correspondence with the Chief Minister

Dear Senator Gorst,

I am just emailing regarding correspondence.

I do find that you and the sham safeguarding board emailing just before the weekend kind of gives the impression that you don't want correspondence, but, nonetheless, while you are harming me, you will get correspondence.

Before I continue, may I congratulate you on the march for gay rights in Jersey today. The march gained international coverage and gave many hope that Jersey is changing for the better, the island that is known for it's archaic and feudal government that is known as a government that robs the poor and vulnerable and children and minorities of rights and freedoms because of the finance industry and the few all-powerful conflicted States-Judiciary-masonic-church members, has today shown hope for change, for a better Jersey, one where there are no longer any atrocities such as the way I was destroyed and the way it was covered up, including your sham investigation and Philip Bailhache's smear campaign against me and his fight to silence Haute de la Garenne abuse victims for the sake of the Island's reputation, and his use of his coleague and friend, Dame Steel, to hijack the Diocese of Winchester's investigation and further damn me in a report that excludes me and yet includes people who were not in Jersey during the events being investigated and had not met me.

Well, done, as chief Minister, for leading your Island today, in full view of the world, to state that things will change in Jersey. The March for equality was stunning!

I am mainly emailing though, in light of the new hope for Jersey, for justice and equality, to remind you to withdraw the whitewash safeguarding sham investigation because the counteractions will have negative consequences on the new and hopeful Jersey's reputation, because I do have the evidence to counter your sham investigation that has already cleared wrongdoers on their say-so without my version of events being recorded. What kind of investigation only records the defendants? Not a genuine or balanced one, a genuine investigation involves the complainant from the start, not at the last minute just to put on record that they have been contacted.

And also to remind you that I would like an investigation into the serious breach of safeguarding, States conduct and my rights and dignity that has been the smear campaign headed by Philip Bailhache and Ian LeMarquand, conflicting and abusing their roles in States, Church and Judiciary and abusing their power to influence people against me with propaganda.

I look forward to the very readily available evidence of this, and evidence that is not so readily available of liasons over this, being examined by the safeguarding board.

I would like to add, finally, that there is an illusion, not a very good one, that Glenys Johnstone is independent, unfortunately she is not independent but is not on the Island and thus not able to see the workings of a corrupt and badly run system against the poor, the vulnerable and victims of Jersey's covered-up decades of abuse of children in care. Basically, as I mentioned, victims have been ruined, driven to death and intimidated out of giving evidence, I have first hand experience of this happening to victims of Haute de la Garenne while I was in Jersey, and it is still happening, with victims afraid to give evidence due to knowing the harm that can befall them in return, because the details of their evidence will be put in the public domain. There is no sign that Mrs Johnstone knows or cares about this, but is more there to protect the establishment, fortunately for me, she is in the UK and I can take her to court.

I look forward to seeing you continue the progress started with your excellent gay rights march by ensuring that the ministers who have acted in bias to the church by smearing me and upholding the grave wrongdoing of the Dean and Church, are disciplined, as is the Dean, this is now also your responsibility as the Diocese of Winchester, fended off by the Deanery of Jersey, and with no power in Jersey, were forced to abandon the matter and leave it to the Steel/Bailhache whitewash.

It will be so wonderful to see you put all this right, now that you have made the first step in transforming Jersey from a communist/feudal state to democracy and transparency by arranging and publicising the Gay Rights March.

I look forward to you disciplining your government ministers, including the Dean, in order that they can learn to be part of this new and hopeful Jersey and leave their corrupt and abusive ways behind, for the sake of all poor, vulnerable, disabled and young people in Jersey, and also in light of their objections to the wonderful march today, that they also learn the basic values that Jesus taught 'Judge Not', and 'love your neighbour as yourself'.

Jersey -connections from the beginning

• When I went to Jersey, I did know people there but did not go there because I knew anyone there, I needed space, I needed a progression from college and into the world travelling that I hoped to do.
• I was offered a job in Jersey and decided that was an ideal step into world travel, as it would be easy enough to get home, and language wasn't a problem.
• I knew my old landlady/friend's family at St. Brelades, and I knew of, the Warren family from the Lihous.
• I didn't know that the interconnections in the little Island of Jersey were problematic to anyone who ended up the wrong side of anyone in power.
• Right from the start the interconnections were there. The family I worked for, who had made a fortune in the horticulture business, before closing down because it was no longer profitable, were connected to the church where the churchwarden abused me, members of that family were generous supporters of that church.
• My first landlord was a churchgoer, not in the same denomination, but nonetheless, all churches in that island are interconnected. But he was also friends with people from the churchwarden's church, close friends of his, his partner's and the churchwarden and his wife. So, the last time I spoke to my old landlord was when he was at Southampton hospital and I was having to have a break from Jersey due to the distress of the abuse and police inquiry in 2008, he then pointedly ignored me in the street every time he saw me, even if I said hello, and Jane Fisher, as usual tried to tell me I was paranoid and had not been slandered.
•  Imagine the psychological damage of someone like Jane Fisher, on the mainland, not having to live in this uncomfortable environment and calling you insane and untruthful when you tell her you are suffering, safeguarding????

