher's misconduct in the Korris report, I may have been naive enough to go along with Steel and let her do as Butler-Sloss did in the Chichester report.
The Steel report, as it is nothing to do with my case and what happened to me, is a breach of my human rights and is taking my name in vain and deliberately ruining me when I am already broken and living in abject poverty.
Therefore, you are not to release it, or any other report or oversee the release of it or any other report, if you warn me that you are going to, threaten me that you are going to, or release any report, I will take you to court again, or I may apply to the court for protection as a result of the Jersey church pushing for this whitewash to be released.
And think about it, why would they push for a report that could potentially defame their Dean? Well, because they, and the Dean know, the report clears the wrongdoers at my expense, and contains no input from me, the report is done by the clergy-lawyer-church-freemason group in Jersey, who have limitless power, it is not independent as Dame Steel is proven not to be.
Throughout this matter you have not been independent, you have not included me or my side of things, not in the Korris report, which you refused to even amend when I did hear about it and make a complaint, and not before that, when, if you could have me traced by the police to try and intimidate me after the release of the Korris report, you could have had me traced by the same to include me in it, instead of lying to a court of law that efforts had been made to include me in the report.
The same goes for the Steel report and the Gladwin report, I was not included, Gladwin made a token effort because Bob Hill pushed for it. Steel tried to illegally access my advocate's records regarding things she was not even investigating, and caused me trauma, before snottily inviting me to meet her when I complained, despite the fact I was asking her to step down as she was conflicted.
You are to stop allowing me to be harmed by threats of this conflicted report and other whitewashes including the Gladwin whitewash mark 2, he did one for Chichester, and the sham safeguarding board in Jersey's whitewash, done in conjunction with Jane Fisher and your 'appointed officer' who you had no right to appoint to illegally access my inaccurate reocrds with Steel. Your actions have no only been illegal but have been a severe breach of my human rights, and I am going to fight you until the risk of me being defamed and destroyed yet again is over.
You have not bothered to respond to my concerns and you lied to a court of law at Winchester about the situation, and that and all the other factors show that whatever this charade has been about, it has not been about safeguarding. You have destroyed me over and over and over again, left me crippled, ruined, and living in fear, and actually it is time that this living in fear is stopped, it is time that the police or courts or a national agency stepped in, prevented you from harming me and launched a REAL independent investigation into this whole matter.
As yet there has never been an outside investigation into the church of england, at all, and the church misuse the word 'independent' with people like Gladwin, Steel, Korris, Butler-Sloss and others, to mislead the public and to prevent outside investigation. A notable case of this was the recent effort to tamper with historic records to do with confession and clergy, with the claim that these would be 'independently audited', well if the church don't know what independent is, and they keep angling to avoid investigations such as the National CSA inquiry, which incidentally elected two Church of England position holders in a row, both of whom had to step down because of other conflicts of interests, then it is time an outside agency stepped in, investigated personally what the Diocese of Winchester have done to me and covered up for years.
I will return you to court within the week if I feel in any way threatened by this continued threat of being destroyed beyond repair, your non-independent Korris report nearly finished me off and this continued threat to me after everything you have made me suffer, is too much, it is time these attacks on me stopped, it is unChristian, it is dishonest, it is illegally to destroy a vulnerable adult this way and leave her living in fear and suffering severe psychological harm, and it is to stop. It doesn't matter if the condition of 'The Dean being delighted' about the Canterbury agreement in the press was that you release your whitewashes in reply, what matters is that the church are continuing to behave in a devious, unChristian illegal and abusive way, and I remain omitted from all reports and silenced as acts of contempt and destroyal such as the attack on me in the Church times and the jeer by the unpunished Jane Fisher adding me on twitter and this recent 'request' by the unpunished and unrepentant Jersey churches continue.
