Dear all, 

This is the letter that has been sent by post to Mrs Glenys Johnston today.

Dear Mrs Johnston,

Due to harm, distress and harassment by you as chair of Jersey's so-called safeguarding board, I am starting legal proceedings against you.

Last year you were apparently comissioned by Jersey's Chief Minister, to investigate my case. 

This was a doubly conflicted action as Jersey's chief minister had allowed some of his his senators to smear and defame me because as well as holding positions in the States, they also held positions in the church.

You apparently started this report last year but did not contact me, and as Deputy Higgins has continued to badger the States about this matter, you claimed in February to have almost completed the report, and to be trying to contact me for my views.

That is not a report, that is a whitewash where you try to contact the victim as an afterthought, and although my email address was readily available through the police and Bob Hill and Mike Higgins, no attempt was made to contact me.

Nor was there any response to my emails to you.

A few weeks ago, when your report was surely finished, you made contact with me.

I had already been told that you had cleared the police of misconduct.

Well how did you do that when their records were inaccurate and you had not spoken to me?

Why was a member of the conflicted police, who are overseen by a church of england reader, friend and supporter of my abuser and the dean, who condemns me, allowed to illegally access my records, which are inaccurate and clear the police of wrongdoing? This same police officer who the Bishop 'appointed' to alos illegally access my records for Dame Steel. a friend and colleague of another Senator-church officer who used his position to smear me and clear the Dean?

What you are producing, which will harm me and not give a clear picture of what happened to me, is a whitewash. You had finished your report, you had created an inaccurate and illegal report, and you intend to harm me by publishing it, at the same time as you are proven to be failing to either protect or report on, the welfare and safety of Jersey children.

You are also conflicted by previous roles in Leicestershire social services, and the fact that I am a witness/survivor

I would therefore inform you formally that I intend to take legal action against you.

Please stop harassing me through whitewash reports done on behalf of wrongdoers, you are seen to be acting for the conflicted states/police of Jersey and the Diocese of Winchester, who are legally forbidden to harm me further and your actions are an act of harm to me by them as they instigated this.

You are not to publish any report that excludes my views, is conflicted, publicly harms me, involves illegal access of records and illegal conversations, covers up, denies or omits wrongdoing by the police or other Jersey authorities, as it is not a true representation of the harm I suffered and it is an act of harassment and harm to me.

Why contact me when you have completed a report that clears wrongdoers?

An email to the Bishop

Dear Bishop Butler,

Just to remind you that I have asked for a proper independent inquiry into the harm done to me by the church of england. An inquiry that includes me and my story, as none so far do.

It is not and never will be acceptable that Jane Fisher slandered me to every church in my home town of Winchester when I returned homeless and destitute, slandered me to protect herself and the Bishop regarding their wrongdoing in Jersey. 

The damage to me, especially of being slandered to my old churches and losing friends I had had for more than 10 years, was horrific and inexcusable, as was Jane Fisher's influence of the Korris report after her wrongdoing.

The Korris report was a sham, a pretence of proper investigation, which has left me seriously harmed.

I understand that after more than 20 years, Kendal House is now being properly investigated by the church, too late for at least one victim, the damage is done.

And have recently 10 years late published a report into the chichester abuse.

The church of england have destroyed me and I doubt anything will change that. 

Am I to expect the church to wait 10 or 20 years before they launch on me again? While I spend each day waking up and living in fear, excluded slandered and omitted from reports.

How funny

I often wake thinking about something.
And for some reason this morning it was the hysteria and 'signs and wonders' of the cult church in Jersey.

They used to try and get me to go to something called 'soaking' One of those things where they lie on the floor and do their 'daddy God' nonsense.

I use Jesus as a yardstick, see Jesus the man standing these looking at them and saying 'They think this is to do with Me or My Father?'

I am sure there is nothing wrong with playing games, but it is not a good idea to mislead vulnerable and new Christians.

The other thing I remembered as I woke, was the 'gold dust'.
These church women were getting hysterical about some glitter or 'gold dust' that they had got on themselves, claiming it was a 'sign' yeah, the kind that sends thrills down the spines of hysterical cult church people and new and vulnerable Christians.

Why would a God who allowed such evil in that island, and allowed the church to shun and turn away from victims of that evil, be playing frivolous games with church people who had never suffered a thing in their lives?

Women Bishops are great for the church, it means they wont have such a shortage of Bishops that they appoint people like Tim Dakin to the Diocese of Winchester.

In Jesus Time, the politicians were the Pharisees, using God's Name as an excuse to abuse their power and the poor and vulnerable.
Now the Church of England do the same.

2000 years and they have learned nothing.

The Church of England have the power and status that they have because they claim to represent God and Christianity to the Nation and each community.
If and when they are not doing as they claim. For example when they are influencing political situations or sending out misleading and inaccurate press releases and reports, then they should lose their power, status and charity funding. They should be held to account, even if only under the trade descriptions act.

