A letter to Bishop Peter Hancock Regarding his
unsuitability as Safeguarding Representative for the Church of England while he
has upheld and employed a criminal abuser
Dear Peter Hancock,
When I saw you using the Peter Ball case to preen yourself
and masturbate your ego in public, I had no idea that you had taken over from
Paul Butler in the public preening and misleading over safeguarding position,
and when I found out, I was horrified, because there has been no justice in my
case, and you have been part of the injustice, in employing the man who had me
destroyed for his abuser friend.
You employed Bob Key according to these articles below, and
there was this disgusting show for a man who has committed very serious and
criminal wrongs which destroyed a lone vulnerable adult while he was supported
and upheld in this both by the Church of England and the States of Jersey. Up
to a million pounds is estimated to have been spent on the whitewash reports
that ignored his victim's story. And as yet the injustice remains, and as his
victim, I am suffering beyond relief. A man who destroyed a vulnerable adult
for his abuser friend cannot be involved in evangelism as he is a risk to the
vulnerable as well as not being a servant of Christ, he can't bring anyone to a
God who he hates and has contempt for, and no-one who upholds such a man is a
servant of Christ.
The man who destroyed me, was moved to
evangelism positions where he will pose a risk to the vulnerable. And Peter
Hancock, the new 'safeguarding' stuntman for the church of England has arranged
this.
I hope that Moira Gibb will accordingly
redact her claim that there has been improvement since the Peter Ball matter,
because nothing whatsoever has changed.
Mr Key will be working with cathedrals and larger churches in the UK as
part of a national prayer initiative called Thy Kingdom Come 2017.
He has also accepted an invitation from the Bishop of Bath and Wells to
be part of the team taking forward that diocese’s new strategy for ‘mission and
evangelism’.

fellowship, I’m delighted that his particular gifts in evangelism will continue
to be available both in the wider life of our Church in the UK and within the

role with the ‘Archbishops’ Evangelism Task Group’, as part of a national
initiative called “Thy Kingdom Come 2017.”
He’ll also be working with the Bishop of Bath and Wells on a “…new
strategy for mission and evangelism.”
As safeguarding representative as well as employing this
remorseless wrongdoer, you are extremely conflicted as well as unsuitable for
your post, and while my case remains needing investigation, it would appear
that you are going to actively stand in the way of that, as you employ and
uphold the wrongoer, who poses a risk to the vulnerable, in an evangelism
position where he will be a risk to the vulnerable.
You aren't a suitable
safeguarding representative as you are part of the circle who protect abusers
and collude to protect the church and make sure that they aren't held
accountable. Nothing has changed since Peter Ball was protected by George
Carey, the same has happened over again in my case, but this time you and the
Church do a shiny, empty show for the press regarding safeguarding, with no
genuine intention or effort to either safeguard, or bring justice to victims.
Your and Justin Welby's protection of Bob Key and Tim Dakin
and their wrongs may not be seen to be on the same serious scale of George
Carey protecting Peter Ball, but it is exactly the same sort of thing, you have
upheld a wrongdoer and destroyed a victim to the point of suicide. No lessons
have been learned and nothing has changed, except the fake safeguarding
campaign that wasn't around in Ball and Carey's day, which you and Welby and
others now run.
I understand from
other victims and support groups that Paul Butler stepped down because he was
as unsuitable as you for representing safeguarding and he knew it and too many
others knew it, certainly his involvement in my case when he was conflicted, as
you are, was inappropriate, and no Bishop can represent safeguarding, as they
are, especially the corrupt core connected to the Winchester Diocese, as you
and Butler are, can represent safeguarding, as they continue to have a systemic
safeguarding problem.
A man who upholds a criminal abuser such as Bob Key, cannot
claim to represent safeguarding. An estimated million pounds was the end total
spent on lawyers and PR over the Bob Key matter, and what was that money used
for? Protecting the Church's image, protecting Bob Key, Justin Welby and Tim
Dakin, for their wrongdoing and dishonesty and harm to me. And what money was
provided to me for equal representation over the three years that the church
publicly destroyed and smeared me while claiming to care about safeguarding? Nothing,
and they nearly killed me. Do you remember Paul Butler masturbating his ego
over Ball's dead victim? Disgusting, but in my case, the church would have
slandered me in death as they did in life.
I remain destroyed, while you employ the man who with the
help of police, States and others, destroyed me, and if you don't see the
problem, of employing the wrongdoer in an unresolved abuse case while you act
as safeguarding representative, then there is something wrong with you, and
this is not excused by the way the church have branded me as mad, bad or
criminal, because that is how the church have systemically treated victims, no
lessons learned, for many years. They branded Eli Ward as schitzophrenic, and
former Faith Minister Eric Pickles tried to protect the church by telling
Theresa Cooper that her problem was her medication.
I suffer night and day as a result of the horrific damage to
me by the Church of England since I was 19, and it is at a point where there
can never be justice or relief, the suffering has become my life and is not
removable. Being abused repeatedly, being treated appallingly by police and NHS
as a result, being publicly and utterly destroyed by the church of england, and
enduring the complete refusal of the National Safeguarding Team to act on the
open and lawless behaviour of the church, is too much to live with, and all of
that on top of the background that I came from to end up vulnerable and abused
in the church.
Most people would not survive this long with this suffering.
And even if and when I do get the final signature for Dignitas, the Church
remain responsible and aware of their serious and systemic failures in my case.
And because no-one in my case will be convicted, because the police chose to
punish me for reporting old boys with mason, magistrate and other connections,
no-one ever will, and thus the Church will refuse to act upon their horrific
cover-up of my case and damage to me, because apparently you need a conviction
like in the Peter Ball case before you act, even if you have denied the victims
so much that one of them ends up dead before they see justice and their abuser
removed from church cases.
As you are conflicted and openly supporting wrongdoers, not
least Bob and Daphne Key, and have shown neither interest in my side of things
nor interest in good safeguarding in removing them from positions where they
can harm the vulnerable, you are not suitable as safeguarding representative
for the church, and you also need to make sure my case is investigated by a non-conflicted
person and agency, which is what I have been asking for quite some time, but
the National Safeguarding Team and the Winchester Diocesan Safeguarding
representative have been advised to ignore me and put the phone down on me,
thankfully I understand that this isn't just me that they do this to, you will
have seen several articles published by survivors about this ongoing bad
attitude to safegaurding by the Church. Including these:
It would be best if the Church want to continue creating
their false illusion of safeguarding, that you step down as official peacock
and jester when church abuse is discovered by the press and media, as you are
no more suitable than Butler, and before you go, make sure that something is
done about the atrocious way that victims are being treated and the your
horrifying conflict of interests in the unresolved Jersey and Winchester
matter, as although I do not want to live, I want to make sure the duplicity
and injustice that you are now the prime figure in, is exposed forever no
matter if I die branded, shamed and destroyed while the church condemn me and
uphold my abusers.