Eventually my side will break into the media, even if you do as I strongly suspect you would try to do to during this matter, silence me as before, have me arrested and imprisoned, eventually, no ,matter what you do, I will speak and be heard, and I will keep speaking, because you have throughout this matter, done me grave and serious harm. Anyone else among the vulnerable, who can't speak or write, would be silenced and destroyed, and many have, in the church's history of abuse, many have committed suicide, branded mentally ill by the church as a result, and many have ended up homeless and in psychiatric wards, and Jane Fisher did her very best to discredit me as mad and have me put away, but here I still am, speaking, and I will speak, even if only through the Jersey bloggers even if I die or am imprisoned. I won't be silenced and I won't let you destroy me.
Now please announce that the Steel report is not valid, announce in the news that these whitewashes are not valid, stop making me live in fear, announce that these reports that exclude me are not viable and make that an end to your horrific harm to me, I am copying the police who you have used to destroy me in on this email and despite Hampshire constabulary being openly corrupt, they are a police force, they do have a duty of care to the vulnerable and they are to stop you harming me, or the court are to stop you harming me, either way, I am asking for protection, from the corrupt police, from the court, from all recipients of this email, from all national agencies and I am asking you to stop leaving me at threat of harm. No-one onthis earth is made to endure this kind of serious harm, not a murderer, not a rapist, so why should I keep being under fear of press and public slander and destroyal? It is wrong. The Steel report is nothing to do with what happened to me in Jersey nor was it ever intended to be, if it had been you would have met with me instead of lying about that, and you would have made sure I was heard, and you deliberately didn't, instead you threatened me when I begged you not to violate my life as Jane Fisher did in 2010 and 2011, acting illegally and getting me a record for my reaction, a record and the police brutality that I will NEVER be able to live with, and yet you then went on to illegally violate my life some more AFTER threatening me.
If you like I can send a copy of this to every diocese in the country so that they can act as witnesses, it cost me about £50 to do that last time but the more people who know I am living in fear as a result of your misconduct, the better.
Bishop Dakin, you, your and Bishop Willmott's Jersey Deanery under your joint juristiction, your staff, employees, safeguarding officer, and anyone in connection with you are to cease to harass and annoy me with defamatory and inaccurate reports and the threat of their release, you made those reports using my name in vain and without my side being included, you are not permitted to take information from my blog to claim you included me, you are to announce that these pathetic attacks on me, these defamatory whitewashes that include illegal liasons with Jersey police, are at an end and no further defamations and attacks on me are to occur.
The action of making me suffer the threat of these defamatory reports counts as abuse and counts as harassment, it is a matter for police and safeguarding authorities it is a matter for the courts, to make someone suffer this way for this long is henious, it is serious abuse and the damage to me physically, mentally and materially is serious and severe.
Please note that this is a written warning and will be followed by court action if the police and national authorities do not act. Please also note, that my psychological report is freely available, both the one done in Jersey before I was made homeless and the more recent one, so continuing to use the 'madness' slur that church and government traditionally use against victims is not going to excuse this. I am not mad, I am autistic, suffering severe trauma, I have behavioural and psychological issues, I was dangerously regressed to childhood in Jersey by my second abuser in the church, and then Jane Fisher destroyed me to cover up. Nothing has been done by church or police about Fisher, it seems both are protecting her.
Steamrolling the poor and vulnerable is a horrific thing to do, you have done it to me, and to others, and yet you collectively claim to be followers of Christ.
The reason I send this email to so many people is the reason I always have, because I want witnesses to how I have been treated and am being treated. I have suffered the Church of England since I was 19, and that is so many years of abuse and cover-ups, and it should have stopped when Jane Fisher drove me from the Church of England and from my home town by slandering me after having me imprisoned and left homeless in 2011.
Due to the very serious nature of this ongoing destroyal of me, a copy of this will be sent to 10 Downing Street and the Queen and the Home Secretary. Eventually, after years of pleading, someone, somewhere must stop this destroyal of me by the Church of England, and wipe out all the whitewashes and lies and inaccurate reports and let me live again. My whole adult life has been marred by abuse, cover ups and blame by the church, and being patronized, controlled and sexually, emotionally and spiritually abused by well off old church people has prevented me from getting the help I need to develop into a healthy adult, unfortunately the damage is done, and for life because of the record the church got me while protecting my abusers, I do not need to be destroyed by reports, I am crippled and my life is limited forever.