This was a 10 minute post so I will stop now.

Jersey

• I went to Jersey to live, with great anxiety as it was a completely new start and I had no money to start with, no money to even return to the UK if it went wrong early on, which could happen to anyone.
• One of the reasons I went, interestingly enough, was to get some space from the Lihous, and people in their church who wanted to send me to a community and things because of my 'disability', now, having already been sent to a community aged 20, by JM and having benefitted nothing from it and seen it could not help me because I was autistic, I did not want to be sent to a community or to continue to have the Lihous closely involved.
• However, Jill Lihou wanted to still be involved and tried, without my permission to get me to have my post forwarded to her daughter and son in law's church, she said her daughter had agreed, but she failed to note that I hadn't and that I actually had a home to have post sent to. She also for some reason, wanted me to 'go and see her family' at their church, as she said that both the Warrens, her daughter and son in law who run St. Matthews and St. Lawrence, and the Honours, her daughter and son in law who run a church in Guernsey, would be at St. Matthews. Jill failed to understand when I said her family didn't want to know me, and continued to tell me I could see them. Jill and George's family had not wanted Jill to claim I was 'part of the family' and had never agreed with it, and I had responded to that and their advice about me to the Lihous behind my back by agreeing that I was not family and wanted space from the Lihous and their family, which Jill never accepted.

• So, I arrived in Jersey wounded, needing space. And at first there was space, glorious space, space to go down to the beaches, to explore, to look at the views, to dance to music alone in the house, to stand outside in the dark lane and marvel at the dark.
• But many many times, just as I had had premonition before moving to Jersey, I had premonition that things were going to be serious, and because I am autistic and a bit wierd, I did wonder if it was to do with the scaremongering that Jill and George Lihou had brought from Jersey to our church in Hampshire. 
• Jill and George used to come back from Jersey telling the church meetings that 'There were Satanists in Jersey, praying for the breakup of clergy marriages'. 
• Now this, at the time when I was still indoctrinated and a sheeple, to a certain extent, seemed really serious, really horrifying and dramatic. And other people in the prayer meetings used to pray and pray and do all sorts of commanding and speaking in tongues.
• But, because I was never a complete sheeple, I spoke to my dad about it, and he explained to me that real Satanists would not be praying for the breakup of clergy marriages.
• While in Jersey and at St. Matthews church, I found a book, these words were in the book 'There are Satanists in the USA, praying for the breakup of clergy marriages'. So at last I knew where the propaganda came from, but horrifyingly, this was a 'Christian' book, and the words had been transferred and used in Jersey and beyond, to scare and stir emotion, horrifying what the church can do and get away with. 
• And this is what can happen and harm vulnerable people. There undoubtedly are Satanists in Jersey, there is a nasty nasty undercurrent there, there is a Statue of the Devil preserved there and you will NEVER hear a member of clergy of church laity condemn the fact that that Statue is preserved and is a Jersey landmark, but there are no Satanists wasting their time and energy on breaking up clergy marriages, that is just a nasty, manipulative scare tactic, which can affect and frighten vulnerable people. And that is one thing that is prevelant in Church of England churches, and very prevelant in the Jersey CofE charismatic churches.
• Other books in that church included a 'Christian' book teaching a lesson about how a church woman was raped by a church man, and how it was all alright in the end because she forgave him, she didn't report him but 'because she forgave him' it was alright when she saw him chatting and laughing with people in church. It is absolutely horrifying to think that so many people do not question, as I have learned to, but follow blindly what they are told. 

• So, my coming to Jersey was already overshadowed by the Lihou-Warren-Honour charismatic-culty-church issues, and so the Lihous and Warrens are not separate from the Jersey matter nor in the past of it, they are part of it and they are part of the damage to me, and continued to be.
• I had a lovely first summer in Jersey, I had a lovely job, with employers who put up with errors by me and were kind. Unfortunately they were directly connected to the church where I was abused, but that will be explained another time. It is a small island, and if you make one powerful enemy, you may as well flee or die, for all your life can be worth if you make the wrong enemies, you can lose everyone and everything through interconnection, the same can be said to a certain extent of the Church of England, if you report one, you could end up blacklisted by all, as I have. But...I would rather be blacklisted by the Church of England than included, because they have lost sight of God, and that is apparent in the way I am being mercilessly destroyed.

