'Don't criminalise drunk intruders', says Home Affairs Minister

THE Home Affairs Minister has defended a gap in Jersey’s law that allows trespassers to walk into people’s homes without fear of prosecution.
It's only when one of the Jersey Oligarchy experience it that they will make a law against it. Until then, the distress of the common people is irrelevant.