The Diocese and Jane Fisher have had years to cover up, tamper with evidence and prevent themselves facing any action for what I have suffered, but I still have a story to tell, and I am waiting for the very very belated outside investigation into this matter. The Korris report was a classic example of uncontrolled cover up, published internationally and sent to the police as fact, all illegal in many ways, and yet, nothing has been done, the Korris report and the Dean's apology were used by the diocese and church to show off at my expense, until I objected and took the diocese to court, there has been no apology.
Jesus please protect me from my destroyers, who stand up and preach in Your Name while guilty of destroying me and remorseless about it, no conscience, no love for You or justice.
Surely other people can see how ridiculous it is for the church to be allowed to go on destroying me and making me live in fear unchecked,with my side being ignored despite my request to be interviewed independently of Steel, who was known to be conflicted, and while the Bishop refused to add my amendments to the Korris report, while he lied to the court that Korris had tried to contact me to include me in her report?!
I have been abused and destroyed in the Church of England as a vulnerable adult since age 19, I am 33 and they have robbed me of my adulthood and character and left me ruined in grinding poverty and living in fear, it is time someone stepped in and stopped this criminal theft of my life. The Church do not know how to safeguard as they are generically a club for the elderly and well-off, they treat the poor and vulnerable as less and subject them to an apatheide where the poor and vulnerable are not allowed in church people's houses and not told why, it meets the insurance conditions but segregates the poor and yet abusers who are well off and keep the church running are allowed in church houses. The Diocese of Winchester have never safeguarded me, they destroyed me and safeguarded my abusers, Jane Fisher is responsible for me being branded for life and thus limited for life, by an inaccurate and terrible police record that does not tell the real story. Why should I be subject to further damage? It is laughable that AFTER I made my second formal complaint against her, she was allowed to illegally refer me to the NSPCC without my consent, as if they could help me or I would accept help from anyone influenced by her, and it was done only because the Bishop needed to claim in yet another inaccurate press release and to the authorities that I had been 'offered help'.

Jersey care abuse inquiry - Never seen it summarized like this before
February 2008: Operation Rectangle, now the centre of global media attention, begins to focus on the Haut de la Garenne care home. Police discover "skull fragments".
March 2008: A public rally in St Helier highlights concern over the way abuse claims at Haut de la Garenne were handled
May 2008: News emerges that what police originally thought were bone fragments discovered in February at Haut de la Garenne are more likely wood or coconut shell.
July 2008: Labour MP Austin Mitchell tables a Commons motion calling on the UK government to hold an inquiry into Jersey child abuse allegations. He says he has no confidence in a public inquiry by Jersey authorities.
September 2008: Jersey's Attorney General, William Bailhache, defends the island's legal system, following allegations of a "cover-up".
November 2008: Chief of Police Graham Power is suspended over his handling of Operation Rectangle. His performance becomes subject to a separate £1m investigation by Wiltshire Police. Mr Power accuses ministers of "a state-sponsored, taxpayer-funded personal vendetta". He says politicians "interfered" with police investigations and "closed ranks" with civil servants.
June 2009: In the first Operation Rectangle prosecution, Michael Aubin, 46, a former resident at Haut de la Garenne and also a victim of abuse, admits abusing other boys between 1977 and 1980. He was sentenced to probation and immediately freed, having spent 19 months on remand.
August 2009: Claude James Donnelly is jailed for 15 years for rape and indecent assault.
September 2009: Gordon Claude Wateridge is sentenced for three offences of indecent assault on girls under 16 between 1969 and 1979 at Haut de la Garenne.
November 2009: Ronald George Thorne sentenced to 12 months in jail for gross indecency between 1983 and 1984.
2010: Leonard Miles Vandenborn is sentenced to 12 years for rape and indecent assault in the 1970s and 1980s.
January 2011: Anthony and Morag Jordan found guilty of assaults on children during the 1970s and 1980s and sentenced to six and nine months respectively.