You definitely should never have been given Peter Hancock limelight
after his part in the Jersey and Winchester coverup where he upheld an abuser.
Anyone involved in the defunct and belated PR inquiries or who give the
church's fake safeguarding stuntmen limelight, harm the victims who are still
suffering.
The Peter Ball case was one where the church were forced to act. And all
you did was tell a story already known, and give the new Paul Butler, Peter
Hancock, limelight to continue Paul Butler's duplicity, Peter Hancock has been
actively involved in the million pound Jersey and Winchester cover-up, and
shows no intention of acting regarding the horrific injustice.
I guess that after the huge ego-masturbation by Justin Welby and Peter
Hancock over your report, the church intend to continue as normal, they force
meetings with the national safeguarding team on victims for insurance purposes
and continue to be as abusive and dishonest as they always have been.
Your report should not praise the current situation of Welby, Hancock,
Butler and the rest of the tight and collusive clique, because the only thing
that has changed is that the church are credibly getting away with a massive
massive falsehood, and my case is a repeat of the very same cover-up, collusion
and lies that protected Ball, you appearing with Peter Hancock when he has been
involved in protecting wrongdoers in my case is a very grave injury to me.
Think of the victims when you produce unqualified claims such as that the
church has changed or is doing better, it isn't doing better, they destroyed
me, nearly drove me to suicide and both Paul Butler and Peter Hancock, the safeguarding
stuntmen, have been involved and are complicit in this.
There is no improvement under Peter Hancock, who is as complicit in my
case as Paul Butler was, in safeguarding in the church of england. The press
and media facilitated lies and fake apologies and the protection of wrongdoers
continue. Bob Key, who had me destroyed, imprisoned left homeless and publicly
smeared for three years, has been upheld publicly by Justin Welby and Peter
Hancock, and they consider him fit to hold positions where he will have acess
to the vulnerable, while the million pound whitewash of my case remains and my
side has not been recorded.
As someone who claimed that the church are doing better, would you
please make a statement qualifying that, or redact it and hold the church to
account for their massive scale harm to me, of which your report being used for
PR falsehoods is part? I am left suffering and voiceless while these corrupt,
duplicitous and collusive men do exactly the same as occured in the Peter Ball
case, they have destroyed me and left me voiceless and suicidal for the sake of
the church's image, and as in the Peter Ball case, they are protecting abusers,
and you, having received this and previous concerns when you were seen posing
with Hancock in the PR falsehood stunt, are doing the same.
The church have been doing a fake safeguarding audit with the help of
SCIE, to keep rubbing it in the victims' faces while nothing changes. The depth
and severity of the criminal actions of the church in my case remain
unchallenged, even by the police. The church have openly and unrelentingly
broken the law in publicly destroying me. And Peter Hancock has yet to contact
me to explain what he is to do about this while he is harbouring and upholding
a man who has done very serious wrong to me with the church's blessing.