Who's who in Jersey - Judiciary etc

In March 2013, Bishop Dakin, five years too late, decided he was investigating part of what happened to me in Jersey, incomprehensibly he decided to launch a public attack on me and the Dean of Jersey by publishing the incomplete Korris Report and publicly suspending the Dean.

He had no idea about Jersey or the Jersey way, which is all about politicians covering up scandal at the expense of wronged people, and so his actions caused a hate and cover-up campaign against me by key interconnected church-judiciary-political-masonic figures, who arranged for the investigation to be done against me by one of their associates, Dame Heather Steel.

On my own, my protests to this would go unheard, and I would be treated as mad, as the Diocese branded me through the Korris report, and left me silenced and excluded from the whole matter despite shaming me in the press, having me illegally traced by police and left destroyed and humilaited.

I have not been interviewed for the investigation and am silenced and unheard as I continue to beg for help and for my next public destroyal, by the Steel report, to be averted.

Brief Who's who Judiciary:

• Bridget Shaw, (see also church who's who) Jersey's magistrate, married to a Church of England clergyman who's church I was happily settled in until Jane Fisher and the Dean intervened, has a lot of power, obviously, in this matter and has played a part in ruining and imprisoning other whistleblowers such as former Senator Stuart Syvret.
• Philip Bailhache, (lawyer, church, states) This is the man who caused outrage at a liberation day speech by claiming that the slur on Jersey from Haute de la Garenne was worse than the harm done to victims. This man has a long history of preventing investigation into abuse, and being obstructive to justice for victims, as described to me by a Jersey care home abuse survivor in person. He is the former Bailiff of Jersey and also a Senator, he is the Island's 'extrenal affairs' Minister, as well as being a trained lawyer and judge. Philip Bailhache led a smear campaign against me and also ensured my name was available to the general public whilst he was on a plane to England, presumably to meet the queen or Archbishop to get the Dean cleared. Philip Bailhache was conflicted in that he was a church officer who sat on the Deanery synod with my abuser, and he interchanged his church and states roles to use his power as a Senator and legal expertise to help clear the Dean. Philip Bailhache has no interest in the poor, vulnerable and abused and treats them without exception as troublemakers who spoil the status quo, he was against an 'outside investigation' into Haute de la Garenne but may well engineer the investigation to make Jersey look squeaky clean, as he has been able to in my case, at my expense.

• William Bailhache is Philip Bailhache's brother, the two brothers were privately educated, in England! At Harrow, as far as I know; and both went on to hold government and judiciary positions in Jersey, they have a reputation for being the 'overlords' of Jersey, and making it into a 'feudal state' and dispensing one brand of justice for the wealthy and well-connected, and another for the poor. William Bailhache has been Bailiff and judiciary and various things the same as his brother, and both have got away with some glaring injustices because they are in charge, no-one oversees them, and England wont step in and even things out.

• Michael Birt, Bailiff, (church, states, judiciary) very close to the Bailhache brothers, tends to be in agreement with them. Part of this tight inner circle.

• Philip Falle, (church, states, judiciary)the same, part of the tight circle, was the one that 'disposed of me' for the Dean and church. Connected with the town church where the dean presides.

• Ian LeMarquand.(church, states, judiciary, police) Absolutely famous for dodging issues. This is Jersey's Home Affairs Minister. He is also a Church of England Reader in the Jersey Deanery, he is also a friend of my abuser, and a supporter of the Dean. He also oversees the States of Jersey police.  These are all things that the Korris report, and definitely the Steel Report do not tell you, that Ian LeMarquand, and the other people on this page who have been involved against me and used their power and legal expertise to clear the Dean and damn me, are blatantly conflicted.

Notable memories of Ian LeMarquand for me include, him recounting to a meeting I was at, how, as magistrate, he had 'been merciful' and let off a man who followed a young girl into a toilet and 'had a look'.

Remembering that men do not do such things as one-offs, letting such a person off, and not registering that, means he can simply do that and worse, again.

Ian LeMarquand is also famous for putting a young man in prison after being asked to give this youngster a chance and a fresh start 'because God told him to' Now if anything is an example of the dangerous cult behaviour in the Jersey churches, that is. And it is a typical example.

On the subject, the rector who was helping me in the end of my time in Jersey, made it quite clear that wrongdoing was occuring and that he had conflicts with Ian LeMarquand about 'The Boys in LaMoye who shouldn't be there' - LaMoye being the prison where I was dumped for convenience too.