February 2011: Senator Francis Le Gresley lodges a proposition in the States Assembly demanding a public inquiry.
March 2012: Victims of abuse are offered up to £60,000 compensation, without the need for a court hearing.
October 2012: Several islanders complain they were abused by Jimmy Savile in Jersey. At least one complains he was assaulted by the entertainer at Haut de la Garenne in the 1970s.
March 2013: States Assembly unanimously agrees the framework for an independent inquiry into historical child abuse. Chief Minister Ian Gorst blames the delay on his own "cautious approach over the terms of reference".
July 2013: The inquiry is delayed when its chair, Sally Bradley QC, suffers a stroke. She is eventually replaced by Frances Oldham QC, who promises to be "fearless and robust"
2014: As the Independent Jersey Care Inquiry finally gets under way in July, campaigners including MP John Hemming continue their calls for UK authorities to include Jersey in a forthcoming nation-wide child abuse inquiry.

Dear Mrs Johnston,
This is a formal cease and desist warning letter against your harassment of me through the Jersey authorities.
As soon as I am defamed by your publishing of any report done for the Jersey Authorities who have destroyed me, you will be served with a summons to appear in court.
I state that I have not at any point authorized or agreed to an inquiry into how I was treated in Jersey by you or your 'safeguarding board' and the inquiry was initiated by conflicted government members in Jersey and is thus invalidated.
I did not and have not authorized you or your board to access any records on my case, especially not police, social services, charity or medical records, and if you have done so, you have done so illegally.
You did not inform me of your investigation at the start, I was informed in a roundabout way by Jersey's only true and truthful media, the Jersey bloggers, and you still didn't contact me. A year has gone by, and in February this year it was stated in the States of Jersey as a result of Mike Higgins badgering you, that your report was nearly complete and you were attempting to make contact with me.
This was ludicrous as you were doing nothing of the sort, it was widely known that Bob Hill was representing me, and you made no attempt to contact him, I emailed Jersey Safeguarding twice and got no response, no attempt was made to contact me.
Suddenly, on Friday lunchtime on Friday 27th June, right at the end of the working week, I received an email, to this address, and where did you get this address from? You emailed me, starting your email with 'Ms' ******
firstly there is no such person, and secondly I have NEVER in any capacity referred to myself as Ms, so why should anyone else? Start by insulting me when contacting me about a whitewash report that is already completed.
You have completed a report, without any permission from me to proceed with a report, without any permission from me to access any records, you have completed a report on material illegally provided by people who have done wrong and covered up, you have completed a report without my consent or knowledge and without permission, that constitutes a breach of my human rights, and as you are based in the UK, I am able to raise this matter, as part of the bigger picture, with the European Court of Human Rights, as well as bringing a case against you in the UK.
You have basically acted purely on the behalf of authorities in Jersey who have behaved terribly and have been proven to keep inaccurate records on my case, you have caused me distress, dispair and anguish, you are thus not acting in a safeguarding capacity, and never have been, you are purely acting on behalf of a government who have not learned anything from their cover up of the Children's home abuse and have created your safeguarding board merely as a showcase, and while you have produced a report that omits me, the same as the DIocese of Winchester's reports omit me, you are safeguarding no-one except the wrongdoers in Jersey's authorities.
Who comissioned this report you are doing against me? And for what purpose? I gather the Chief Minister did, for the Diocese of Winchester who have destroyed me, the chief minister has allowed, without any attempt at restraint, one of his ministers, Philip Bailhache, to run a public smear campaign against me and abuse his office to do so, the chief minister has responded to this dreadful unethical and completely unprofessional behaviour by promoting Philip Bailhache to the position of external affairs minister, and turned his back against calls that Philip Bailhahce breached the data protection act over my case.
So, this report is for whom and for what purpose? For a Chief Minister who has already condoned public defamation of me by one of his ministers and promoted that said minister without making him accountable or facing disciplinary action.