Did you see the Sun having a field day on that dishonest clergyman, using their usual baby language, they had it as headlines, I don't think the Daily Mail did, but I found the Daily Mail version.
Normally I wouldn't indulge the rag papers using something like this to sell papers or as scandal but I just wanted to point something out.
The Church of England have a secret apartheide policy against the vulnerable. for insurance purposes, to protect the clergy and to protect the vulnerable. They treat the vulnerable as a liability and a risk.
But they do not have a matching policy to protect the vulnerable against their clergy.

Ian Gorst and Jersey Care Inquiry
Dear Ian Gorst,
Your 50,000 of tax payers ,money on PR training must have been well spent, for you to offer a 'personal' apology to victims when you have been involved in exactly the same wrongdoing and appear unable to admit that during your PR apology.
Remember your persistent and criminal efforts against a vulnerable adult in order to protect States and Church Dignitaries? That remains unresolved and not accounted for. It needs outside investigation.

Make sure something is done about the million pound Winchester and Jersey cover-up at the expense of one lone and destroyed victim whose story remains unheard. You have taken so much time on your PR training that you seem to have forgotten to resign over the matter, not least because you personally tried to force the release of the whitewash Steel report and you personally had the victim bullied and trolled over the States personal whitewash by the failed and disgraced safeguarding partnership. You had no right to abuse your position to have a voiceless vulnerable adult destroyed with her side of things unheard, not least because as Chief Minister and dubiously a 'Christian' you were obliged to be impartial, instead you acted as badly and as conflictedly as you could.
Now that you have done your £50,000 speech at taxpayers' expense, maybe you can arrange the inquiry into Church, States and Police severe misconduct from 2008 onwards and of course especially from 2013-2016, not forgetting the severe abuse of the vulnerable adult by press and media and the states from their positions, and the inaction of yourself or the safeguardijng partnership to stop this. Because just as the systemic abuse and corruption in Jersey didn't go away and still remains a problem, not least under your unstable and corrupted leadership, the matter of the million pound public destruction of a lone vulnerable adult also isn't going to go away.
Any National or International Press ready to interview the victim instead of continuing the complicit silence, she is willing to be interviewed, and I don't think Ian Gorst's £50,000 of tax payers money on PR will ever wash the stain from him and his inter-conflicted corrupt States-Judiciary-Police-Church members.
And because Gorst, Bailhache and others have broken the law in their efforts, and so have the hopelessly corrupt and brutal States of Jersey Police, but all consider themselves to be above the law, this needs to be a criminal investigation, and must be investigated by an outside police force as well as a neutral judge.
You are responsible for allowing an openly conflicted judge to illegally act in the matter, Dame Steel's connections to the wrongdoers in this are open and evidenced and you were shown that evidence, as if you didn't already know, and yet you allowed her to continue to terrorize her victim and act illegally for the States and Church, and you even used tax payers money on a PR stunt trip to the UK to try to force the release of the Steel report, leading to further hate attacks against the victim, who you have never met, and the end result of that was the collapse of former Deputy Bob Hill as he tried to counter the hate attacks against the lone, destroyed and voiceless vulnerable adult. The blood on your hands, nearly two lives lost for the sake of cover-up, doesn't seem to affect your attendance at church, because you won't take responsibility for yourself, and this all the £50,000 apologies and fake care for the abuse victims, is worthless, and is your ticket to hell, if you really believe in God rather than being one of the group who go to church for show and status and to be fawned upon, which is the usual thing.
And remember, as well as the persistent and unashamed failings of Jersey safeguarding partnership over the years, which despite being published, have not led to improvement, they also were involved in criminal activity against your victim, at your behest, nearly killing her. The formal complaint against this remains unanswered and un-investigated, so your 'apology' is of no worth to anyone, especially not if that is all £50,000 of tax payers money spent on PR brings.Make sure your own personal victim, the victim of your conflicts of interests and place in the church and among the corrupt clique, receives justice and a full investigation into the actions of church, states, judiciary, press and media, and last but not least the police. It isn't possible to imagine that you go to church on Sunday for any reason except to be seen, and the same goes for the horrifically corrupt and callous men in your clique in the States.
I attach some of the reports waiting to be used in the inquiry into the horrific callous, open and utter destruction of a lone vulnerable adult to cover up for wrongdoing and protect the image of the church and states. Make sure justice is brought to this matter, no matter what your 'prejudices', and you don't need to spend so much money on covering up and PR this time.