My abuser described Ian LeMarquand as his 'friend', and Ian LeMarquand's daughter, my former housegroup leader, told me that her father described it as a 'sad day' when my abuser was sacked from the church they worked at together, where Ian LeMarquand has remained as a church leader and reader licenced by the Diocese of Winchester.

Ian LeMarquand, along with Senator Bailhache, in their positions, have access to my police record and others, and my record was not an accurate view of things in the first place, as Jersey police have been very incompetent and damaging, but also these supporters of the Dean are free to access my records and to alos change and use them. It is thought that this was what Senator Bailhache had with him on the plane to England when he exposed my name and the  name of the churchwarden to fellow passengers.

Senator LeMarquand and Philip Bailhache are both also deeply entrenched in the issues around the Haute de la Garenne Children's home.

The Jersey Way:

Jersey isn't all good while people who speak up are made into criminals, Jersey is very corrupt and the fact that a billion pound finance industry is sitting on it is not a coincidence, people who 'rock the boat' for any member of the masons-money-church-judiciary-states circle, do get arrested and beaten and called mad and imprisoned, I am one of a few who have been discredited and destroyed and I know of one suicide from it and also there is St.uart, who has been ruined for speaking up, but he keeps speaking up.

Interestingly enough during my time in Jersey, the media smears of Stuart were such that I believed he was causing trouble, I was still quite naive of the Jersey way, but I was in conversation with a man called John, from St. Brelade, who explained to me, that Stuart was a good man, who spoke about things that needed to be spoken about, and that is why the government and their press were ruining him, to discredit him, to get people like me to believe he was mad and bad-which is exactly the same treatment I have suffered in the past 14 months.

There are quite a number of conflicted lawyers in my case, including the one who was sent to see me in the cells of the magistrates court, who started off by telling me I was in the wrong and that my side of things was irrelevant, I ended up with three different lawyers during that week, including one who was trained in English law and not allowed to represent me, no-one ever explained any of this to me, but the woman who represented me finally allowed me to be ruined and deported and then last year she caused me shock by contacting me and telling me that Heather Steel wanted access to my records, this was ludicrous and shocking, this woman who let me down contacting me in this way, asking to let the conflicted Dame Heather Steel access my records!

 I said NO, Steel hadn't bothered to contact me herself and was known to be conflicted by her connection to Philip Bailhache and the Jersey Judiciary, this was a violation and I refused, of course, but no doubt as the Bishop 'appointed' a member of the conflicted and biased Jersey police who had treated me so shockingly, to work with Steel, my records were undoubtedly accessed and used to damn me while I had no voice and no defence, yet another violation like rape from the Diocese of Winchester, and they claimed this was a safeguarding matter and to be investigating my complaint?!

The woman representing me in court is also reported to be the niece of a States member/former states member who attended, probably as dignitary, a Church of England church, possibly also as churchwarden.

Back to Judiciary - States - Church-etc, Most of those named are associated with the Town Church and the Dean. Most associate with a tight little club called CHOW, in church house, that my abuser also attends, and this same CHOW were allowed to gather the candidates of the St. Helier by-election together recently and blatantly ask each candidate why 'a bunch of christians' should vote for them?

Well I don't know about Christians, but this meeting led by the Dean and asking political candidates such a question is surely wrong, and in the past, one of the clergy involved in shunning and harming me for the Dean, was in trouble for supposedly biasing people as to what candidates to vote for.

The town church also hopes to re-elect my abuser as churchwarden there soon.

The names on the above list come up repeatedly in connection with injustice, conflicts of interest and corruption and cover ups, but nothing is ever done. Some of the above have been involved in the suppression of me and my side of things and the clearing of the Dean and abusers of wrongdoing.
Some of the names are out of date, for example the chief minister of Jersey is Senator Gorst, in theory, in reality he is by all accounts a sock-puppet for Philip Bailhache, because people had to choose between him and Bailhache as chief so they chose the weak leader instead of the dictator, and got a sock puppet.

This is the start of a who's who. Which needs to be contiued in order for a better picture of what is really going on to be seen.

Who's Who in Jersey, part 1.
This is quite a tricky and scary series to start, not one I even want to do, but in the the recent fun quizzes of who's who, the Church of England were lost, last and least, and it took some Jersey people time to work out who the Grandmaster freemason-churchman-relative of my abuser-musician was.
So I thought this should be the starting point for outsiders on who's who in the Channel Island of Jersey, where they speak English but are not part of the UK, and thus have their own government and laws that allowed the Dean to be let off and run a smear campaign against me with a bit of help from his friends.