This is the same government Minister who did not and does not want the independent care inquiry by Frances Oldham and her team and has repeatedly undermined and insulted abuse victims in Jersey. His liberation day speech in 2008 was described to me by one survivor as 'a knife through her heart' as he described how the 'biggest damage' was that to Jersey's reputation.
Thus I and other survivors see any mishandled reports such as yours that is finished without my views, as a whitewash done to protect Jersey's reputation, being such a powerful financial centre, it appears that this means reputation comes first, although the dirt from Jersey is becoming less and less containable and increasingly the word about what is really going on in Jersey, is spreading to the wider world.
I see your finished report that omits me and has illegally accessed my records as part of the whitewashes that are starting to be seen through. I do not see you contacting me at the last minute, on completion of this illegal report as anything other than harmful and a pretence of including me. Safeguarding should never be a process or organization that causes the distress, helplessness and fear that you have and are causing me by the production of your report, and thus, as chair of this report, I am holding you personally responsible and have every intention of taking you to court in the UK as well as including you in the ECHR case.
I will counter any defamatory reports by you that have been created without my permission and input by informing local and national press of my views and of the harm being done to me, and ensuring that any and every system of action against you is instigated and upheld.
Eventually Jersey will not hide behind sham investigations and cover ups, and eventually a few powerful people who are currently beyond the reach of the law because of their status, will be called to account, I will play a part in that, in life or death, and I will bring a case against you in the meantime if your actions in doing a report against me to cover for wrongdoers, does not stop.
No inquiry carried out within Jersey is independent, the example of Senator Gorst supposedly launching this inquiry while condoning sentaor Bailhache's behaviour and promoting him is an example, and the wonderful illusion of you being outside of Jersey and thus independent fails at the point where you have ignored the conflicted ministerial situation and also proceeded with this report without my consent or knowledge, without my consent for access to any records and have completed the report without my views and have contacted me in an impolite manner at the end, as a token. The Jersey Way lives, thrives and blossoms with your illusion of independence. You being outside of Jersey does not seem to have made your inquiry independent of 'The Jersey Way' - covver ups first and foremost, at the expense of victims, at all.
I am formally warning you to cease and desist from your harmful actions in bringing a biased and defamatory report against me on behalf of Jersey's very unprofessional government and I fully intend to fight your harmful actions against me that you are carrying out on their behalf.
As you are in the UK, I am able to file against you as soon as I wish, and as necessary I will return to Jersey to file there as well. Your report is done on behalf of a man, Senator Gorst, who allowed his colleague to send this letter, please copy and paste if the link didn't come up:
And then Senator Gorst promoted him to external affairs minister without any disciplinary action, and is thus your report is completely invalid and irrelevant to my case, your report being instigated by a man who actually condones the harm to me his external affairs minister has inflicted and your report having illegally accessed my records and breached the data protection act, is simply a whitewash to cover what has happened to me and make Jersey look squeaky clean for it's finance industry reuptation.
Senator Gorst, after condoning or excusing Senator Bailhache's behaviour, did not contact me to discuss a report into my treatment, he launched it without my consent or knowledge and also failed to let my representative, Bob Hill know, and you have failed to communicate about my case with Bob Hill, despite obviously knowing, having been comissioned by Senator Gorst, who knew, that Bob Hill was representing me, instead, you failed until the last minute to make contact with or about me at all.
I have no doubt that you knew I would react with anger and pain and rebuff you, and you could use that against me.
And, being 'Safeguarding' you appear to have completely failed to take into account that I am too traumatized by what happened to me in Jersey to even think about it, let alone talk about it, and have repeatedly commented on my blogs about similar situations where the Diocese of Winchester have forced this Jersey matter onto me while my memory is blanked by trauma and I cannot even discuss the matter with the psychologist, because the trauma shuts my memory down, and the psychologist has said that blanked memories are blanked by my brain deliberately to prevent me from breaking down. Now what the whole dire Jersey and Winchester mess has done, is force the past, which remains far too traumatic for me to face, back into my life, and I have suffered 16 months of unremitting hell as a result, with no justice, no redress, just a load of severely damaging situations that omit my voice and story and have dragged me into memories that I remain unable to cope with and attempt to access the blanked memories which may well lead to me being incapacitated or dead.