Remember, there are 23 other reports waiting, as well as the ones attached, and the wrongdoing hasn't gone away just because of your unchristian illegal and deviant behaviour. The matter isn't closed, and will not be closed, until the whole matter is investigated by unbiased individuals and bodies who will have to ask you and your clique why you knowingly allowed a conflicted and biased associate of yours to hijack and whitewash the token investigations by the diocese of Winchester which were, incidentally to glorify themselves and cover their backs rather than any genuine wish for justice. And why you allowed illegal actions by the inter-conflicted parties to continue for three years without any thought for your victim's welfare.
Your apology means nothing while the Jersey Way marches on and lives remain at risk and your victim is destroyed. Make sure your victim is heard on an equal footing with the people who have smeared and discredited her, including yourself, and if you don't, your work and life and 'christianity' are worth nothing at all, if you allow a vulnerable adult to be destroyed voiceless, you would allow your own children to be destroyed voiceless and that is all that your life, work and ministry are worth.
What has happened in the States-led atrocity of the million pound Jersey and Winchester whitewash is an indication that nothing has changed, and you can whitter 'apologies' in much the same empty and PR-led way that the church do, but if you do not change things, starting with this massive injustice, your PR apologies make no difference, Jersey is still a corrupt mess, headed by a useless two-faced man who recently faced a vote of no confidence and in a panic he tried to save himself by sacking his right-hand man who he had determinedly tried to save from justice before. Horrifying isn't it, Ian Gorst, what you have done and got away with. So make sure outside investigation occurs, and have the grace to step down.
Finally, Jersey is obviously unable to function without proper supervision and outside audits, so before you step down, you should discuss this with the States and make sure that an outside governor and suitable facilities for the persistent wrongdoings in Jersey and the persistent need for the UK to keep investigating Jersey are looked into. But straight away, Jersey Safeguarding Partnership's actions should be dealt with and they should be replaced, and you should dismiss Philip Bailhache just as you dismissed your other comrade, and this time not to save your sorry skin but because you were presented evidence of his criminal wrongdoing a few years back and refused to act, except to promote him to External Affairs Minister despite the nature of his wrongdoing. Time to stop following your PR script and start acting. No apology for PR makes any difference whatsoever when you are involved in and upholding wrongdoing and harm, the same thing has been said to the Church of England's National Safeguarding Team, who openly said that what has happened is wrong but that they daren't stand up to you and your corrupt circle, not that they are anything but corrupt and employed to protect the church from victims. Horrifying, More horrifying if any victim hearing your apology believes you are genuine and not completely two-faced.
The only reason you have pretended to care about victims or apologize is because you like your cushy job and all expenses paid trips all over the world with the pretence that a tiny island with no trade or status, which can't run it's own affairs, needs you to visit exotic locations and pay you to, while when you can be bothered to come home to Jersey you are there because you allow the corruption and wrongdoing that caused decades of harm to children and the vulnerable, and still is doing.
Your £50,000 of taxpayers money for PR lessons when your right-hand crook grumbled about the costs both of the child abuse inquiry and the Jersey and Winchester whitewash, is a very poor financial judgement, and a waste of money, I can see through your duplicity, so can others. Image is more important to you and your corrupt clique than genuine apology, repentance or even justice, you couldn't stop the care inquiry so you did your best with sabotage, PR and pretend care. It is small wonder that Jersey has to be run and investigated by the UK, while the corruption and abuse and lack of safeguarding remains and you and your comrades are using your positions to enjoy free and needless travel round the world at taxpayers' expense.
Time for Change. Goodbye Gorst, find a more suitable position and Jersey may have a chance of being a better, more productive place, with a better quality of life for those who belong there.

Jersey Care Inquiry
I have been at work all day of course.
I was praying all the time, especially for the survivors.
But I didn't have internet of course, I had my tablet with me but didn't even have time to borrow a wifi hotspot as we worked hard without stopping.
As I was driving home the new headlines came on 'A report into historic abuse in Jersey has said that children may still be at risk...' I turned the radio down and I needed to pull over.
An ambulance came tearing through the traffic, and I and other drivers pulled into a lay-by, and I decided to stay there for a while.
I got home, stripped my work clothes off and made tea before putting the computer on.
The headlines and blogs.
The first up reads 'Vindicated!' And that was all it took to reduce me to tears.
Then 'Demolish Haute de la Garrenne'.
I will never forget Haute de la Garrenne, the image of it will always be in my mind. You see I nearly stayed there while I was looking for a new home in Jersey, and that was when it was suddenly closed and the child abuse hit the headlines.
Then there is 'An end to the Jersey Way'.
I hope so, I am still waiting to go home.
I am not going to read any more yet. I guess I can smile slightly that the BBC focus on the advice to demolish Haute de la Garrenne.
