Ballast for a sinking ship

There's an upside down ship in the Solent
an insurance job, they say,
but they can't seem to right it
so it will just have to stay that way

the Anglican church is burdened
with fat unholy men
let put them on the sinking ship
to balance it out again

And we all say ayyy-menn