You are playing a full part in dragging me into the trauma that is beyond my reach, you are putting me under needless and horrendous stress, for the sake of a conflicted whitewash that is of no benefit to me, to anyone else, or to Jersey, it will not change the Jersey Way and it will not change the reality of what I experienced, it will not bring justice, it will not mean that the click Jersey words 'lessons have been learned' will ring true, because that will never happen.
Your report and is a meaningless whitewash that is the opposite of safeguarding in that it is playing a part in destroying me to cover up for wrongdoers and conflicted members of the States, and now that you have this letter, no matter what you produce, this letter is now published online on my blogs and circulated to the police, the Jersey bloggers and other interested parties and will remain live forever, even outliving me if these attacks on my life through reports and smears do not stop.
And now that you aware of what is being done to harm me, as 'Independent Safeguarding Chair' you are obliged to act to protect me.
So how are you going to go about doing that?
You do not have my permission to produce any harmful or defamatory material that omits my side, and as the report is supposedly about my treatment but is, as far as I am concerned a sham, you do not have my permission to proceed, you do not and have not had my permission to access any police or social services or charity or other records or discuss me with anyone, you do not have my permission to publish anything that you have so far collated or produced, because it omits my side of things, and contacting me at the last minute regarding a report that you have produced without consent is unacceptable and breaches my human rights and I see it only as a further act of harassment and harm to my health, which is unacceptable for a 'Safeguarding board'. I did not ask for a report, and, because it is dangerous to trigger my memories of Jersey, and so far not a single person in 16 months has taken that into account, how am I supposed to tell you what is behind the blank trauma that according to psychological advice I must not recall??? Did Senator Gorst consider that when he launched this report without my consent? And what do you in Safeguarding want to do, with your token contact of me regarding the report? Force me into a dangerous state for the sake of a sham report? Or just contact me so that it shows on record that you did and I violently rejected you and am thus the mad bad person that the police and government claim I am, I know Jersey is 50 years behind the times, but, as safeguarding, and you from the UK, I think you should understand that I am suffering severe PTSD.
PTSD caused by being regressed to childhood by a churchwarden with no psychological training, when my first childhood was horrific, and being left regressed and rejected in the community because I reported the abuse, and being severely brutalized and locked up the same day the police EMAILED ME the results of the police complaint against the churchwarden, then left traumatized by the illegal and uncalled for police brutality and detention - the Jersey way punishment for reporting an old boy - and left to go on suffering one blow after another until I was left homeless and destitute on the streets of the UK in MY PYJAMAS, which the home affairdsminister, who is also a church of england reader with a long association with my abuser, denies.
Your report and all other reports so far omit me, and this matter having been launched on me while I was homeless, ill and traumatized, has been horrific, because I was and am, in no fit state to relive the horrors of Jersey or to have survived the smear campaign, led by Senator Bailhache and other conflicted church-states-judiciary members, and it appears not to be in your remit to investigate this smear campaign even though it is gross harm to a vulnerable adult by members of Jersey's States, judiciary and church, most in all three categories, including Senator Bailhache, who was a church officer who sat on the synod with my abuser, and Ian LeMarquand who is not just overseer of the police in his role of Home Affairs Minister, but who also is a reader in the church my abuser was sacked from previous to abusing me, and a long time associate of my abuser.
If anyone reading this didn't believe that Jersey has problems with conflict of interests, read the paragraph above again.
so, unless Sentor Gorst is going to allow you to extend your investigation to cover this complaint also, then your report is invalid, you are the safeguarding authority, you are now obliged by me to investigate the smear campaign against me, led by Senator Bailhache and other prominent members of Jersey society and the lies they produced in the press, and if you are not willing so to do, on my comission, and I, as a vulnerable adult, have as much right as Senator Gorst, to comission an investigation, then you are making a clear statement that your other investigations without my consent are invalid