Letter to the Archbishop 19/07/2014

Dear Archbishop Justin Welby,

I am writing about the harm done to me by the Diocese of Winchester.

I am writing, inclosing emails to the National Safeguarding Chair, Paul butler, and I am circulating this letter and will publish it on my blog.

In 2012, the inexperienced Bishop Dakin was elected to a large and senior diocese, the Diocese of Winchester, which was previously unmanagable in the hands of a senior Bishop, Scott-Joynt.

In 2013, five years too late to be of any effect but harm, Bishop Dakin and yourself, launched on me and the Deanery of Jersey in the press, publishing the inaccurate and harmful Korris report.

This caused far-reaching damage and achieved nothing of worth, in my case I was destroyed, destitute and with a criminal record because of the criminal behaviour of safeguarding officer Jane Fisher, so what did splashing my case all over the press do to me? It caused me to be shunned, alienated, slandered by strangers, and in every way destroyed. 

While you and Bishop Dakin did nothing to help me whatsoever, and Bishop Dakin threatened me for begging not to be violated by illegal intervention in my life which caused me to react in 2010/11 for which Scott-Joynt and Fisher got me a record, this is omitted from the Korris report and despite Bishop Dakin threatening me, he and Jane Fisher did proceed to violate my privacy and act illegally again.

And what good did it do to a defensive deanery to be publicly attacked? 

The response was me suffering a terrible smear campaign when I was already destroyed, and, just as I was omitted from the Korris report, I was omitted from any further investigations, which, because the UK church of england has no power in Jersey, were simply whitewashes and hijacks. So the States and Deanery of Jersey hijacked the matter and had me publicly flogged while you and the Diocese did nothing to help me.

I remain living in fear, waiting for you or Bishop Dakin to produce yet another inaccurate, patronizing, misleading and meaningless press release or interview, waiting to be further seriously damaged and defamed by yet another whitewash report as a result of your insane launch on me and the Deanery of Jersey.

And so I am writing to plead with you. Let me have my life back, let me move on, you have shattered my life so profoundly, repeatedly, and I will never be able to work or have quality of life again, you have wasted a quarter of a million on the silliest, most pointless and damaging campaign in the history of the church, with the end result that you remain powerless when it comes to Jersey, you have done no investigation that includes me properly, and you have not changed Jersey, all you have done is waste a lot of money and left a vulnerable adult destroyed  and villified and living in terror of further harm wich will, if it continues, killl her.

I was horrified by your interview with Matthew Price, where you praised Bishop Dakin and condoned the mess he has made, upheld the Dean of Jersey and also claimed to stand by your apology to me. Many people wondered what you were actually saying? You condone Dakin's misconduct, you condone the Dean's misconduct and you stand by an apology to me that you refused to make personally, on all over the press in a horrifying invasion of my life and privacy.

And, if you uphold the Dean, why do you stand by your apology to me?

And also, why have my continued concerns about this matter gone ignored, and why has Jane Fisher, after her very serious misconduct in destroying me, gone on being involved and gone on violating me and illegally acting regarding me with the police and NSPCC?

You claimed on BBC Jersey to be responsible for my pastoral care, which is nonsense, what you are responsible for is stopping me from being killed by the actions of your Bishops, Deans, clergy and lay workers and your whitewash reports, this matter is to stop being raised and I am to be released to go on with my life with no further fear or disruption, although the trauma will last a lifetime, as will being branded as I have been. That is a formal request, to be followed up. I expect a proper and tangligable answer.

And remember, if you put any other vulnerable adult through this, they would not withstand it, what happens to the voiceless in the church? What happened to me for speaking up?

Let us just consider, the church in Jersey is rabidly against female Bishops, female clergy, females speaking in church, etc.
But the Dean, who is part of this sexism, announces he is delighted with women Bishops, as does every diocese and Bishop in the country, all the diocesan websites are 'celebrating' and yet these people who didn't want women Bishops, are all part of this national PR stunt.
Funny isn't it?
These leaders and churches who are supposed to be our moral standard and a 'Christian presence in every community' can't even be true to themselves. What hope is there?

Actually, why is there a FEMALE representative of Jersey Deanery at the synod, slamming the idea of women Bishops, did Jersey church suddenly run out of men?

Sleeping Rough:

Sleeping rough on the streets of the UK, shattered and traumatized, was better than being in Jersey and safer, better and safer than being abused and destroyed by the power-heavy Jersey church-government who destroyed me for reporting one of their own.

sometimes I am so distressed by the way I was treated by church and police that I want to scream.
But firstly I cant scream, and secondly, these people who destroyed me use my anger and distress against me as 'madness' to excuse themselves,
as has been the way with people in power covering up for themselves against victims, for all time.

church excuses:

So many times I heard the excuse; 'Oh, the church is made up of human beings and they are only human and get it wrong' That's kind of a quote from the brainwashed old anglican lady handbook.
If people in the church are unchristian, dishonest or abusive while holding church positions, then that is what they are, no excuse. And they are more liable because they claim to be Christians and representing God.
