Where are Welby's Tears? Well, I think when he is better from pneumonia, he may have a crack at being 'Heartily sorry' or whatever other script is put in front of him.
I agree with you. I have read the article and this lady's book and am disgusted by their attitude. Nothing other than an unreserved apology will do and I really don't care if the insurance is affected!
There was a lot about insurance in my case too, believe it or not. Insurance is what it is still all about, that is why the church have a secret policy excluding vulnerable people from church people's houses.
